Don't worry, we'll see you in a bit. I'm going to get our second edition of the podcast started off today down in the Lone Star State and we're catching up right now with the congressman who's representing Texas's 22nd congressional district, representative Troy Nells. Welcome back to the show. Good to be with you. Thank you so much. I'm excited. A big day. She picked him. Waltz. I'm you can't get more far left progressive and he she's right in bed with this guy. They're the same. All of it. Defund the police. No border security. I mean, everything green. Get rid of the oil and gas industry. A big day for us. I'm very pleased with her selection. Well, I didn't even have to ask you what your feelings were on it because you jumped right into it yourself, Congressman. I like that. You know, I'm watching this kind of rollout right now and it's so funny that they decided to wait so long up until like the 11th hour to get this announcement in it was originally supposed to come over the weekend. But obviously with the futures were showing in regard to the stock market, the Biden Harris administration knew they were going to get absolutely killed on Monday with what's going on in the economy. And then you've have things heating up in the Middle East between Israel, the nation of Iran and the terrorist entity known as Hezbollah in addition to what they're doing against Hamas right now. You know, it seems like man, every dam across the world is literally breaking right now. And the media just wants to kind of do cartwheels because Kamala Harris picked a really crappy vice presidential candidate. How do you feel about that? Well, again, I did a little interview earlier and I'm just very pleased. Obviously they didn't, you know, the odds makers had Shapiro. They had Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, they know, we know how important the state of Pennsylvania is in this next election and many people thought it was going to go to him. He was the odds on favorite. I think they even had Senator Mark Kelly from Arizona second and Tim Walts is governor of Minnesota third. But sure enough, what happened was the far left their base, the far left progressive extremists, were in charge of the Democratic Party. They didn't want to see Josh Shapiro because Josh Shapiro is Jewish, a Jewish and they didn't want to offend any of the Palestinian, the Hamas supporters, obviously in Michigan and stuff. So I think it's a great pick for us because we can expose this guy for who he is. It's the most dangerous combination, the most dangerous tag team in the history of our political, of our election, would president and VP. I mean, they are in bed together, they agree with everything with each other and in it is the most dangerous combination America has ever faced in my lifetime. I can't agree with you more and then as we jump into the issues, we're going to come back and touch on this in and out as we're covering them because they're all directly connected. Congressman last week, I saw that you had spoke while in district, you know, you reached out and demanded some answers from the Department of Homeland Security and Alejandro Mayorkas numerous times in regards to information on people, how they were led into this country, why they were led into this country, how they got into places where they were living. And then the, in some cases, the awful crimes that have been, you know, carried out against American citizens. We saw it on full display at the Republican National Convention where you saw families who were directly affected by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' open border policies had lost loved ones and how their lives have been affected living under this administration. You know, we just saw these numbers come out yesterday and I know these numbers are probably well short of what the actual ones logistically are, but 99 confirmed people on the terrorist watch list have been encountered, processed and released into the interior of the United States. In addition, that doesn't include anyone that's a getaway, a walkaway or is coming on a Biden flight. As we know, a lot of the people that had been doing that before they paused the program were people who were deported under Donald Trump's administration, but the Biden administration and the Harris administration reached out to them and said, "We feel like your deportation was a little racist," or maybe it wasn't processed the right way. So let's have you come back into the country. It sets a standard to set us up national security-wise and safety and security-wise in the streets of America to just be at, you know, the starting line of awful things that could possibly come. But you've been at the forefront of this and I want to kind of get a little bit of commentary on you on how these, you know, demanding for answers is kind of shaken out. Yes, I think you're referring to the report that the Judiciary Committee just released on Monday through our chairman Jim Jordan about a fact and data in truth as it relates to the southern border. And the identified has been over 250 that have come to our country and the Biden-Harris administration has released of 99, almost 100 of these individuals, into our country. Now these individuals come from 36 different countries, three of these individuals we all know had direct links and ties to ISIS. So this administration has released the worst of the worst. Not only that, the individuals on the FBI terrorist watch list, but the numerous individuals coming from Venezuela that we don't have the ability, our law enforcement sources do not have the ability or border patrol to find out what type of individual it is that's coming in from Venezuela because we have no relationship. It's strained with Venezuela. So we don't know what type of persons coming in other than the fact that they have very violent gangs. These gang members are entering our country and many Venezuela nationals have killed and murdered our American citizens like Lake and Riley February this year. And then most recently Jocelyn, a 12-year-old here from Houston, killed by two Venezuelans. So the Biden administration doesn't care about our Harris, doesn't care about the safety and the security of the American people because they have done nothing to secure our southern border and it's shameful. No, it certainly is. And we know there's going to be a lot more accountability that comes on the other side of the November election. But when you look at the damage that's already even done, the families that have been affected and the people that are now walking the streets freely in the United States here, it's just unimaginable to see. I mean, we knew Joe Biden was going to be, you know, someone that opened up the borders and we knew that Kamala Harris was going to support him and all of these policies that actually feels the exact same way. But when you see the millions, the tens of millions of people who have streamed in here and then, you know, for all the walkaways and getaways, some we don't even know what their intentions are. These are just the terrorists and the people that are terrorists affiliated, that, you know, DHS and the Judiciary Committee is exposing right now. But these aren't some of the people. I mean, literally the worst of the worst, if they don't want to get caught and they want to get into the United States, they surely can get there. And it just says a lot for the lack of security and safety that's going on in this country right now. I do kind of want to segue because we're talking about policies. Now, listen, we've seen Kamala Harris. I mean, I think we're in day 16 or 17 since the announcement's been made official. She's done no media hits, no interviews. The events that she's doing are very small and intimate when it comes to, you know, speaking publicly. She's not allowed anywhere near the press. I think we all know why. Meanwhile, Donald Trump in coming out of the RNC and the assassination attempt has done the most. I think any conservative politician has ever done in the history of modern politics to widen this tent. You're talking about him going to the Bitcoin convention, sneaker con, the Aiden Ross live stream yesterday, the thing he's done with Dana White and the UFC and the Nelk boys and things of that nature. You know, you see him go to the Black Association Journalist National Convention last week for their roundtable. Even though he kind of got ambush, he was able to get his points across and actually it sounded like the audience was really in tune with what he was doing and the promises he kept in his first administration. The widening of the tent continues to grow. I think there's a stark comparison. I mean, I know you were a huge supporter of Joe Biden running for president, but it's not much of a difference when you have Kamala Harris there. She's the one that signed her name right underneath his name for every piece of legislation that's been passed over the course of the last few years and they've all been America last. But as you see these two running head to head and nationally right now, how you see in the race shakeout? I think, again, with her pick with walls to Governor Adam Minnesota, I think it's a very good thing if you'd have picked Shapiro, if she'd have picked him out of Pennsylvania, could have made that state a little bit more difficult. But I agree with you, Donald Trump, he runs on motor oil. He reaches everybody. He reaches all sorts of people. He again, as you related stated, he went to that journalist for Black journalists. He was there knowing it's probably not going to be too friendly of a crowd, but he's everywhere. Whether it's the U of F C, whether it's getting on with social media people and all of these others, he's not afraid to talk to anybody. He's not because he is for all people. He's for the American people. It doesn't matter what color you are, it doesn't matter what gender you are, well male or female. He is for all the people and he wants to fix our country. And so that's why he's reaching out to everybody. Every state is in play, in my humble opinion, as it relates to this election because the American people are going to find out in the next several days who Tim Walts really is, how dangerous he is, his record in Minnesota. And now she picked him because he and she are a lot of like each other. They are both extreme, left progressives, they're dangerous. And so she said it was personal, picked him because it's personal. You bet it's personal because you guys are made from the same cloth. You are dangerous for America. You put the American people last. So I like where we're headed right now. I'm enthused. I'm excited about this coming election now and we got 90-something days from just reaching to the American people, supporting our boss because he and JD Vance are working hard, reaching every day, reaching out to the American people letting them know that they are there to put America first and make America great again. Yeah. And as you talk about the things we're going to be introduced or reintroduced about Tim Walts, Americans are reminded every day about the Biden-Harris administration's failed policies, both foreign and domestic. We saw the economy take one of the biggest tanks in the history of ever yesterday. I think the start of COVID and the Great Depression was the last time we saw two dips over a thousand points and breaking a thousand points for the first time ever. In addition, Israel is getting ready to fight a three-pronged war in the Middle East with Hezbollah heating up in Lebanon, obviously Iran looking to counter the assassination that happened in their country a couple of weeks ago. And then the ongoing campaign against Hamas, Congressman, we have essentially with under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris abandoned Israel in their attempt to stay afloat in the Middle East until, hopefully, Donald Trump gets back in office in addition to the economy. I mean, people say that there's so many other issues like the Green New Stuff and everybody needs to be woke, that are important, abortion rights in this election cycle, Americans are broke. We've never seen people, you know, 70% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and they're using 100% of their paychecks to keep a roof over their head, food on their table and gas in their car. We haven't seen the country like this in the modern era ever. And I think the choices are clear when you're talking about reminders of policies of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, what the obvious choices come November 5. Yeah, and you know what scares me the most with all the dangers and the things that you just said, whether it's instability across the globe or here with our economy in America with the inflation and everything going on, yet there's still over 40% of the American people that support the Democrat agenda and Kamala Harris, I don't get it. I tell you what, if now they didn't pick, they did not pick Shapiro because I believe he is Jewish and they didn't want to