Well definitely you're not in the same location you usually are. No, I'm in a disclosed bumper corner behind the enemy lines. I was trying to gain some secrets of what's going on at what used to be high on the field. Which is about I want to say two miles from where I'm sitting. Oh. That's me. I'm live. You're live. I'm everywhere. Well, hello. Hello. Hello. Hey. Shabbat Shalom. Thank you, Sherry. This is the Burning River Brownstock on the Fanatical Elves Network. A subsidiary of the fans first sports network. Thank you for joining us. Welcome. We're glad to have you. I am Lou Marconi at L Marconi 251 on Instagram at L Marconi 1973 on Twitter X. My co-shirt co-host is Sherry. Yes, I just got a message from, I just got a message from Posh and I said we're live now. Join us when he can. She said yes. So she's going to be coming on shortly. So I just got a message. I'm glad. Glad you joined us. Excellent. When she gets on, we'll get there. So my co-shirt co-host, Sherry at Brown's Fan Girl on both Instagram and Twitter. Just, just X my Instagram is at B-U-D-G-I-E-M is my Instagram. And you are and you are from any of insiders and squat pod with bougie shorts. Correct. Okay. Absolutely. Yep. You're here with me. Exactly. I am. Well, being kosher, your preferred pronouns are OA-Vay. Well, right. Yeah, there you go. Perfect. That was my Jewish joke for the night. Well done. Well done. I got more. I got more. Yeah. Here we go. We are live. Okay. Posh just, yeah. I'm just reposting that. She's, she's saying we are live. So we're just waiting for you to join us, Posh. If you need the link, let me know. I sent it to her. I know you're good at this. You're on the fall. Hey, I do what I can. So talking about, well, Posh wanted to talk to me about wrestling. She wanted to ask me about kind of like just any wrestling stories I have, how do I stay fit now. So I'll be happy to share that with everybody. But we got some Cleveland sports news. Don LaMitch will sign his extension. Yay. And there was actually a nice little rumor that you shared with me. It was from, was it any O trans blog? Northeast Ohio trans blog where there was really the cities want to take is willing to, I think they're trying to shut down Berg Lake front airport for the city to purpose that land. And we'll talk about that. So that, so that, that comes in with the rumor that the hassles might. Right. Well, they're stadium there versus going to Brook Park. Right. That that's just, that's the first time I heard anything about it. So, well, I thought, because that's a reliable source, you know, if it's coming from the city itself and the transit authority and all that stuff. So I got excited when I saw it. I'm like, Lou needs this article now. You got it. I appreciate it. Just, just, just also to let you know that that was the first time I heard about, but that also any O trans blog was the same place that broke. The Brook Park story back like, so it's pretty reliable. Yeah, it was five months ago that there is a purchase agreement in place with hassles and Brook Park to purchase that land. It hasn't gone through yet, but it's pretty much it's, they're just, yeah, I'm almost. It's placeholder. It's placeholder. You know, wanting to keep that just in case they couldn't get the other thing to work out. And who knows, we'll see it's still up in the air, right? Absolutely. But before we go any further, I do need to pause for a break for our sponsors. This episode is brought to you by our good friends at NFL Sunday ticket on YouTube TV. We have great people giving you great, great bronze content, myself, Johnny Cleveland, Noah Olson, Sam, Steve, Drell, everybody, everybody. We're all we all do our shows. So we're happy that we're happy to have you. Okay. So let's go right into the Donovan Mitchell. We'll just get that out of the way. What was your initial reaction? Honestly, I wasn't surprised. I think a lot of people were speculating that he was going to go to Brooklyn or something, but I honestly didn't join on the speculation train. I felt like he has made Cleveland is home and he's been positive about being in Cleveland. And one of these athletes that comes to the land and embraces it wholeheartedly. And so I wasn't, it didn't surprise me at all. I was happy that it got done though. It looks like you need to send the link again. I just sent the link. I just sent the link. It's going. But also I have something I want to ask you, did you see the footage of Nathan Zagura wrestling a wrestler and there's going to be a rematch at the. What's the name of that? The Masonic. Yes. There's going to be a rematch. Is that the one on Euclid? Yes. Yeah. On the 13th, I believe, is it going to be a rematch of Nathan Zagura wrestling, which the tickets are about $15. It's extremely affordable. And I was actually toying with the idea of going because I've never been to a wrestling event and that's something small that I could like. What's the name of wrestling? Who's Nathan Zagura wrestling? I forgot the name of the guy. I could forward you. I mean, I reposted it. You did? Let me, let me find. Was it on X? Yeah. Okay, let me pull that up. All right. I just, I just sent, I just resent that to her. Now, LaSondra is drinking with her bestie. Yeah, I saw that. And I got some very. I'm wondering if she's belching while she's at it. Massachusett beer because when I'm in Pittsburgh. Nothing says Happy Summer Jaws style like anything. Well, this is the original beer from the movie. All right, I'm going to sit. I'm going to tag you in this article from the movie Jaws. That's why it was her. It says her device is not connected. So, hang on. She's there. She's there. We're waiting. Wait for you to. Is your. Okay. Well, I'll get you on when you get on. Oh, here we go. Here we go. We got something here. Hold on. I'm trying to find what you, what you posted the, you're saying. Oh, I just tagged it and I could send it to your DM. Go ahead. Nathan's a girl. Huh? I didn't see it. Yeah. No, I didn't see it. Well, I'm not going to, I'm not going to add her to the stage until I can see her. Yeah, good call. Let's see. Yeah, she's that she's, she's like in waiting. You're just waiting for it to get the picture. Yeah. Okay, here we go. Who is he wrestling? It's a real Jeff Jarrett. Yeah. Is it Jeff Jarrett? Yes. He's wrestling Jeff Jarrett. Oh, members only. Now, who's this was for A.I.W. Okay. Mm-hmm. I was their champion, like almost 20 years ago, 19 years ago. See, that's awesome. Yeah, A.I.W. Mm-hmm. So, is that a good place to view or experience your first wrestling venue? Yeah. Yeah, sure. It's a small arena. Yeah, it's a small place. Okay. Less people. Got it. Yeah. Yeah, Nathan's a girl. He's for A.I.W. Okay, for Jeff Jarrett. That's awesome. You were walking around. They already had one match. So, this is his, uh, his, um, I'm going to get you match this time. All right. I'm going to get you back. