NBC News Radio, I'm Lisa Taylor, Kamala Harris, and her new running-mate are on the campaign trail in the battleground states of Wisconsin and Michigan. While speaking from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Harris delivered a series of attacks against her political rival, Donald Trump. This campaign is not just about us versus Donald Trump. It's about two very different visions for our nation. She blamed Trump directly for the conservative Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, and claimed Trump would sign a national abortion ban into law, given the opportunity. The Harris campaign is set to stop in Detroit this evening, meanwhile, Trump's running-mate J.D. Vance mirrored Harris' schedule and held several campaign events today. The Carolinas are getting ready for a second landfall from Tropical Storm Debbie. It's expected to make a second landfall Wednesday night or early Thursday in South Carolina before marching north into North Carolina, Virginia and beyond. Lisa Taylor, NBC News Radio.