upset the base of the far left because they thought if they picked Shapiro, they're going to lose some of those votes in Michigan and others that support Palestine. So you're right, we have to do everything we can to support Israel. I think we know the party that does support Israel. It's not Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and certainly not going to be Tim Walts. We support Israel our greatest ally and while they are under this threat, it's not even a perceived threat anymore, the threat. This is getting very, very dangerous across our globe. It could be leading us up to World War III and it's because these adversaries, they see, they can smell its weakness. We have weakness in the White House. No one knows who's really in charge, Joe Biden is not in charge. I certainly hope it isn't Kamala Harris, maybe Barack Obama, I don't know who's in charge, but they're playing very, very deadly, deadly games here and it's very, very serious. So I think when Donald Trump gets back in there, we won't have this instability, not only in our country, but we won't have the instability across the globe and he demonstrated that here in his four years with peace, peace through strength. You know, I used to think that this administration, when they started to see Joe Biden's numbers tank before he was switched out for Kamala Harris, that they were going to try and make as many messes across the world, you know, things that Donald Trump would have to focus on. They always think that some of these things that they tried to meddle in have spiral data control. They got no way to put the toothpaste back in the tube and it spells disaster for some of the situations, especially when you talk about, you know, the domestic economy here in the United States and what's going on in the Middle East, two points that you accidentally were able to highlight there, Congressman. And then last thing, you know, we talk about all these elections going on, but the big three here on stake for breakfast always has been retaining and extending the House majority, flipping the Senate into Republican control and getting Donald Trump back into the White House. We bring on the guests that are promoting that agenda. We know that's the agenda and the equation that works best for the American people. You're out in Texas 22 over the course of the next month, not only campaigning for Donald Trump and JD Vance, but yourself in your own reelection. I know you're very excited to be working on that legislation next year, that cuts spending, that puts America first, that makes us safe and secure again and getting it up to a Republican controlled Senate. So it could be delivered to Donald Trump's desk for him to sign into law. But talk about what's going on in your district right now and then any way that our listenership, you don't have to live in Texas 22 to be able to support your campaign and what they could do to help out. Well, I think the key is now for us is that I really feel confident that we are going to keep the majority, we are going to keep the gavel in the House of Representatives. I feel good about that. It seems very, very promising that we are going to win the Senate and in Donald Trump, Donald Trump's the next president will have all, will have both chambers and the presidency. But we have to make sure that we manage it and we behave and we do the right thing because if the American people are going to continue to give us the gavel in the House and let us take over the Senate and get the presidency, we got to put America first. We can't have any more Paul Ryan's speaker. That's my point. We have an opportunity to fundamentally change and make America great again and we should be there every day supporting Donald J Trump as our president. In my district in Texas, I'm in a very good district, a solid district. I should have really no issues with my re-elect because the people are pleased with what I've been doing over the past three and a half years. Texas is in great shape. Ted Cruz is going to win, Donald Trump is going to keep Texas. We're going to keep it red. Those that are trying to claim that we could lose Texas, they're full of malarkey, not going to happen. The Hispanics and others are coming around and seeing just how dangerous this radical left administration has been over the past three and a half years and they're sick and tired of it. We feel good about where we're at. Our focus should be state of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and some of those other swing states so we can get the presidency back and we're going to do just that. You can reach me at RepTroy Nails, at RepTroy Nails, but I thank you, thank you for allowing me to share that. Absolutely and we've got your congressional and campaign websites live link in the show description today as we're able to do so because you're out in district and we'll be looking to catch up with you soon. We really appreciate the fact that you took some time all out on the road today, Congressman to jump in and share with our listenership and again we'll have your ex-handle live link as well. This is the Congressman who's representing Texas' 20-second district. As you heard over the course of the last 15 minutes or so, he's fighting for all the American people out there. Congressman Troy Nails, thanks for joining us on the show today, sir. Have a great rest of your week. Thank you, God bless. I'd like to know, the 4x100 must nose. Does he know what? He knows who's going to win? I'm just saying that. Who's the Vice President? We don't know who's the Vice President of Canada. We're going to find that out. And how about Tony West surfacing? My guy Tony West. My said Tony West would make it so that you'd have to rethink how left Kamala is. I think people should do that. Tony West. We are waiting for the Vice President of General Counseling of Vice President Harris. I know Tony, he's saying what I regard as a business person. There was no business person really that closed the Biden except for General Mundo. So this is a nice change of pace. This is a lot of business people surrounding Paris if you're in the stock market. If you care about your paycheck, you go with Trump. That's what you do. You do? Yeah, well, he wants to cut your taxes. Well, he wants to cut taxes. Your taxes. No, my taxes got raised enormously as you know under the last Trump administration. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm in a blue state. Oh, you're enough. Just want to kill. They want to kill. Your house. I tried to be... You're Pennsylvania. That's what they want to do to us. I can become a kind of business like getting rid of the salt. All right. Jumping into the news portion of the show here, first news segment to get this second edition of the State for Records podcast here on Tuesday started and it was great opening up the show with Texas Congressman Troy Nells. I think one of the favorite things about Troy Nells, listen, he's always got on Trump gear. The man smokes cigars in his office up in the halls of Congress. Love it. Get somebody more American than Troy Nells. You heard during our interview, he's in the district where he doesn't think that he's going to run into a big challenge in regards to him retaining his house seat and serving in the 119th Congress next year. However, you want to talk about people that are going to get out nationally and not only be working for Donald Trump and JD Vance, but other members of the house and seats they either want to flip or retain in a little bit closer situations. Looks like he's all for it. So, if you have the opportunity to get out there and make a contribution to Representative Nells' campaign, I surely suggest you do so. The campaign website will be live linked in the show description today as aforementioned at the end of our interview there. And that was Jim Kramer trying to give the kiss of death to President Trump in regards to all things related to the economy yesterday. As we saw one of the biggest dips in the history of our country, first time over a thousand points erased, trillions of dollars over the course of the last four days. I think we're around four trillion total. My 401(k) is not looking too good today, tens of thousands of dollars gone in the blink of an eye over the course of the past few days as well. I think, what was it, the coming out of COVID, 2008, great recession, and then yesterday was the last time we saw something this bad. What does it mean? I have no idea because I'm not an economic specialist. We'll try to get one on the show this week. If not, we'll have one next week as this kind of materializes and shows what long-term effects it's going to have on the economy. Was it a multitude of things? I mean, a culmination of the Biden-Harris policies and how their America last agenda has been negatively affecting everything related to the economy. Is it a message from Wall Street, which again, is different from the billionaire donor class? We know that Kamala Harris is just getting millions and millions of dollars dumped into her campaign. The actual powers that be behind the scenes, do they know what potentially four more years or even eight, God forbid, under someone like Kamala Harris and Tim Walts would look like for this country economically, both foreign and domestic, and is that just something that they consider unsustainable so they want to stoke fears in the public to vote for Donald Trump? I don't know, or is it a combination of a bunch of different things? We'll find out and we'll definitely get to the bottom of this, but it was really interesting to see how that kind of shook up yesterday as the market was in chaos, and we've heard it for years, whether it be Joe Biden talking about what he wanted his or at least part of his legacy to be. You know, Kamala Harris joking about it, which, again, really isn't funny. That is called Bidenomics, and we are very proud of Bidenomics. Are they really? I mean, maybe being proud of Bidenomics and curing the economy is exactly what they wanted to happen yesterday. Maybe it was, you know, a way that Joe Biden can manipulate the economy based off of policy to kind of pee-pee slap the American public with, you know, him still not being I think okay with the decision to force him out. And remember, people like Kamala Harris, KJP, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries assured us for months leading up to this decision two weeks ago that Joe Biden was perfectly fine and that everything was okay. However, we all know now in retrospect that after sitting down and looking at not only the electoral map, but poll numbers across the country, they knew there wasn't an equation where they could bend the light strong enough to get Joe Biden over the finish line and in for another four years, probably another four months before Kamala Harris would take over. But that's neither here nor the air and kind of an irrelevant point now. But these are the same people that have been lying to you for years. You can't make your paychecks meet your ends meet at home. You're pulling your kids out of sports, can't afford health care. You can't put a hot meal on the table three times a day, five times a week, six times a week, seven times a week. You're behind on all your payments, especially your credit cards. You're looking for those, what are they called like payment agreements when you have to pay something two weeks later, these companies are offering them so much more now because they know, okay, beginning of the month, that's kind of when rent or mortgages do. So we can always have like a payment agreement for you to do your middle of the month or end of the month, closer to the end of the month paycheck to make sure we get our money. But it's at the same time, people are wasting, again, 70% of their paychecks, their total income on food, fuel and shelter. That's awful. Never been like this in the country before, it's not, it's been a very long time. And it just doesn't show, I mean, the market did bounce back a little bit today as expected. I mean, we weren't expecting a full crash. I don't think that the radical left will allow it or even report on it because Kamala Harris was rolling out her VP pick today, but, you know, these are dire times and dire straits. And you know, when you talk about what happened over the weekend with the futures, what happened in Asia, with the Nikkei, and after seeing, you know, another trillion dollars erased from the global market yesterday. The markets in chaos, let's check it out. Making what some would call history and don't say that never been down a thousand points ever, not even intraday on the now stack. Is that true? That is true. Okay. I'm down 6% right from the get go. This is heavy, heavy set big tech. Here we go. Look at them go down. Microsoft is down 20 bucks. That's 5% alphabet, 5% meta, 6%, Amazon, 6%, Apple, 9%, now let's pull out Apple. This is interesting. A question. You know, and when you talk about the big 7 there in the big tech industry, how much pull they have on the market, it's absolutely crazy. And to see the way that this kind of shook out, you know, I saw Fox News polls yesterday, how would you rate the economic conditions today? 