Fantasy season is right around the corner!! In the meantime, the Olympics are running with the USA dominating the medal stand. We break ice with our favorite summer event and Olympian then dive into our predictions for the SBF league per their request!! Enjoy!

(upbeat music) - Hello everybody and welcome to another episode of what's your fantasy, a fantasy football podcast. It's the same old trio, M.J. Scott and the fun train. - Hello gentlemen, great to see you and hear you tonight. Are you doing well? - Great to be back, M.J. what up? - What's up, what's up? - Yeah, it's been a little while. - Has been a little busy, but good to see you guys. - Yeah, always a pleasure. So of course the Olympics is currently ongoing as this podcast is being recorded. And wow, I guess this is the first time we've ever recorded during the Olympics. Great, awesome. We, our icebreaker today is going to be our favorite Olympian as well as our favorite summer Olympic event. So I'll go ahead and take this off with, I guess, my favorite Olympian. I think I'm gonna keep it away from some, I guess, well I'm just gonna get to it, it's Katie Ledecky. It's just, you know, one of those things, yeah, I lived through Michael Phelps and I don't want to go with the low hanging fruit. I mean, Ledecky is like one of the most winningness, winningest female swimmers ever, but I'm just seeing her, like when she first swam, competed and then she's just been so dominant over these past years, all these world records are hers. It's just, that's crazy dominance to me. So do you guys want me to go ahead and straighten to my favorite Olympic sport? Or summer spirit, summer event? All right, that's gonna be the 100 meter dash, easy. Listen, these guys train nearly like 3/4 of their lives for 10 seconds. You know, it's just, it's crazy. Just the weight of it all into one moment. That weighs heavily to me. So who would like to go up next? - I'll take it. So I think we should throw out the caveats that we had for this first of all. So we actually said favorite Olympian other than Michael Phelps. - Oh, yes, he's taking it. - In addition to that, they had to be famous for like the Olympic specifically, which kind of, to us, it ruled out like tennis players and basketball players who are famous outside the Olympics. So for me, I actually went with a pair because they did it together. But the Misty May trainer and Carrie Walsh Jennings, who went back to back to back, 2004, 2008, 2012, Olympic gold in women's beach volleyball, which is a blast to watch. It brings you back to our college days where we had hop around, apartment complexes playing beach volleyball in the summertime, so much fun. But for my favorite event, I wouldn't pick one specifically, but it's team relays. So whether it's in the pool or on the track, anything that involves a four-person team, a new one, all right, all right. So if I had to choose one in swimming, there is a mixed medley, which means it's two women and two men, and each of them do a different type of swimming stroke and the US won gold this year. - I'm very cool. - Yup, it's a very cool event. So that would be the one I would pick, but any kind of team relay where it's like four people doing, whether it's like the baton race or in swimming, where they're doing different types of strokes, that's what I like. - Yeah, to piggyback off of that, I'm a big relay guy as well. I had 400 meter medley relay down guys or girls, but yeah, I like seeing the different people compete. And at the end, just hopefully seeing the last person just take off, so swimming relay. And then from my Olympian, I'm also doing multiple, but one group, the Fierce 5, which is the 2012 US Women's Gymnastics team. I don't know why, but that was just like prime Olympics for me. I feel like they're just a legendary squad. And yeah, they, I guess, continued the momentum of Women's Gymnastics dominance. - Did they get gold or silver? - Yeah, gold. - Wasn't that Maloney's not impressed, isn't that? Yeah, wasn't she not impressed 'cause she got silver? Isn't that where that whole meme came from? - Maybe by her inner individual event, but they got all around gold. - Okay, yeah, maybe it was an individual event 'cause yeah, the face she made, they went viral. I remember that. - It looks like, yeah, team all around in floor exercise, they got gold. I'm guessing vault I see is silver, so maybe that is where, yeah, she got, wait. I chose she got first. I don't know, I'll do some research, but yeah, all around gold for the Women's Gymnastics team. - Man, yeah, the Olympics are just where you make, I don't know, definitely make a name for yourself into the history books. Excellent choices, gentlemen. We'll go ahead scoot and boot on over to our main segment here per request from the SBF guys. Appreciate you always for trying to get some content from us. It's always a pleasure and listen, Jeremy, listen, if