[Music] Hello and welcome to Night to the Night Actual Play Podcast. This world of darkness story, The Sin Eater, was written and run by your storyteller Scott. And now, please enjoy episode 202, titled Be People. Actual Play begins 9 minutes, 5 seconds. [Music] All right, let's do some feedback. And on Facebook, we have a post on episode 200, children and parents. Chris Naples posted and said, "200 episodes, amazing work, KOTN." Steve Vella also posted and said, "I will have trouble holding this one until my flight Sunday. I'm looking forward to number 200." Ari posted and said, "I'll celebrate this moment, the only way appropriate, while I'm driving. I will be laughing at all the fun. Yeah, even the morbid moments are fun, but in a scary way. Snowy roads, here I come with the nights on my side." Later, he posted again, said, "Nice twist." Again, it makes me wonder how much was already decided in plans by Scott and what was the reaction to the players' actions? About 50-50. Roughly 50. Richard Watts also posted and said, "Thanks for letting us listen in at the table. I know each episode of this podcast represents dozens of man hours at the table or at the computer. Thanks for putting it out there." Do you think it's truly lovely dozens? Yes, I think that's what he was going for. Eight people, three hours, 24 hours, dozens. Luke Green also posted and said, "Impersonating clergy is illegal in some states. But in most cases, it only becomes illegal if you use it as part of another fraud. At least one man took money to perform baptisms." Tax evasion, I imagine, too, because they get it. No, it's true. Unconfirmed, but I believe that impersonating a clergy can get excommunication from the Catholic Church. But this is not a legal issue. In any case, churches and other non-denominational or religious organizations maintain records of the people who have been ordained. One of my friends is a member of a non-denominational organization which pretty much exists to help clergy of a small faith community, in this case, pagans, get legal rights afforded to clergy, which is why she was able to perform the marriage ceremony for a mutual set of friends. But unless a fraud is committed, it depends on your state whether impersonating a clergy is on its own illegal. And fast and ritual. Thanks for all the information, Luke. We didn't know that. I mean, well, we knew some of them. Now, can you tell me how the laws were in 1935? We also had a post from Jason McDonald who said, "Now that we know that you has a limited amount of time, specifically as an actual deadline, it's not really a deadline, Jason. It's a birthline. It is more like it." Yeah, it's a nice job to go. Yeah, she did. I kind of expected in a few weeks for him to try his psychometry on Michael Clay's Leatherman and just have his head explode. That could be a way to take him out of the story. That would be really... I should have thought of that. That would have been much better than I could have. The knife would be a better thing to do the psychometry. Nah, I was thinking that too. Yeah. What are you doing? You just wandered off. But the Leatherman isn't an artifact yet. Maybe it will, once I die and my spirit is infused into the Leatherman. There are rules in the world of darkness to make an item holy, right? Sure. Kind of. She can't. Okay. He had a look at his eye for a second that kind of scared me. He's like, "Mmmm." Sure. I mean, unholy. Alright. In addition to that, we have two iTunes reviews. And since you guys were whining last week, which one of you would like to read one? I'll read one. Alright. You'll read the second one. Let's read the first one. We have an iTunes review that says, Money Favorite Actual Play Podcast by Original Gym. Five Stars. Congratulations on 200 episodes. I started listening a week ago with the new Manera campaign. Then I went back to the beginning, and I'm up to episode 50 or so. I can't speak to their accuracy and the rules for World of Darkness or Dresden since I've played neither. But it isn't about that. Good storytelling, role-playing, editing, plus traditional use of sound effects and music make this the most well-rounded, excellent, actual play I've had the pleasure of listening to. Well deserved. Five Stars. Well, thank you, Original Gym. Thanks. I thought we had the original gym. No, this is the original gym. That's a doppelganger. We have the doppelganger or the changel in gym. I've always suspected that. We have a second iTunes review by Iola. I downloaded iTunes just to rate this as the title, which is really awesome. Wow, that's great. I am far from alone, in my opinion. But I am egotistical enough to throw it up here with all the others anyway. So here it goes. The KO-TM guys and gal are easily the best actual play podcast I've come across. And I've tried a lot of podcasts out there, trying to get through the eight hours I drive every day. Oh. That's ridiculous. Dude, whatever it is, stop it. Right. Is it four hours, one way and four hours back? I'm assuming. There's going to be a professional driver. Maybe a truck driver. That's 16. It could be that too. Wow. Truck driver. I can't guarantee that this will be your favorite podcast, as you might have terrible taste, or be partially lobotomized. But it is my favorite. The players are as inventive and interesting as the Game Masters. And the stories, they come together to tell, are engaging, entertaining, and even suspenseful at times. They edit out any moments that would jar the flow of the story, then throw the silliest bits in at the end for us to chuckle at. They even edit in sound effects in mood music that always adds to the experience. While I know opinions are subjective, and superlatives are overused, this is absolutely the best actual play you will find on the internet, or any crazy space internet you may have access to. I do not. A word of warning, though. I can don't start with episode one. It's pretty terrible. It is a lot of exposition that wasn't recorded, and the first adventure is pretty roughly edited, and they recorded it with a potato. Don't judge them. [laughter] I'll give you the first time you edited down a four-hour session of nerd's rolling dice. Yeah, that's what I thought. I would suggest starting from one of the side-hops, Newmanera or Dungeon World, if you just want to taste it without a major commitment. But I would rather you treat KOTN with proper respect, and show some class by beginning with the first Dresden-file storyline delivery, and properly start a fulfilling relationship. You aren't getting any younger, and let's be honest. You'll never leave once you're hooked, anyways. That was a very creative one. Yes. I did a very nice job there, so we appreciate it. I'd like to approach if you don't like us, you suck. Yeah, exactly. You must be interested. It's just true. And he's not wrong about that potato, because it was an eye-phone thrown in the middle of the table. Well, right. I mean, it was early days. Sure. But I did go back recently to try to listen to some of the early ones, and I'm just like, you forget how it was. How many episodes do you think were recorded on the iPhone? I don't know. And when you're going, you could hear the air-conditioner heater in the background. And then we tried the whole music with... With the pack. That's rough stuff. But that's end of the feedback. I want to remind everyone that the holidays are coming. If you can use the Amazon link we have, that definitely helps us. It doesn't cost you a single dime more. Dude, you're contributing to the early holiday craze. Everyone complains about how you