I was just like you. I had a plan for my life and the drive to achieve it. My first job was as a translator (English/German) in the men’s shirt department of an upscale store in Wiesbaden, Germany. I was 18 years old.I had many other non-traditional jobs including driving heavy equipment in the fields of California. As an airman, my job was to fix big airplanes. And then the unexpected happened.
The Wake-Up Call
When life took a sudden turn over 30 years ago, there wasn’t a name for what happened. Today, they are called Spiritually Transformative Experiences or STEs.
It was an intense, complex process that unfolded over months. Turns out, the transition from service to my country to serving Spirit was lasting and permanent.
I learned to identify the energy patterns of unseen teachers who brought forth the fundamental principles which still guide my life. My sensitivity strengthened the more I paid attention to them. Soon, I was having conversations with Higher Consciousness. I would ask a question then wait, knowing I would receive an answer.
Choice is a powerful thing.
We can choose the safe, the familiar, the known.
Or follow the whisper of our Soul's longing.
I chose to listen to the Voice within and let go of the perceived safety and security of the material world. I never looked back.

[NON-ENGLISH SINGING] [NON-ENGLISH SINGING] [NON-ENGLISH SINGING] [NON-ENGLISH SINGING] Well, that is the first thing that happened to me was, all of a sudden I found my regular routine turned upside down. I was sleeping during the day while my daughter was at school. And I was awake all night. And this went on for probably a couple of months. And then I finally asked the question, "Why, why can't you just show up during the day?" And they basically told me, "Well, your vibration isn't where it needs to be in order for us to be able to make a good connection with you." It's easier at night when the humans that are in your neighborhood basically are sleeping. So they're out of their body, so there's less static. So the signal is more clear at night. Now, eventually, if you practice and maintain the connection, you're fine whether it's night or day. But if you find yourself to anyone out there who might find themselves all of a sudden not sleeping at night, it could be because somebody wants to make a connection. And the best way for them to do that is at night while everybody else in your neighborhood is sleeping. Yeah, everything's quieter. I mean, it's such a common sense thing if we stop and think about it. But it doesn't really occur to you because we're programmed to just, "I'm supposed to sleep at night. I'm supposed to be sleeping." You know, something I just thought of is you know how like your creative ideas come a lot of times at night when everything's peaceful and quiet and most people are asleep like at midnight, two in the morning, whenever, three in the morning. Well, that's probably why because you don't have, like you said, all the static going on. It's quieter, your vibration maybe is higher. It's able to flow through flow to you and eat way easier than during the day. Yeah, absolutely. And meditating and connecting with your guides and connecting with other beings is probably way easier. I would say at night, just in general too. But in the beginning in particular, I would say it's easier to do it at night than trying to make that connection during the day. Yeah. Yeah. So what kind of stuff do you do daily that to keep you? I mean, this has been a long journey for you, right? And you even moved locations because you were guided to do some work and whatever reason energetically, wherever you were guided to. So this is a constant, you're on a mission, right? I know you are. I can see it in your soul like you are just here to get this work done. So what do you, what does your daily life look like? If you don't mind me asking as far as like, what are you, what are you doing every day to assist right now with the collective and the shifting, the shifting times. I'm doing things like this, because frankly, I wasn't even on the Internet at all until just prior to COVID. I did everything in person. I was flying under the radar. I was keeping a low profile because I didn't want to do it any other way, but it's gotten to the point where, you know, bodies were out. I've learned a lot. Eventually, this body isn't going to be here. I need to leave behind what I've learned so that maybe a value to somebody else. So I have put in my request, one, maybe two more moves, and then can I just like be somewhere? Can I just be somewhere and not have to pack everything up? It gets harder as the years go by. So we'll see how that works out for me. But every day I wake up and ask how may I be of service? How can I be of service? So and sometimes the answer is just be silent or create a painting or write something. Sometimes it's be present for someone. Or send me an email being like, Hey, I got nudged. Exactly. Yeah, exactly. It's like that. Yeah. And I only do that when I'm guided to, you know, I don't. Someone keeps popping in my head. That means I need to reach out. If I have a way to connect with someone, that means I need to do that. So I do. Beautiful. Yeah. It's important because a lot of people right now, I think it just helps to hear what other people do because for one, it gives people ideas. And, you know, because we're, we constantly always distracted by everything and we're now always sure that we're doing the right thing. So I think it's beautiful to hear other people's perspectives and what they do. Well, let's get clear. No thing