[MUSIC PLAYING] NBC News Radio on Michael Kastner. Tropical Storm Debbie is made landfall again, this time in South Carolina. The first road is shore Monday morning in Florida's Big Bend area is a Category 1 hurricane. NBC meteorologist Angie Lassman. One thing to note-- tornado watch is going to be in effect through 1 PM Eastern time. We've already seen multiple reports of large and destructive tornadoes across parts of North Carolina. It's now forecast to slowly make its way north into North Carolina, Virginia and beyond. Minnesota Governor Tim Walsh is being accused of stolen valor by Ohio Senator JD Vance during a campaign event in Detroit. Vance claimed Walsh abandoned his unit. The National Guard, just before it was deployed to Iraq, both vice presidential hopeful served. Vance was a Marine combat correspondent during the Iraq War. And Walsh was in the National Guard for 24 years, before his 2005 run for Congress. Michael Kastner NBC News Radio.
