Glad to have you guys with us here on a Friday. On today's show, we're going to talk about can team Serbia advance? What are their chances of making it to the metal rounds? We'll talk about team USA, who needs to play, who doesn't need to play and we're going to try and get the Swipe is absolutely absurd takes. All of a sudden, you're up to you and your monologue. One of the most regarded NBA players of all time, and David Robinson, we'll talk about that. But we're going to start today with Jamal Murray. Team Canada gets the win, they go ahead and they're in good shape to go ahead and advance. Everything is kind of like fine with Team Canada, they're actually in really good position. However, the numbers continue to be uninspiring for Jamal. Jamal was efficient today, he did, I think he tied for the most rebounds on Team Canada and had the most assists on Team Canada, but overall limited minutes, limited play, does not seem like there is like a high level, he still doesn't look like the same guy, has no burst, doesn't look comfortable. Adam and I talked about on the show yesterday Swipe and we kind of debated on where we put him on the DEF CON scale, if five is everything's fine and one is nuclear war is imminent. I put Jamal in basically like a two and a half, Adam went higher instead of three and a half. So he's got less concern than I do about Jamal. How worried are you about what we see from Jamal Murray in Olympic play? I mean, it's a three because he didn't end the season well in the Western Conference semifinals and he averaged 18 points a game on 37% from the field or whatever that was in that series. So that's where a lot of this is emanating from is how he ended the year is the fact that he was hurt at the end of the regular season, then played five games and then the Lakers series he averaged 23 and seven assists, but he also was inefficient in that series and seemingly struggling with Austin Reeves, who the previous year he had cooked up for one of the NBA's all time guard performances for 32 five and five and 50 40 90. So Jamal, since that point in the end of the regular season has looked like a player that's little slower and just not as healthy as you would remember him at his apex. And in this Olympic so far, he has had a moment where I've seen Jamal Murray dominate and take over the game like you've seen him do. This team has been very reliant on Shay Gilgott Alexander and not surprisingly, but surprisingly Andrew Nimhart, who's a really freaking good player and man, I don't know how he fell to where he fell, but he is a really good player for the Pacers. And then on top of that, you know, Lou Dort, Dylan Brooks, they have a nice contingent of guards and wings and that includes the killouts, Andrew Walker as well. So I just think that Jamal is kind of pacing himself with this Olympic team. They haven't needed him to be like overwhelmingly good like the nuggets are going to need him to be. But going into the year when you've already kind of dealt with injury and then there's a contract situation for Jamal that's in the air one more year left on the deal currently. This is all kind of, I think emanating to a point where I think people are just wanting that next step from Jamal, you know, the all star step from Jamal and Jamal just turned 27 years old a few months ago and instead of ascending where it's like, wow, he looks like a different player similar to what Tyrese Maxi did, you know, over a two year period where he was like, oh, yes, near all star potential to a clear all star to, he might be an all NBA player. Jamal Murray has not had that leap. He's since the 2020-21 season after the bubble where he looked like a different player and then he played well coming back from the ACL injury, then obviously took it to an all NBA level and a playoffs. But really, we just haven't seen that consistent Jamal Murray, it's like he's in conversation for third team all NBA guard. We haven't seen that kind of leap from him. And I think that's why a lot of people are feeling not so great about how he's looked since the end of the regular season this year. Yeah. And I think, look, we based everything off of what we've seen, right? So we've seen Jamal, so this is what we're basing on reacting to this in real time. We might get the training camp. And even though I've been like beating the drum of I'm really worried about them only having a month off and that includes Yo. We might get to training camp and it's like, oh, no, Jamal, he needed three weeks off. He got three weeks off. He feels way better. He's ready to go. It's entirely possible. Like, I always say that there's these plot twists that always keep going and it counts for careers. And I don't think anybody's had more plot twists in their career than Jamal Murray, you know, couldn't get past Jameer Nelson in the depth chart becomes an absolutely lethal playoff killer suffers a torn ACL, misses an entire