4% of those polled rated as excellent, only 21% as good. Fair came in at 25% and poor, over 50%. So it's, you know, just another component of what we have to deal with here. And when you're looking at it, segwaying from Joe Biden not really doing anything is the lame duck, air quoting now president, for the next couple months. And the fact that Kamala Harris is kind of assumed the reins in addition to all the former Obama staffers, like, you know, Jake Sullivan and Tony Blinken, et cetera, who are doing the moving and shaking behind the scenes, we're now enjoying a little bit of what we're calling. And I believe President Trump is calling as well as a heap and helping of Kamala economics. Let's hear it. It was an ugly day just to give you some context here. This is the worst trading day for stock markets in nearly two years. In the early minutes of the session today, we saw around a trillion dollars worth of wealth wiped off just a handful of the biggest tech stocks. So ugly is the way to describe it. Do yourself a favor. Don't lock in your 401ks if you have to. I had a notification for like a maintenance issue that I had to take care of and got to see the actual numbers, but I mean, Donald Trump was hitting Kamala Harris on true social in this post that came out yesterday as well. Kamala has stated over and over again that she wants to defund the police and without question, ban fracking. No more fossil fuels. That's in quotes. This will quadruple the cost of energy in America, depression anyone. What can you say? That's wild to see the way that this went down and the sad part about it is that the radical left will tell you not only is everything fine, but how dare you even question anything to do with decisions that are being made by this big government, the Biden Harris regime, because you're just peasants and you're not really affected by it. They'll tell you that you don't make enough money to spend what you do. The only reason you're poor is because you're purchasing too much goods. The cost of everything is cyclical and you shouldn't really worry about it. It'll eventually bounce back even though it's progressively gotten worse. I mean, again, back in 2020, here's a CNN business headline, Trump warned stock markets will disintegrate if he loses, but stocks are climbing as Biden pulls ahead. That's, I guess, figuratively in the polls, and that's back from July 8th, 2020. And I believe that's in the wake of their first debate. Another post from February of this year, Trump warns the markets will crash if he loses, investors just laugh, okay? And then yesterday's headline, global stock markets plunge, you know, it's hate to say the man doesn't miss, but he very rarely misses. And again, talking about what's going on with the media and the fact that they're going to try and cover this up or make it not as bad, listen, there are components of what's going on with the economy right now that they are still blaming four years later on Donald Trump. And the hardworking blue collar middle class is absolutely had it as they're being absolutely destroyed and wiped out by this administration. I saw CNN panel yesterday that kind of pushed back on the narrative, well, well, you know, you're not an economist, so you really shouldn't weigh in on this. This is just opinionative. But he's like, no, here's the opinion. Listen in. They do not believe that their incomes have superseded inflationary rates. I mean, they have, but let's say for some, for some, no, overall, like they have, I'm going to push back on that. Like I think it's easier for people living in big, this is my job. I understand that it's your job, but when you go and talk to regular people, they're going to tell you. If you go to the grocery store, it is more expensive for me to pay for good. Oh, that's true. That's true. That's why you're not going to gain that back risk with all due respect to your job. Okay. I'm just saying inflation has gone up. That is very painful. I do not discount that. It's very salient, groceries, gas, among other things. That's absolutely true. That's all it takes to survive, lady. Not true that household incomes are at a decade low. It's not true that the economy isn't growing or that we turned off the oil spigot or whatever else. I think you can recognize how people feel and also give them the real facts about how it is possible. I just think it is incredibly aloof to sit here at this table and pretend that what people are experiencing aren't real because some numbers on a chart showcases the data says otherwise. I agree. I actually agree. I know. I actually agree. It is absolutely out of touch for people in big cities making great money telling everyday regular people that what you're experiencing doesn't mean a darn thing because my chart say otherwise. That's not loose. You're a nasty person. Man, what a complete bitch. But my charts are right and your opinion is wrong. No. Our country is getting destroyed. Man, $400 a week. It costs to feed my family now and I have gotten rid of so much stuff that I used to buy. I mean, I honestly hate going to the grocery stores and making sure that we like it. Like, just have enough snacks for lunch and after school within the margin of error that we just have enough to make five or six hot meals for dinner at week because we really do love and appreciate dinner time. I mean, my kids are growing up. They're entering those pre-teen ages, two kids, four sports. They're always running around both in school all day. My wife works full-time. I work full-time. There's like 30 minutes a day that we put aside just to make sure unless we're out of town for sport-related events that we sit down as a family and have dinner together. And it's just not, and again, I come from an Italian background and 100% Italian family. That's like the there there of your day sitting down and enjoying a hot meal, conversating about the day or talking about anything. And a lot of families aren't able to do that anymore. Whether dinners have turned into a ham sandwich or a cup of ramen or just a snack because a lot of people, especially in blue states, like I'm in out here in California, you get the free breakfast if you bring your kid to school early in lunch every day. So at least as a parent in the back of your mind, albeit the nutrition level is absolute garbage and it's not the way we do things here. I do make my kids lunch every day for school and send them with, you know, good wholesome stuff. But there's a lot of parents who are like, I could probably make a better dinner if I don't have to worry about breakfast or lunch five days a week because the school is providing for it. But, you know, I ask my son sometimes, like, what do they have, they're vegan burgers, glutenless mozzarella sticks, like all this weird shit that, you know, probably contributes to everything wrong with kids these days outside of the fact that a lot of them got COVID vaccinated during the pandemic and coming out of it as well. So yeah, that's kind of how we're looking at today. Again, a little bit of a rebound, definitely not making up for the trillions of dollars that have been erased from the global market over the course of the last couple of days. Of course, the media wouldn't report on it today anyway with Kamala Harris and Tim Walts getting ready to deliver their first remarks as an official ticket. We'll have coverage of that on our Friday edition of the show. I'm not just not doing it this week, we gave you a little bit of breaking news at the top of the first episode. But I do want to segue here because while this stuff's going on here domestically and with the economy and all things related, well, the Middle East is getting ready to kick off. In a way, we probably haven't seen in a very long time. I'm thinking, moving as close to the Iran-Irak war from the '80s as we've ever been where Israel, who continues their operation into responding to the attack on October 7 against Hamas and Gaza, is now opening up fronts against Lebanon and Hezbollah while having to worry about repercussions from Iran where Israel conducted in a successful assassination in the country of one of the top leaders of Hamas just over a week ago. So now, you have Iran putting out all this propaganda, saber rattling, that they have to respond, the red flags, which is very, I guess, symbolic in the region for what happens next. They're closing government agencies and schools, saying it's in response to bad climate or air conditions out in the area right now. Some of the propaganda videos they put out just show the absolute destruction of Israel, which I guess in some terms would be the crown jewel of Joe Biden's failed foreign policy that he was able to, you know, completely just let Israel fall into the abyss in less than four years. I don't think anybody could have, you know, projected that as majestically as Joe Biden has done and Kamabla Harris. But the news broke across the wire yesterday evening that there was a proxy terror group attack on the al-Assad air base in Iraq where U.S. servicemen and women are still stationed, and I'll give you the stats following the report. Now, learning that the U.S. Department of Defense has confirmed a suspected rocket attack has apparently injured American troops stationed in Iraq. A Pentagon spokesperson says that the attack targeted U.S. and coalition forces at the al-Assad air base, apparently injuring several U.S. personnel. The Pentagon reports a damage assessment is currently underway. I want to bring in our ABC News senior Pentagon reporter, Lou Martinez, he's joining us now from the Pentagon with more on this. So, Louie, look, I know that this is early, but what other information do we have about this attack here? Okay. Now, we are learning from U.S. and Iraqi officials that there are at least two rockets that were fired at the al-Assad base. Now, this is a sprawling base in Western Iraq. It's frequently under attack over the last year and a half, especially since what happened is where they're in Israel between Hamas and Israel. Now, one of the things that we've seen here is that we are getting initial indications that several American personnel were injured. Now, this is quite different than the norm because typically when these incidents occur, we get word that there are very few casualties, if any, typically the rockets either don't reach the base or if they do, there are no injuries. But in this case, I'm not your buff, which is why this is very noteworthy and it's very notable to figure out exactly what's going to be the next step. Because last week, the United States retaliated against one of those militia groups as they were preparing to launch missiles or rockets from an area southwest of Baghdad. And that followed a recent series of about two incidents in one week where those Iranian back militia groups had fired at U.S. bases. Those attacks were the first one since April and the ones in April were the first since back in February. And back in February, almost daily attacks in Iraq and Syria stopped following U.S. airstrikes. So the question now becomes, how will the United States military respond? And based on past practice, I think it is very likely that we may see some kind of a retaliatory strike, however, given the climate right now, and what's happening with Tina Ron in Israel and whether Iran will retaliate potentially against Israel because of the assassination of the Hamas leader in Tehran, I think things have to be seen through a different prism. And I think that's something that the U.S. of the leaders will definitely look at. They sure will. And you know the Iranian leaders are looking at it through a different scope in terms of thinking that based off of all the failures in northern Africa and Ukraine and with Israel, American might really doesn't mean as much anymore, sure they can launch airstrikes and Tomahawks from destroyers and do all that stuff and blow up, you know, like empty sheds that the terrorists are using to house nothing, probably rice from the United Nations that was donated for the people and that the government stole. But in the big scheme of things, it's more of a paper tiger scenario and I think we can all agree with that when it comes to Joe Biden and his failed foreign policies around the globe. So there are a lot of things, probably across the globe, that strike fear into the heart of terrorists. I can tell you one of the things that most certainly doesn't, is that of our 90 pound soaking wet, bumbling, stumbling, mumbling, secretary of state, Tony Blinken. The man who began the 51 former intelligence officials memo is now the director of US foreign policy, and you have seen every single thing that he's touched absolutely blow up in his face. Well, here's some veiled threats at America's enemies in the region, probably scaring no one, except for all the people here in the United States that know