Hey, welcome back to another episode of the caffeinated Hebrew podcast. My name is Greg Parker and I am the creator of this debacle. This podcast is brought to you by the Podbean Podcast Network. You can listen today at Podbean.com or you can download it in your app store. You can also listen to the podcast at iHeartRadio, Spotify, and Apple Podcast. All right, I want to thank you for tuning in to another episode, and here we go. Okay, so I've been talking a lot lately about how the state media and the people running the country are liars. And that could be construed as bias on my part, but so I'm going to play some clips for you today and then we're going to talk about them. And so I just want you to know that you do not have a fair and balanced government. You don't have a media that tells you the truth, the people that are in charge of this current administration, the Biden Harris administration lie to you on a daily basis. So I'm going to play this first clip of Kamala Harris, Korean, John, Pierre, White House Press Secretary, and Nancy Pelosi, and they're going to lie to you about the truth of Joe Biden's obvious health decline. Let's play clip one. He's very active. You see it for yourself with your own eyes. Joe Biden is going to be fine, and let me tell you something. I work with Joe Biden every day. The work that under Joe Biden's leadership, our administration has accomplished is transformative. It's transformative. How is it transformative? Like transforming the economy into a full scale meltdown of inflation. See his bigger. I see his energy. I see his passion. So the way that the president's demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts. What an eloquent speaker Kamala Harris is. She's referring to the report that determined that Joe Biden would not be fit to stand trial for hiding and taking classified documents that report the prosecutor determined that Joe Biden was just an old man with serious decline, didn't do anything wrong. He wouldn't. Anyways, he wouldn't be able to stand trial. So Kamala Harris is saying that it couldn't be more wrong on the facts. Clearly politically motivated, clearly politically motivated that he wasn't brought to trial, but Biden and his handlers. They prosecuted their political opponent, Donald Trump, not debate, but discuss it with him. He's right there because Joe Biden is very much alive and running for reelection. Thank God our president. If you have to declare that your president is very much alive, come on. Is in good shape and good health and is ready to lead in our second term. The president is in good health. So he wasn't ready to lead for a second term. Okay. Another breaking news and never before seen footage, Nancy Pelosi takes responsibility for the January 6 riots. This is ridiculous. You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff. I mean, the National Guard, why weren't the National Guard there to begin with? They thought that they had sufficient resources. No, there's not a question about it, but they don't know. They clearly didn't know and I take responsibility for not having them just prepared for more. We have responsibility, Terry. Yeah, they have a responsibility, Terry. Now, of course, you'll never hear that on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC. You'll never hear any of that because the state media is, I'm just going to, listen, when I refer to state media, okay, this, I want you to remember this. This refers to Fox News, NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNN, okay? Because they're all given a script, okay? They all say the same thing because they all have the same donors. And the donors are military, industrial complex companies, defense, weapons, manufacturers, okay? That's GE, general electric. That's Boeing, that's big pharmaceutical companies, okay? So they're all owned by the same peeps if you catch my drift. And if you don't believe me, and most of you don't believe me, and that's okay, I get it. You know, sometimes I'm unbelievable. But so I came across this article published in on April 1st, 2018. And it's from the week, I've never heard of the week, but anyway, so the, the article is titled watch a surreal video compilation of dozens of local news anchors giving the same exact warning about quote, fake news. So a video compilation published on YouTube Saturday shows dozens of news anchors at local affiliate stations owned by the conservative Sinclair broadcast group reciting word for word, the exact same message on fake news. Quote, unfortunately, some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal bias and agenda to control exactly what people think. The video shows CBS, NBC, NBC, and Fox affiliates sharing the message. Sinclair's aggregate, uh, televised reach covers over 40% of the United States, uh, watch the compilation below. So, and we've talked about this before, uh, Noam Chomsky wrote the book manufacturing consent and, uh, let's play the clip. It's about a hundred, it's about one minute and 39 seconds. So, you know, keep your attention span going. Okay. Hi, I'm Fox San Antonio's Jessica Headley and I'm Ryan Wolf. Our greatest responsibility is to serve our treasure valley communities. We deal past the Los Cruces communities, Eastern Iowa communities, mid-Michigan communities. We are extremely proud of the quality balance journalism that CBS four news produces. But we're not concerned about the trouble of dreaming of responsible one-sided news stories plaguing our