season, comes back and helps leave the team to an NBA title and has one of the best playoff runs that we've seen, comes back the next year, doesn't make the leap suffers a lot of minor injuries and has an absolutely miserable, miserable playoff run, like, that's a lot. And this is, this is just the first kind of chapter of his career or second chapter. I think maybe the first two chapters of his career, there's a lot that can happen here. I don't want to, you know, I think there's a conversation going on about how nuggets fans should feel about Jamal at this point. And it's like, I do believe that when you do what Jamal did with this team in both 2020 and especially 2023, because they won the title, that needs to earn you a little bit of love with the fan base and a little bit of loyalty, right? That word loyalty is such a loaded term in NBA conversations because you got free agents and whether players should be loyal to their teams, you got teams that will trade you if you're not good. And so where's the loyalty there? All this, that and the other. And I, I agree with kind of, I think it's a really complicated and tricky structure. But I think with fans, like, if you're going to be a fan of the team, you should be a fan of the team, but I don't think you should turn on a player because he has a bad season in which he's clearly injured and be like, he's garbage, get him out of here. And we didn't really have a bad season either until the, right, he was fine. He was good. Well, let career high in assists, right? Efficient. On the other end of that, though, is that it's okay to hold Jamal to a standard. To me, it's not about the contract. Like a lot of folks will say that, well, he's a max contract. Look, the NBA is structured the way it is and these max contracts, you can't just go down the list and be like all of these guys that are max contracts or max contract players. We know that's not true. And so like move past it. You can be mad at that structure, but not the structure, not the player there. It's more though that Jamal is expected based off his playoff performances and based off of his prominence and usage and where he stands in the hierarchy, he's expected to be the all-star level player that you are constantly chirping the nuggets have never put around Yogich. And so if that's the bar and we can all kind of agree, like he's not there, you know, because it's like, well, he was, he was hurt at the beginning of the year. Even if he had been healthy, the numbers and performance and season did not, did not make it to where you would be like, oh yeah, Jamal needs to be an all-star. You have to be able to make that case and he's not done that. And so with team Canada, my kind of result is you would expect Jamal to be so good that even with him missing time, even with him not having gotten time with team Canada for various reasons, even with with all the complications of international play that he should still be so good that you're like, he's got to play, he's got to start and he's got to have a higher level. She can still be the, the, she wasn't even incredible today. It was good. Yeah. But you should be like, oh man, but Jamal's got to be like a huge part of that team. Yeah. And some of it's a minute restriction and I get that, but it is okay to have like these nuance kind of levels to Jamal where it's like this, but not that like that's where I'm at with Jamal where I'm like, yeah, no, he's a huge pay in the ass for everyone. Yeah. No, it's huge pay in the ass with his attitude. Also an incredible player. Also the teammates have consistently had his back. Also he, they do not win the title without him. They don't win a lot of games that they did last season without him. He's still a great player. He hasn't been great enough and not great enough doesn't mean that you're bad. And I think that we can do a better job of like finding those ways to talk about Jamal rather than the kind of polarizing ways, which I understand fans are going to do. But I think we can do better at that is kind of my take. Yeah. I think people just look around the league and they look at, you know, Tyree, Maxie, Kentucky, Devin Booker, Kentucky, and they just see players that have clearly taken leaves Donovan Mitchell. Obviously, you know, out of Louisville, like these players come into league. They're at a certain level. And then at some point in time, fourth, fifth, six year, they start turning into these all NBA level talents. I think people have just been waiting for Jamal to take a similar leap, you know, similar to Devonta Adam getting drafted by the Green Bay Packers at first two years, he was pretty mid. And then next thing you know, because of his development and because he just learned the game, he became near an all pro wide receiver. So I really just think that like people are just wanting Jamal to take the leaves that you expect players in this position to be able to do. But again, he