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. He did the whole promo and everything you should watch it. It is so entertaining. Like, I couldn't stop laughing at it because I can't take him seriously. All right. Looks like she's, there she is. Oh, he said it finally. We have a connection issues. Yeah, she will have a connection issues. Are you, are you doing a rosary? Yes. Yes. We were just, we were talking about Donovan Mitchell, Donovan Mitchell's extension. Uh, and then we were just talking about Nathan's a girl's wrestling match. So, so I didn't know anything about that. But A.I.W, um, I was their champion in 2005. You were, isn't that neat? I, we were here. I was never here for that or this. Yes. That's exactly what I want to talk about. That's one of the things I wanted to talk about. Do needs to occasionally give insight on his wrestling days. I know that there are guys out there that are, you know, they have some glory days and high school or college. And they may need some tips on how to, you know, what, how to maintain it. You may have your own tricks of the trade and things like that. Oh, oh, yeah. I think there should be a regular segment, a regular segment. A regular segment of a regular segment of, uh, Purdue Glory. Lou talks about how he maintains his physique. Cause no, Lou does not want to fall off from his wrestling day. Well, I do, I do, I do it with energy drinks and boner pills. Usually that's going to be, that's the shirt we're trying to get printed. Yes. We almost named it. We almost named the show that. Yeah, I really wanted that. I just heard heart attack, heart attack. That's all you just got. Energy. Yeah. That's all I deserve. No, my, I, um, yeah. Did you, I also competed as a bodybuilder about when I was 49. Oh, okay. Yeah. So I did, I competed, but, um, so I, but that was like, that was like a one time thing when I did it. And it was my body fat percentage was under 6% and I was ready to die. I was like, I was like, I'm not, well, I knew it wasn't sustainable. I just said that's extremely uncomfortable. It was very uncomfortable. Yeah. Yeah. Let's see. Okay. Did you want a story, a wrestling story? Uh, what, I want a wrestling story and I didn't do one of this. Say. Mari. Green. What a green writer. What is green? We're about, we're about 19 days away. 19 days away. What are we going to do? What are options? No worries. I'm not worried. I'm not worried. I'm not worried. I'm not worried. You're not worried. I think I, no, I'm not. Well, down to a Mitchell state, everybody was worried he was going somewhere else and he did. So I think, uh, we can only focus on what you can control. Yeah. And you know, he's got a plan. Of course. These, these people, he's thinking three or four years ahead of us. Yes. It's insane. It's insane. I just want us to have a plan in case, you know, don't get a Mari. Whatever like that. And the plan I have is a King Butler. Hear me out, guys. Hear me out. Okay. King Butler, a Mari 30, a King Butler 28. A Mari five touchdowns. A King Butler five touchdowns this year. Okay. A Mari six, six foot one. A King Butler six foot five. I'm receiving yards. Seventy two. A Mari. A hockey butler. Forty five, I think, but. Yeah. But he's younger. He's two years younger. If we don't, you know, a Mari is gold, but I'm just saying, a King Butler is silver. He is silver. Nothing wrong with silver. Yeah. Exactly. I just wanted to keep our options open. Travis be another defensive player on the battle Hawks. He could be a great asset to some of those second string people that maybe aren't really pulling up the end on our defense. Right. That's another piece that could be added to. I just want us to have some insurance going into Greenbrier. Greenbrier. I just like everything perfect going into training camp. Well, I guess what we all do. Yeah. I think. Well, plus keep in mind, you guys were at the base of the softball game. Correct. Yeah. He was there. Yeah. That was crazy. He was there. That was a hilarious part. Yeah. He was there. He was happy. He was there. Yeah. He was there. He was there. He was there. He was there. He was there. He was there. He was there. Everybody. It didn't look like there was any drama dad or anything. He gets fined. He gets fined $40,000 a day. If he holds out a training camp. Right. Yeah. So something's going to get worked out. He's not going to be holding on. Maybe while he's in camp. It'll be working. That's what I'm saying that this. This notion of nobody wants to be here and Cleveland. Nobody. That's not true. That's like old. Yeah. I'm not sure. You saw camaraderie. You saw camaraderie. Yes. They didn't have to be there. Right. Well, Wilson came from, you know, corner player Wilson. He was there. You know, the camaraderie. They were there at the after. Karim Hunt was there. Wasn't Karim Hunt. Yeah. Karim Hunt was there too. Yeah. The only mystery was day okay. Yeah. Yeah. We're kind of hoping that it would be there. I know we were looking forward to seeing. But then when they had that slight little accident. Oh, yes. With QB one and everybody screamed and we're like. It was a collective. I will. I will. Jay Cabot made it like everybody else. And I was like, Oh, yeah. That's exactly what happened. And I'm surprised. Yeah. But he got right off. He's fine. He's fine. Yes. Yeah. There were men that screamed like a girl. You probably laughed about it. He's like, I'm fine. Get off me. Yeah. But it was like. It was one of those things that like happened in slow mo. Like we all saw. We saw him like colliding and going down in one leg like. Yeah. Like the other leg flailed the other way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The hush. And then the audibles that everybody. Everybody wants them in bubble wrap until the stage starts. Yeah. Yes. I'm like, get chub off the field. Yes. Please. Put him in a hamster ball. Keep him safe. They chub his people were like did not let him be touched by us. That all. Well, everybody knew not to come near ours. Of course. Okay. Yeah. They took the long way they went backwards on the basis. We saw them like visually late. They're screaming. They're too happy. They're too. No, I, you know, I think you're 10 lions. Tim Lyons never got it to me, but he's taught. He was telling me how Nick Chub was squatting 495 pounds. Oh, I remember last week even. Yeah. And I was like, he never got that to me. So Tim, if you're there, I don't know where he got it from, but that's where he heard it. But I heard he was squatting. Plus I was like, you know, gee bush. Yeah. He tore it. He tore. I believe he tore an ACL in one of each knee when he played. Can't remember where he played. Wow. He played in the Mac. I can't remember who he played. He played in the Mac. Why? My alma mater can't stay. No, he wasn't. Ken. I. Would be to. I might have been, but boy, I might have been. Oh, you. Okay. It might have been. Oh, you. He actually sacked. Ben Roethlisberg when Matt Roethlisberg was at Miami, Ohio. That's, that's, that's, that's. But he's talking about how like where Chub is in his rehab. He's like in the final stretch of it now. Okay. I would not be surprised if he's playing week one. No. It's because remember the cryptic, he made the battles not over. He made a thing that gave a clue about mentally is, you know, it's going to be scary, you know, going back onto the field. You know, absolutely. Yeah, the, the PTSD that he's going to have every time he steps and I know guys who like the money and things like that. You know, the, the vacho out there. It's something to suddenly have those crushing 350 pound men coming towards you again. Because the adrenaline of repair of the physical part is over. Oh, right. Yeah. So now it's like going on the field and I don't know. It's going to be, it's going to be quite a season. Um, yeah, we are on the playoffs. We're going to be hard knocks. What are we? Hard not. Oh, yeah. During the season. Yeah, that'll be. Yeah. It'll be interesting. It'll be a little bit. Um, I'm trying to think here. Cause, uh, there was, I think Mark Cooper's going to be fine. I think Chub will be fine. I think Watson will be fine. I just, I just, I, I hate. I feel good about this team. Okay. I just, I just do. I was pointing out, cause it was funny cause. We have a neighborhood pool of 4th of July. We're at the pool and everything with my family. I was talking to some other bronze fans there. They were, they were, they were asking me all these questions and they're all anxious. And I'm like, I just kind of looked. I was like, I was like, really? I was like, what are you anxious about? I mean, we beat the 49ers with PJ Walker quarterback. I mean, we had a DTR or we beat the Steelers. I mean, it's just, I mean, it's going, I need. Defense to just to take that stuff. I mean, defense is to take that other stuff. I need a healthy J. Okay. And don't we have a stat? We have a stat that went into award rocks. Mm hmm. Yeah. When the warden, when the warden comes to play. Yes. No joke. Yes. Oh, yeah. They can't do shit. Yeah. He's one of the best in the week. That's the, the X factor. We need Denzel to put away all, you know, we need him to show up. We need him. Absolutely. I think. Well, I