NBC News Radio, I'm Lisa Taylor, at least one debate between former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris is set. ABC News announced Trump and Harris agreed to a debate on September 10. During a press event, Trump said he agreed to two more debates on NBC and Fox News, but those networks have yet to confirm. They may or may not agree. I don't know if they're going to agree. She hasn't done an interview. She can't do an interview. She's barely competent. The two tickets have been engaged in a back-and-forth over a debate agreement. Tropical Storm Debbie is bringing heavy rain and tornadoes to North Carolina. There have been at least 11 confirmed tornadoes from the storm, with three of those in North Carolina. Areas in South Carolina are reportedly seeing records setting flooding from Debbie. Katie Gray has more. Florence County officials have described the flooding as "historic." With the storm bringing heavy rain and leading to washed out roads, several swift water rescues have been reported in the area, with water levels continuing to rise and receive rapidly.