has in the playoffs. But I think them being healthy and not having as much energy in the playoffs is also tied to Jamal Murray being able to be a better four-rager in the regular season. And I think personally that if you're going to be the number two option on a contending championship level team, then in the regular season, you do have to be able to carry the four rays, even if you're playing next to maybe the best four-raiser of your generation. It seems like conversation constantly is like Jamal feeling like why is this not good enough for you and the fans kind of being like because we see more as being capable, right? And that's like an interesting question. I think it's a really interesting question. On the other side, we're going to talk about Team USA for a minute, and Swem and I have some thoughts on it. Who needs to play? Who doesn't need to play? And then we're going to yell at each other by David Robinson, just buckle up. We'll do that next year on Locked on Nuggets. Hey, every dayers. I appreciate you guys being with us here on a Friday. I hope you guys have a great weekend. We'll be back with you on Sunday night for World's Finest. We'll talk about the end of group play and look forward to the elimination rounds, leading into the middle rounds in the Olympics. We'll talk about Team Serbia in the last moment. We did want to talk about Team USA. Swipe and I have been talking about it because we both have been on Twitter talking about any number of things that we have opinions on. I think it's a really interesting question. Swipe and I ask you, who needs to play for Team USA? You absolutely got to play these guys. What's that list like for you on Team USA? Oh, yeah, obviously it's the best American player. Let's say it on together, one, two, three, LeBron James. And then it's going to be Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Anthony Davis, Bam on a bio, Drew Holiday, Derek White, Devin Booker. I think that's my guarantee I'm playing eight, those eight players every single game. Why do you need Buck? Book has been maybe the, he's already been the best four spacer, like on ball shooter in the Olympics so far. And I think his ability to be a counterbalance for LeBron drives or Kevin Durant's gravity on the other side of the court or Anthony Davis or me being in the post or Steph Curry being able to drive and kick and even the way that teams are trying to have to load up on stuff and this leaving book open, like book has just been able to eat. And on top of this, I think it's really valuable for this level of basketball. And you can take one or two dribbles, Matt, or no dribbles and still be the same level of player as you are. When you have a bunch of dribbles, seven or more, I think Devin Booker has just really exceeded that role at a very high level. And because he hadn't had a lot of offensive responsibility, he's also been better defensively. And so I think the games that they have played versus South Sudan versus Serbia, Devin Booker has been a part of the reason why they may be able to extend these leads like they have. And I would even say he's been more integral to their success than Anthony Edwards has. Yeah, Edwards, I think is an interesting spot, just because I think it's really fascinating that Ant is so ingrained. And it's when, when Celtics fans complain about Tatum, I think there's a valid question of who's the better player between Anthony Edwards and Jason Tatum? Like, I think that's a really valid question and I would lean towards Tatum, like pretty conclusively. Um, but- Those questions for people? Yeah, I think it is. I think that there's some folks that feel that, do you, do you agree with me or do you- I think that Tatum is obviously better. Okay. So if, if, and so that's kind of the thing here, but the problem is that Ant's able to play guard. Like he's able to play too hard. And so he's able to chase over screens a little bit in a different kind of way than Tatum. And that kind of changes it. Like, to me, this is all about the way the roster is constructed and what roles that they have. The problem, and you and I had a long phone conversation about this and I thought it was great. I wish we recorded it. So one of the things is that on Team USA, Tatum doesn't do anything, any one thing, better than somebody else than everybody else on the team. Yeah. He does a lot of things if you were to take any three categories and his skill and those. If you took any three skills and graded them on a one to ten scale, he would come out on average higher than a bunch of guys who are playing. Not everybody, but a lot of guys, right? Anthony Davis can't create shots for himself. He just can't do it. That's not something that's like not built into his, into his game at this point. Like other people create shots for him, right? Tatum can create shots for himself off the dribble. He's really good at that, but is, but then it's like, okay, but