is the wrong thing. Yeah. There's always everything is whatever you're drawn to do right now, there's, if you're following the. Rowing the title of the book, the signals from your soul. If you're responding to those signals, you're going to move in whatever direction you feel like you need to. And you're going to learn something from that. You're either going to learn how that signal does feel when it's actually coming from your soul or, oh, maybe that wasn't my soul signal. So there's no wrong. There's no right or wrong. Let's use your life as a laboratory. That's what I did when all of this happened for me. And I sold my house and my law practice and packed up my stuff and started my wandering phase of my life. I was, I was up for all my chips and I'm all in. I'm either going crazy or this is for real. And the last place I ever thought I would have ended up is in St. Louis, Missouri. Not my chosen destination. But I was told I needed to come here because there were people here. Mm hmm. So, so that's why I'm here. I grew up there. Yeah, we're still here and, you know, it's really, it's really interesting. I love that you say use your life as a laboratory. Like you're constantly, it's like a research project. Exactly. Like constantly asking questions and why am I feeling this way? I mean, that's how we become self-aware and how we actually can navigate through these times in a healthy manner, in my opinion. Well, and if you look at it from the standpoint of let me gather these data points. So I get a hit. I'm going to write it down to my book and then I'm going to see how it plays out. And eventually I'm going to understand how it feels in my body to receive clear guidance or a clear signal. So there's no right or wrong. There's observation and recording. So treat it like it's an experiment and not, you're not focused on being right. The thing here is to try and break people out of the mold of thinking whatever their response is. It's either wrong or right. No, there's learning. Mm hmm. Yeah, I agree. The right or wrong thing is very programmed. Well, it hymstrings a lot of people who would like to do more spiritual stuff, but they're not sure they're not certain. So if you approach it with curiosity and the innocence of a child or however you want to look at it, then that takes a lot of that charge off of there. Mm hmm, and just a trust that you're going to be in the right direction and take as much fear out of it as possible. You know, I think obviously the fear keeps us from, you know, and there's, you know, understandably, there's things to be. It's scary sometimes, making that leap and making that move and do that big decision. But, you know, sometimes they say the scariest things are the right thing too. So, you know, it's a whole interesting thing, fear and being scared and all that stuff. Well, you know, as well as I do, fear squeezes down your vibration and lowers your receptivity. So the last place you want to be is in a place of fear. Right. It's going to lead to exactly and you're not going to have the results you're looking for. So. And now you know why the powers that were, as I like to say now, are doing, do everything they can to keep the population in fear constantly. Because that just said, and now that now you can be controlled and manipulated like that. And you're completely cut off from your from anything higher, your higher self from spirit. You're locked in the lower three chakras, you're unhealed. Well, when you're in fear, you'll just do anything you're told because you're afraid, because you think you have to, you know, you think that's going to save you. And that's survival, survival level. Thank you. You're stuck in survival. Right. You're stuck in survival. You're not really living. You're just surviving. And you miss out on opportunities that are trying to present themselves to you. You know, and because you're so blinded, you have blinders on and then there's always opportunities if you're looking. And I think just paying attention and being open to that. Like sometimes you might go somewhere, you don't even know why you're bled there. But you know an opportunity is going to present itself, but it's only going to present itself if you're paying attention and looking for that. It could present itself, but you just, you know, drive right past it otherwise. Is that kind of like, when you go, like when you were guided the Shasta, is that kind of like how you understand it? Like you just, you just, you're led and you trust that, you know, it'll show up for you. I always only ever ask two questions. What do I need to do next? And what do I need to know? So if I get a sense that what I need to do next is I'm in the middle of vacuuming my floor and I feel like, oh, I'm going to go to the grocery store later. But I need to go now. I'm going to quit vacuuming the floor. I'm going to put on my clothes. I'm going to get in the car and I'm going to go because there's a timing element to what I need to do next. Okay. So it's putting aside the ego that thinks it has everything organized. And you can learn to dance with your ego in a way that it will work, but it's going to be resistant in the very beginning. So just understand that. So what do I need to do next? Because here's what I know. If I can follow to the best of my ability, what I feel I need to do next, I'm going to be where I need to be when I need to be there. And if I'm to have understanding as to why I was put there, most of the time the understanding comes after. I didn't know why I had to go to Mount Shasta until the morning of September 11th. I