(upbeat music) NBC News Radio, I'm Lisa Carton, the National Hurricane Center says tropical storm Debbie is expected to strengthen rapidly before making landfall in the Florida panhandle. National Hurricane Center director Dr. Michael Brennan says pressure is dropping as the storm starts to develop the classic features of a hurricane. - Some signs and radar imagery that it's starting to try and develop an eyewall, and that will be the key for Debbie to go on and intensify, perhaps even rapidly strengthen before it makes landfall along the Florida Big Ben coast tomorrow. - Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign is launching Republicans for Harris, the group boasts endorsements from over two dozen Republicans. It aims to win over anti-Trump Republicans and moderate independents. Team USA's Noah Lyles is the fastest man in the world. He won the gold medal in the 100 meter race with a time of 9.9, seven, nine seconds, just five, one thousands of a second ahead of Jamaica's Keishein Thompson. Lisa Carton, NBC News Radio.