what's Anthony Davis good at defense is Tatum as good a defender is, as Anthony Davis, no, because there's almost nobody. The person that's really on the only two players, I think they're on Davis's level defensively or BAM in the Olympics or in the NBA, on Team USA are BAM Drew and Derek are the ones I kind of wonder about. Like do I want to put both Drew and Derek on that list because those guys are so good and Tatum, I think is elite defensively, but that's been kind of like the interesting thing. Obviously versus the Dan, Tatum plays, starts, and Embiid does not, which kind of leads us into the whole thing of Embiid and like, look, we're Naga's podcast. I've said some wild stuff on here about Embiid, Adam said some wild stuff on here about Embiid. My things are much more from a league perspective. I still have, you know, those complaints. I'm not like, yay, yokich, boo, Embiid and I thought last year Embiid was phenomenal and I talked a lot about how good I thought he was on both ends of the floor and how much he improved as a passer and defensively. It is really stark to see him in this environment though, to really to see how much he's struggling in this kind of environment. And that kind of leads us into the David Robinson conversation. I actually forget, how did we end up in you and I comparing Joelle and Beaten, David Robinson? What was the source of that? I think I said something harmless and then you once again attacked me on Twitter probably. That's a trap. That's typically how that goes. That sounds right. I can't remember what the start of it was, but I know that I ended up quote tweeting you. I think it started off with this LeBron, Katie, Tatum thing and then I think somehow it ended up being like somehow I got Embiid into this conversation and it was about, I can't remember what the start of it was though in particular, but I know I responded to you and then you quote tweeted some legacy graphic from basketball reference as if that had anything to do with the conversation. And then obviously all the anti and beat fans jumped on your train and like, yeah, that's right. And then next thing you know, I was like, oh, let me go look at the actual numbers. And then it's like, no, this is not, they're, they're much closer than people realize. They just, I actually, I actually had my friend, Jared, do even who does a lot of work on. So you got help and I actually, I asked them, I asked smart people for their opinion and I had them kind of look at things like efficiency adjusted for era. And Robinson comes out conclusively, like way, way higher, like, yeah, I don't understand how your, I don't understand how you're really taking this seriously given that like, I know you know how inflated offensive stats are now, like, I know you know that. But it is indeed not a better score. Period. I don't know. Well, I do. I feel pretty confident that as well one beat is a better score. He's better from the mid range than he was. Obviously a better free throw shooter, obviously a better three point shooter. He wasn't the same level post score as David Robinson was, but it beats also not the same level post score as a lot of people are, well, not a lot. A few people are in a league currently, like he's not like a turnover shoulder guy. He's really good. Getting to that spot. Turn around. Thanks up. Go ahead. The, the, this is what makes those come, those era comparisons very difficult, right, is you're like, well, he's not as much of a mid range, like big men didn't take those shots, man. Like big men were not, they were not running, they didn't shoot mid range shots. They were not taking pick and pop. They were not running pick and pop mid range shots with David Robinson. That was. But he was still a moderate mid range shooter, though, like, so it wasn't like, it wasn't like there's nobody doing it. And then no, yeah, well, well, let's be very clear on this. If you want to compare how Kim Elijah wants to David Robinson, I am more than willing to do so. conversation. I, well, it's no, don't even try that. That's not a combo. David, David Robinson, a top 20 player all time. I'd have to think about it. I think he's probably within range. Yeah. Yeah. He's like a 25. I have a team closer to 10. I have a team closer to five. That's what I'm saying. Like the, there's not going to beat me on loving a team, but there's a gap between the two players. We agree. I think it's also like you can at least bring that conversation up and it's like, all right, we can, we can have this conversation and we'll come out with a team pretty definitively is what I would say versus like, you, you just cannot take Joel in any sort of serious conversation with Robinson based off of the defensive impact. Like Robinson impact at their role health legitimately probably like a, like he's definitely like a top 10 defender of all time. The block numbers are outrageous swipe up like they're outrageous, but