So I'm at 1-0 defeat tonight. I think the word positive is to take from it but certainly places we can improve as well. Yeah definitely you know we've I mean it's been a really tough week for the lads you know third gaming in the week and 48 hours after I've run a 3g and we're missing so many bodies that we probably had to play in a few more minutes than we would have liked to at this stage pre-season. I thought first half in this one tonight I thought you know they use the conditions better than us. The grass was less so long so dry it was really really difficult to play through the thirds and we said to the lads we've got to look to try and and be a little bit more direct it's not going to be easy to play the way we want to play. We've got to be more direct so not to try and get in behind on which in trying to do that we didn't have the quality in the first half. I thought the quality from back to front was really poor and then when we did on his you know brake lines and an attack there back for final ball letters down on numerous occasions I've said that with the two best chance to the first half but they were they did well in terms of pinioners in and and and got good territory a lot of set pieces which we defended quite well and which has gotten done on one which puts behind second half thought were a lot better in terms of going to the final third on numerous occasions limiting them to next to nothing another you know a fair few chance against second half will still like to be a little bit more clinical in front of goal but no good good work out we've had three really different tests Bradford last week Bradford sitting on the home and a slick pitch played some lovely stuff and a corner 3g which we're going to be on two 3g's first week of the season so usual exercise on Wednesday and then then tonight again no difficult conditions got a few lessons we'll learn from that and the way we need to go about games when we when we first with these these kinds of conditions so all in not so disappointed to lose but all in all you know please be aware we're at in terms of the levels of the labs and looking forward to keeping on progressing yeah and um with the fixtures out now does it feel a bit more real yeah definitely start thinking you're looking planning where you're going to be going what you're going to be doing you need to be watching keeping an eye on um over these next next few weeks so yeah yeah you know it does done it it's only three weeks away i guess now in three weeks tomorrow we we've we've started for real so um i'm sure i'm going to be thinking about one milder feet at the visage aura or a two woman against brefford city in pretty season it's all about getting ready making sure we're as prepared as we can be for that first game on the 10th of august yeah cheers mate