you hate what you hear tonight, then that's your problem, man, give me some shit, man. So I, of course, there's tons of information to digest here and I thought it was actually exceptionally funny talking to the side bros before the episode. They were expressing their difficulty, the amount of difficulty they were having grading some of these teams. And so we tried to keep it short and sweet. We're gonna be selecting a top two, meaning potentially meeting in the championship, a bottom two and also a dark horse. And of course, Scott also had an interesting way to grade the team. So I can't wait to hear you explain that, Scott. So I guess gentlemen, you wanna do just one at a time, our top two, bottom two, then dark horse? - Yeah, maybe we all go through bottom two, top two, and then dark horse. - Yeah. - So yeah, first I just wanna reiterate, going through all the teams, definitely wanna say awesome that they're, I think, pretty evenly split. And definitely this is a competitive lead. No really big outliers on either side, I would say. But with that, and again, no offense, no harm, just constructive criticism. I think my bottom two teams are R.M. F-T-O-T-A, who is, who, M.J.? - Justin. - Justin, shout out to the rest of my guy. - Yeah. - And then Jay Meeter, AKA chief's kingdom with Mahone's Kelsey, which is dope. The Checo and Hollywood Brown. - Uh-huh. - They're working in Russia. - I see, right. - So literally, you know, I mean, a lot of potential, but that is eggs in basket. And with Baker Mayfield being his second QB, I think that kind of tipped the scale for me. I find someone basket not having a great second quarterback. So yeah, Justin and who's Jay Meeter? - Jeremy. - Justin and Jeremy, JJ, my guys. - Yeah, Scott, please. - All right. So first off, Mikayla Moroni got second on the vault. That's when she made her famous face just around. - Thank you. - So for you guys, how I did my scoring, and how I'll caveat it at the end, but this is how I did my scoring. So I took every single team and I gave them a rank one to 12 for each position, quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, and defense, because you guys have a team defense. Now I weighted those positions based off of your scoring system. And I would say this is kind of arbitrary, but based off of it being a tight end premium and a super flex, I weighted those heavier. So quarterbacks, 25%, running backs, and wide receivers, 20% each. And then tight ends, 30%, 'cause it's tight end premium. And then defense, I threw 5% on there. So it shouldn't be a huge impact to the score for the defense there. But just running through that, I came up with my bottom two, my 12 of 12 with a score of 8.15. Oh, and by the way, the scores could have been anywhere from one to 12. So if you were the best at every position across the board, your score would have been one, which is best. So in this case, like in golf, the low score is the better score. My lowest score was a 4.35 and my highest score was a 8.15. So my 12 team at 8.15 is blazing melons, which is who? Levi. Levi, sorry Levi, but I gave you 12 to 12 for quarterbacks, 12 to 12 for tight ends. I had you at three of three for wearing backs and wide receivers, but the tight ends and quarterbacks kind of killed you there. And then your defensive score at seven out of 12 for the 8.15 and then similar to Steven, Jeremy was my other bottom team. Jay meter ahead, I'm at a 7.9 overall, 10 for quarterback, 11 for running back, 10 for wide receiver, three for tight end, six for defense. Yeah, interesting. Really intriguing data. Finagling there, Scott. (laughs) Sorry, in my caveat, I forgot to add that on at the end, you guys are start nine, right? Yes. So you have two quarterbacks, two running backs, two receivers, sorry, start 10. And then you have three flex spots, which can be a WRT and then a defense. So this obviously just took into the position, the accounting positions as a whole and not necessarily like how you can actually fill that starting roster. So that probably impacts my scores a little bit. Yeah, excellent, excellent job. And I mean, yeah, this is, this has always been pretty tough. I think even initially starting out with the, I think placement of everybody's team wasn't where we originally thought. So I mean, for me, one of my bottom two teams is gonna be Justin, Justin, my bad man. But I think, I think another good round, another good year, like to pick six year with those running backs, man. I think you'd be looking pretty solid and a tight end, another tight end. And my other lowest team is gonna be, gosh, the problem is I didn't wanna give it to meter, but it, for me, I don't wanna include like a runner, bottom runner up, 'cause I said two, but it's, I'm stuck between blazing melon and Levi and Jeremy. But I know Jeremy's gonna shit talk the fuck out of me if I say, (laughs) blame on his chief's kingdom. So I'm