It's going to be some live cricket to get us underway. This hour the protests started day two on 45 for one. They played just 15 overs on day one in Trinidad against the West Indies and looking at what is going on there. The Proteas have now moved along to 86 but they have lost a second wicked. Tristan Stubbs has been dismissed for 20. He was caught behind off the bowling of Jason Holder. I mean of Kimo Roach rather for 20 that means a tempo of womanal comes to the crease a little bit earlier Tony D'Zorzi went to a 50 he's 54 not out of 83 delivery. So the Proteas 86 for 2 that's after 27.4 overs and now looking at some Olympic action from today it was an epic comeback from McKinney Sunbina in the 4x100 meter relay. Sunbina started the final leg way back but powered through to second in their heat behind the USA to last chance for a medal for Sunbina and along with his inexperienced team he stoked to be in the final. It was a pretty impressive performance given that McKinney Sunbina is paired with an 18 year-old by Ando Alaza a 19 year-old Bradley in Kwanah and then 23 year-old Sean Maswanganya and they finished second in the qualifying. So great effort and hopefully if they can hold the baton we've got another medal coming back for Team South Africa and then some other results from today for Team South Africa Julia Vincent is into the woman's three meter springboard final after finishing sixth in her semi. Marioni Fari, 1-100 meter hurdle repishage today so she's into the semi finals and then we finish with some rugby news. Jaden Hendrixor makes his long-awaited return to rugby this weekend for the Hollywood Bette Sharks. Hendrixor will start at scrum off when the Sharks host Greek was on Sunday after returning from a four-month stint on the sidelines coach J.P. Peterson says that they're on putting pressure on Hendrixor after a long layoff. It's one of the guys that always there's always stands up with challenge which is excited for him but I just told him there's no pressure on him to perform. I just for him to get some game time and get himself back into the game he's been out for long so we didn't expect any miracles from him but it's time to see our both himself into the rugby game come Sunday. So with Hendrix Madonna come into the starting lineup at loose head prop and your pink there will start on the wing ahead of Yaku Williams. That's it for this hour for the East Coast Radio sport team I'm Nick Tatham