we're, we're not going to sit here and pretend that in Bead at full health has not been one of the best rim deterrents. No, we're not going to do that. We're not. We were not going to do that. Even the, even the Raptor series, even the Raptor series in 2019, even last year versus the New York Knicks, again, granted he was also injured. The 34 games that he played this year might have been his best defensive 34 game sample size in 2017 for Joe, I wouldn't be this year. And again, you know, I'm not like an indeed guy like I'm not, but I'm not going to like pretend that he wasn't on a path even this year. But here's what you're doing though. Here's what you're doing. You're doing, he's really good. So he's great. No, no, the numbers even predicate that he's one of the best interior defenders in the league. Again, though, you're, you're, you're failing to acknowledge the differences and how the game is played and the differences and the changes in those and how pace and space alters those type of things. And also the fact that so much of this is just built off a drop coverage. If you are a big man, if you are taller than seven feet and you were capable able to walk backwards and hold your hands up, you were going to be a pretty good rim, you're going to be a pretty good rim deterrent in this league. Now Joel's much better than that. Joel's much better than that. Again, I thought Joel was worthy of a, of a, if he had finished the season healthy, I think he should have been, I think he should have started. He should have been first email defense. That's how good I think that I think that Joel was last season. But you put him on the level of David. No, that wasn't the conversation, the gap at their apex between those two players. It's not as far as you tried to make it seem like David Robinson at his apex just absolutely washed and beat like he's not four straight years top two and MVP rate basically until this year. And then on top of that, he would have three awards is fully healthy the whole season. Well, I also don't see that's what I'm saying. You go these extremes. I also don't agree with that for multiple reasons. He wins in 2021. Look, I, it's not that I think you want to talk about the 51 games episodes and the 72 for for Yokey's that year. Yeah. So that's what like this is what I'm saying though is like, I'm not even arguing with you about who should have won Swipe. But this is what you do is you're like, but he should have, he shouldn't have won. No, I'm not. No, I agree. The yoga should have won. When you talk about it, you bring it in 2021 if he's healthy, the media votes for him. He wins in 2023. And if he's fully healthy last year, the media votes. I got you the media, not Matt Moore vote for Joe OMB. Right. I don't vote. Are you not a media member? I don't have a vote. I have a what's up. It's like when Gilbert Arena is no blame the media for the narratives while also being the media member. It's just hilarious. I want to know in the comments either on youtube.com/lockdownnuggets or hit us up on Twitter or at twitter.com or sorry, X dot com slash lock on nuggets or his to the five star review. Let us know. Who do you think was a better, better player historically? It was Robinson who is a greater player historically? It is David Robinson or that's not the conversation. Are you going to let? On the other side. No, no, no, no. Are you going to let Matt misrepresent this conversation or you're going to allow me to tell the truth? I said David Robinson was better, but I'm saying the gap between. Let me ask you this question very directly. It seems you can answer this question directly and then not go off on some tangent somewhere else like in a steam politician. Listen to this. Okay. Do they both have two of the top 25 peaks in NBA history? I won't play Joel there. No. Oh my gosh. So we're not just we're just not going to acknowledge Joel and beat Peek at all. No. It's quite fun. Here's the thing. Here's a really it's just games played. That's it. We're not talking about. No, you can't though, it's Kevin Durant in the conversation for greatest basketball player ever. Yes. Okay. Well, that's that's the similar conversation. Joel and beat. He's been more available to go well despite losing the entire year to a and Achilles there. Man, this is disgusting. I'm not even I'm not even in the beat guy. This is crazy. That's my gift. So I put is I'm able to do things like make you sit here. You're on this show and Kate for Joel and I think I think I think Robinson is better. But if we're just going to sit here and pretend like in beat at his apex hasn't had one of the best peaks, especially on both ends of the court for any center relative to the NBA history. Yeah, he's good. He's that great. I think I think a lot of this is if he was the defensive stuff, I think is really interesting, right? Because it's like, do you think Rudy go bare is like one of the best player