didn't know why I needed to be there until then. And then it really overwhelmed me with the magnitude of what I was being asked to do. But if data told me you got to be in a certain location at a certain time because of something important to do, my human mind would have made a mess out of it. So I just asked, what do I need to do next? Because then all I got to worry about is my part in that moment. That's actually so key. I'm glad you said that. So had you understood why you were supposed to go to Mount Shasta, you could have foiled the plan essentially. Exactly. Your ego would have messed it up. Exactly. That's exactly right. Yeah. That's really important. That's a great notice. Because I think that for one, it's beautiful just to show how important it is to let go and trust that. Because otherwise we do what humans do and overthink the situation. And we overthink ourselves out of making the right decision a lot of times. Well, the ego also thinks it always knows the right thing, but it has all sorts of choices. And it's like, well, no, I'm not doing that. That's going to, you know, what's that going to do? Or no, I need to do this because of this, this, and this. But the ego is like, the ego was like Dolores Cannon called Mr. Stupid. It's like it thinks it knows everything, but it really knows nothing. Or we want to know why. Right. Or we want to know. We want to know why, you know, and you're not going to know until, like you said, so you, you just follow that guidance and then you'll know it'll be abundantly clear. But there's a reason why it doesn't let you know because it'll mess things up. Exactly. All the answers beforehand. Exactly. Right. Yeah. And you knew Dolores Cannon personally, didn't you, Julia? Oh, yeah, I was one of the first vendors at her first conference she ever put on. It was in the lobby of a hotel. Yeah. There were seven or eight vendors. Some of them came from the West Coast. Some of them came from Colorado. We all felt like we needed to be there. And it was interesting. The connections that were made between the vendors at that conference. So, yeah, I took QHHT from her one into. And the conferences turned into these really big. Mega events, but. The same one that same one that goes on to this day in Arkansas, the Ozark mountain. Yeah, but it's now with it. Yeah, it's combined with the UFO thing. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah, it's interesting. We're going to take this conversation to the next level, get a little deeper here. And I'm going to read something directly from your book and then we're going to talk about it if you don't mind. Okay. We said each human has 12 strands of spiritual potential or aspects of the soul capable of being anchored into a single human body at any giving time. We live in the time of the 12th disciple according to my understanding of what spirit showed me. Each one of us has the potential to achieve our fully Christed level of awareness in a human form in this lifetime. And I think that's profound and I think that deserves further exploration because this the 12 strands of spiritual potential is very interesting. And can you explain how you came to that understanding? Well, as above so below, we have 12 major meridians, right, located at our crown chakra, right, just 12 of them. What I was shown is each one of those strands anchors in an aspect of our consciousness. This octave of existence has 12 dimensions, 12 tones and a complete octave. As you know, as a musician, there's not seven, there's actually 12. And the other five came the potential for anchoring the other five strands, in my opinion, started coming out of the planet in 1990. So, 90 to 92, I saw a certain frequency, it was magenta, actually. And then 92 to 94, 94. So, by the year 2000, the potential for full realization of our awareness through our physical instrument was a potential for humanity. I am aware of some of the strands that I've anchored in, like I told the story of the blue-skinned man is one of the aspects of my being that's now anchored through this vehicle and can express into this world. So, does this mean that all of a sudden I'm an enlightened, holy being? No, but I am more aware and able, I'm more aware of those other aspects of my being, no matter where they are, like the, you know, the fleet commander who's in the big planet-sized starship with thousands of ships behind him. You know, I'm aware of that one, I'm aware of the Krishna being, I'm aware of a female that's very tall and has black feathers on a cape, except there's a cobalt blue band of feathers at the bottom that's also worn on the headdress. And these have all come to me through experiences of what do I need to do next? When I was ready for those, those awarenesses came to me. None of them have been through past life regression, they've all just happened spontaneously. And if we, okay, I was raised Catholic. So, one of the first things I was told when Spirit woke me up was I was to look at Jesus and the 12 disciples as a three-dimensional model for my own Christ, Christ consciousness. And so, as Jesus walked out into the world, he started gathering representatives of what I believe to be his higher consciousness, correct, until he had 12. So, there's 12 disciples around him, he's in the center, he's the Christed aspect. So, we, that template was established on the planet by him and that group of beings. Now is the time to take it from the individual level to the collective level. Because that's what I mean when I say we live in the time of the 12th disciple is we now each have equal potential to