think too, let me just, I think we're going to get a better year out of one Thornhill as well. Yeah. Say that again. One Thornhill, the safety. Okay. Okay. I think that's the best way to get him and Deltit back there. That was, I mean, think about this. These five defensive backs on the field. Yeah. Martin Emerson, Greg Newsome, Denzel Ward, Grant Deltbit and one Thornhill. That's. Yeah. They, they like, they break bread together. They like their, you know what I mean? That. You'll have two linebackers, which will probably be Jordan Hicks and not Devin Bush, J. Okay. Jordan Hicks and J. Okay. Devin Bush will call and come in here and there. And then I think then you got, you got to Derry Smith, Miles Garrett, Dalvin Tomlinson and Quentin Jefferson probably to start, but then you can start rotating guys in. And I mean, another big year I would expect too. I'm going to, I'm going to predict this. I'm going to see a very good year out of his, okay. Okay. Yeah. I'm predicting that as well, but I'm not going to put it there. I just, I just, I feel good about this team. It's nice to have a good team. It's because if you think about this too, what? Like in, at the end of 2022 season, they attacked the weakness of the defensive line. They took care of it. What was our weakness? Number two receiver and backup quarterback. Mm hmm. They got Jerry Judy. They got Jim Miss Winston and Ty Huntley. So we're not starting PJ Walker or DTR. We're starting like Ty Huntley is starting games. James Winston is, you know, James Winston is very capable backup. Yes. I was going to say that. Jay, I need James. Yes, he's QB too, but I need him to have the mindset. I can be QB one. I need a new, new player. I really need a free fire. Everyone, everything needs to come together and bring a fire. I need James to really get in that playbook, be able to like Tom Brady, raise an eyebrow and know how to shift the line. I want him is to pick up the reins and go just in case. I mean, somebody tell James how we had to string together, uh, five quarterbacks like Christmas lights. Yeah. And I appreciate flacko and everything, but he was there. You did have the propensity to turn the ball over and throw pick sixes and that bit us and that he was done. Oh, yeah. That was the anxiety of that game. I don't like to relive it. Yeah. He took a lot of chances with, you know, throwing those tight windows. I think it's just because he's a veteran. Yeah, it'll work out, you know, he doesn't understand. He doesn't, he didn't understand his base, the base. Right. We're like, you know, maybe he didn't. Yeah. Maybe he didn't realize like how intense the brown span. Oh, we were. Yeah. Wow. Oh, well. Yeah. That was the up and down of that. Like I could not stomach it. It was nasty. Oh, God. Oh, cardiac kids. Oh, yeah. But they got us. Yeah. Oh, God. Let me, let me ask you this. Let me ask you this. Now you're in St. Louis. Is that correct? I'm in St. Louis. I've been here since oh, five. Okay. Okay. So you're not like sharing our season ticket holds. When was the last time you've been to a game? Yes, ma'am. Um, I'm the last Brown skin number two. Um, Pittsburgh. No, no. Um, 2018, 2019. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. No, I was just curious because last game we went to share it. Sharing. I actually met each other in person for the first time. It was before the. Sherry and I we were like, she's in five, oh five. I'm in five, oh three. I was there with my wife and she was there with Matt. And we met it. We met at the terminal tower because we took the rapid. forms. I thought those uniforms look pretty cool. My opinion, I liked it. And that was that game that energy was like a playoff. Yeah, that was insane. It was so great. It was wild. That halftime show was so was in C. Yeah. Oh, they had different people. They did target was playing and they had a drummer and they had a DJ and your phone if you synced it up with the Browns app, everything like a flash. Yeah, flash. That was playing. Yeah. It was really cool. Cause the whole stadium was like doing together. Yeah. It was like fireflies. Yeah. That game was visually on TV. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, they really did it. It's our kid. Oh my God. It's our yeah, he. Well, I remember the San Francisco game that we were some 49ers fans were sitting around us and they were like, wow, this atmosphere is amazing. Like they couldn't believe the energy. And when that guitar kid was playing, they're just like, it's pretty good. Yeah. Who's that? Well, Phil Dawson came out and smashed the guitar in the place that's playing nuts. Well, I wish Megan would make it on because she hurt her dad, Jim Donovan smashed the guitar for the Steelers game. And that was that it got that place went absolutely nuts because they introduced Nick Chub. He was on crutches. Mm hmm. They place went erupted for him. They've Jim Donovan smashed the guitar. Mm hmm. I don't know. I don't make it out of it. Yeah. Good job of taking care of dad. She dropped the tea and getting him to schedule. She just doesn't like my jokes. That's all. I'm just kidding. She's doing great. Yeah, she's done. She's was so cute talking to the Browns in his right. Right. That was that was very nice. Education makes you sensitive to to sunlight. Mm hmm. He got on this big cat. I'm like, that's why I was able to message her. I've replied to her. I'm like, you're doing a great job as a daughter. Yeah. Yeah, that's awesome. That's got me. Oh, yeah. It's it's very rough. It's very, but he he's gotten through his chemo. I think he's he's I don't know if it's in remission or what's going on, but I know he's doing very well now. It's his remission problem. Yes. And Zen's control right there. But no, I don't think he said he's done with treatments because he rang the bell. Yeah. Right. What was so funny was that he he early morning, they dropped the WKY and everyone was like, what? What? What? And then later on around noon, they said from us. They had to clarify it. Yeah. Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah, he's better for like 38 years. Yeah, he's there for 38 years. Yeah, I worked with them from my 2000 to 2005. I worked at channel three. Always fun. Yeah, he got him first. He came here in 2015. The same time that I kissed Danny Shelton in 2015. That's a great story. But yeah, but in that same day, I'll hug him and told him how great he was and everything to me was like, I told him he was football players. He was like, wow, you know, that story. He really is to me. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, I appreciate it. Yeah, Megan's great. Megan's a great person. She's always welcome on the show. Yeah. She even did the belching contest with us. She's a good sport. She's a good sport. I'll behave. I make it a point when we have guests. I behave myself. Well, I was with Cameron Justice. I was with Cameron Justice. Last week you were on good behavior too. Oh, that was with with with the role. Yeah. Oh, I told the joke. He's like, no, no. Yeah. It wasn't a bad one. But but anyway, the the other story we were talking about was I sent that to you the the Burke Lake Front Airport being closed. And well, I read it. Well, I don't know if you knew this or not, my father-in-law is retired Air Force. No, he's he's a retired flight instructor and he managed the airport in Chardon. Okay, there was a chart in airport. He managed that airport. So he the man's like 89 years old. But I asked him, I said, I was seeing this about this airport closing and he kind of shrugged his shoulders. He said, city has nothing to do with that. It's a federal government. You can't just close an airport. Yeah, you have to use there goes there goes, it'll take them years to do it. That's what he kind of said. I guess he goes, I probably won't be here. I got to tell you that's rerouting the air, you know, this will be rerouting the air. Because what if the what if a president had to murder make a right thing and where did hey, the aliens need a place to go. Well, they're welcome to