defensive players of all time? And I'm like, yeah. And it's like, all right. Let's drop them. What does it matter that Joel only plays drop and it's like you have to be Rudy's level of good at drop defense for me to be to for me to validate you there. Otherwise, you need the versatility of Anthony Davis or Bama to bio. And Joel doesn't have that. You can't switch with him. You can't play him at the level. And in this NBA in this modern NBA, you need that post knee surgery. You post knee surgeries and be you cannot do that. On the other side, team Serbia is going to make it, but can they make it? How far can they go? Can they get get into the middle round? We'll talk about that in our final segment up next here on lockdown nuggets. Hey, every day is for your second listen. Man, I read a red chair behind him talking about the Denver Broncos. This is Santa. I know. I'm locked on nuggets. Thanks for joining us. Make it this part of your day. I appreciate you guys being with us. We'll be right back on Sunday night for Worlds Finest. Okay. Team Serbia is in a pretty good spot. Team USA beats South Sudan. They're the number one seed in the group. South Sudan and Serbia are now tied in record. They'll face each other in a crucial match up on Saturday. The winner of that will take second place and guarantee a spot in the corner final. If they lose, the loser of that will depend on the other game's results in order to secure one of the quote unquote wild card spots as one of the two best to third place teams. So my question for you is one, how do you feel about Team Serbia getting out of the bracket versus team Sudan? And then what do you think about Team Serbia from what we've seen their chances in the elimination rounds going forward? They need some athletes in the worst way. I mean, yo, bitch, who's the best athlete on the roster? Yo, bitch. Yeah. Maybe. Probably. Yeah, they if they're not hitting threes, they struggle. If Yokoch isn't on the court, they struggle. And I just think that like, you know, bogey needs to play better, misech needs to please play better. Do something. They just they're very limited athletically. And I think that showed up in the USA game, the transition fouls that they had, but there's still a very good team with a high ceiling. And so they dominated Puerto Rico the other day. I really am curious to see tomorrow, how they deal with South Sudan because they're going to have a lot of speed and athleticism. And they're also pretty skilled for where they are. So that's going to be a dog fight. I think you know, it's just going to have to be like MVP, you know, gets for them to do anything and for them to get a medal. I mean, he's going to have to be the like clear best player in the Olympics. I think kind of where they are right now. Yeah, he's going to have to be absolutely he's going to be have to be as good as he is ever, especially. I will say this though, you know, Sudan has been really good, like they are they are like everyone's. It's the best story. And I think the Olympic basketball tournament right now is South Sudan. But they shouldn't be able to absolutely just mollywop the team Serbia in the non-Yokage minutes the way team USA did, right? So I think you have to have team USA's level in order to dominate the non-Yokage minutes. Now if they if they do, that's obviously a disaster, but they're going to need to be able to. I mean, shooting, we talked about this on Monday, that shooting is such a big factor in all these games. They're going to need to be able to find ways to get there. I will just say this, if you're if we're kind of going down the group somewhere just like can team Serbia metal, you know, do I think they can be team USA? I think that first game was not a great, you know, you needed that game to feel closer than it did in order to have a lot of confidence there. So okay, probably not going to get gold because you can't get team USA. I think Germany might be if not the best team in this group, because I think it's team USA, I think Germany's got a really, really good shot at silver. Like I am really everyone. I don't I didn't understand that everyone there was like a lot of conversation about France. I think there's a lot of conversation about some of the I understand with France, you know, with Wendy, but it was kind of based off of the Tony Parker, Parker era. And there was, you know, some hype around some different teams. I'm just like, guys, Germany just just just won the FIFA tournament, like they just did it. And they have all these really good guys. I love the way Germany plays that if whenever they're going to be absolutely phenomenal and they have put it on Spain today, though, I have not checked the game as we're current. Yeah, they're still up 14 versus France right now. So unless the game's over. So I think the Germany's got a really good shot here, which means that bronze I think comes down to Canada, maybe South