ground all 12 of our aspects in. I do sometimes, I've done it individually and I do it with small groups sometimes. What I call 12 strand activation, like meditations, but it's a process that takes place over time. So, most people have noticed at the very least they have an increase in their skills. I don't like to call them gifts because we're all wired the same, but yeah. And so basically, it, like you said, that helps people understand their gives me the potential to achieve our fully Christed level of awareness. So, we all have that within us. We're all wired the same. But it's not, and it's something that you think can be achieved in this lifetime right here right now. Yes, I believe that we are living during a special time on this planet in this universe where the conditions are going to be right for everyone to be able to grab that brass ring if they want to. Well said. Yeah. And I think, yeah, it's like a window. It's like a window of opportunity. It exactly is. Yeah. That maybe you can get off the wheel of karma if you want to in this lifetime. Right. Tell us more about that. Well, when you, that's the goal of being here is achieving that level of awareness while in physical form. So, yeah. So when I'm done here, I don't have to come back. Yeah. So getting off the wheel of karma. So, I guess you would perceive that as something that you don't always have to experience karma in every incarnation. Karma to me is those are the lessons we still have to learn. You know, those are the experiences we still haven't had. I don't believe it's necessarily a I did this. So now, you know, to me, it's more about what is my soul still need to learn. Right. It's not like a reward reward a lot of people. Yeah. No, it's not what karma is. That's what you said. Yeah. Yeah. That's a great way to put it. What is my soul still have to learn? No. Ultimately, we could arguably say that the only reason we're in this physical vessel is for the soul's evolution. Exactly. Yeah. I would agree with that. Well, so are you guided to share anything else with us right now? Is there anything that, you know, before we did the show that you've been thinking about that you've been wanting to get out to a larger audience? Is there anything like that coming up for you? I basically would say to anyone out there, you can trust your own inner guidance system. Everybody has has that just need to turn within and maybe remodel or reframe your existence here. I mean, it's one of the reasons I. Wear her camera diamonds. They grow in all directions from the center out. One of the first things I was told by my teachers when they woke me up is you carry the light within you that is the doorway through which you begin your journey home. So for those of you that can't find the perfect teacher or the perfect method or the magic bullet, whatever it is, know that you already have everything you need inside of you and trust that. It'll be opened and awakened for you when your frequency gets to the point where it automatically opens that door. It's an organic process. Beautiful. Well said. Beautiful. Yes. Yeah. And it's so interesting to me. You keep saying one of the first things I learned, one of the first things I learned, meaning this is all like I said, this profound information that some people are just going to be hearing for the first time. You're like, this is 30 year old news to me. Yes. And that's exactly right. It is. This information has been around for a long time, but it's like, I feel like now and with the help of the Internet now, which which I was just thinking earlier, 9/11 happened right around the time when the Internet was really starting to take off. And you just said that was a mass first time like the collective consciousness kind of thing. Well, the Internet is kind of like that too, where it's like reforming this collective consciousness because we're all constantly. Yep. And now all this information is starting to become much more widespread and much more accessible through because of the Internet, which is amazing. It's a tool, you know, and they're trying to use it against us, but it's actually being used for humanity, you know, and it's a matter of your free will, but you're going to how you're going to tap into it. It's like, it's like, I like to say the truth, whatever that means, the truth is energy. And there's an energy flow. Everything has to flow. And like any obstruction like the Internet or anything they try to do to weaponize this information and stop the truth. It might be. It's just an obstruction. That's all it is. And life finds a way that information or whatever it is going to find its way through any little crack, you know, like a plant growing through the continent. That's what the truth is doing right now. And then information, it doesn't matter. Like, it's a big game of whack-a-mole. They're trying to knock us out everywhere we go. We're going to delete this YouTube channel, you know, suspend this person, whatever. But it's we pop up somewhere else and they're not going to stop us. And it's like this. It's like this weed where, you know, almost like a weed, which you just can't kill. Right. I heard someone say they said, you can't kill consciousness. So no matter what. So they're like, they can kill off people. They can delete channels and do all the censorship and propaganda and all the stuff we're seeing. But you can't kill consciousness. So it doesn't matter. Like you said, it's like you're playing whack-a-mole. They're playing whack-a-mole. And it's just going to keep and it's going to also have the backfire effect, which