that these empty threats mean we are closer to World War three than ever before. Let's check it out. A few words on the situation in the Middle East because it is a critical moment. We are engaged in intense diplomacy, pretty much round the clock with a very simple message. All parties must reframe from escalation. All parties must take steps to ease tensions. Escalation is not in anyone's interests. It will only lead to more conflict, more violence, more insecurity. Same more death. It's also critical that we break this cycle by reaching a ceasefire in Gaza. That in turn will unlock possibilities for more enduring calm, not only in Gaza itself, but in other areas where the conflict could spread. So for the United States, for many other countries, both in the region and beyond, this is our focus. And what it comes down to really is all parties finding ways to come to an agreement, not look for reasons to delay or to say no. It is urgent that all parties make the right choices in the hours and days ahead. I just can't with this guy. Every single time I hear Tony Blinken speak or Jake Sullivan speak or Valerie Jarrett speak or someone, you know, Victoria Newland before she got out from creating proxy wars with Russia, wall at the State Department to become a full time consultant for Ukraine outside of the State Department. It's like whenever I hear anything regarding American foreign policy these days, much like it is with the economy here, much like it is with the border here, I just hear the same thing in my head every time. Oh, no, we suck again. And we really need to stop doing that because moving forward, our foreign policy has to be something that the world has never seen before as kind of a redefinition of it. You know, and it's not like Joe Biden is going to be able to do anything to help that along over the course of the next few months as he's completely out of it, just disengaged and probably not making any decisions anymore. You know, he was being shuffled somewhere yesterday from a business establishment to the beast, which is the limo that takes him around. And reporters tried to pot shot a couple of questions at him regarding Iran, and I don't know if this makes you feel any less safe than it does me when you hear it, but listen to, God, honestly, the current president of the United States commentary on the ramping up of rhetoric between the United States and Iran. Do you think Iran will stand down? Do you think Iran will stand down, sir? I hope so. I don't know. Very reassuring. You know, and almost as reassuring as the media tries to make their jobs look more important when talking about government officials, as they did yesterday, when a picture went up, who even knows if it was from yesterday, I swear to God, these people need to hold up newspapers whenever they take these and I'm air quoting now, iconic pictures. And it was like, you know, Sullivan, Blinken, Austin, Harris, Kamabla, Sleepy Joe, et cetera, all in the situation room, probably, you know, watching a movie instead of doing anything on the screen. But of course, the media went and ran with it, and ahead of her announcement of who her vice president was going to be, they reported that Kamabla was dispatched outside of the situation room. Let's hear it. We've got a sizable motorcade repositioning on Pennsylvania Avenue. So it's possible that the, yep, it looks like I can see behind the camera. The vice presidents vehicles are leaving right now. So it would seem that at least her part in the situation room is done. She will now go back to the naval observatory. And that's the thing. It's like, okay, they want to pump out this picture, like Joe Biden's still strong and Kamala Harris is like half a president right now. But while this meeting is supposedly going on as they're disseminating this photo out to the press, Kamala Harris, I guess, came for the photo opportunity and was whisked back away to the vice president's estate, where again, she was probably focused on nothing to do with foreign policy as she's a complete fucking retard and we all know that. And more on, you know, getting her speeches together with soon to be vice presidential nominee, Tim Waltz of Minnesota. So we're going to kind of leave it at that again, brushing over what's going on with the economy and letting you guys know that we continue to, I don't think there's that much room left to where over the cliff, but edging towards that World War three that a lot of people think Joe Biden's going to try and, you know, let kick off in an attempt to, I guess, pander to voters here is like, you know, you don't really get rid of wartime presidents, but it seems kind of irrelevant now that these out, I guess, if you want to say Kamala Harris has been calling the shots for a lot longer, we all know that she has been doing that either we're going to got to leave it there, we'll pick up with updates the actually the only other thing I've got. So in regards to the troops that were hurt yesterday, the Pentagon has released numbers seven total were injured five were able to be treated at Alissat Air Force Base in Iraq, but two were injured to the extent that they needed to be airlifted out of the country and I believe are in Germany now. So take it for what it is, American servicemen and women, our nation's defenders are being maimed in the Middle East again because of what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have done regarding foreign policy, we're getting ready to jump in with the attorney from the Republican National Committee, Christina Boba, before we do another check in with one of our partners. Make America healthy again. All right, joining us next on the show today is a big Tuesday edition of the State of Records podcast. She's an author. She's a Marine and an attorney at the Republican National Committee. Always glad to catch up with the very lovely, fiery and mostly peaceful. Miss Christina Bob, welcome back to the show. Hey Ron, thanks for having me. I always love being here. It's been years since I've been able to introduce you and not make you laugh before I'm done doing it. So I'm going to take that as a win as we're getting ready to get this started. Christina, we haven't talked to you in quite some time. What's going on? I mean, there's a lot going on. Thankfully, I think things are going pretty well. Donald Trump, obviously, has a solid, solid campaign. I thought the convention went really well. Kamala Harris's recent VP pick, they're so worried about diversity that they had to pick a white male, a radical white male who really hurt black communities as the governor of Minnesota, just to prove how racially diverse they are. I mean, I say that on just, I have nothing against white males. I love white males, but it's just- Why thank you. But you're welcome. It just highlights the hypocrisy of their entire message, you know? No, it certainly does. And let's back up on that timeline a little bit. Over the course of the last 23 or so days, I know it seems like years when it comes in regards to the news cycle, Donald Trump was almost assassinated. He shows up on the first night of the Republican National Convention. He gives one of the most, I think, diverse and tent widening speeches, probably in the history of modern politics campaigning as the president of not the Republican party, but one that wants to make America great again for all Americans. He's done so many other things in said widening of the tent when it comes to the redefining of conservative politics that Donald Trump has done. The National Association of Black Journalists, sneaker con, Bitcoin convention. The stuff he does, but like Dana White and the UFC going on the NELK boys, the livestream, the kickstream with Aidan Smith yesterday down at Mar-a-Lago. This is, there's not much more room inside of this tent because Donald Trump has made it so wide. I mean, he's not forgetting about anybody here. Christina, I know you can kind of allude to this for a little bit because you know about the man. You know how he is behind the scenes and not just in front of the cameras. Donald Trump is doing what he's done for a very long time and I think it's been the strongest part of his campaign. And when you look at what, you know, Kamala Harris is doing now, especially with the selection of Tim Walsh as her vice president, it doesn't leave a lot of room for what the Democrats are looking to do. It's a radical, progressive as possible. It's everything that borderlines on socialism and Marxism and its inclusiveness for people that only, you know, cater to high taxes, rapid inflation, not safe streets and the green new scam. While Donald Trump is trying to just get America back on track and be that shining beacon on the hill that we've been known for for, you know, close to 250 years now. Yeah. I think that's right. I think the stark difference that you can see between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is authenticity. Donald Trump has this massive following because he is authentic. He's not just spewing talking points that his interns write for him, but he's actually just being himself and he loves everybody no matter what your background is and everyone loves him. And that's why you're seeing this wide, you know, this wide spread of diversity really flocking to the Trump campaign and to support Donald Trump himself. And then you look at what Kamala Harris is doing and, you know, she's like, "Oh, look it. I went to a record store. I just happened to be going shopping and I just happened to have press around me and I went and bought all my favorite black artists." And nobody buys that as real. It clearly was a staged campaign stop. So I think people just recognize the authenticity of Donald Trump and it is so starkly contrast to the staged fake makeup of Kamala Harris. You know, you guys are doing a lot of work at the RNC, especially coming out of the Republican National Convention, that is going to do the best that they can to make sure that Donald Trump gets elected in November. You know, we had Chairman Watley on the show last week. I think we're going to have Laura Trump on the show next week, though both be returning again before the November elections as well. We regularly check in with you, but I've noticed on social media, a lot of these Trump Force 47, you know, local offices are getting staffed and they're getting opened and running in some of the battleground states. And, you know, when you talk about some of the concerns that voters have going into the next election, it's that we've got people on the ground in these battleground states. I think this has been one of the best components that you guys have added kind of to the repertoire, the selection cycle, and I think you're hitting it at the right time as the Democrats are obviously finalizing their ticket, albeit as late as possible. But can you touch on that a little bit about how important it's going to be to have people on the ground in these states, especially the ones that are going to be highly contested and talk about, you know, how election integrity is going to be the number one focus of the RNC heading into the November elections? Yeah, well, I mean, you just nailed it. We definitely are staffing up in a lot of the battleground states. You can go to Trump Force 47 dot com or protect the vote dot com of the RNC's initiative on election integrity. You know, I'm all for I'd love to see people sign up with the RNC or just sign up with the Trump campaign to get involved and be a part of it. These do, however, I will give that a huge caveat. The most important thing you can do is sign up directly with your county. Go to your county and become a county worker. Work for your county. They hire seasonal workers. Work for your county. If there's still time, a lot of the counties are probably closed because we're so close to the election. But sign up and work at your county because we need good people who are actually administering the election, not just, you know, observing or standing on the outside, but are actually the ones handling the ballots and, you know, ensuring that the law is followed and that the process is done correctly. So yes, please go to Trump Force 47 dot com. Go to protect the vote dot com. More importantly, go directly to your county. And then for you personally, what is this experience been like kind of being on the front lines? I know sometimes we joke about it behind the scenes, how rigorous, you know, the schedule could be in the things that are always being thrown in your face, whether it be legal challenges, both personal and national level in regards to the election. And then the pressure that comes with making sure that, you know, we have a finite amount of time between now and November 5. And there's only so much we could do and we have to make sure that every shot hits. I think when you have Donald Trump as the person that's kind of dictating the calls, you'd mentioned there are people on probably the Democrat side, especially in the case of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, where