start the holiday rush. No. Before Thanksgiving now. Amazon. Shoot count. That is not true. This will be coming out. A full week and a half from now. So it'll be right around Thanksgiving. How come that? I don't know. Happy next week. It might be lying, but it sounds much better when I lie. Right. So, with that, county@podcast.com, it's our blog site. On the right-hand side of that is our Amazon link. And once again, thank everyone who's using the Patreon. We're signing out the first T-shirt this weekend. Awesome. Turns out, I kind of screwed up in that. I've told two different people they want. So we're sending out two T-shirts. This first one. Oh, nice. Because it was our 200th episode. So they both went. And we'll announce them once they're in the mail. So you just can't say no, huh? Did I? I just apparently keep. I want one, right? No, no. You did not want one. You had one already. You bought yourself. With that, we'll get on to episode 202. This is the World of Darkness story in the Cineator. I'm your storyteller Scott. And with me tonight on my right is Tom playing Jay Alton. And then, a member of the Ascending Ones and leader of this Lost Squad. Hi, Jim. playing kiwiokaner. Part of the, uh, the medallious Malphacharum. Conspiracy. Crazy nun. And driver. Mike. Playing Michael Clay. The Academic Adventurer from the Ages Kaidor. This is Thomas playing Edgard Montes. If we're doing a practitioner and a member of the lay misteris conspiracy. I'm John playing Daniel Morgan. The Mountain Man turn mercenary. And next member of Test Force Valkyrie. Rachel playing Grace Rachman or Silterville. Appabetic teenager. Who's along for the ride? Missing tonight is Michael. Yes. Actually, Michael and Ethan Clark and Bob as Chew Park are missing because Michael's watching Bob's children because Bob is newly bothered. Has become a father again. So he's elsewhere. Yay, Bob. Number four. And Bob's wife. Yeah. And now... Yeah, I feel like Chew just got a little bit of a go. All right. A brief recap of what we ended. It would be you were in, most of you were in the parlor of the Amsterdam Hotel. Speaking with Marty Collins about the disappearance of seven young children between the ages of four and seven years of age. And they disappeared in the, what's known as Hooverville or the Shanty towns of Greater Cleveland. And that's I think where we left you were asking questions. You may have had some questions you thought about in the interim of the week that you want to ask Mr. Collins. If not, we'll just carry on from that point. I do want to bring to mind that Sister Katie wanted to change one of her roles to a critical failure. So that she could pull a healing point off of Michael Clay and unto herself. Yeah, having not known the rules of how you can turn a failure into a critical failure. And actually being advantageous for your benediction that you were performing on Michael Clay. You can go ahead and do that, Sister Katie. So I'm not sure if I wanted to do that. Or I'm also thinking about her making an integrity role because she's probably just really thinking about the fact that... Well, what do you think about Michael Clay? And she just might just be having on what the fuck they just do episode. So you know those would be very much in character. If you think they would be very much in character, please go ahead and make those roles. Maybe your integrity role first before you decide upon Michael Clay's situation because it might alter your perception of what's going on and what you want to do with them. Yes, Michael Clay. How does making something a critical failure become more advantageous? Well, for that particular critical failure, his character is trying to heal you. And he does heal you for one more, but it pulls it onto... Oh, it would take that left. It would take that left. Hermetic failures. I've got one lethal one. It would take that lethal. I would put it on me. That's the advantage. But it's not really an advantage. So a failure means there's no healing. But a grammatic failure means he heals one, but pulls it onto himself, damaging himself. That's great. And I would do that to get a beat too. Okay. But it also spreads the damage out. You're a little less. Okay. I was just thinking of just because it would make good story. I prefer the faith magic over the dark magic. So that's... Dark magic. You call it a dark magic. Yeah. Took a good look at who healed you. Okay. So if you're making an integrity role... To make it clear, the reason you're making an integrity role, I think, is because of your conspiracy is in particular against casters of dark magic. Yes. Okay. So I thought the audience knew that your conspiracy, what did it entail? Malous maleficent. Yeah. We're just... The big thing they do is hunt witches and stuff down. Casters of magic. I mean, this guy was obviously... Yeah. In check and it turns not a witch being male, but... I don't think the Bible suggests or should. I think anyone who's a magic user is a witch. Okay. We want to talk to you about that, but not right now. Because I was in the middle of healing... Mike. And we're going to go over the end of that, and I was going to see if I can heal other people who need to get healed. Yes. Okay. Good enough. Did anyone actually think of the question? No. Katie, your integrity is currently seven, so you get a plus one to your role. Your role is a straight up resolve plus composure. Resolve three, composure three, plus another one. So you're at seven. Character is protecting herself. I could almost say that because she was getting healed, that that may actually apply. There was definitely a benefit to ignoring the darker nature of the magic. So I'm going to give you a plus one for that. Your virtue, again, is... Eight. Definitely not in accordance to your virtue. You're not protecting a loved one. Your voice is... Wrath. I get pissed off. You weren't acting in accordance to your wrath. Usually she is. Yeah. You were definitely witnessing something supernatural that was non-violent. So that's a minus one to your diet pool. So all you need is one success on that role. But you do not get to use willpower on that role. None. Zero. That's unlikely. You're acting surprised. That's a good pun. No, I've been expecting bad roles lately with her. Yeah. What would that mean to get her habit? She was unsettled with, so your integrity drops down to six and... You and I die. You reached a breaking point. And you need to... It's six or breaking point for everyone. No, it just means losing. You just go down the scale. All right. Anytime you go down. Anytime you roll for it, you have reached a breaking point. Correct. Anytime you reach a breaking point, you make a role. And the lower your integrity, the less pluses, and then eventually minus as you get to your role, has become a nerd to evil. I'm going to raise it to a dark one. A dark one. How? I said I wanted to raise it up another one. That would have been valuable. Because it would give me a plus one when I'm making an addiction role, so I should probably just not have to give it up. All right. Give me a chance to think about it, and you can look at it for yourself as well, Katie. We need to find a condition for you at this point that highlights what your character is currently going through based on that breaking point and not really being able to deal with it as well as she would have liked to. She definitely now has second thoughts. Who's thought was that? Was this dark magic that I just get in bed with the devil in a sense? What have I done? And so we need some kind of condition that would reflect your thoughts