the Walken Roll Hall of Fame. First right, it's going to be you know, you know, they see it. They see it from space. You see the pyramid from space. I mean, come on. Yeah, I remember seeing memes that people say like aliens just locked their doors when they drive by Earth. Oh, yeah, that's how I feel being in Pittsburgh. You know, I mean, it's like, it's being here. Yeah, I thought you were doing the Rosary because I was here and making sure I had a safe return because like, I'm driving around wearing all my browns gear. Yeah, I was doing the Rosary because in case you don't know this do do do one out of 2.5 Americans do do suffer from football withdrawal. It's been hard guys, what are our season season the first of Hall of Fame games going to be on in the bottom. Yeah, and no U.S.L. right. We are 100% right. Yes, U.S.L. gave me that taste of football. You know, it was like it was like the nicotine patch, you know, it was like our, you know, our bridge. It was like a team patch that we need it. Right. Also the Browns, you got to get and get some of those battle Hawks. Right. And I do. Okay. Okay. Okay. So at five a year. And you're plead to Josh Gordon was extremely sincere. And I really hope he took that to heart because he was listening to you. He was very engaged. Yeah. The connect with I had a connect with a lot of football players. And Kobe Bursett. That was nice meeting him. He was so super nice. Yes. And I was got a chance to do what the top notch dude. Yeah, I got to tell Josh Ford is recently left this, you know, they closed they ended the Seattle dragons when the XFL and UFL mark. I got a chance to person looking Josh's eyes and tell them please to consider joining the battle Hawks. Yeah. Yeah. Also, isn't this yours? Isn't this yours? Yes. Yes. Yeah. I'm going to see my girl. I'm going to see your girl. I'm going to see your girl. I'm going to see you. I had to play it. Just I mean, watch out for the you know, Swiftie you don't want Swiftie recourse. Be careful. My daughter's love Taylor Swift. My little my little girls love Taylor Swift. I mean, it's from like seven all the way up to like. I mean, if you're listening to Metallica and Iron Maiden, should I be worried? I don't know. I will show them the video show them the video Travis Kelsey. Be like that. They taste boy. Yes. Well, you stunt that I had to play it. Yes. She said. Of course. I got a chance to talk to the shot Watson. Oh, I got a chance to tell him that his, you don't remember Cleveland Fashion Week. Yes, Cleveland Fashion Week. I got a chance to tell him that Jilly, his wife or girlfriend or whatever would be a great ambassador for Cleveland Fashion Week. I absolutely think about you know, Jilly people. He's like, I'll tell her. He was like emphatic because I think he nodded up and down. Yes. He said a quick story. I was after the draft because with an alcohol else, there's other networks and fans first from other cities and markets. So the guys from Pittsburgh asked me to join there's because that different people from the AFC North come on and we were just talking about the draft and he said, Hey, I got a question for you. It was Brian Davis in the still still curtain network. I said, Sure. What's up? He goes, Hey, there's this rumor in Pittsburgh that Don Sean Watson doesn't want to be in Cleveland. Is that true? And I went, I don't think so because he just opened a sandwich shop. He did the he did the quarterback podcast with his coach from the shed from that grand opening and they broke down film from the bangles game the first game of the season last year. And he seems he seems to be fine to me. I mean, I don't I didn't hear that. So it's just kind of weird how rumors and other cities pop around. And what? Yeah, he's fine. And one of my other neighbors at the pool was like, yeah, I don't like Watson. And I just, instead of getting angry, I kind of took the stoic approach and I said, Oh, wait, why? I said, why? Why get angry sometimes? I get I get all what? Alpha male and Hulk smash. I just go, I just go, what? I just said, I said, okay, what is it? And they just sound like I just don't like them. They just didn't have a reason. And they said, he hasn't showed me anything. And I said, well, he had a high ankle sprint and a broken shoulder and credit came up brought us back from down 14 points against Baltimore on the road. I mean, he's got to do that consistently understanding he has to stay healthy that I can see. But man, that that tells me he's got it. So and we just need to see it out every game. So that's just and I think what he in that second half Quincy Carrier was that did a I talk about him a lot because I watch him a lot. But he had though he was doing a film breakdown with another guy I can't remember the guy's name and they were saying if you notice what he did in that second half of that Baltimore game, he's going to try to make the home run make the big play every time he took what he had. Yeah, he didn't try. You don't have to hit a home run every time you're up there. You could just take what the take what the plate the defense gives you and just take it down the field. He went, you know, that was it. He kind of settled in. Is that a good way to put it? Would you say posh? Yeah, yeah. What sometimes the don't get will get? No, yeah. Okay. You were taking away the big play. Yeah, if you got your own line together, you're doing all about. Do you don't remember that game too? We didn't we didn't have Jed Wells to Juan Jones and Jack Conquen in that game, which yeah, yeah, don't get part on Willis. No, no, I'm not a fan. When you say that. Nobody's no, but he but he's he's a solid start. He's better than Gerard Christian. He's better than the guy. But I said, I don't know. I this might this might be Jed Wells Jr's last year with us. It might be it very well could be this last year was contrary. I don't know. I'm not saying yes or no. Yeah, I need to help people tell her. Lord, when they were I want a healthy team, they're game changers that you just need them and they help the rally that she's you know, we just need them healthy. You know, we just need them there. We just need them healthy. And so that's what's going to have that's what I need to green bar the team to gel. I need a mari there. I need just the team to gel and come together. He'll be there. He'll be there. No doubt. Now, is this true? The team could have fined him for missing mandatory. Many can't but they did not. That's what I heard. They did not find him when they could have. They could have fined him. Okay, so maybe because my theory is remember we learn it wasn't even money. It's years. They're just babbling about. So, yeah, I can see that in the olive branch too long. You know what I mean? If you're not if you're just arguing over years. Yeah, right. You can cash down. They can figure something out. I just want you don't you don't blame him. He's trying to get paid. I mean, you only get one shot at this when you're an athlete like at that at that age in the NFL. NFL stands were not for long. So right? Absolutely. I mean, the average NFL career is what like three and a half years. So, it's tough. It's tough to do that. I won a 30 year old wide receiver. Yeah, Mark Booper is an excellent receiver. He's he's been he's been fantastic for us. I remember when we traded for him. I couldn't believe what we got. We got him for like nothing. Right. Yeah. They're like pocket lint and peanuts. Yep. Same thing. Same thing with Jerry Judy. Yes, that was the big shot. That was really must see TV. Oh, yeah. Yeah. That boy is there. We'll be there. I'm gonna be there. I'm gonna be there because I want to see Willie. I want to see Willie Harvey was born with battle hearts recently a contract with with the Cowboys. I want to see him. I want to see Willie Harvey there. You're going to see him go down. Yeah. I got a little torn feelings. But no, no, as long as you don't touch Leia handles and D. W. Derek. That's all I care about. I prefer Derek's first name. I prefer. It's a great first name. I aren't all Derek's in your life. Cool. Aren't all people. I don't think I've ever met a jerk Derek before. It's a cool. Yeah, in my life. All Derek's were cool or cute and always were born. They've always been fun. Yeah, that's fun. Yeah. I love the name Derek. Okay. Well, now that we got that out of the way, we got the brown stuff out of the way. We're ready to talk. You want me to talk wrestling? Wrestling. Talk wrestling. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Talk wrestling. We'll talk wrestling. Okay. Let me let me just add you. Do you want a specific story or something? Because I can tell you. My first story. I want to know your first match. Oh geez. Okay. My first my first match was at the Cleveland Cleveland all-pro wrestling Wrestleplex. I can't remember where it was at. It was on the east side of Cleveland. It was like 85 people with a small arena and I wrestled like this little Puerto Rican guy named Sinpans. He was on a mask. And I beat him with a pile driver. And I was only I was only training two months and I had my first match. And that was in June of 1993. Oh wow. It was in June of 1993. So yeah, I was 19. Yeah. I was 19 when I started training in April of '93 and in June of '93 by that time I just turned 20. I was I was a kid. Nice. So what so the thing what were you what was it like back then in '93? What was the go-to supplement back then? Because I remember seeing some. It was before creatine. It was before creatine. Everybody there was a thing. This the WWF at the time was advertising this IcoPro. So all the wrestlers were taking IcoPro. Yeah. And it was just it was just like it was like a protein powder. It was it's all it was. But man, the the supplements that I did back then was like create when creatine got big is when I was doing that. A lot of the creatine monohydrate. Yeah. That ripped fuel. Doing a lot of protein. The protein I like to eat. I like chicken. I really like to eat chicken. Everybody loves chicken. You can't eat chicken. One of the things we used to do when the foreman grills were real popular, we pack a foreman grill with us. We'd stop at a grocery store. We'd get we'd get chicken and meat and all that other stuff and get sides. And we we basically like have a cookout in the locker room area with a foreman. Oh, we don't make burgers and stuff. That's fun. Yeah, we used to do it. Well, it's fun. It's cheaper. I mean, it was like 4th of July. Yeah, you didn't get sick. No. Well, that's the thing too. It was like a lot of times, you know, when you when you first start out, you don't make a lot of money and you got to figure out ways to be thrifty. And I don't look at it being cheap. I kind of helped me prepare me for life. Okay, I'm going to make I'm going to make this much this weekend so I can only spend this much. I need gas money and then you have a group of guys in a van or a bigger car and everybody chips in on gas and food. And that's kind of like how we do it. And that's that's how we work. We work together and that's how we take care of each other. We make sure everybody gets taken care of. So that was it. My first WWF match, if you want to hear about that, that's a story. Yeah. Okay, I have to set it up. I have to set it up because first, well, my first year in the wrestling business, yeah, that my first year in the wrestling business was probably my most difficult because the thing you don't realize is you're not going to be accepted and let in right away. They're going to be low. They didn't even know about some of the guys even bothered to learn my name. I mean, it was just like what and this was at Charlie's with this. I don't like they didn't hate me. It's just that they didn't quite respect me. And it's like, yeah, okay, whatever. So I remember Charlie told me the WWF call and they need guys for Canton and Erie in May of '94. And I'm like, okay, so he goes, I'm picking you as one of the guys to go. All right. And I said, yes, sir, I'll go. I'll be there. I'll do my best. And I remember I got pulled aside by two of the other guys at the gym. And they said, look, you go to this, you'll be hit. You know, they gave me like the list of roles and how to act on how to be. This is not an indie show. This is the time promotion in the world. Don't show up in a T shirt and gradually short dress halfway decent, be polite, be respectful. So that's just and they said, do not make Charlie look bad. Okay, I won't. I said, I won't. I won't. I won't. I'll do my best. We then we all met up somewhere. We got new a van. We went and I got I got there. And there was a group of guys we're all in this locker room. And I remember I was asking somebody, I said, what about that Sparky? Because we were just talking about different wrestlers and how they work and how they were who you might get for TV that night. And I said, what about Sparky plug? And Chris Hamrick, him and I became great friends after this. He was from North Carolina. He just went, Oh man, you don't want to work with him. I was like, what's wrong? He goes, he whips you up because back then you called it in the ring. You called the spots in the ring. Today, they don't do that. Everything's worked out. You do it on memory. But back then you called it in the ring. So he's like, he'll try to whip you off the ropes. He won't say shit to you. And then it's like, Whoa, I'm like, really? He goes, he goes, he goes, yeah, yeah, watch out for that knee off the ropes. He stiff as hell with that. And watch out for this and watch out for that. So I was like, Okay, okay, so I was mentally prepared. Then all of a sudden I found out I got him that night. I'm like, I was mentally prepared for it. So keep in mind, I might have had a handful of matches under my belt. I was only in the business 13 months, green is grass. And I got into the ring, I says, prepared for it. And we had a five minute match for TV, which it could have been a dumpster fire. Well, well, he whips me, he starts with me I was like, Oh, he whips and I just saw him set up an elbow. So I took it. And he picked me up and he went to throw me off. I was like, drop kick me. I'm like halfway across the ring. And I just started calling spots. I started just working with them and calling spots with them. And massive comment. Edward. Oh, God, oh, adding to love. Okay, I'm in the middle of the story. Yeah. But but as the match went on, we talked, you know, we communicated and the match started getting was going well. And then we had to go from corner to corner. And he was going to kick me. Well, I I whipped him across the ring. And I ran into that corner and he kicked me so hard in the mouth. I mean, I saw the white flash. I hit the I hit the canvas. I started feeling blood coming down my mouth. And he's like, you're all right. And I'm like, yeah, let's keep going. I was fine. I mean, he almost knocked me out. I mean, it was just I'm fine. My teeth were fine. I just cut the inside of my lip. And I had to put I had to butterfly it. And so anyway, we but when they went camp with the camera, they they didn't go close. They had to go wide because they couldn't show blood on their unlike syndicated television. And we just we yeah, because my blood was coming out of my mouth. They couldn't do it back then. This was this was 1994. So here. So and you know, we started we kept the match going kept the match going all sudden. And Earl Heppner was the referee. And I said, Hey, are we running? You want to take it home? He's like, yeah, yeah. So boom. And then he just started listening to me. We just I couldn't believe most guys get mad. Like, Oh, don't you tell me what to do? He just was once he got, you know, once he we were comfortable, we if we would have kept working with each other like night in the night out, we would have had great matches. But which if you put any other guy in that situation, which was almost like a crisis, it could have been a huge dumpster fire, could have been a mess. I mean, it would have been horrible. I would have made everybody would have been mad at me. And I would never work for him again. Well, the