gonna say Levi's. So, so collectively, the three of us came up with the same three, at least bottom three, like we each had two, two, and two across the board. For me, actually, RMFT, which I guess is Justin, he was not in my bottom three surprisingly. So interesting. But collectively, as a group, we came up with three there at the bottom. - Yeah, and of course, listen, it's not gonna, it may not end up the way it should, or what we say, but we appreciate you guys asking. So this is us trying to be as critical as possible, and it's pretty tough. I mean, it's exceptionally tough. We'll move straight onto our top two. Would someone like to lead this for us? - I guess I'll just run it back. So I think I'm doing it and giving it one last look. Maybe second guessing myself. Had noted as I am second guessing myself. (laughs) - I mean, I'm ready if you're not. - Go for it. - All right, so my top two, my 4.35 goes to Charles team, which I gave him an eighth best quarterback score, so eight of 12 for quarterback, but number one for running backs, number five for wide receivers, number two for tight ends, number 11 for defenses. So he was my number one. And then MJ was my number two at 5.1. I gave him number three for quarterbacks, number six for running backs, number eight for wide receivers, number five for tight ends, number one for defenses. - Pretty shaded dog. We'll see if I can back that up. Gosh, this was a little, this was tough for me as well. But I did give it to Charles, Charles Flowers, Mr. Flowers. And I had to give it to my boy Dave. Again, I have just seen what starting three stud tight ends can do on a championship, on championship day, so I have to wait it fully just because he's got the players he has unless I trade war on them, but. - What I don't understand how Charles is in the top two, but we'll come back to that. - What? - Dave is definitely solidly in my top two. Solidified at quarterback, solidified at tight end. Maybe the best in both categories. Writing backs are solid. His wide receivers are kind of trash, but the fact that he's got so many good tight ends and depth of quarterback that puts him in the top two. The other one I had my top two is Old Man Logan actually. I think that there's a little, no, I actually know. I'm gonna stick to my guns. I think given Anthony Richardson's health, I feel really good that you got an adult that Richardson loved, played really well down the stretch. I think his weakest position, I think I had noted it as tight end, but I mean, he's got concave and commit, which I think is better than a majority of the league. So, yeah, those are my top two, Old Man Logan and Dave. - Oh, I love it. I think our last category here is our dark horse. - Yeah, I mean, I guess dark horse shouldn't be obvious. I had actually MJU and Charles noted as my dark horses, but since- - I can't. - Parrot Ethan, top two is mentioned. I'm gonna go with JT Holcomb as my dark horse candidate. Stratton Purdy, which are both very solid guys. He's got Jacobs, Harris, and who I didn't see Nick Chubb as running back. So potentially a great running back core. AJ Brown, Deebo Samuel, Mike Evans, DK Metcalf, George Pickens. Again, even if IU goes to the Steelers, he's got the Steelers receiver room kind of locked down. Again, I think the reason that brings them really down is just Tyia and Gerudip, which is Knox in O'Cockwoe. But otherwise, I think Holcomb could easily make a run. Now I can go next, Scott. My dark horse is Tyler, T-Shave 2. I think now, of course, this is barring a perfect season. Perfect season, no injuries, knock on wood, please. No injuries are fantasy gods. But Joe Burrow, and also this bar is on both Levis, but I feel like the rest of his team outscuse the quarterback difference. Of course, Eckler, Henry, Kamara, and Singletary, Singletary is another starter. Tyreek digs Godwin, may have a bounce back here. Amari Cooper, and then George Kittle, who we think is going to have a big year with IU potentially being traded up and down this week. Ferguson from the Cowboys. I mean, I definitely think Tyler could be a mean, dark horse. I gave him A's in the wide receiver in tight end, where it really was the quarterbacks that have no legs that brought him down for me. - So for me, I am actually going with JDP from my dark horse. If he can get a tight end, I think he is a true competitor in this league. He's got Herbert and Goff as his one-two-punch of quarterback, Daniel Jones, who we've all watched hard knocks. He's the guy that they're going with this year, so he's got a third quarterback. I put him, let's see, I had him at eighth, they're running back, but he's got Kenneth Walker and Brian Robinson. For wide receivers, I might have skewed him a little high. But I gave him number one, 'cause of CD lamb, Marvin Harrison, and Zae Flowers. I love that. One, two, three, wide receiver. - Christian Kirk. - JSN too. - Yeah, I