on that. I was thinking once she's got everybody healed the way she wants it, I already had figured out how she was going to be reacting to this whole situation and where she's just going to feel really unclean and kind of like I need to take a shower and holy water, this is gross. I need to go to a church. I need to have it. I need to get communion. I need something good in holy enough blood in the stuff because it does not give me... Guilty? Is that something you're feeling right now? Dude. I think while I'm poisoned, you know, like she feels like she's taken in evil that she... Not a fault she shouldn't have done. Okay. So something a little bit stronger than guilty. She feels untamed. Solid. Solid. Solid. Solid. There you go. Okay. Well, we'll think about that over the section and come up with a good condition for you. Call it unclean. What that means for your character and how she is going to handle that going forward. And then of course, also something's forward to be able to resolve that so she can resolve the condition she get that time at some point. So there's all kinds of options. We can go with Sister Katie but just find one that makes you happy. I like the way she can't socially interact with people. Why is that even a disadvantage? What? It is a disadvantage. Against dogs? Yeah. Okay. Well, if you lied to her... If it applied to dogs, then it might actually be harmful. Okay. At this point, Sister Katie, what would you decide to do in regards to your failed role when you were trying to pray that the spiritual power wasn't coming through to the extent what she wanted to do? She started freaking out because she's like, "Let's see if I got everything that I used to have." And she tried healing Mike Clay and she was minus a few dice. So she wasn't 100% even though she felt healed 100%. She was doubting how it came about and she couldn't really put her full energy into it or felt like it wasn't there for her to tap into it. And so that's where she said like, "I'm unclean because there's something in there that's black in some of this." Okay. So when it happens and you miss your role, do you turn it into a dramatic failure and take some of it on you as you're trying to assuage your guilt currently? Yeah. Penance. There you go. It's going with assuage, but I like penance. It's better actually. Yeah, let's do that. Okay. So go ahead and take the damage onto yourself and Mike Clay, you can erase that one lethal damage as you think for all the world that she heals you. Right. You see a grimace and you see her buckle a bit and or whatever, however Jim you'd like to describe your character. I would say that the last physical scar on him is on her now. Same spot. Same place. Okay. Let's call it a bruise from the, you know, the gunshot. That was the worst one. Well, unless there's the pen. So she doubles over as if she was punched in the stomach and a bruise starts to basically blossom on your midsection and that's how you take the damage from what happened. In the parlor where none of this is happening, Marty Collins would like to return to the children and his practice of helping all those he can and would like to know if anyone has any questions. He's given you a general idea of where some of these individuals live in the shanty towns. Yeah, I explained them that we're going to gather our crew together and our equipment and we'll probably meet him once more before we head off to start the investigation. You're always welcome at his clinic, which is again on jackass Hill. What we know today is flats, but in the shanty town area in the industrial burned out section. It's at this point of clean because there's no industry actually happening. The children that we brought that are with the nanny or whatever. Correct. Are they for sports? That's a good point. Yeah. That is a good point. And they. I'm just hoping since they're not in the shanty town that hopefully they won't be getting tracked on. It's weird in the shanty towns and we're asking questions. Would you like them to be firstborn? I don't know. I would say if their brother and sister, if their brother and sister, one of them has got to be firstborn. One of them has got to be. Good bait. No. Then one of them is. Wow. The boy is old. I'm not sure. I don't know. I'm not exploring. Yeah. Yes. And we will call the boy Billy. They have names now. And we'll call the girl Emma is great firstborn and she's still considered a child. You are firstborn. I am firstborn. She's absolutely firstborn. I don't want to take she counts as a child. She's super magical bullshit. We could go. She was. Yeah. Look back on the last episode. You know what I call the episode 200? Super magical bullshit. Children in peril. Oh, nice. Because it ends with us finding out about the kids going missing. And they're getting younger. Four to seven. Next story. Billy and Emma. Billy and Emma. Does anyone have anything else they want to ask? Marty. Not Marty now. I have a whole plethora of questions. I eventually do want to have a conversation with Marty, but I feel that my recent recovery, I really am not ready to. It probably took about five, ten minutes of weight. He might have been gone by the 10 minutes. Right. That's why I'm feeling I'm not part of this yet. Right. I would agree that you were upstairs for at least 10 to 15 minutes because she probably doubled over a bit towards the enemy. Are you all right? Kind of like a glass of water kind of thing where you're kind of attending to her a little bit after your healing takes place. Not to mention I'm pretty much in awe of having been healed by face. A whole lot of means. Right. I mean, that's got to do something to the other face. Yeah. All right. Before you leave, Marty, just thanks, man. It's just hell of a messy face. Yeah. No problem. No worries. And he takes a coin out and he puts it onto the table to pay for his portion of the lunch, which wasn't really launched. It was more of a drink that you guys shared. And he picks up his doctor's bag and doffs his cap and finds his way out of the Amsterdam and turns right as you watch him depart seemingly in the direction of the Shantytown. What kind of coin did he put on the tail? It was a typical coin in the period. Quarter? Sure. Damn. Enough to pay for his drink. That's an expensive drink. Well, I'd dime whatever I'm just saying. It was appropriate for the, it wasn't an overpay. It wasn't an underpay. He took care of his obligation as he felt it. Right. I replaced his coin with one of mine and pocket separately so we have it. Excellent. Okay. In case I have no use for it, but someone else. I can't say this for something. No, I don't understand. That's big hands. Oh, I got to do it. All right. When you get back to the room. Yeah. I'm assuming you guys go back upstairs. To fill in Katie and Michael Clay to what did happen? And Daniel. And Daniel. As soon as I see Jay, I go Jay. What the fuck? You had the option to say no. You know, I had no idea he was going to use blood. Well, you know, it's not just that, but you know, if you're going to heal someone who has some faith power. So the last person you might want to go out and bring is one of the damn Satan bastard spawns. And have him put his blood in me. I did not know that until after it was over and now I'm all fucked up. We didn't hold you down and make you drink the blood. You're the expert in this realm. Trust me. Why do you warn me? I didn't know. I could not check. I trusted you. I did not have-- I consume poison and I can handle the chain with your face. My mind and my body were the key company I didn't have. That's