match went on. And I think I was walking, I was walking out. We got back down the curtain. Heppner was with me. And I went, I found a sink and I was washing out my mouth. And he would Heppner was talking to the road agent Tony Korea. And he just went, the kid called the match. And basically, Korea said he called the match. Like the kid, it's like, in other words, he did really good. And I'm washing out my mouth. And I didn't say anything until I got into the van, because they had the butterfly to come together. And I'm like, I mean, so I saw anything salty, burned. It was like, Oh, couldn't even have fries or anything. Oh, me. All right, it was just bad. Anyway, so I'm I'm like, I'm in the van. As soon as I got in, I'm like, motherfucker. So mad. I hated him. I was pissed. I always hated him. I was like, Oh, so mad. Now I look back on it, because things happened from that point on. What happened was Charlie got a call. Lord rest his soul. Charlie Fulton got the call from Korea, saying I did really good. And I have that that that you know what he needs. He needs more. He needs. Because I asked me how long I was working when I was there and everybody was telling me to line us. I'm not gonna lie. I've been working a year. And they said, and they said, okay, get your stuff on. We'll see you in the ring. So I had to show them that I knew what I was doing before they put me in the room with their guys. I included you get your mouth. Yeah. Well, well, yeah. And I and that next thing I know, Charlie pulled me aside and told me that I did really good. And I impressed some people by making making that situation and putting on a good match when it when it could have went south. And they were really impressed with the fact that I took that boot to the face and didn't complain. Didn't say anything. Just I was like, okay. But after that, everybody there was cool with me. In other words, I was in. I was in. Well, plus once I was on TV, I started getting booked on other things. I started with some kind of where instead of having a match that could have been a dumpster fire that never aired, or they had to really edit it down. They every the word got out that, you know, this guy, this guy can, you know, he could put him in there with anybody can have a match with them. I started getting work. I started getting more work from that point. So that was that was it. And I looked back on it. And really, even if Bob was here, he would agree that he should have he should have done better. And he him and I are him and I are fine now. You remember, like years later, we talked about it. And he goes, Oh, yeah, I remember, I kicked you pretty hard. I'm sorry about that. He did apologize. He did apologize for me. That's awesome. I say, that's fine. It's all right. Wow. We look great on TV. It looked great. Oh, shit. I bet it did. Everybody's like, my brother was watching. He said, did he really hit you? And I was like, yeah, he helped me. I did he ever look. So that was my first WWF match. And yeah, the last one, I was both pain in Chicago in 2000. And yeah, because what happened was Jim Cornette, because they pretty much said the child like I needed more experience. You met Jim Cornette. I know Jim Cornette. Oh, my God. He used to call me all the time because he used to when he was at WWF, he called me to come up. Yeah. Yeah, he thought he would call me because he called me to go to Chicago at the last minute, and I went and he gave me a nice you gave me a couple extra hundred. I got a couple hundred dollars extra because it was such last minute and it was such a far guy. And I got like $600 that night and I went and it was both pain and both pain and I both pain played for Mount Union. And we had the match and everything. I put them over and just blah, blah, blah. And we just kind of it was just kind of that was it because I guess Cornette was leaving and I went, I don't think I'm getting booked anymore. That's kind of what happened. That's okay. I was, you know, if you have your wrong time, yeah, it was. Yeah. When I was there during the attitude era. What does that mean? The was it in late 90s? The it was Monday night, Monday night raw versus the nitro Monday night wars. So we see it and raw kind of went more adult oriented and door adult themed. So I was back there for a lot of that. Oh, okay, gosh. I was there during the Monday night wars, which was interesting. On the monitors back there was nitro. People were watching nitro while we're all was going on. And we were left, we're making fun of it. We're like, what are these idiots? Look at the stupid shit they're doing. Oh, yeah, we used to do it all the time. Because some of the stuff WCW did, we were like, all right. Nice. That is, that is very interesting. Yes. And if you want to know who the most famous, well, I was when Mike Tyson was in Cleveland for raw. He was, I was there when he was there, but I didn't get a chance to talk. He had his entourage around him. Oh, geez. You should have thought through the opera. Yeah. That one. Yeah. You forget it. Let me see another bank and still are like breaking through that wall. I got to meet Ben Stiller at the Monday night. Oh, I'm very jealous. He came up to hear on me. He was little. He's a little dude. He was he was one of the nicest people I met. He was really nice. Ben Stiller was a really nice guy. He was just being a spectator. He was just he was promoting his movie at the time was Mystery Men. Okay. He was promoting his movie. And he did something with Jeff Jarrett at the other day. Yeah, he was just there. He was always a fan. And he was really cool about it. I'm super cool. I'd like to meet him and just ask him a hundred questions about his dad. That was the same night I turned on a date with a Cabs girl. Oh, well, I'm around the date with the Cabs. Well, I had a girlfriend at the time. One, two, this is how it went out. This is how it went down. She was there to meet wrestlers. She saw me. We had classes together at Cleveland State. She never gave me the time of day. And when she found out I was a wrestler. Yeah. It was just like, no good. Plus I you got to understand my track record back then. I I didn't need it that bad. So is that a good way to put it? Cherry? Yes. Okay. You bet that girlfriend yours. Is that girlfriend why? No, I didn't meet. I didn't meet my wife for long. There's like least 10 years before. Yeah, I met my wife 2009, January 2009. We've been together for 15 years. Well, we dated for 50. We were together 15 years. We bet we we've been married for 11. Yeah. And guess if one is just a little girl? Two. Isabella will be nine in September and Callista just turned seven weeks ago. That was seven and nine. Two kids. No more. I had the surgery. It was perfect. I had the surgery. We're done. Well, that was interesting too, because when I was getting, I know you're a nurse, so it's like nothing would shake you up. But it was it was a local at the Cleveland Clinic. I had the sectomy done. The urologist walks in. I'm prepped and I'm laying on the table, completely naked from the waist down. It's like, so we're here to do the sectomy. And I said, if it was anything else, it'd be really awkward, wouldn't it? And he busted out laughing. He's like, okay, good one. He was like, good one. He used they use notecame like they use it to get this. There's the same. There's the same thing. It's just like because afterwards we went got something neat that we went shopping and after halfway through shopping and I'm like, I'm starting to hurt. I need to race it. She did a bag of vegetables and I'm walking around. Bag of frozen vegetables. I'm like junk. I have medicinal vegetables that I keep in the freezer, just in case. Yeah, they said they said a bag of frozen green peas. Yeah, that's the best. It's even. Yeah, that's what they told me to do. Well, the nurse, the nurse was real funny, because when I was like, she was you shave. Then I said, you guys told me to be surprised. Some people don't. They don't need a pre surgical instructions. People just like throw the