[MUSIC PLAYING] NBC News Radio, I'm Chris Caragio. The National Hurricane Center says tropical storm Debbie is expected to strengthen rapidly before making landfall in the Florida Panhandle. Debbie is currently about 150 miles southwest of Tampa and is now expected to become a hurricane tonight before it reaches the coast on Monday. A hurricane warning is currently in effect along Florida's Big Bend. A storm surge warning is also in effect. Team USA's Noah Liles is now the fastest man in the world. He won the gold medal in the 100-meter race with a time of 9.79 seconds today. His time was just 5/1,000s of a second ahead of Jamaica's Keishein Thompson. Liles Win is the first for the US in this event in 20 years. The last US men's runner to take home the gold medal in the 100-meter race was Justin Gatlin. He did it in Athens in the 2004 Olympic Games. Today, Team USA's Fred Curly won the bronze medal in the event. I'm Chris Caragio, NBC News Radio.