me. Everything I need. I'm sorry, I just need to cut them out. Remind me. Did she go before me or did I go before her? I went before her. I want first. She was the governor of one first. But I think it was funny. Then I came to you and you turned it down and then they went to. And I specifically wanted to go first in case something went wrong. I didn't want anybody else to get hurt. Well done. You're not healed. You're not healed. I think I'm not-- I mean, I'm freaking out, but not seriously freaking out. He's one of the few bastard sons of Satan that's actually trying to fight the good fight and fight his heritage, not one of the ones that embrace it. So at least he's out there trying to do good with the crap he was given. I feel sorry for the guy. I pray for his soul. But his power comes from not the same place in mind. I take direct poison into my body and through my faith I converted. Is your faith lost in mine? You take poison, but it's not evil. By the way, I'm feeling much better. So thank you very much for that and thank you, sister Katie. I don't. We still need to get Daniel up on his feet. He is pretty badly hurt. I could still try to heal people, but I'm not 100%. I really need to like get to a church and like try to get my head together. It works for him. Do what you did for him. All of those. It's pretty awesome. I have all but two boxes unchecked. Those are all lethal, but two. Well, yeah, everyone's overlooking this, but I'm bleeding all of them. Again, I can attempt heal, but it's not going to happen. I don't have any medicine. When I'm doing anything spiritual, I'm going to be as effective as I was when I was beat to shut up. How about for Daniel, we use one of the ampoules. We haven't used one of those yet. What are you talking about? You just drink one of them. You just drink one of them. There's a lot of healing in me. We should have one left, right? One left that if we use it, we'll never be able to duplicate this. We're using, it's like, I got this. I feel bad about that. We have a third heal. This guy is going to come back after we save the kids. I might not have any juice for this fight with this, whatever the hell we're going after. For whatever reason, but I can heal us now. Well, mechanically, if you can get rid of one lethal, then I won't have any missing dice. So, how about the duck? That'll take days. That'll take at least two days, probably. Don't you have to? Let's just give it a chance. The worst it's going to cost you is like a will, right? One will? Yes. Until Dick Storyteller gets involved and says that your tainted gives you a minus three to all benedictions until you, in a scene, play your virtue. So, if you play it for one scene, you're down to a minus two. You play it for a second scene. You sacrifice for your virtue. You're down to minus one. You play it for a third scene. You're back to normal. That's how tainted you are at this point. Minus three to all benedictions until you are able to use your virtue in a scene. Who's going to heal him? Mr. Katie is going to be fine. Wow, you have a feeling? Well, now that I'm feeling much better, I have all these ideas. One of the ideas was that she apparently has an artifact that manages time. The amount of time it would take Daniel to heal normally might be contracted using her artifact. So, he could heal effectively a week's time in a minute if we use her device. If somebody has enough know how to do that. When we travel, we arrive. It's not how it works. I don't know how it works, but that's not how it works. Oh, really? I can help you with that. We arrived in exactly the same condition we were in when we left. Except in the middle of a car crash, so we were slightly worse. I'm just trying to think of ways that we can help Daniel. That's legit. I'm all about helping right now. Well, I think the sister has the best chance of any of us of doing that right now. I might not be 100 percent, but I could help. I would be nine dice minus my three for being freaking out. Would you give me six dice? Six dice and quick risk will. Here you go. Time to rest in on. I don't know if this is a different scene. This is a different scene. First one. Yeah, what's your virtue? Honesty. Okay. I don't want no other minuses. Because you're not injured. You don't have any last three boxes, aren't you? So, really, the taint takes the place of your injury and the sense of what you were rolling last night. Mr. Katie's got shit luck. That's what you want to call it. Let's see if you're following me. Can I risk or should I? I'd appreciate it. You can risk on one roll. I will re-risk. Okay. Today I've got three dice. Eat. Well, that's one of the options, yes. And three for success or not. Okay. And I want to get nine again. I want to get nine again. Okay. That's... First roll. One, two, three. And I get to roll. That's quite different. So, in the first minute, in the first roll, he got three successes, which means he can do one of the lethals go down. Let's just add them all up. Sure. Seven roll. Four. Two. I can re-roll. Apparently, the taint's agree with him. Five, six, seven. Third roll. Holy mackerel. Five. And I'm going to re-roll three of them. I can't re-roll. And a success. You only have 12. That's fine. Keep rolling. How many more ones? Two more. Three. Successes. And still can't roll. An extra help on that. Oh, actually, I get six rolls. I thought that was five. Three more. Okay. Nice roll. Nice roll. Nice roll. One. The way I have it is you could heal seven of your lethals down to bashing and then heal six of those bashing completely. So you're down to one bashing. And the next time you sleep, that's just going away. Really? Fifteen minutes of rest for bashing. And that took a close. Like five, six minutes. Yeah. See? She can heal. I know. All she needs to do is drink blood. I know she's got blood. All I need to do is drink demon blood. He knows demon blood, but he's seen into his soul. Okay. If we're talking about that, are we talking about that? Are we still doing healing? No, we don't. What about you? Well, me? Yes. Dude, I am fucking great. Okay. That's right. You got it. And I thought that was one other person. You're upset that he got that? Yeah, you healed me. I thought there was another person. I have damage, but I'm fine. You? A man and guard is what? Yeah. Right. All right. Let's go. Let's go to the glass. Whatever stealing children. No, I had two items for Jay now that I'm. All right. Sure. Now that everybody's healed, then we're back on our feet. Let's get dressed. Let's arm up. Get ready. We'll have a discussion before we do anything. We have people that-- A sit rep. Yeah. You all notice that Grace is in the corner of the room. And she's kind of turning away from everybody. And you see her like moving like as if she's-- I'm also holding something in her hand. Yes. She's holding something in her hand. I mean, she's-- It's ahead, isn't it? She stops her. She stops her. What? Oh, I wouldn't stop. Oh, you wouldn't? No, I wouldn't stop. No, I wouldn't stop. Okay. Go ahead and tell them what they see then. They probably wouldn't see anything except for me standing in the corner looking unbelievably pissed off like a giant scout. But other than that. And I'm completely unaware of anything else that's going-- Right. Like you're throwing out. She not pissed at you. She like looks like she's somewhere else. Somewhere else. Really, really upset face. Okay. But there's no way that I would stall my foot. Are we going downstairs for that? If one of these rooms is large enough for us to all sit comfortably and discuss the situation, that's fine. Are you awake? You can take a shower first. Okay, well then, yeah. But I still want to know. Yes. Everybody walks over to the corner and puts the hand on. Chris has showed him. I want everybody to take 10 minutes. Gather your stuff together. Take anything you need. We're going to need for this investigation. I wave my little pistol around, tuck it back into my belt. Yeah. Get yourself geared up. Shower if you need to, freshen up whatever. 