didn't need to continue. Those top three, I thought were across the board, just insane. But his tight end room, Dolcej, Jelani Woods, and Luke Musgrave, my dude, please go out and get yourself a tight end in this tight end premium league, and you will be a competitor. I think you are a fringe playoff team right now. I think you'll be like fifth six seed, but I think you got a good shot if you can go tight end. - Yeah, and real quick to our boy Dave, to Chaos Commissioner Dave, I think for me, you were definitely the best tight end package in the league. And I think my scoring systems skewed you incorrectly, as I mentioned, based off of the roster spots. I think you'll be able to fill three flex spots with tight ends, which gives you a huge advantage and tight end premium. So had I accounted for that in my scoring system, you would have been a lot higher. For me, I think your quarterbacks, I had you right in the middle of the pack, 'cause Kyle and Murray for sure put you up there, but with the whole Russell Wilson, Justin Fields, debacle going on in Pittsburgh, who knows what's gonna happen there? And if either of them are either gonna pan out, I know you have both of them, so you can play either. But for that reason, I think I had you at like six for quarterbacks, even though Stephen was like, he had you were telling me, I think Kyle and Murray, for sure, that he's-- I mean, that's all right. You had to buy a chain and mix in at running back, and now is it in hardly any depth at a very, I guess, injury, risk, heavy position. So I'm a little worried about your running back room in general, but I think your tight ends will definitely carry you, definitely a playoff team. So don't take the fact that I didn't put you in my top two as a criticism on your team. I don't think you will, since your analysis is trash. Wait, but-- At least mine had statistical numbers to back it up, and yours wasn't just, I'm looking at teams and pulling my thumb out my butt. Out of curiosity, MJ, what were the top two bottom two from last year? Oh, top two, bottom, great question. So, in terms of championship, like, or final standings? Yeah. So the top two teams were Dave and Old Man Logan X, bottom two teams were Justin and an 11th place, Tevin. Who's Tevin's team here? Oh, sorry, House Fowler or Nevitt. Nevitt, got it. Nevitt, Nevitt. Hey, so I know the top two for the record without knowing. (laughs) Well, yeah, based on-- Top two for last year. Last year, yeah, yeah. But you did, you did nail them. Excellent, excellent. Listen, SPF guys, I hope you are satisfied with our review. If you want us to go a little bit more in-depth, we'd be more than happy to. I thought this was gonna be nice, easy for you guys and not stir up too much trouble with Jeremy. So thank you guys for being one of our biggest supporters. Oh, chief. Yeah, no homes, dynasty season. Maybe we'll get into that later. This next segment is new, called This or That, hosted by Scott. Scott, what you got, baby? Yeah, so I was just trying to come up with something fun. And this kind of came to me today as we were talking through new ideas for this upcoming season. And so, this or that? So what is it? I'm gonna give each of you guys a base fantasy team of one quarterback, one running back, one wide receiver, one tight end. So those four players to build a team around, doesn't matter if it's reader after dynasty, but you have those four teams and you got either pick the first four or the second four. And I've got four different groupings for you guys. So eight total teams, but one would be one for each round. So for the first one, all I did simply was I took number one and number two at each position from last year's finish and paired them together. So I've got the number one quarterback with the number two running back, with the number one wide receiver, with the number two tight end and reversed. So team A in this situation. So this is Josh Allen, Reese Hall, CD lamb, Travis Kelsey, or team B that Jalen Hurts, CMC, Tyree Kill, Sam Laporta. - Oh my gosh. Oh, I thought the team, I thought the team grade was hard. - Yeah, I gotta go B. - That's, oh my gosh, B. - CMC really tips the go for me. - Well, CMC you have tied in one. I mean, Tyreeke is a bat far behind Jalen. Dude, I have team B, I think for me too. - That's three for three for me. I go with team B. It's close, but I think I go with team B. All right, number two, I'm not gonna tell you where I got these ones from. We'll see if you guys catch on eventually. But we have team A. So this, Stroud, ASB for Shod White, George Kittle, or team B. We got Dak, Devonta Smith, Bijon Robinson, and Dalton Kincaid. - Okay, well, the first, my dynasty team. - In which league? - In which, in my way, in the what's your fantasy league? - All right, Stephen caught on to that. - So sorry, the second team was Dak, Bijon. - Devonta Smith and Dalton Kincaid. - That's