their staffers have to write their talking points. I have a feeling in my heart of hearts here that sometimes Donald Trump will just erase whatever's getting put in front of him and rewrite it for his staffers. I mean, you could confirm or deny that that's up to you, but I just think, like, in this moment and with this experience, I mean, in the amount of time we have left, it seems like, you know, you talk about people getting involved, starting with their communities and all the way up to some of the national level campaigns and stuff. And, you know, if anybody has any reservations about doing the things that they need to do for the next three and a half months to make sure we, you know, extend and retain the House majority, flip the Senate into Republican control, and most importantly, win back the White House. The time is now. Yeah, you're exactly right, and to your point about Donald Trump speeches, I don't think there's any question that Donald Trump either will rewrite or go off script many times. And honestly, that's, I think what the American people love about him is he's again, he's authentic. He just says what he's thinking and what he feels and what he means. But through this process, particularly over the last four years, since I really got involved post 2020, you know, in all of the election challenges type issues, I am acutely aware of the level of vitriol and hate that the establishment has for the American people. I mean, I have never experienced the type of attacks that I have in the last four years. And I'm still under, you know, thankfully, I think I'll make it through everything. But it's really, really ugly and I'm not sure that the American people understand what's at stake. We say it, but having experienced it and recognizing that they hate us, they want to throw us in jail, they want us out of the picture, they want a one party state. It's really, really ugly. This is the election of a lifetime. If you get involved in one election in your lifetime, make it this one because this one is so, so important. And I'm really proud and pleased with everything that the Trump campaign is doing and what the RNC is doing, but make no mistake about it. Like the Trump campaign and the RNC by themselves, I mean, they're up against we, I should say, are up against the federal government, against state governments, against radical leftist nonprofits that are pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into attacks against us. Like it's a David and Goliath type situation. So certainly get involved with us, join us, join our fight. But there's a lot of ways to fight, but whatever you do, find something that matters to you and fight for it. Yeah. No, that's the truth. And I think the biggest thing that I've also seen, Christina, and you could probably agree with me on this one, heading into this election legally. And in your department, it seems like you guys are a lot more prepared for the army of lawyers that the Democrats always have, whether it be at the state level or federal, whether it comes to, you know, challenging elections and voter integrity, whether it comes to, you know, it won't be like in the fall out of the 2020 presidential election where it looked like Donald Trump was going to get a lot more votes. He did get a lot more votes historically. He went through all the states that you needed to win to become president. I mean, obviously we all know the outcome because we're in year three plus now of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has broke world policies. But the fact of the matter is it's not like we're going to be caught on our heels this time. It's like, you know, I've heard it from both Chairman Watley and co-chair Laura Trump as well. You guys are ready to fight starting early, not just on election day, but before. But if there's any questions coming out in the fallout after the 2024 presidential election, the RNC is ready to roll. Well, we're certainly doing everything we can right now. Having been in the aftermath of 2020, I don't want to take anything for granted and say, Oh, yeah, we've got it covered. Like I don't be wrong. I'm not saying we don't have it covered. My point is we need to be ready for the crazy for stuff we have never seen before because I anticipate they will throw stuff at us that we have never seen before. And so while I'm pleased with the efforts that we're making and, you know, there's, a lot of improvements from 2020, I'm not resting on my laurels saying, Oh, good. We've got more lawyers. Oh, good. We've got more staff on the ground. Like all of that is great, but still having, you know, the trauma of 2020 very fresh. I, I, I will be happy when Donald Trump is in the White House and I'm not going to sit back and say, Oh, we've got everything covered. We have, I think everything that we can see at the moment covered, but I'm ready to fight the unexpected and I hope the American people are as well. Well, I think we got everything covered that we need to touch on today. Christina, we've got protect the vote.com and Trump force 47 dot com live linked in the show description, but we want people to be able to check you out on social media as well. We of course got a live link to your book. As we always do when you come in on the show, where can we find on social media? Yeah, I'm available on X and Instagram at Christina underscore Bob and then truth at Christina Bob. She wears a lot of hats for America first, but right now she's an attorney at the Republican National Committee. Miss Christina Bob. Thanks for joining us on the show today. Have a great rest of your week. Thanks. You too. Mr. President, I do want to say first of all, um, you took a bullet for everyone in this room. Everyone watching everyone. The reaction that you gave, you know, other president is going to do that. They're going to either remain, you know, where they are, you, you are, you are a brave man. I went like this and that was a pretty bad ass picture by the way. Well, you know, I will say though that the audience was very brave also the fans, the people and it's much more than Maggie. It's, although I think Maggie's. Almost everybody. All right. Jumping back into the news portion of the show here, last news segment on the back end of two big Tuesday editions of the stake for breakfast podcast. It was great catching up with Christina Bob and having her answer some questions about all things going on down the RNC. Very pleased to see these Trump forced 47 offices opening up in places like Arizona. And we'll be continuing to bring in members of the RNC all the way up to and through the November election. It was great catching up with Chairman Watley last week. Laura Trump obviously is going to be joining us on the show here soon. And we've got a couple other surrogates from the RNC that are focused in on different issues regarding the 2024 presidential election that we'll be having come in and do interviews so we can get your questions answered about that. That was Donald Trump yesterday. Livestreaming on kick down at Mar-a-Lago with Livestreamer, Aiden Ross, you know, you talk about the widening of the MAGA tent and people that you would never think being involved with politics just four years ago when Donald Trump wasn't able to retain the White House over Joe Biden, there's not much more room under this tent. He has really made it to where every American has access to America first, to the MAGA movement, to his candidacy, just a brilliant, absolutely brilliant move by the president to sit down for this event yesterday. You know, we saw so much cool stuff throughout the course of like the hour-long stream. First of all, Aiden Ross gifted President Trump with Rolex, looked amazing. In addition, he rolled up to Mar-a-Lago in another gift for the president, a Tesla truck that was wrapped with, you know, make America great again on the front of the hood and the iconic Trump putting up his fist in Butler, Pennsylvania, three weeks ago, picture on the door. So it was just a different way to kind of get to know President Trump and, yeah, we need to continue to do these things. I know some people don't really like when they've been in politics for a long time when Donald Trump goes to sneaker con or when he goes to the Bitcoin convention or to talk to the, you know, national libertarian party or all the other things that he's done outside of what normally politicians would do. And that would be to stump in the states that they need to win. And that's it, period. MAGA is for everybody. And Donald Trump's running to be the president of the United States. He wants everybody to be a part of this movement and he continues to do so with performances like yesterday. That was obviously aid in thanking President Trump for taking a bullet for America a couple of weeks ago up in Butler, Pennsylvania. But, you know, Donald Trump, as selfless as he is, immediately throws it back on the bravery of the people who were in attendance at this rally, who didn't stampede and go crazy. They wanted to make sure the president was number one alive and number two, okay, following the failed assassination attempt. They would segue on to other issues pretty quickly. You know, what's going on with Fannie Willis and the case regarding Young Thug, the rapper, is something that people, I guess that is in the wheelhouse of Aidan Ross, you know, they want to know about. And in the way he asked President Trump kind of to put public pressure on these people to give Young Thug a fair trial, let's hear it. That's true to you, very unfair. I have a friend who's currently being treated unfair by her. He's a rapper named Young Thug and I was just, yeah, I just was wondering if there's a way that we can make sure he gets treated fair, that's all. So I've heard about him and I heard he's being treated very unfairly by her and I would tell her he's got to treat these patriots that are being all terrible, they go in after them and I hear Young Thug is being treated, I heard the name, I heard it from other people where they say he's being treated very unfairly. Very unfair. He's treated fairly. Please. And the funny thing is, when they talk about it, it sounds like it's really insignificant but, you know, the, the MO, Prosecute Tour Ali for Fannie Willis has been, if I want to get somebody that ideologically I don't agree with, we're, we're reco charges. If they have any kind of connection to the music industry, the entertainment industry, the business industry, the political realm, reco charges, we'll charge them as gangsters and we'll drag them through the mud and at the end of the day, if we don't get a conviction, we'll make them a lot less richer than they were when I made up charges against them. So we'll have to see where that goes. One of the funnier ones I thought though, they kind of touched on while inside of Marlago was talking about Kamala Harris' speaking event in Atlanta last week where she obviously had the Megan, the stallion open for her and torque everybody up in an attempt to get them hyped and ready to go, I just thought it was absolutely disgraceful. You know, if you're running in some context of a platform as large as the president of the United States, just imagine like a little bit less disconnection with them leaving the stage and Kamala Harris taking the stage, then, you know, them twerking there and just imagine if she walked up the stands onto the riser and took the podium while that's going on as they torque themselves off the stage to stage right and left. It would just be not something that you would expect from a Trump rally. The people that usually do performances there are before the rally, they're usually very patriotically driven when he calls people up during the rally, whether it's a business owner or just an average Joe, they always have something intelligent to say when they get to the podium. And it's just not what we're going to see from the pandering Democrat. Remember, it was like Jay Z, Beyonce and everybody in between performing for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama heading up to the, you know, last elections for both of them before Donald Trump was able to beat Hillary last time. So, Dave touching on it, Megan need twerker, let's hear it. You know, it's crazy to me to think that it could be twerking out of a rally. Well, what Hillary did is she would go out and get Bruce Springsteen. He'd get much smaller crowds than I got, to be honest, and he had a guitar, right? I don't have a guitar. But he would fill up a place and then he'd finish and they'd all leave and she'd be speaking. So now, Kamala is doing the same thing because nobody wants to go watch her. Nobody, I mean, she speaks for like, "Sure, nobody's going to want to watch her." And nobody does want to watch it now, at least there's a little bit of curiosity, but there's no value really in going on watching her. So what she did is she's gotten a couple of rappers and they fill up the place. But what she does is a little bit different. She has them go less. That's