10 minutes we gathered together to discuss what we think's going on here. I'm not sure what the rifle got to, but okay. Since this doesn't appear to be a timeline that we're familiar with, I'm a little bit less concerned about polluting a timeline here with any of our gear. So I think we should have our, you know. Our timeline isn't polluted already. I don't remember Zeppelin's or some of these buildings that were in here so... Maybe it doesn't really make a difference. I'm going to get those time spirits that flew out of... Completely on it. Again, 10 minutes from now. Create it up the timeline. Take the shower. Do anything unusual in those 10 minutes. Okay. I'm, besides jumping, maybe take an extra five minutes of showering and crying in the shower. Scrubbing and scrubbing some more. And throwing up. I checked my gear, make sure we're loaded, ready to go. But I would like to share with you my reactions to what I saw Marty Collins do. Well, let's go ahead and say that everyone is now... Everyone takes their time. All right. Everyone takes a shower, gathers up, whatever belongings they need to. Did Danielle check on Grace to make sure she was okay? Was there anything else? She's still staring off in a distance with a scholar in her face. I'm done after this. Like, I'm in my own head. I'm thinking, I'm brooding, I'm completely not paying attention to anything that's going on. Over here. Are you muttering or talking to yourself? No. Not talking to myself. I'm just... Well, you just got a black hole in your scowling and you're getting... Yeah. Like the best thing I could describe it as, as I have headphones in and I'm listening to something that you guys can't hear. Figuratively. Figuratively. Yeah. It's like I'm completely... Like, she's not a phone call, that's pissing her off. Yeah. Like, I'm not even, I have no idea what you guys are doing. Hey, did you hear any of that? The boss says we got 10 minutes and then we're going off for the interviews if you need to prepare or anything. I don't need to prepare. Okay. Then meet us downstairs in the 10 minutes. Alright, so in that 15 minutes, is anyone doing anything exceptional that we need to know about? And are you taking shower? Get yourself ready, Katie. I'm tracking down on Jay and saying, "No, I'm not going to yell at you again." Yeah, 'cause I'm all on my eyes going to Jesus Christ. What does she want now? When I was using my site to take a look at... Marty Collins. Marty, I was also taking a look at Grace. Mm-hmm. And didn't really understand. And usually, when I see stuff, it's something that I understand is supposed to show me what it is and I really didn't understand what I was looking at. No, painted all on what it was? Very... No, nothing it reminded you of or...? It was like a very bright, moonish thing. It was a dark shadow over some of it, but it was weird. Do you mean it was symbolic? Maybe. In a way? A bright moon and dark shadows. Yeah, over the moon. Like the moonlight could be our soul and the dark shadow could be whatever the crap she'd been through over the last 16 years. I don't know. Like it says, it's weird. It's been a week. It was a solar eclipse. And it was a sliver. Well, no, in a sense, the sliver missing from... It was a full moon with a black sliver missing as if... The sun was starting to move... Or some dark object was starting to move in front of the moon. So, Mario Collins was like a demon, anything? Oh, he's a demon bastard son of Satan. Well, clarify that. That is... That's all we're talking about. Working against his demonness and his bastard. Using the power of evil to do good. Using the power? Yeah. Never heard of something like that. It's crazy. It never works. Yeah, well... I had more power to him, but... I didn't want him making a cult role. It would take an exceptional success to have heard of this type of individual before. Katie got to see his soul, and she is Malia's mallethicarum, which is to direct loggerheads with the loose and huge. I don't believe you. I don't believe her. Right. That's fine. She healed me and worked. A cult? A cult? A cult? Plus... A cult? Actually, what happened to you? Six, please. I will have to use Malia even for the experts. I got too successful, so... Yeah, I was on an inspiration. Scott, are you going to take away anything? No, you need an exceptional success, so... It's hard in and of itself. Go ahead and make your role. Does my trained observer feed... Anytime I make a perception role, I benefit from A+. Is this a perception? Or is this a knowledge thing? You didn't make the perception. No, because you could knowledge... I wouldn't think you could perceive what... Okay, turn it off. That's why I wanted to clarify. I have one success. I will. Two. I did. Still completely... When the sister describes to me the vision she saw of Grace, I ask her which way the eclipse was moving. I don't know if it was moving, it was just... Well, it... Sorry. Which side was the sliver on? Oh. I don't... So there would be a side that... Not really... Waining or waxing... I see what you mean. The shadow is getting more so or less so. Right. I see what you mean. Oh, okay. So then, if you are the sliver... Or the exiting this way. The sliver of wax and the more left side of the day. Or if I understand what she's saying, that's getting worse. I also share with Jay, I realize that Sister Katie has kind of given you a more comprehensive look, but I reacted pretty violently to what I recognized as... A ritual based on using dark magic, although I didn't... I don't know who this guy is. Did anyone make an exceptional success? I did not. Okay. So none of you have ever heard of the Lucifer fugue. Right. Then. Well, what does it mean by dark magic, just like powered by the heart of the history that I'm aware of? So let's say you're all together. As the party slowly gathers together and people start bringing stuff to me, I try to bring it all to the forefront. I explain what some of the concerns were with Marty Collins. He was in the Witcher. Some of the things that Sister Katie saw, I take out a coin from my pocket and put it in the middle of the table, telling everyone that this is Marty's coin, in case someone can do something with that. I look at you who just stares at me blankly. Um, actually, choose to add you. Choose not there. Where is Chew? He's in my head right now. That's concerning. I think we need to go look for Chew. And there was a lot going on. And he realized that everyone reconnoiters choose not there. Ethan is there. He's sitting behind the corner, but Chew is not. Does Chew vanish often in the past? Never. Where is Chew? I'm going to check. Never. Okay. Check the lobby seat. They saw him leave. Sister Katie goes down to the lobby and the desk clerk does recall. Your Oriental friend seemed to leave in a hurry. Was it right after the doctor left? The doctor. It was maybe five minutes ago or so. The Irishman. No. No. It had nothing to do to the best of my knowledge. He was walking across the lobby towards the dining hall from what I recall. He looked and saw what to me was a pretty, if I dare say, attractive Oriental girl leaving the hotel and he turned immediately