my team. - It's MJ's team, MJ's poor team from what's your fantasy? - Yeah, I mean, no offense MJ, but I'm taking A every day of the week. - Hey, listen, no offense, but you're going, you're not gonna win that many games this year. - Wow, I'll make sure of it. - I mean, I'm just as much of firing back as Stephen as anybody, but dad comments just about through. Stephen's gonna be a top two or three team this year. - I'm getting under, I'm getting under as players nerves. That's what's happening. - All right, so I guess, are you taking team B, your team then? - I am taking team B. - All right, so I am with MJ. And the reason is, I think Bijon is that much better than Rashad White. Obviously, ASB and Stroud are a little over Dak and Devontae Smith, but I think the difference there for me is Bijon. And I like in K, I like in K better than Kittle, for sure. - He's on your other team. I mean, Kincaid's better. Anyways, moving on to number three, we've got Team A, it's Lamar Jackson, Lad McConkie, KW3 and Mark Andrews or Patrick at home. - MCC team. - It is at his RMC team. We got Team B, Patrick Mahomes, Mike Evans, Alvin Camara and Evan Ingram. - Who, wait, KW3 and Mark Andrews? - And Lad McConkie and Lamar. - Yeah, I think I'm gonna go. - You're gonna go with me. - And base team even though McConkie's a trash rookie, but I think the others, you got the, I love Lamar. So yeah, you got the edge with the other guys. - Thanks, baby. I'll take that. Listen, I would give it to your team out of respect, but I'm gonna go with my team. - Yeah. So I'll go with the base team here as well. I tried to make it close. I could have taken a-- - Take your team. - I would kill from Steven Seam. - Oh, yeah, he couldn't instead of Mike Evans, but I was trying to make it close by, 'cause McConkie is like a rookie. And honestly, Mike, I'm the best swatter seer that MJ has on his team. Should I try to make it a little bit closer right during Evans in the world? But yeah, I'm going with Team A as well. All right, the last one I've got, we got Justin Herbert, Garrett Wilson, Jonathan Taylor, Dalton Kincaid, or Josh Allen, Stefan Diggs, Austin Echler, Trey McBride. - Team A, I think for me? - Yeah, I think Team A is pretty easily. - Yeah, it's Team A for me as well here. So this was actually my team in AP and MJ's team in AP. MJ, I was looking at your team and you need a running back, my dude. Echler is like the best you got. - Man, do you think I'm not trying? - Yeah, no, I hear you. Hey, it's August. If you're in a dynasty league, you should be responding to messages and trade requests. So get on that if you're not. Anyways, I hope you guys liked this or that. Might bring it back here a few times. Anyways, we're gonna move right into MFK and I'll just go ahead and start it off. So for me, I picked three running backs that are in running backs by committee now, but each of these three were at one point a top three running back finish in fantasy football. We got Nigel Harris, Austin Echler, and Zeke Elliott. Hmm. You know what? I'm going to, I'm gonna say, geez, I thought I knew, I'm sorry. This is actually- - I'll go marry Harris friends with friends with, friends with Betschafets Echler and kill Zeke. - Yeah, this was just a little bit hard for me just because I know Harris was sneaky productive last year. And of course, there's gonna be emphasis on the run game with Arthur Smith and the Steelers uniform now. So I am gonna marry Harris friends with Betschafets Echler and just Elliot, just because I think it's gonna be more of a split back field than we think. And maybe Echler too, but I like Echler's receiving upside. So in that offense. - Yeah, I think I agree with you guys across the board with Nigel Harris being the Mary. I think Zeke is going to be more of the one A and Dallas than Austin Echler is gonna be, even if he's not the one A or if he's the one B. I'm just really worried about Echler's value and production in Washington and what that's gonna look like with Brian Robinson. 'Cause I think Brian Robinson is the younger and now superior back. Zeke is gonna get a lot of goal line carries, which is gonna boost his fantasy production for this year. So, but I do think it's really close, but I'm gonna take Zeke for Fetschafets and kill Echler. - Very nice, very nice. - Fun train, would you like to go next? - So I'm visiting Nashville this weekend. So I went with players born in Tennessee, Arranum Crew. We got KW3, Kenneth Walker, T. Higgins and Trevor Lawrence. We're assuming Superflex. - Yeah. (laughs) I mean, I feel like that makes a difference. - Yeah, I agree. I think not just off the format, T-Laws by Mary. KW3, 'cause he's my boy and T. Higgins is gonna be my kill. - Choo-choo, I think more so. T. Higgins is my kill because we're just not sure what his future holds. It's looking like he's gonna be number two here in Cincinnati this year at least. But then after that, who knows? Could he go somewhere be a number one app? Is that gonna happen? We don't know. But yeah, I think Trevor Lawrence gets the nod in Superflex especially. KW3, I think he's gonna have a big year this year. - Three for three on T. Higgins. He's gonna be my kill. But if y'all think that I'm gonna marry a bottom 17 quarter back in the league, you're wrong. So gonna marry KW3 'cause he's about to blow it up in Seattle and I'm gonna friends with Betcha if it's T-Waw 'cause he's not the guy. - If he's bottom 17, that also means he's top 15, right? 