smart. Like, you know, I give, so in other words, they want her to finish her speech, get the hell off the stage and then they can listen to the rapper. The performance starts. No, it's pretty. That's good. It's kind of smart. No, no, I give her credit. Hillary never figured that out. She'd get some star and the star would fill up the place and then the star would leave. They would leave everybody, which is talking to an empty stadium. Anyway, this is a little better idea. No, it's a truth. You know, and some of the music they chose as they would segue from inside one of the, you know, interview rooms or whatever kind of those grand studies that Donald Trump usually does his Trump-a-thon commercials, the pre-recorded ones from our log-a-lon. They would go outside and Aidan Ross would present Donald Trump with the cyber truck. It was awesome. They took some really good iconic pictures, you know, strong Trump and just like, he sat there and amazed me to see the rap of the picture on the car of the day up in Butler, Pennsylvania. And they got into the car and started listening to music, you know, asking him about his top favorite artists, and obviously they listened to "California Dreaming," sung by Elvis, a little Cardi B, and sometimes the audio clips that were playing here for this specific new segment, they aren't the best. There was close to 600,000 people on live, over 1.2 million people trying to get on to the servers and they crashed briefly, but several times throughout the event. The views for it now, less than 24 hours out here on the West Coast are in the millions, and it's just another, you know, biggest viewed live stream, kick stream ever. So that's kind of, you know, what Donald Trump brought to the table, and some of the things he's been really hyping on this week was the fact that he can't stand ABC News' George Slopadopoulos, I don't know if you've ever heard of him, but he brought it up and was something that he wanted to talk with, Aiden Ross about. Let's hear it. But ABC, I've said for a long time, ABC is one, you have George Slopadopoulos, I don't know if you've heard, but he's a nasty guy, you know, you sit down, and yet to Biden, he interviews Biden, I said there's no way that Biden can handle this guy, if the guy is like normal, like he normally is. He was so nice to Biden, and then when Biden couldn't answer, which he can't answer most of the questions because he has no clue where he is, Slopadopoulos is giving him the answers. He's given the quote, and isn't it true that you really don't want to see war, isn't that true? Yeah. Yeah. No, the whole thing is crazy. And essentially what he's saying there is he stands in the breach and doesn't get lobbed to softball questions essentially ever. I mean, even when he sits down with Fox News, I'm sure they got an outline of where they want to go with the interviews. But then you have these guys like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingram who want to make a talking point, they'll either push back on the narrative if they don't get the answer they like, or ask a follow-up question, which was, you know, something Donald Trump obviously wasn't prepared for and then he has to go and provide the answer for it. So I'm trying to take you some other stuff. You know, I think Donald Trump mentioned Kanye West at some point, Aiden Ross talked him about his relationship, he said it's a good relationship, but not one as close as it used to be. He said that Kanye West was a good man with a big heart, but he was extremely complicated person and he kind of just left it at that. Last clip I've got from this, and again, think about it, in 2019, Aiden Ross began livestreaming and in his first livestream ever had one viewer watching him play video games. And it's now 2024 and he's breaking the internet at Mar-a-Lago with Donald Trump, gifting him a Rolex and a Cybertruck. That is the American dream. You can come from nothing and complete obscurity. And the demographic of people that come into this and get to maybe really see a personal side of Donald Trump that normally you wouldn't get at a rally or in a structured interview, listen, he had Logan Paul on the show the day before he went over to Mar-a-Lago. I mean, it's just absolutely compelling to me to see the continuing widening of the MAGA tent. Here's the last couple I've got with Aiden Ross, Donald Trump talking about the ousting of Joe Biden and the coup that the Democrats ran against them compared to what's going on right now with the candidacy of Kamabla Harris. I want to ask you a question. Speaking of, you said something about common sense, someone who has no common sense, Joe Biden, do you think he was pushed out or do you think he made the decision to step down? No, he was not only pushed out, it was a coup. I'm telling you, they went in to see him. He did badly. The debate was a disaster. Oh, it's horrible. Okay. I don't know if I was brilliant or if he was horrible. Maybe it was a combination of both. Yeah. Yeah. I know one thing. They were saying after I left, they said, you know, that was one of the greatest debate performances we've ever seen. And then two days later, they just said he was terrible. Right. They never gave. They took away the great debate performance. Yeah. But anyway, but no, I mean, I did fine. And he is, look, he's done tremendous damage to our country. He was a terrible president. He was the worst president we've ever had. She's by the way, considered the most unpopular vice president we've ever had. But she's horrible. She's worse than he is. I actually think he's smarter than her. And I think he's a really not smart person. But I think he's smarter than she is. But she was convenient. She was there. They have better people. I mean, they have much better people. In fact, all of the people that she's looking at are considered much better than her. These were people that were thinking about running. They would have run, except that they didn't want to go through this roadblock with her and, you know, because you're the vice president. So they wanted to go pick them. And I think virtually every one of them is considered better, smarter, would be a better president than her. But we can't allow her to be president. She's going to destroy this country. And again, it was just great to see President Trump much like in the sense of sneaker con, the libertarian conference, the Bitcoin conference, and all the other different kinds of events that he's done over the course of this election cycle. To get out there, you know, he sat down with the NELK boys, he does stuff with the UFC. He's got that relationship with, like, Kid Rock and other rappers who are just coalescing behind him right now. You really have to say, and probably will come in November in retrospect, was there anything that Donald Trump could have done differently campaign-wiseing to promote the America First Message to a larger group of people than would normally hear it in a typical election cycle, you're going to be really hard-pressed to find ways that he could have done that. I mean, you've got to remember, social media, he's repressed. Internet searches like Google obviously repressed, you know, he was telling Aiden Ross during this live stream yesterday, that I really liked this picture of me and Butler with the fist up. But do you see the FBI agents or the Secret Service agents who are now surrounding me? You know, Google went and used AI technology and turned their scowls to smiles. They also repressed the image and said it, you know, contained violent content, so they blurted out in search engine results. And it's just for as much as he's trying, and everybody's like, "Oh, why does he go do this? Why does he go do that?" Because he can't get it anywhere else. It's not like people are just vigorously writing op-eds about him in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal and the Atlantic every week. They're talking about how women don't have the right to choose, and it's the end of democracy if Donald Trump wins in November. So if they're going to continue to be the fake news at the level that they are and all have Trump derangements and Jerome in record numbers that we've never seen before either, then he has to say, "You want to know what? You say I'm an end to democracy. I'm going to go to the sporting event. Watch how much they like me. You say I'm an end to democracy. I'm going to go on with kick streamers. I'm going to go on and sell Trump shoes at sneaker con and talk to the libertarians or go into the Black Association of Journalists into uncharted or maybe unfriendly waters and let those people know, "Hey, listen, you might not agree with me, the man, but you lived better underneath my policies," and that's all I'm here to tell you. On the other end of the battle box in November are those policies, again, where your family did better, and I really like where they're at, and the mainstream media is going to do whatever they can to continue to just push the fake news. I'm watching right now on the TV. The Dow Jones Industrial Index, so far this week, Monday down 1333 points, and today it's up like 240 points off of yesterday's historic drop, and they're calling it a bounce back. Same thing with the Nasdaq, 578 points down yesterday, only 160 points up this week. On Tuesday, it's not a bounce back, S&P 500, 160 points down yesterday up 53 points today. It's not really a bounce back. It's not a recovery. I mean, it's not a continued slope into recession or depression or whatever that people might have been jumping out of windows for yesterday, but marginal gains on the historic losses yesterday, and that's kind of where we're going to leave it. They ended the kickstream starting off listening to YMCA in the car and segwaying to the cameras right outside of it to together bust the Trump and play the stream out. I thought it was just another 10 out of 10 for Donald Trump, Homeroom can't miss when you do stuff like this, and I hope quite honestly he continues to do it. We're going to segway now a little bit. Trump nominated Supreme Court Justice, Neil Gorsuch has written a book. There were some people I saw on social media who were confused why a Scottish judge was out doing the Sunday morning news circuit. He sat down for new views, what I believe, CNN, Fox News, ABC, and CBS so far. He'll probably do some speaking events as well on promotion of his new book, pretty common when somebody does that, even when they're, for the most part, shielded or outside of the mainstream media. And there are a lot of people who really didn't like what he had to say or didn't think he said enough in regards to what he feels his job is, as democracy, and the rule of law is constantly being misplayed by the Democrats and is constantly under threat. I've got two clips of them from his interviews over the weekend, both with CBS News, so you know they weren't softballing questions at them. Let's hear the first one. I read the other day that an ideologically divided case is not, I don't know what that means, this last term that I agreed with Justice Sotomayor, Justice Kagan, and Justice Jackson, something like 45% of the time. That's the court I know. But there are people who watch this right now and say, I thought I understood what Roe versus Wade meant in our country. I thought I understood what affirmative action, in college admissions meant, and this court has told me I didn't understand what those things meant, and I wrongly relied on things that I thought were settled. What would you say to those? I'd say those are deeply complex legal questions on which reasonable minds can, of course, and do disagree. Got it, baby. And then when it comes to Roe versus Wade, for example, what do the court decide? Decided that we, the people, should answer that question, not nine people sitting in Washington, D.C. So it's an excellent point he makes. You know the Democrats are always going to have that as one of their leading questions anytime they get some kind of what they would consider a major conservative in on the hot seat, especially a Supreme Court justice, someone who, again, they frantically, opine, said, has taken away a women's ability to choose. But again, he says the Supreme Court is best working for the American people in those instances where 40 to 45% of the time, people like him, who's considered a conservative, are in agreement with the radical liberals on the bench because they are going and providing decisions based off of the Constitution and the constitutionality of the rulings, not partisan politics. And that's just like the case with Roe v. Wade. It's such a non-issue. I saw another poll between 29 and 30% of 29 and 35% of the American electorate right now, of the Democrats think it's like a top three item. They can try to make this, you know, election about abortion, it's just never going to gain enough traction. I'm sorry, it's not. Our bank accounts are too depleted. Our streets aren't safe. Our schools are broken. Our borders open. And we're at the verge of World War three