and dashed towards the door. I explain or try to give a description of Miss Sung. I can say she was a young lady. No, I mean, I give a description. He would say look like this. She was attractive younger looking Asian woman, yes. That's wonderful. I could just be his fucking mom. I don't know. His mom was Asian. I don't know. His dad wasn't shining around which one. It was heritage. It was lucky too long ago for his mom. So about five minutes ago he dashed out chasing after a youngish Oriental woman. Chew. That rascal. So you sent them skirts. It would make sense that I have no idea what he said. Yes. He saw for Marty. No, I just said that the first thing I do when everyone's together explain what he saw, what his reactions were, what everyone's concern was to bring everybody up to speed. Even about as much as I could. No, I just showed that with Jay. He wants to show that to everybody else. I can't. But you heard what Jay said. That she said. That she saw. That she saw. In regards to Collins. And in regards to Marty Collins. I agree with that. She saw, to your mind, she saw more than you did actually. Okay. And it sounds. But it's still fit. It goes with your gut feeling of him being. Using some kind of magic that was not what you would consider to be altruistic of anyway. So, sure, you can buy into what she's saying. Okay. That's all I want to know. But she's describing it more as his soul was good trying to force. His intentions were good. That's fine. That's what she said. Just so she knows. And whether she agrees with that is up to her. Right. The source of this power and the tools he used are evil, but his intentions are good. All right. So after I return from looking for chew. Right. You can even dance out to the street, but he's gone. Yeah. Oh, he's gone. I'm going to pick up that coin. Okay. Yeah. There's something with it here. No, I'm just going to look at it. Okay. It is a, we'll say a dime since that quarter grew raves and it was not an outrage. It's not an outrage. What? It seems to be a standard US issued dime. It's a contemporary coin, not a relic of any kind or like its age. It's not old. When I come back, I see that she has the coin. I assume unless she's trying to hide it. Yeah. I mean, that again is from Marty Collins. And the reason I took it is it's got to have some residual connection to him. And I don't know what everyone can do. Now chew. I know what he can do. And he might have been able to help us with that. But unfortunately he seems to be missing. What can chew do? He has the ability to, he reads psychic connections on objects. Objects. Yeah. He said, he's attacked and he uses it to tell like about the person that it belongs to. Where the coin's been, who's been touching it, what this person. I don't know what the folks have thought about it. Think of psychic impressions. Yeah. Psychic impressions would be a really big description. And I took it mainly for chew. But if anyone else has the ability to use it, that's what it's for. There has been some concern expressed about Mr. Collins. I also have maybe an unrelated lead, but you know about the message I got from binary head. Yeah. Well, there's something about this telegram that I don't know if it's a lead. But I do have some investigative talents. But it was sent from the Ohio City Western Union office. Correct. Which they don't have computers or networks here. So that means that somebody came into that office to dictate this telegram to send to us. Do I have that correct? Is that how they work? I believe that's what you believe in the case. My point is, boss, is that we might be able to get a visual description of whoever submitted this telegram. Not that gas your hopes down, but is it possible someone could call telegram office and say can you send a telegram? I guess. I don't know. But it says that the sender's name and address comes from the Ohio City Western Union office. Plus there would have to be some form of payment. And the fans account already. Even if they did talk on the phone, whether it was male or female, we don't know anything about binary hacks. Other than a name that likes to say "asswords." Also, he says that he'll be in contact soon. So I don't know what that means. I don't know how we can keep an eye out for someone we've never seen before. But he knows where we were. He knows why we're here. He seems to know that we're in 1935. He seems to know a lot more than we do. So he's an unknown factor. I know, Grace has concerns about him. Can you do anything with that quarter, Grace? Grace has concerns about him. Now, why does Grace have concerns about binary hacks? I was out of it, so I maybe don't quite remember or understand that she knows. Well, I'll not just speak for Grace, but I believe her concerns were that binary was pulling strings. That he directed us to her so that she could push us into the time stream and he could steer us here. So, if you remember correctly, that was not the only contact we had with binary hacks was to send us to that farmstead. He's also the one that sent us into researching about the head. Right. Which is the torso murders, which is 1935. Right. I mean, should we be concerned? Are we going to be searching for the children about this? About binary hacks and he might be pulling the string? At this point, I think they're two separate things. I think so too. Okay, good. Thanks, boss. We could go in on that. But unless you have... The other thing that I'm wondering about this time period is what's going on with that folk eye. Right. Is it Magic Rock? Who's got control of it and what are they doing with it? Magic Rock. There wasn't the bee people were using to build their whole bee place on it. Bee people? No, actually, they took it for a bunch of werewolves. The focus. And that's... The whole focus. It was a loci? A loci? Yeah, I don't think... Who's got that now and what is it being used for? Just out of curiosity. Is that located anywhere near the Shantytown area? You're in Ohio City. Especially if your band is right on the top of, if you're right, 25th in Detroit. That's corner of the Amsterdam zone. Uh-huh. So, you're five, six blocks, maybe, from where lots of shit went down? That could be a different universe, too, because we're seeing things... But no, I mean, it's a valid point. Sisters, if anything, if we're gonna go down into the flats, maybe we walk by just to see what's there. I don't see one of them. You know, take a slight... Okay, for those of us who didn't deal with bee people who lived underground with reptilian men. Magic fucking rock? What is this magic rock? Lay lines run through focal points of magic. This was one of them. Magic spiritual. It's a stationary thing. It'll still be there, unless the lay lines are different in this land. Yeah, but if we're walking down the street and we stop and see that it is owned by someone I'm dealing with... I don't know what... I don't know what it is. I'm explaining what it is, and you're explaining why we should avoid it, and that it's not important. I don't care, we can look at it. Take the five minutes and go look. How's your crotch? Don't go for that matter. I mean, if we're gonna be judging up the old favorites, I mean, do I whisper to a hard cook's brain and give us some guidance? It's worth a try. I don't like it that's a little too close to something's spirits for me. Well, it's almost that too close. It's exactly some experience, and I don't want to be a part of that. Isn't it drawn to you anyway? Yeah. Then Monty's been speaking to it. Yeah, okay. Well, I don't exactly want to invite it again unless I have