papers away. Don't eat. Oh, I had a steak. A steak, you know, the 24 hour. Yeah, I was talking that you actually followed your pre surgical instructions. Yeah, they were so surprised. Well, there's times that guys would be there prepped and ready to go and then they go get the doctor and then they come back and he's gone. He like chickens out. And I'm like, it's a pain guys. It really is. It's peace of mine. It is peace of mine. That's why that's acting. These are great. No, no, no scaries, no scary. It's just great. Well, that was the other joke was like when when Calista was born and it was like, there's like, oh, is this your first? My wife goes, no, it's our second. And I was like, it's the second one that I know about. Oh, man. And then my wife's pretty much with a local. Her legs are numb and everything. You said that joke last time, but the whole room laughed. Oh, God. Oh, yeah, you should have made a new joke for your wife. Come on. Yeah, went through that wall. First time. Isabella was born in North Carolina. We were living in Raleigh at the time. And when she was pregnant with Isabella, there was the ultrasound and this one was all mass and southern and hot y'all doing. Is this y'all's first baby? And I was like, well, it's the first one that I know about. I felt shocked to look of shock on this one. Well, that wasn't even the worst. Actually, my wife punched me the one time because, um, I don't know how she she was she was 41 weeks when they induced. Oh, wow. Okay. Yeah. And the baby was getting bigger towards the end. And they you know, she was she was nine pounds nine ounces when she was born because she was a week away. Yeah. Yeah. Wasn't a C section. She pushed it out. So towards the end, we were hearing all these crazy wives tales like going a bumpy car around eat ice cream, eat, eat pizza, do this, do that. So I asked the doctor, we're at the doctors. I said, okay, what is it? We'll get the the process going here. What can we do? And she just looked at me. She goes, sex, sex. Yeah. She goes, she goes, you need to have sex. Yeah. I waited, I paused. And I went, okay, I want to make sure I understand you clearly with her. That got me punched in the arm. Yeah. Yeah. And I was like, what? I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I'm sure. I said, let the answer Craigslist ad what? Oh, no. I'm surprised you didn't get double punched. Yeah. The doctor laughed. She couldn't move. I said, she was, oh my God. She was just like, I can't believe you just said that. So yes, that is true. Ed, you can come back. Oh, now he's long gone great. Long gone. I was in the middle of a story. It'll be back. And what I do. Have you guys seen Ed, Dan? Oh, of course. I told Ed, he got moves. He reminds me of the type of guy that's very eager to tell you how many black friends he has. What? Yeah. That is an interesting category of white men. Let me tell you, I got a black friend. I got one. I got a joke. Oh, of course. Yeah, for good luck. I love that. I love you. Well, did you, did you see when I was on the dog chug? And they were going to bring me in and I'm in the room. I'm waiting and everything. And then for some reason Ed got knocked off the internet. He got knocked out of the show. So it's like, I'm waving and I said, put me on. Put me on. I got jokes. Put me on. And they brought me on. And then Ed came back eventually and I had to tell the, yeah. But he goes, what was the joke you told? It was bad. It was a bad one. It was the Jill Biden one. It was the, this isn't a political show, but I did it. Roger thought it was hilarious. Jill Biden had a really awkward interview and she was talking about, you know, oral sex with the president. And the reporter was like shocked. And she was like, what does that taste like? And she shrunk her shoulders and went, depends. Oh, God, my. It's a vibe posh, posh disappeared. Oh, no. Come back. Okay, you're back. Hey, hey, I got another one. I got another one. Why is it? Why is it Donald Trump? Is growing more support in the African American community? Why is that happening? Why? Because orange is the new black. Oh, that was good. I wrote that one. I wrote that one. That's like serious. Like chicks in jail, make it out. It's great. Oh my God. Oh, God, there's a clip of him on Wendy's show and he gave great advice to a girl. Wendy Williams? Yeah, there was a clip of him on Donald Trump. William Donald Trump was on the Wendy Williams show and the girl would, the girl said, you know, I am not cheating on my spouse. I have been working late and I'm really there. How do I make him feel better? He gave great advice. I'm like, okay. What was the advice? What was the advice? Yeah. What was the advice? The advice was, the advice was better know, let the guy know that you're, you're, that you love him. Let the guy know you love him. Wow. Do try to spend time with him. He's pretty, really good. Wow. But then, but here's the funny part. After you're like, wow, I can't believe that he said that. He goes, but don't worry. If he acts up, the way you look, you'll have no problem getting another one. I'm like, there we go. There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is. And she wasn't as well as out African American lady. And I'm like, well, he's like, yeah, don't worry about my preferred pronouns. Did you see that on Twitter, Posh, when they're asking you like your sign and your preferred pronouns and all this stuff in your height? Yeah. I did that. Yeah. Yeah. Ready. They're precious all in his life. Oh, that's good. Oh, that is good. Equal opportunity. Absolutely. It comes to women. No, of course. All right, guys. He's like, you got any problem? Yeah. You just got to be you got to be selective. I will always say that it's always good to be selected. Don't come on with that. Oh, there's you be shocked how many very attractive women I see than they tell me. I don't know why I must be good at giving advice because I work in a gym too. I do personal training and stuff, but they'll tell me like, they have trouble finding men or finding decent guys. And I'm like, I just, I really don't know what to tell them. Sometimes like you having trouble getting a guy real? I'm like, what? I get out of here. But I said, you know what I tell them? I tell them I said, I guarantee you men are terrified to ask you out because it takes a lot of courage and bravery to do that. Don't be afraid to approach them. That's usually the advice I would give them. If you, if you're interested in a guy and you think you might get, didn't want to get to know them, then make the first move. Don't worry about it. Hi, yeah. You could say hello or whatever. Yeah. I've, I've had crazy pick up. I don't trust me. I don't trust you guys, you know, because you can't. No, don't slide into, I'm not talking about sliding into DMs and signatures and shit. No, no, I'm talking about you're, you're at a social gathering or some sort of whatever with some sort of function, whatever. And you mean, yeah. Well, that's how I met my wife. Just, this is an interesting story. I almost wasn't going out that night because it was snowing. My friend Candy kept texting me and she wouldn't leave me alone. And I'm like, I'm, if I get changed and go have a beer at this place, it was like some band was playing at a bar. And I was like, if I have a beer and just, you leave me the hell alone, she was, yes, just come. It took me about 15. Well, snowing. So a normal 15 minute drive was about 25 minutes. And I got there. And then there was my, I then boom, I walked into the door and I was immediately drawn to it was a setup. It was a setup. It was a setup. Well, Chris, you buy by Candy, Christine didn't know about it. Well, because I had a mohawk at the time, I come in wearing a football jersey and a wall. The first thing she said to me, he's like, you look like an ultimate fighter. That's what you're now, why said to you? The first thing she said to me. That's funny. Yeah. Like the inside. You have ultimate, because you, yeah, you're probably just through. I look like Chuck Liddell, yeah. I'm just going bar. I'm not trying to be body. You just try to get her to stop bothering me. Yeah. I just threw on some clothes as a flip flops. Yeah. Well, no, it was winter time. I had. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And pants on. Yeah, I was wearing pants. But that's how that's how it is, though, when you don't plan on meeting somebody that you need to, you know, yeah. And she almost didn't go either. Her friend, her friend, Dana was, was following her, she just turned around and went back and then she kept going because she hasn't seen, she knew the guy that played in the band for years, because she, she was a musician herself. She played clarinet saxophone. And she, she was there to see the band played, support her friends. And that's what happened. And then she somehow she knew her through other people. And she's like, you know, I know a guy that would, and she was out. She was six months out of a relationship. I was two months. And it worked out really well. Yeah, we haven't looked back since. I remember, I do remember saying this to after that last one, I said, okay. And I said, if I meet somebody, I'm not going to be shy. I'm going to make the first move. I'm an expert. And I did. And it worked. So here I am. Yeah. What would you tell some guys out there? That's the heart part with guys, you know, you want guys want to make the first move. But sometimes girls, we are intimidated or scared. Some bad guys out there. Yeah, because, well, yeah, yeah, go ahead. What advice would I give the guys if they're if you want to know you're interested without being daylight NBC creepy? You know, no Chris Hanson. No Chris Hanson. No Chris Hanson. Yeah. Well, I mean, if you just, I think I contact this key. Confidence, but not arrogance. The difference. There's a difference. And just say, just, you know, let's say, look, you know, hey, I don't want to seem too forward. I don't want to make you uncomfortable. But I would like to take you out. Just to get to know, I'd like to get to know you. Yeah, absolutely publicly. And in the first date, as it doesn't have to be anything crazy or special, don't spend a lot of money. Let's just go get some coffee. Just go get some coffee somewhere. Like, we'll meet for a morning cup of coffee somewhere and that's it. Go to Starbucks, whatever. I don't like girls using guys for food. I don't like that at all. So if a girl doesn't want to go to a coffee or something small in the first date, she's not, she's a user. She's probably a good girl would want something to meet somebody as we'll get to know each other. Yeah, get to know each other. I mean, you might have completely different values. You might have completely different life views in life. Like, yeah, I mean, you might have a big age difference too. But my wife's eight years younger than me and I wouldn't even know that. Yeah, I was 35 and a half when I met her and she was 27. So and she thought I was younger. So that was funny because one of the clients at the gym, he thought I was, he said 32 and I went shut up. I don't like, no, I'm 51 years old. So if so, if I'm a guy and I want to get back to my glory days, like, you are doing a good job of maintaining. Of course, you're not doing the rigor of wrestling. But if I'm and I want to just maybe get back into improving my life, you know, where do I start? You know what? Can I give you an honest answer? Wake up an hour early. And if you can, do fasted cardio in the morning, at least four days a week. And what I mean by that, like, if you ride a bike, walk, run, I have a both flex. Cardio, that means fast while you're doing this for you. No, no, fasted meaning like don't eat. Don't eat. Okay, don't like like as soon as you wake up, you might have a glass of water, then go do it. Okay, do it fast because you're you're burning nothing but fat, especially if you don't need bread before you go to bed. And it's like it kind of it kind of supercharges your metabolism for the day. You just feel better. You just feel better when you do that. And I would say that I would say, can I can I be honest with you about something else? I mean, it's kind of stay off the internet porn. It's like wasting your time. Well, okay. I had to, I had to fix my life and I realized I was spending too much time on. Well, just any any internet stuff can do that to not just porn, but the thing that really that really debilitates a man with that is the expectations are completely shot to the dopamine effect that you get from it. There's a there's a huge difference in life between pleasure and happiness. Pleasure is temporary. It's fleeting. Happiness is more of a state of being. So that might give you momentary pleasure, but it's not going to maintain a happiness. Don't just stop doing that. And plus if you have if you have somebody, if you're married or in a serious relationship or in a relationship, it it hurts. It hurts that relationship. It's detrimental to that, because you're you might not perform as well. Can I put it that way? Is that a good way to put it? Okay. Yeah, that's probably this one. Well, the two of the biggest addictions online addictions are gambling and pornography. So I just tell I would tell men that just no, stay away from it. It's not good for you. It's just not it's just it's like that sugar rush, you know, it's just yeah. So fast to cardio, so fast to cardio and quit jerking off the floor. Yeah, that's not good for you. Yeah, I want to shout out. My boyfriend helped me find a couple men called the curse. It's really good. It has a good quality protein in it. It doesn't have that nasty protein that they did research about. I can't tell you details, but you don't. And I recommend first, first, first, it is really chocolatey. It's filling it. It's it's helped me stay on track. I've tried to use it during my menses period time. I'm craving chocolate. But it really is it fills you up. It makes you satisfy and you're able to stay on track. It's a it's a protein. Well, if you're talking about filling up, we can't go too late tonight because I do have plans. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Well, more. Well, no, no, it's like, like you said, you got it when you're in a relationship, you got to make time for each other. Yeah, yeah. Looking at an hour. No, it's just for my wife and I. That's all. Yeah. Oh, yes. Most definitely. My plans are to rearrange our insides. So we didn't have to know that. Not the whole everybody on Cleveland knows it. No, everybody. Like our four viewers are now like cringing. 176 I see here. Great. It's been great guys. Oh, it's been fun. I just I mess around. I'm just gonna come in here and hit me. So I expect it. She'll come in with a rolled up newspaper, like when you train a puppy, like, no, no, no, bad. You get to sit in this corner in Pittsburgh this time. I get liberated. A supplement, but you can mix it with BCAA because it's kind of bitter. It's called glutamine powder. It helps your immune system. It's very good for you. So I always recommend glutamine powder as well. Yeah. So at least 10 grams of that a day. All right. Anything else? I love the occasionally. Of course, of course, of course. I'm here to open jars. That's what I do. By first day at WKYC, I started as an editor before I was a cameraman. The guys came up to me and I was like, you don't look like an editor. You've been outside. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Well, I was at the pool today with my daughters and yesterday. So we were yeah, we have a vitamin D for free. Yeah. Speaking of D. Oh, no. Oh, no. No, it's cool. It's cool. All right. Hey, guys, we're going to wrap this show up. Thank you for commenting. Love you. I'm sorry. I was in the middle of a story. Remember, one out of 2.5 people suffer from football withdrawal. You can help by getting getting your loved one to a game. Just always, always remember when the river burns at Burns Brown and Orange. Have a great night. Good night, guys. Voila. She just took off on it. You did it. That was a... Yeah. I'm gonna do...