and it's time to just pack up that narrative and run on the real issues. And the real issues are what Joe Biden and Kamabla Harris have done to destroy this country over the last four years. I think when you look at Roe v. Wade and the sending it back to the, you couldn't have asked for a better ruling. Yes, you lose this fake government protection that Democrats, you know, pontificate about. But at the same time, you have so many different versions of what access to abortion looks like based off of the rulings that we'll see in 50 different states. So Donald Trump did what he said he was going to do. It's another promise kept. Of course, as we'd go on, he mentioned affirmative action and he would get into that. Let's hear it. How about affirmative action? Much the same thing. What did we decide? We decided that all people are created equal and it's not acceptable in this country to discriminate on the basis of race. Race, gender, anything. DEI is ruining this country. It's creating such unsafe environments and so many different components from big tech to big business to Wall Street to the military to law enforcement to education to health care, et cetera. And we cannot have these racially driven decisions guiding our country where, like he said, the constitution clearly states, all men are created equal. And moving on from this, just taking into consideration that he's got a story that he wants to tell. It's in the form of his new book. When you see him on the more conservative networks, it'll be a much more cheerful interview when you hear him on places like CBS, ABC, and CNN, not so much. And that's kind of the news that he made with some of his commentary this week. The only goals of the show here, we'll talk about segwaying to some different stuff and doing some different things after November 5th, like in January, when we could start talking about how we're all not tired of winning because Donald Trump's back in office, and we're ready to roll here. You'll never miss out on all the great stuff we've got going on here. One and a third heading home. Still got Jesse Binall in with us at the end of this segment, and kind of a throwback. It was recent, but I remember we played this maybe a month, month and a half ago. Jamie Raskin sat down on a panel with Karine Jean Pierre, Nancy Pelosi, and a couple other, the radical progressive libs, and was talking about Congress' role if Republicans aren't able to retain the House of Representatives in this upcoming November election. Not only will be impeachments on deck, we might not even have to impeach Donald Trump if he wins back the White House and damn slip the House because they're going to argue certifying the election. They said it couldn't happen back in 2020, let's check it out. Because what can be put into the Constitution can slip away from you very quickly, and the greatest example going on right now before our very eyes is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which they're just disappearing with the magic wand, as if it doesn't exist, even though it could not be clearer what it's stating, and so they want to kick it to Congress, so it's going to be up to us on January 6, 2025 to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he's disqualified, and then we need bodyguards for everybody in civil war conditions, all because the nine justices, not all of them, but these justices who have not many cases to look at every year, not that much work to do, a huge staff, great protection, simply do not want to do their job and interpret what ... Oh my God, okay. First of all, and to get things started here, I think it's abundantly clear that we all feel the same way about lying, crying, Jamie Raskin. Shut up, bitch! Secondly, they changed the electoral college laws. They have gone on for years saying Mike Pence could not do what he is saying the House of Representatives now must do on January 6 of next year, which has not certified the election for Donald Trump, militarize the Capitol police, and get ready for civil war against Republicans. And he was doing it at some off the beaten path little ... It looked like they were in a bookstore, I don't even know if it was a podcast or maybe they were in a fundraiser, but listen, behind closed doors and in their private circles, this is the way that all of these assholes talk. So we really need to take into consideration what's going on here behind the scenes and that they're working extremely hard to make life miserable for Donald Trump if we don't not only win the White House, but retain and extend the House majority and flip the Senate into Republican control. That's the only equation that works for a successful Trump-second term in office. It's going to be very hard to get anything done legislatively and outside of executive orders if that equation is not three for three. So just remember that. You might not be pleased with your House rep. You might be confused sometimes when Donald Trump endorses somebody or promotes somebody that hasn't necessarily been ripping over them's shirt like Superman America first, but it's a numbers game. I mean, we're at 220 to 213 right now. I think we can get that number up as high as 224. Maybe 5253 in the Senate, but it's going to take a lot of work and not just voting for Donald Trump. It's going to have to be straight down the ticket all ours all the way. And hopefully we can get to a place where we're a little bit better. So obviously better than Nancy Pelosi, who's always a disaster, but did a couple of media hits this week. People are asking her like, we all know you did it. You did this coup against Joe Biden. You said he was your friend. Two years ago, you were saying, we don't say open sesame around here. We say, open Biden, give me another drink and it's just like, come on, lady. Everybody knows that she was the one that initiated this after she got the director from Barack Obama. She had a Keem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and a lot of the big donors in the DNC with her. And the media wants to kind of hold her accountable for it and she's not answering questions. But in the meantime, let's hear it. There is wealth. The first bill, the first bill that protect our bill shots in the arm, money in the pockets, children in school, talking points, talking points, the infrastructure bill building building in a way that is respectful of communities, chips and science. Have you spoken to President Biden since he dropped out? No, I have not. Do you hope to? Yes. I hope to. Yeah. Is everything okay with your relationship? You'd have to ask him. But I hope so. But he knows that I have loved Joe Biden, respected him for over 40 years. We have, I was a party chair in California, then I became a member of Congress and then one thing, other housewife, house member, house speaker, working with him all along. I think he has made one of the biggest contributions to our country in the shortest period of time. She's a fucking disaster. There's no two ways about it. But believe it or not, that was not the wildest shit she said all weekend. She was asked in another interview about Joe Biden's contributions to America and all things in between. And you cannot believe where she thinks Joe Biden should be, well, rush more it onto. Let's hear it. What place to make whatever decision, the top of his game, such a consequential president of the United States, a Mount Rushmore kind of president of the United States, want to know what comes next? That he belongs up there on Mount Rushmore, Lincoln and Joe Biden. But you got Teddy Roosevelt up there. And he's wonderful. I don't say take him down, but you can add Biden. Yeah, you can add Biden. That makes a lot of sense. It's a completely intelligent and well thought out. Oh my God. I just can't with this lady. How did I know I'm retarded? Yeah, we know. She's drunk half the time too. Listen, I've only got a little bit more here as we're getting ready to wrap and jump in with Jesse Benal. Joe Rogan's continuing to wake people up, dropping bread pills left and right. You know, in addition to all the stuff he does for UFC, the man is a comedian. And when he's not doing his podcast, he's on the road, promoting all of his good works and trying to make people laugh, let's hear it. You know, it's just good to see everybody having a good time. The country's almost back to normal before World War III. COVID was just so strange. We lost a lot of people during COVID and most of them are still alive. Yeah, right? Right? There's a lot of people that I don't fuck with anymore. For COVID, I would have told you that vaccines are the most important invention in human history. After COVID, I'm like, I don't think we went to the moon. She's sorry. Michelle Obama's got a dick. I think PCC is real. I think there's direct energy weapons in Antarctica. I'm just kidding. I don't think Michelle Obama's got a dick, but I believe all that other shit. A little love for Big Mike. We'll see him her at some point in the near future. And you know, it's good. I still think that sometime following the DNC and maybe before a presidential debate, maybe after, depending on what the numbers look like, I feel like Donald Trump's going to sit down for that Rogan interview. I hope he does, but that would be like the culmination of all he's done to go the extra mile this entire cycle and if he doesn't, it's not a big deal. I think a lot of people, you know, over 65, maybe close to 70% of Joe Rogan's typical listenership are probably on the Trump train or have voted for Donald Trump at least once in the last two election cycles. But I think the effect that that could have, and it's just something that the Democrats can't touch would be pivotal in bringing in those last of the best of the rest. The libertarians, the dem moderates who identify in some policy-wise, two Republicans are with Republicans and independents, of course. And you know, there was a couple of funny bits right there, but we're going to leave it on an absolute banger. And as our last audio clip of the day, everybody knows that Eddie Griffin has come a long way since being a grimy little comedian and someone who really wasn't that funny to just absolutely destroying everybody in his wake with receipts from over the years of having all these relationships in Hollywood. Yeah, a little bit of commentary on Kamala Harris recently during one of his live streams or podcast, I thought you guys would enjoy it. You got in these streets, all of a sudden, you just, you're black again because it's an election season. They need a nigga. So, you know, I'm out in these streets. What streets are you in? Huh? What streets? You're out in the streets of your white husband, huh? In the streets? Yeah. Because you know, you're harder than steel steel getting harder. Madam VP, you know what I mean? You know what I mean? Yeah, I mean, yeah. My in these streets. You know what I mean? I'm a hustle. It's a brain. I'm in the streets, God damn it. I'm hitting a pavement. Agitating the gravel. You know what I'm saying? I'm kicking rocks like a motherfucker. Streets. And let me tell you, you're right, Taraji. There is so much at stake in this moment. The majority of us believe in freedom and equality. But these extremists, as they say, they not like us. No, they not. Yeah, look at this bitch. They not like us. Ah, Kendrick, kick her in the head. Kick her in the head being me using your goddamn legs. They not like you ain't like us either, bitch. Well, how about that? Hold on. They will take anything for, and use it as a slogan to try to get them votes. Well, then they didn't try this, this, this black bitch out and turn her into a nigga once again. Yeah. That's all you want last time. Got the black vocals. They got the black woman. But this bitch, she ain't black at all. I don't know what she is, but she ain't no nigga. I know that much now, you know, she got a white husband, because, you know, she's so black. She's so down with us, that she married a white boy. Like a majority of these mayors and female senators that are black, all of them got white husbands. Hmm. Hmm. And we are definitely going to leave it at that. We're getting ready to jump in with constitutional attorney, just even all right now. But before we do, one last check in with one of our partners. Joining us next on the show today, this big Tuesday edition of the State for Breakfast podcast, he's a constitutional attorney and the man who heads the banal law group welcoming back to the show. Just have been all. Thanks for joining us. Thanks much for having me. Always a pleasure, sir. Got a bunch of stuff. Talk about on the legal side, but before we get into any of that, maybe you just get some of your commentary on the breaking news today and Kamala Harris picking Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be her vice presidential running mate. Guy seems like pretty much a radical progressive. If you talk about the rule of law, it doesn't sound like he supports it based off his track record. And, you know, Donald Trump put it out there