to. Alright, but that's a tool in a toolbox. What I think we're doing here is we're looking for players in this particular game that we're being forced to play. I think the low guy could be one of them. If it's a powerful trigger of what's happening in the Cleveland area, then it's something that should be looked at. To make sure it isn't a player in this game. Okay, so Westside Market, there's Lorraine Avenue. Detroit comes in right here. So you're right on the corner just off the top of this map. And here's where all the shit went down from your previous story. So this map is not irrelevant to letting you know where things are from. The streets are still the same. Sealing like one last thing. If Park Cook's brain is the spirit of Cleveland, that could be relevant in a player in this as well. It's cool. But the Cleveland at this point in time might be very different than what we experienced in our... And we would want to know that. Well, the reason why he was talking to you and was to try to steer us into helping things out, right? And making things better in Cleveland? Well, Jay's right. If you still got that goal, maybe... There's players and movers here and we're being moved around a board here. And so... I'm going to rescue children. That is something actually a description, a metaphor, that Benjamin had used very early on when you met him in the very first story shit luck. He said, "You are pawns the game. You don't even understand." Couldn't argue with him. Well, you understand a little bit more now. And by the way, Benjamin could also be your two. Did Major's live that long? Well, he was pretty old when we met him. So, he might be a younger man now. Yeah, I guess you could. Depending on the long jump, you can manage to do amazing things. It was a primer. She read the documents when you signed onto this bullshit. I'm not afraid. You are. Yeah, no size flash. I put the coin back down. I can't remember Grayson, I had this conversation. Do you know who binary hex is? Yeah. Do you know if he's a man or a woman? No. Then why would you say that she was upset about binary hex? I don't think he's a man or a woman. I think that he's a spirit. Or an entity. I don't. I mean, I'm not going to try and draw you for information, but at the same time, is there anything that you can tell us instead of us playing this 20 question game? The only reason I think he's an entity is because you guys have never seen him. You guys don't know anyone who ever has. And the only correspondence you've ever had with him has been intangible. But you're using logic from you seem to have knowledge of him and you're reacting to him emotionally, so it implies to me that you have had previous dealings with him. I'm simply saying that if we're going to work together, we have to kind of rely on each other a little bit, and I'm trying to find a common ground with everyone in this room. I appreciate what you're saying, and if we're going to work together, you're going to need to trust me when I tell you that I don't know anything. About binary acts? Well, I agree with trust, but is there something that we can use that's a little bit more tangible than a six-day room? The reason she came up with her concerns was she was asking questions of us of what we knew of binary acts and basing. Why did you go to the farmstead? And that was part of it too. I'm not saying that you're incorrect, but... No, I want to know how we got here today. Do you want to do a detect lies on her? No, and I'm really not necessarily that good, but I do have objects of power with me that maybe can help clear this up, but I'd rather do it voluntarily than have to put it to the test. She's telling you that she has never met him enough. I just never heard of him as one of those telegram things. The only reason I was trying to explain why she just had to do that. I remember what exactly happened, and your questions indicated that you don't remember what happened, which was we started talking about the telegram from binary acts. She said, "Who's he, and why, and oh, he sent you to the farm, and did you ever meet him, and he's never..." So all of the facts that she got that she's basing and we told her. Okay, there was nothing that she added that wasn't directly from us. So your questions indicate that that's not what you understood, so I was trying to clarify. Okay, that's all. Right, so we're concerned about a billion dozen things, and also we need to rescue ourselves. Are we always? In Grace. I know I've asked this before, and is there anything you can tell us about Dad, or the farm, or why you were in the locked in a basement that will help us out in figuring out why we're here, and what we're doing, and what the hell's going on? Again, I'm just saying no. Is it that you have... Me being locked in a basement has absolutely nothing to do with why we are here right now, and it's part of my life that I don't really wish to discuss in the complete stranger. In the demons, the time demons that were in your body, spirits, spirits, whatever, they're the same. Oh, sorry. Do you know why they were in there, or what the deal is with those? No, I don't know if you saw me when I was carried out, but no. Okay, I just choose quite frightening. Oh, yeah. 'Cause, you know, it's just the whole thing that these demons, when we dispersed them, banished somewhere, you want to call them? Mm-hmm. Could they have gone back in time and screwed up the timeline, and that's the timeline we're in now, 'cause they screwed it up? Maybe we're not in it. We all didn't mention them. We didn't work just in a timeline that got screwed up by them. Mm-hmm. And it is now the new current, correct timeline. Okay. Spirit people should be on the lookout then, huh? Yeah. Yeah. Something called "Hurt's Brains" and some time things. Just keep an eye out. Could you talk to Spirit? Heart Cook Brain. It was the spirit of Cleveland. They don't, like, come around for a fucking chat about what's up today. But the spot of a fair round, right? What exactly is your ability with Spirit? You were assigned to this group. He wasn't. He was... These two have been added as we went along. The rest of us have been assigned. Well, just to be fair, Edgard was assigned from Tate. But you decided to pick Daniel up on the side, telling Tate because he had inside information regarding Task Force, Valkyrie, and Tate, and... The first ad. No, I just mean Tate would be upset because you were not supposed to be here. Tate would be pissed. So Daniel's really the one who's not legit. Although you made through your two stories at this point, you know, one of the half stories, made Trust Daniel more than Edgard or however you want to approach it. But Edgard was actually assigned to you whereas Daniel was not. I am not magic in any particular way. I give things to spirits and they help me out with certain things. A cookie? A lemon. Keep up. I did that thing. I need a lemon. It depends on the spirit. It depends what I'm trying to do. They don't... But what I mean by that is, do you have a way of speaking to them, obviously? They can speak to me. I can't see them just flopping around all the time. They come to me with problems and ask me to solve them. So if Mr. Clay invokes a spirit, you wouldn't have any way of seeing it or talking to it unless you want it to talk to you? I can talk to them when they're around, but I can't see when they're here if they don't want me to. If he wanted to talk to me, the spirit was possessing Clay, we could have Randall Chitchat. However. Is there a spirit possessing Clay? He did possess. I saw the wrong word. It was a