we're also seeing. The more they, the harder they push, the more people wake up and the more backfires on them and the more the more consciousness grows and the more we take our power back. And then it's just speeding up the awakening, in my opinion, the more that the dark tries to squash it or derail or, you know. Yeah. So we should be grateful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And the more it's showing us to take our power back. You know, it's like the dark is teaching you lessons. You see it as that rather than seeing it as you're a victim to it. Well, you have the power. No, it's like it's teaching you to take your power back and it's teaching you things. And it's actually helping you. So it's like a blessing in the sky. Well, I always say when I find myself in a challenging situation or something that's not going away, I think the first thing I do is ask, what's the lesson? Because if I can get the lesson, then I don't have to have the experience. You don't have to keep having the experience. That's like karma. Like you said, that's what karma is. If you're going to keep having those same experiences until you get it, so you get the lesson that's trying to teach you and then you don't, you have to keep having that. Do I really have to learn this one the hard way? Can you just, right? No, you can ask for reason, Grace. Yeah. Yeah, it's important to know because some people think that like they played a victim to like, like we said earlier, they played a victim to their own situation sometimes and their lessons and, and you know, some people say like, oh, everyone has demons involved. Like they, they attached themselves like, oh, that's just my inner demon that came out like it stuck with them forever. And it's like, no, like there's, there's, you have to change your perspective here. You can, you can get right on and out of that, but your, your own thoughts and beliefs are, you're balling chain, you're holding me back, you know, exactly. Oh, so I have to ask you, you briefly mentioned that you said you briefly mentioned being a commander of Starfleet on a massive planet sized mothership with thousands of ships behind it. Can you expand on that at all and have you had current experiences with this version of yourself? Um, the current versions, the current experiences, there were times when they, in the very beginning, 1989, 1990, where I made regular visits up through the floor of what I know to be a large ship. Always, there were two people waiting for me, Jesus and Ashtar. And we would, they would escort me down this long circular hallway, a little over a quarterway around the vessel and we'd go into this small room where there were all these screens. And I would give them an update on actually what was really going on on the planet. So I know I did regular briefings. I probably still do, but I don't have the conscious memory of it. But I am always aware of that part of myself. Because that's the aspect of me that I believe came here from somewhere else on some level and brought a cargo of, I would say, would be souls and keys and codes and that kind of stuff for deployment here. And, and you have a background in the military as well. Mm hmm. So I wonder if there's some sort of connection there. Probably. Maybe I went in the Air Force, so flight again. Right. Yeah, it was like part of your soul connecting to that part of yourself, right? Yeah. So you had to have the physical experience of being in the military and doing debriefs and whatever it is. Yeah, I think there's definitely a tie there. Well, I would agree, because it's kind of like an echo, a really step down version of that. Now, that's a very good insight I just had. So we would have those experiences. In order to set up a resonating field. It would actually open the connection to that part of our being. Mm hmm. Yeah. Thanks for that insight. That's a good one. And then go have the physical experience to set up the connection and like a negative point. Exactly. And then you don't have to be as above so below. Right. And then you don't have to stay in the military. I didn't. The connection was made. That's right. Now you can go. Yeah. Very interesting. Mm hmm. Now while you're in the military, like that had to be interesting. Being in such a demanding, strict environment and then breaking free into doing what you're doing now or the contrast. And I'm sure that was all part of the experience as well. Well, it's, it's one of the most hierarchical. It's very, very. You know, you, the pecking order is clearly established and. Well, there's no coloring outside the lines. So. It was a too far a stretch from what I was raised in though because my father was in the military. So we had that regimen in the house. So. Mm hmm. It's kind of where I ended up. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's a comfort zone. Right. Yeah. I'm big. It's all good experiences to have. Yeah. Um, it's all just tools on your belt now. Exactly. Mm hmm. So can you let our audience know how they can listen to your podcast, which is called Evolving Humans Podcast a gathering place for awakening souls. Which I've been on a few early episodes and let it let them know where they can find your book and just the whole spiel. Well, eventually when I can figure out how to turn audio into video. Some of your episodes will be on YouTube again. Rebranded. Yeah. Um. The website is obviously Julia Marie dot us and the podcast is over a hundred episodes. Now I was told five years ago to start a podcast took me a few years to get going. I now realize it's kind of like a legacy.