Sudan, which I think who else is going to get out or Serbia, you know, Canada, Serbia could be a really great matchup because I do think Canada's got some holes, especially with the big men that could be a real problem, but they do have, I think, still a lot more talent. So it's going to be a relation to see what this kind of looks like. It is amazing that they do have have yolkich. At least I will say this, it's very nice for me as somebody that has to deal with a lot of comments from the itches about why don't you surround yolkich with better players and be in like, see, it's not that easy now, is it? Do you think how do you put team service chances versus Germany versus the other team versus Canada versus the other teams that will potentially they'll face and then those elimination are men around. The big thing is like the non-yolkich minutes, like, and they're also not getting good play out of their guards. Like, I mean, if anything, Mises and Bogus should be eating whenever yolkich is in the game and Yolvich has to hit shots, like, they just have to be able to get more consistent play and you cannot be like a negative mat. You can't be a negative 26 in minutes that joker's not in the game or make a negative 515 or 20, like that's egregious. It cannot be that way. So serve you can metal, but Canada, they just got a bunch of do's on the roster that all play their role really well. Every single one of them, they can't rebound with the crap, but they got shooters, they got perimeter defenders, and they play hard. France, you know, Wimby, Rudy, you know, they already beat them. So they'll probably be able to take care of business for example, they don't have any outside shooting either. Frank is taking 8-3 to game for whatever reason. And then on the other end of that too, Germany got some, they're long, they're big and they're athletic and they're fast at that point card spot within the shooter. That would be a lot for them to deal with. But again, joker would dominate in that series. The problem is it's like when you're playing an Olympic ball, I think the isolation post up stuff, like it's just not going to survive a lot. And so in the yokeage, obviously we have to hit his three pointers to that's the other side of that equation. If he's going to have to be high volume shooter and scorer, but I think Serbian and metal man, I'm just not like feeling good about how the others are playing on that roster right now. But again, maybe they get some confidence going into the knock out stage and they can take care of business, but they got to take care of South Sudan first, that's 1,000%. For you, I have a question for you. I'm going to start top 100 rankings probably here in the next couple of weeks. I think, I don't remember where I had Jamal, I had him high, I had him very high. Yeah, like 18-16 last year. And that's like the question of would you rather have Jamal Murray or Devin Booker was like a question and then not a question after books run to the finals. And then was a question again, when Jamal won the title and now I don't think you can kind of argue it. I don't think you can argue that at all. But my question for you is this, look at Andrew Nemhard's playoff run. Would you rather have Andrew Nemhard right now or Jamal Murray? Jamal Murray. Okay. Yeah. I want to check the temperature on it. And my dream was Andrew Nemhard and Peyton Watson in the second round. That would have been spectacular. But Nemhard, I don't know, Matt, you covered the draft to a degree. I don't, well, I don't have no idea why he fell as far as he did. It didn't make sense. A big combo guard that can play defense that has some on-ball skills and a good shooter. I'll just say I'm more focused on like the right now. And for me, like I'm so impressed with what he did last year because Halle was not in a place with his experience where he could just solve defenses yet. And so when they threw this level of attention at him, Nemhard had to be the one to initiate and really attack for that pacer's offense. And he was so good. And he was so good round by round. What? Well, how did the pacer? I'm sitting here thinking about the, they're going to have Halle, Benny's going to be back, Knee Smith and Nemhard, that's their guard rotation. And Mikado. Yep. I mean, they're going to be a problem. This is one of the reasons why I've continued to put Halle above pretty much where everybody else has his. I'm just like, guys, do you understand that he is the engine of one of the best offenses in the NBA in an all-time offensive era? Like the list was the Celtics with consistency and then the pacer's and the pacer's put it on every team. But the Celtics knew like the Celtics talked about it, how tough that pacer's team was. They swept him and it was still like a nightmare for them every single game because of how good that offense was. All right. It's going to do it for locked on nuggets. Thanks for joining us.