'Cause there's 32 teams, right? - I think he's right at that 16 17 mark. - I love it. - MJ? - Yeah. So I had to go with the rookies here 'cause y'all know how much I'm freaking love the rookies. It's gonna be start one QB, so not Superflex, okay? And it's a mix, so it's gonna be Malik Neighbors, Kayla Williams and Marvin Harrison. And I'm thinking more tailored towards single QB redraft for this year. - Okay, well. - This was easy. Okay, go ahead, see. - Yeah, I mean Marvin Harrison by like 16 football fields is my major. - Okay. - Friends with Betcha Fits, Malik Neighbors and Killing Kayla Williams. - Yep, two for two for me. I think Harrison is just in a much better position than Malik Neighbors for this year. I like his quarterback better. I think he just walks into such a good position for fans of a ball. Neighbors, easily, friendship benefits because it's a single quarterback league and Williams got to be the kill. Listen, I think this is a good spot to remind people of this, especially with redrafts coming up and a lot of redraft leagues being single quarterback and not Superflex, 'cause we talk a lot about Superflex here. If you were in a single quarterback league, quarterback is extremely deep, especially this year. And for that reason, Kayla Williams is the kill in this scenario, but also if you wanna waste your third round pick going and getting Josh out off the board, please do. I'm just gonna go get another wide receiver or running back and make my team that much better. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, great tip. For me, it's gonna be Malik Neighbors as my Mary. I really think Malik's just gonna be that much more force fed. I think the situation in terms of offensive weapons is that much more scarce than Kyler and the Cardinals. I think Trey McBride will probably eat the other large chunk of that. I think he's just gonna, neighbors is gonna have a huge fricking force fed year. And my kill is gonna be Kayla. - Kayla. - True bears fan. - Well, listen, I was thinking about Kayla Board Dunes A, but I was like, O'Dunes A isn't gonna get that much love. So Kayla, two, I guess here. - You're the Murray believer too, and the Martin believer. - I just like to be real. I haven't looked at actual values yet 'cause I saw a few weeks, but I've got what I'm drafting this year. It's an auction draft. And I would almost bet that Kayla Williams is probably a dollar or two dollars tops for like a $200 budget value. I haven't looked at him, but like, he's the guy you wanna go grab as your dart throw backup quarterback in case your main guy gets hurt with like the remaining dollar in your budget. - Dude, I love it. Great, but excellent MFK you guys. And yeah, we'll end this with jukebox, baby. - Juke. - So for this week guys, gonna play into our music league that we got going on with a bunch of other friends. The category for the week was "Can Openers", which means first songs on albums. And so we got three song, I guess album openers. The first one has come together by the Beatles. So as you guys probably know, the Lions and Giants broke out in multiple fighting matches over the weekend. Each team was fined $200,000 for fighting in each camp. But hopefully guys we come together and all is happy in the world. But of course, I gotta split you up by asking for the next 10 years in Dynasty, are you taking ASB or Malik neighbors? - ASB. - Next 10? - Next 10. - Ah, listen, next 10, shoot. I have to take ASB because more honestly, more long-term security at this point. - I had to make it as long of a horizon as possible 'cause I knew Fi would be too easy, but all right. Well, happy to hear ASB faith is good and well. Um, next song is Slow Burn by Casey Musgraves. What player do you think may grow on you eventually, but it may take some time. So it's gonna be a player that's a slow burn. I guess in other words, maybe someone that, you got your eye on and you could see them growing on you after you see what they're putting out on the field. - Mm, that was ASB for me last year. - Very true, but how about this year? (laughs) - Hmm. Growing on me. - All right, I think I've got... - Last man. - I've got a couple. And more so, it's just seeing if they can become anything being pretty far down their wide receiver depth turkeys. I'm gonna go with Luke McCaffrey of the commanders and Malik Washington of the Dolphins. They're both like three, four-ish range on their wide receiver depth charts. And so, one, they can move up at all or two, what kind of production they can get as the third or fourth best receiver in those offenses. - Scott, that is the highest hanging fruit I've ever heard you provide on the podcast. So, you get a round of applause. 