on Truth Social, I think, with a post that only says thank you. So how do you feel about this, Jesse? Oh, yeah. I mean, he was the hardest left choice that she had. And this really shows you who Kamala Harris is. When she has the opportunity to go hard left, she is always going to do it. She had an opportunity to pick some folks that were more towards the middle, more towards moderates. And she gave that up. In fact, she also, with all the problems and anti-Semitism that the Democratic Party has right now, she had the opportunity to try to walk back some of those concerns by picking up somebody who is, you know, part of the Jewish faith in Governor Shapiro in Pennsylvania. But she rejected that instead of going to Walz, who's the darling of Omar out in Minnesota. You know, Omar just absolutely loves Walz in the same state as she is. And, of course, you know, you got Omar and Talib, who are some of the most anti-Semitic members of the House of Representatives in history. And really at the forefront of pushing this anti-Semitism or seeing in America right now. So it's a sad commentary in the state of America where we see that Kamala Harris is so determined to go hard left. I mean, Tim Walz at one point said that they need to embrace progressivism and that one person's socialism is really another person's being neighborly. That's the way he talked about socialism. He embraces socialism. So yeah, if I was President Trump, I would have said the same thing because America is going to really know what the choice is now. You've got the pro-America, America First, policies of Donald Trump and JD Vance, and you've got the hard left and even anti-Semitism that you get from Kamala Harris and Walz. Yeah, it seems like a big win for Donald Trump and JD Vance. It seems like JD Vance is going to have a lot to discuss in regards to Tim Walz's record. And like you had mentioned, some of the political commentary he's made over the years, policies that we've seen implemented in New York and which people, you know, within the political spear really support him like Tlaib and AOC and Elon Omar. So it's going to be interesting to see how this kind of shakes out. I think it's a big win for us in the head-to-head matchup. It makes the JD Vance pick a lot, look a lot better now in foresight. You know, I know some people, everybody had their own horse in the race. I thought JD Vance has been a perfect compliment to Donald Trump rigorous schedule. He's able to adhere to it out on the road speaking in many different states, carries the messaging of the party, and he's a young and strong person that knows the ins and outs of the Senate, which is some place that we're going to be needing in regards to confirmations and policy passing next year. So I thought that was a great choice for President Trump. And here we are jumping into the issues. So apparently, and regarding some of the rulings that have recently come down with Donald Trump, he's still going to have to possibly go to a sentencing hearing in New York later this summer. Yeah. Now, I mean, we'll see what happens in that case. I'll tell you what Judge Mershan should do in New York. It's Judge Mershan got way over his skis in this case, and of course, we know what he got over his skis. He got over his skis because this case to him was never about law and order. It never was about justice. It was about trying to convict Donald Trump in order to achieve a political objective, which is all one Mershan has ever cared about. And Todd Blanche was an excellent lawyer, properly made objections about how the evidence that they were letting in violated presidential immunity, various aspects of presidential immunity. And Judge Mershan just shirt it off and didn't care about that and overruled Todd Blanche's objections. Now, after the Supreme Court case came out in Trump versus the United States back a little month ago, well, guess what, Todd Blanche was right again. And the Supreme Court says you cannot even introduce evidence that goes to a president's official duties and core functions of his office and Mershan let that evidence in. And so the result of that has to be, according to the United States Supreme Court, it has to be that that conviction is overturned. Now there's about 100 other reasons, right, more than 100 other reasons that that verdict should be completely nullified. But that's one that needs to be taken care of immediately. And I think Judge Mershan is going to hear it. We're going to see if he has any respect for the Constitution or the rule of law or the dictates of a higher court at all if I was a betting man, unfortunately, I think that Judge Mershan is again going to take and let his politics rather than the law control his decision-making and he's going to just, again, wave it off and move forward to sentencing in the middle of September and try to do something that embarrasses President Trump and who knows maybe put President Trump in danger of another assassination attempt. And so that's what I think what we're seeing from Judge Mershan right now. We'll see what he does and the only thing that I can say is that the president's lawyers have proven time and time again that in a court that is completely biased against them and their client, they have handled themselves with both dignity and aggressiveness that really shows the way you should try a case. No, it certainly has going to be interesting to see that we'll be like less than two months away from the general election on November 5th, what happens up in New York on September 9th. And then when you talk about Judge Chuckin down in D.C., there's been some developments in that case as well. It looks like she could still move ahead and is looking to move ahead with the case against Donald Trump even after some Supreme Court rulings in regards to presidential immunity that have gone in favor of the 45th president. Yeah, and so I mean with Judge Chuckin, unfortunately, you see somebody that is just as biased, possibly even more biased than Judge Mershan against President Trump. She has made her feelings about Donald J. Trump, perfectly known from the bench. She has, it is very, very clear that in her courtroom, it's, again, it's politics that prevails not justice. And so that's the unfortunate reality. And so what I think she's going to do is she knows there's some problems with the case, very, very clear problems with the case. And let's remember that there's another judge, a very respected judge, that says that the prosecutor in her case is not even, not even a proper government employee. He's, he's, he shouldn't be bringing this case at all. She's just a mondo citizen, not, not Jack Smith prosecutor. But nonetheless, she's going to probably move forward. And she's got a status conference scheduled for August the 16th. We'll see. I mean, frankly, I think that even if they were to move forward with the case, they would need to start at a new indictment, a superseding indictment, because the material that they brought for the grand jury, I think, is, is absolutely unconstitutional under the Trump versus Smith case now. And so that would need to be dismissed. But we'll see what Judge Chuckkin has to do with that. And she's going to probably have evidentiary hearings. She'll see that probably is any opportunity that she can, again, to, to try to play politics and try to attack President Trump politically using, using her judicial position. What she should do at this point is say, hey, guys, you know what, it is now, we're willing to the month of August. We are less than three months away from, from a presidential election. I'm not going to let my, my courtroom be used as a, a place to score political points. So let's come back after this, after the elections over and we'll handle these, these legal issues and we're going to handle them from a legal perspective, not a political perspective at that time. It's an excellent point you make, and I think it's probably Judge Chuckkin's last ditch effort to spin the news cycle negatively for Donald Trump before the November elections. I mean, even if they were going to get that superseding injunction and try to get this rolling by some time in mid to late August, I don't see it being able to come to a conclusion before the elections. If they did, I think that would just confirm just how politicized, you know, that courtroom in this judge is. I mean, we've all seen it for the last couple of years and I guess we'll have to see how it shakes out. Jesse, last thing I wanted to touch with you on. You know, there had been some recent developments in the news regarding some of the 9/11 terrorists who are apprehended and are currently being detained at Guantanamo Bay and Cuba. You know, one of them is the logistical mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and it seemed like just a few short weeks ago they had brokered a deal with the Biden administration. That's the Biden administration and the Taliban, essentially, or al-Qaeda saying that, you know, these plea deals would be coped. A lot of people who understand the way the legal system works had big fears that these people like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the other two people in question were going to be used as negotiating chips at some point to get maybe hostages back from other terrorist-related entities around the globe. I mean, obviously, the State Department of Defense has walked us back and said they're not going to adhere to accepting these plea deals, but what does that say for American politics? This is not generations ago like the Vietnam or World War II era. 9/11 is essentially this era that we're living in now and for the fact that some of the people that, you know, were able to logistically set up the plans that created so much harm, death and destruction in the United States and essentially kick off two 20-year wars, that we would be able to use them as bargaining chips just for, you know, a little bit of gain in political capital. Yeah. No, I mean, that's right. I mean, 9/11 wasn't that long ago, you know, when you really think about it, it just doesn't seem that long ago to those of us that, you know, remember that beautiful, sunny Tuesday in September when the world does change. And if you look at, again, it's this administration, it's the personnel of this administration. It's always the most personality is policy, that they would far rather go after their fellow Americans based on politics than even the terrorists who, you know, killed thousands and thousands of Americans on September 11th. Let's remember it's just the same administration we just found out has given over $250 million to the Taliban after the disastrous withdrawal. And, you know, that is the type of policies that we get when you get this both hard left and severely incompetent administration in office. And, you know, I think that the most incompetent choice that Joe Biden made, of course, was his choice of running mate in Kamala Harris and, you know, the fact that they then decided to select her as a Democrat nominee outside of any electoral process. But the first time in many, many decades selecting someone as a presidential nominee of a party that didn't go through a single primary in a smoky black room, a smoky back room. And so that is what we're looking at right now with the incompetence of this administration and the really neat thing and the antipathy that they are showing towards their fellow Americans. Well, I think you framed it perfectly there, Jesse. Thanks for giving us some insight today. As always, we've got the banal law group and your website live linked in the show description. Well, Rolling Stone is very special, it's always been a special magazine to me, it reminds me of my youth, it reminds me of music. I've read Rolling Stone for a long time, and whether it's the Beatles or Elton John or so many others that I like, and I respect as talent, I'd see a lot about it in Rolling Stone. You know, I wish I had the guitar, I wish I had that kind of talent, but I've always, I have so many great friends in that world. I've just found them to be very different, all different, but there's a certain level of talent beyond the music itself. Aerosmith is terrific, Stephen Tyler, that whole group is just a terrific group. I really like them, they actually came and watched the debate recently, and I knew they were rooting for me, they were, they're fans of mine, but I'm even bigger fans of this, so I think Aerosmith is great. John Bon Jovi is a great guy, Pavarotti was a very dear friend of mine, I loved Pavarotti, I knew Michael Jackson very well, he lived in this building. I knew him better than probably almost anybody. Michael had tremendous talent, tremendous talent, lost the confidence, he lost a lot of confidence at the end because of different things and different reasons. Paul McCartney, terrific, terrific guy, and you see him around New York, everybody loves him, and his politics probably aren't mine, and that's okay, I don't care. But I'll tell you what, I'll tell you what. [BLANK_AUDIO]