country, the sharing of bias and false news has become all too common on social media, while arming some media outlets publish the same fake stories without checking facts first. Unfortunately, some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal bias and agenda to control exactly what people think. And this is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. Okay, so did you kind of see the, hear the theme there? I know you couldn't see it, but did you catch, do you see what I'm talking about? So tell me again, without telling me that freedom of speech is not under attack. And it is under attack. If these people had their way, they would silence you. And we need to look no further than, speaking of misinformation, Vice President nominee Tim Walts. I don't know why they're calling him Walts. It's Walts, right? That's probably misinformation, okay, but anyway, so Tim Walts says there's no guarantee of free speech. Let's play the clip. I think we need to push back on this. There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech and especially around our democracy. I think we need to push back on this. There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation. Okay, so who determines what free speech or what who gets to determine what misinformation or hate speech is? What is hate speech? What is misinformation in our or hate speech and especially around our democracy? Okay, Tim, we don't have a democracy. You fucking cuck. We do not have democracy. Now I want to read to you the first amendment, just so you're aware of what these people are trying to convince you that should be amended. They're trying to tell you, Hey, listen, you know what? You can say some things, but not everything. So the first amendment, again, I want to remind you, the first amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over the others and also restricting an individual's religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the rights, the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or of the right of the people to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. So that's the first amendment, and this is Tim Walts. I think we need to push back on this. There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech and especially around our democracy. I think we need to so Tim Walts thinks we need to push back on free speech. By the way, let me remind you, Tim Walts was arrested for a DUI and pretended to be deaf. So while Minneapolis was on fire, this guy, this governor stood by and would not let the National Guard come in, okay? So this is the person that Kamala picked and just on a side note of all the people that she could have picked for VP. This guy? Come on. Look, I would have been happy with, uh, sorry, just put my pen down here. I would have been happy with, uh, Gavin Newsom or, uh, while she wouldn't have picked, uh, Tulsi Gabbard, but why did she pick Tim Walts? Why that, why her? Why did she pick, why did she pick Tim Walts? Why didn't she go after, uh, why didn't she pick, uh, Tulsi Gabbard? Tulsi Gabbard because Tulsi Gabbard ripped Kamala Harris record on criminal prosecutions. Let's play clip five here, Harris. You have also been quite critical of Vice President Biden's policies, um, on race specifically on the issue of bussing in the 1970s, having benefited from bussing, uh, when you were, uh, a young child. Vice President Biden says that your current position on bussing, you're opposed to federally mandated bussing, that that position is the same as his position. Is he right? That is simply false, and let's be very clear about this. When Vice President Biden was in the United States Senate working with segregationists to oppose bussing, which was the vehicle by which we would integrate America's public schools, had I been in the United States Senate at that time, I would have been completely on the other side of the aisle, and let's be clear about this. Had those segregationists their way, I would not be a member of the United States Senate. Cory Booker would not be a member of the United States Senate. And Barack Obama would not have been in a position to nominate him to the title he now holds. Well, that's not true, Kamala. None of that's true. That's all, that's all speculation on your part. But again, you, you, you fucking ran with this guy that you're calling, well, he is, he is, he is a segregationist. He wrote the fucking '94 crime bill, of which you were a top cop enforcer of. And so on that issue, we could not be more- By the way, Biden looks much more sentient five years ago than he does today, I wonder, I don't know. A part, which is that the vice president has still failed to acknowledge that it was wrong to take the position that he took at that time. Now, I would like to- And still has never acknowledged that he was wrong to take that position that he did, but- Also talk about this conversation about Eric Garner, because I too met with his mother. And one of the things that we've got to be clear about is that this president of the United States, Donald Trump, while he has been in office, has quietly been allowing the United States Department of Justice to shut down consent decrees, to stop pattern and practice investigations on that case- Okay, I'm going to get to the part where she is ripped by Tulsi Gabbard because we've heard all that before. We know who Joe Biden is, we know who Kamala Harris is, but let's get to Tulsi. Okay, here we go, here's Tulsi. I want to bring in