'Cause those were some deep cuts. - I'm, yeah. - Thank you. Thank you. You deep. (laughs) MJ, what you got? - Listen, I'm gonna take the... I know Zmir White, okay, has been hyped up. I think a little bit. But I'm really starting to build into the belief that he's gonna be a every down back for them, especially. Now, I do like Dylan Laubee a lot. But he's mainly a receiving back. He's a rookie. And I mean, I don't think Madison would really take that much away from Zmir White either. I think he's a great, potentially still by low right now. So, I think he'll not like a solid mid-RB2 year, which I think is still productive for the cost to what? Picking him up as a free agent, so. - Yeah, I was gonna say, by low, not when I'm the one that currently manages him. 'Cause I know his value. But yeah, no, I actually did pick him up as a free agent in our AP League, MJ, like towards the end of last year. - Yeah, I remember us talking about it. I said, that's a good idea. - Yeah. - I didn't pick him up myself. - I know. Too kind. - Great answers there. Last but not least, baby, one more time. Course from Britney Spears' I think debuted album. Who are either one or multiple veterans who you think can have top 10 fantasy finish success one more time? So not someone that you think is gonna be good for multiple years. You think that they have one more year left in the top 10, and that's it. - James Connor. - I like that. - Yeah. - That was really good. Another solid answer to Kyle. - That's reaching in the trees today. - I think Keenan Allen for me. - Whoa, loves to hear it. - I think he is in a really good position to be force fed. With both DJ Moore and O'Dunze as compliments to him, I think he's gonna be Caleb Williams' best friend. And I think he reached out before any of the other Bears wide receivers to get reps in with him. So I think it's gonna be a great year for Keenan. - I think I may go with Stefan Diggs. I think... - Like it? - I still bias or not bias. He still may be the number two on his team this year, but I think he's still got a chance to be the number one and to finish in the top 10. I thought about Devontae, but man, after watching receiver, I just, I'm not, I mean, he looked incredible. He's just the dude. And I just wish that he had a quarterback up to him 'cause he's legit just. - Well, the thing with Devontae is like, I think he, yeah, I think he still got way more. - He got way more gas in the tank. Like, I think, like, I hope he doesn't slow down anytime soon, but even without speed, he's that, he's always been a group technician, you know, with a mix and tough and he's a beast, man. - Yeah, but excited to see you guys know I love my oldies, but goodies, so hopefully we'll see who pans out this year. MJ, you wanna take us home? - Yeah, man. So I hope you, everyone who listens to the podcast, thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Like I said, we tried a new segment here. Of course, we did our small tidbit of a review for the SPF League. If you guys want more details, hey, let us know. We'd be more happy to provide it to you guys. Major, thanks to you, both of you, Scott and Steve-O for taking time out of your day, your evening, and also, like I said, thank you to everyone who supports us, just in general. So, fun training, have anything to say? - First, shout out to John for getting engaged. John, what's your fantasy league? He's one of the dudes I'm going to visit in Nashville this weekend. So, excited to see him and celebrate, but big shout out on the engagement. Really stoked. We got preseason football. We're, yeah, I'm actually going to the preseason, Titan's 49ers game. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like I'll be able to see CMC on the field. Don't think I'll see D-Hop on the field. But hopefully I see someone, Ridley. - You're gonna see somebody happen. - I don't know, hopefully just a glimpse of one of the guys, but we're excited that we're getting the football season going. Rack things up here soon, but hit us up. If you guys like the new segments, want us to add anything and we're excited to get the season rolling. - Oh, yeah, baby. Scotty boy. - Steven's gonna go see Levis throw the football around. - That'll be fun. This was fun, guys. I liked the Olympic content at the beginning. It's been very fun watching through it. I hope you guys are enjoying it as much as I am. Oh, yeah, the season, guys, it is August 7th. The season starts September 5th. We are four weeks away from tomorrow, August 8th, four weeks, exactly.