Congresswoman Gabbard, Congresswoman Gabbard, you took issue with Senator Harris confronting Vice President Biden at the last debate. You called it a, quote, false accusation that Joe Biden is a racist. What's your response? I want to bring the conversation back to the broken criminal justice system that is disproportionately negatively impacting black and brown people all across this country to date. Now, Senator Harris says she's proud of her record as a prosecutor and that she'll be a prosecutor present, but I'm deeply concerned about this record. There are too many examples to cite, but she put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana. She blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so. She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as chief labor for the state of California, and she fought to keep cash bail system in place that impacts poor people and the worst kind of way. Thank you, Congresswoman, Senator Harris, your response. By the way, this is what sunk Kamala's run for president. This is what sunk it right there. As the elected Attorney General of California, I did the work of significantly reforming the criminal justice system of a state of 40 million people, which became a national model for the work that needs to be. California is not a national model for the work that needs to be done on criminal justice. Okay. You're done. And I am proud of that work. You're proud of it. She's proud of the fact that she kept people in prison past their sentences for low-level drug offenses. And I am proud of making a decision to not just give fancy speeches or be- That wasn't a fancy speech, Kamala. That was a takedown of your shitty fucking record. And a legislative body and give speeches on the floor, but actually doing the work of being in the position to you. By the way, fancy speeches, Kamala Tulsi Gabbard served in the United States military. She served as a combat medic in Afghanistan and Iraq. So she doesn't just give fancy speeches. She does the work. Who's the power that I had to reform a system that is badly in need of reform? That is why we created initiatives that were about reentering former offenders and getting them counseling. Thank you. It is why, and because I know that criminal justice is so broken, that I am an advocate. It's why I know that criminal justice is so broken because I'm a part of it. For what we need to do to not only decriminalize, but legalize marijuana in the United States. I want to bring Congresswoman Gabbard back in, your responsibility. The bottom line is, Senator Harris, when you were in a position to make a difference and an impact in these people's lives, you did not, and worse yet, in the case of those who were on death row, innocent people. You actually blocked evidence from being revealed that would have freed them until you were forced to do so. There is no excuse for that. And the people who suffered under your reign as prosecutor, you owe them an apology. Senator Harris, I don't know anyone in apology. My entire career, I have been opposed, personally opposed to the death penalty, and that has never changed. And I dare anybody who is in a position to make that decision, to face the people I have faced to say, I will not seek the death penalty. That is my background. That is my work. I am proud of it. I think you can judge people by when they are under fire. So why isn't the state media asking Kamala Harris these tough questions this time around? Because she, well, listened in. Not about some fancy opinion on a stage, but when they're in the position to actually make a decision, what do they do? When I was in the position of having to decide whether or not to seek a death penalty on cases I prosecuted, I made a very difficult decision that was not popular to not seek the death penalty. History shows that, and I am proud of those decisions. Senator Harris, thank you very much. Senator Bennett, a question for you. Why are you the best candidate to- Well, there you have it, folks. Kamala Harris, her record on criminal prosecutions, okay? The top enforcer of the 94 crime bill. So all of you out there celebrating Kamala as some kind of candidate that represents the underdog, she doesn't represent the underdog. She doesn't, she doesn't represent people in need. She put people in need in jail. She kept people, okay, well, you just heard it, you just heard it, so, okay? Look, I don't know what you want me to tell you, but this is, this is the reason why she lost so terribly in the, in her first run. She was not elected, she was not voted in for this presidential run. And that's the reason why. That's the reason why. She's a horrible candidate, she's a horrible person. And she got into this role, well, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, she got into this role because they pushed Biden out, they cued him, they cued the tie. They cued the tie just like they're trying to do in Venezuela. They installed Kamala Harris and they pushed out poor Joe when they just told you over the last four years, how great of a candidate or how great of a president he is and how controlled he is and he's alive, well, now we know. It's like the young kids are saying ik-yik, if you know, you know, well, now you know, thanks to the state media, thanks to me, the caffeinated Hebrew, I brought it to you. What you do with it, it's up to you. Now, you know, if you know, you know, well, hey, thanks for tuning in to another episode of the caffeinated Hebrew podcast.