long time ago. It's a thing about my pants I don't like to talk about. Wow. Sound familiar? Your people are cold motherfuckers. So I could talk to it, but I can only call out. We started fucking formally possessed by spirit support group around here. This is Michael Clay and just Michael Clay. It's not that I'm right here. I'm right here. Never mind. Michael Clay and Grace will be the founding members. You don't know what I went through. You don't know my pain. Yeah. Okay. Just so I can clarify, I can only call on spirits who do certain things. I can't call up every single one because I don't know about them. And I'm just saying, if we had a spirit that we could bring here, would you know it? Would you be able to talk to it, et cetera? That's fine. I think Edgard has his own pantheon of Woundoon spirits that he can communicate with. And those are the spirits he trucks with and he has a specialty with. He doesn't see all spirits in the world. Okay. He just focused that. Go ahead, Rachel. What exactly are you getting at? You want to bring a spirit here? I'm just trying to understand what tools I have in the toolbox here. To solve all the problems, we have a myriad of problems here. Now, to refocus, the most important problem that I see right now is we have children that are dying. And we've promised to help that situation. And as much as it takes us away from getting home and focusing on who the fuck sent us here with Mr. or Mrs. Binary Hacks, the one thing I see is children being harmed and killed and I think we can help there. Listen, Jan. I'm pointing to the... If they're just missing, I'm very happy. If they're being killed, I'd like to put an end to either one of those. Well, I thought process being maybe someone sees something that you did? Fair enough. And I'm sure you would pass it around the table while you're all sitting and talking and I just didn't like it lost in the shuffle. Go ahead, sorry. And Daniel, if they're just missing, it doesn't change it. In fact, it makes it more important. I know. That we focus on that quickly and first because... Yeah, all about '70s for the end. In 1935. He's a little more testy than he was. What do you have to be testing about? I'm the one that's not allowed in places. Well, you guys go and interview some parents and try to figure out some details of what's going on and where this thing might be tracked down. And you might not be just hanging out in a church for a while. No, let's stay together. We've already lost you. I'm sorry. Wait a minute, let's think about what we're saying here. We're going to go interview people that are distressed and are going to have difficulty talking to us. And do we really want her along anyway? Yeah, go pray in a church. Thank you. Thank you. I think 14 Hail Marys and 10 Our Fathers will get you started. What's the date? That we're in 1935. No, what's the date? The month. What's the date on the telegram? The 723. It is now the morning. Well, actually the afternoon of 726. Three days later? Yeah. Let's wait. It's not three days later. No, no, no, no. It's one daily. You came last night. You can. 25. Yeah, I know. But that telegram... Now it's the 26. That's the slow-ass telegram. And the telegram was waiting in the delivery to you in the office on the 25th. It was given to you on the 25th. It was filed that day. No, he doesn't need to be sent until later. He got it this morning of the 26th. You guys arrived late at night on the 25th. This morning when he woke up and went down for breakfast, the desk clerk handed him back a hotel Cleveland because he stayed at that hotel before you guys made the move to the Amsterdam. Which is where you're at now. And it's probably mid-afternoon now at this point. Okay, I don't. That's fine. And I don't have the telegram in front of me. You will shortly. It was sent three days before we even got here. This is time-filed three days before we got here. Two days before you got here. Okay. This is the first day. Two days before. Yeah, I know. I just want to be clear. Because I said the wrong. The fact that it's before we got here was an important part. I think that's probably the most important part. So, Katie, you're going to go off and you're going to go probably to where you feel comfortable, which is your main church back in 2011, which was St. Patrick's. And I'm just curious as if there's anybody still like St. Patrick's that are part of my conspiracy, or are they not even... There's no people in this conspiracy back. You know that old-ground keeper? Right. You just need no inspiration. There might be a church that's been part of the conspiracy forever. Well, just so you know, you're talking about somebody who'd be about 70 to 80 years younger than what they are when you knew them. Well, I'm not looking for anybody that I know. I'm just looking to see if anybody in there is just part of the conspiracy in general. And I don't even know if I'm going to be looking for that right away. I'm just probably just looking for a priest that I'm giving some money. Can you handle that? It's such. I want to give that some time, so that sounds to me. I crapped four and I want to give it full attention. I don't want to say you want to church and you're fine. And, you know, you prayed and you're done. I'll give you a story, but it will be next week. Okay. So you're loving anybody? But that means, well, do you have particular spirits that you commune with or are you sensitive to any spirit? There's a bonus for knowing one spirit in particular. I probably maybe knew one down south, but I moved in a clean one. Just to be clear, I'm not down with the spirits, okay? I didn't have a choice in the matter. Not for you. That was true. Exactly. That's exactly how he was feeling. Has he put that together? That's what he can do and what you're holding. Right. And you want to know binary hexes. Yeah. Right. That's why he's really pissed right now that you're here. I don't know if the question is in here. Pardon? Never mind. You want to say good schools? No. No, please, repeat. You should go to the last journey in office. Well, the one thing that I noticed on the telegram and then Sister Kate put him out as well, who is charged to the count of Mr. Binary Hex, A, Mr. Home, and B, an account. So it could have been called in and then charged that account. So he never really showed up. But there's an account there. That's what I was saying. There seems to be a lead. But is this we get an immediate issue of children in peril? And just to be clear, Dr. Ethan Clark had previously told you in a conversation that has been lost through time, I'm sure, that he is a doctor, but he's also very good at finding his way into places and extracting information. So you know that Mr. Clark is at least somewhat handy in the ways of second-story operations or breaking and entering. So we have a telegram and a coin that would be wonderful if true could read them, but he's not here anymore. So both those avenues are dead to us. If we go to the Western Union office, maybe... I don't see why we can't split up. Mr. Ethan Clark could ascertain some information from that location. He might be able to ascertain it, but you've seen him talk to people and he's really bad at it. How do we plan on ascertaining it? Like worse than me, bad? Just talk to people. I've asked the doctor. You know you get information? Edgard? It depends on what I'm looking for. Through that are locked behind doors. That one's that kind of ascertain. Okay, yeah, get up with it. Alright, do you guys want to maybe make plans to how you're going to... If you're going to split or whether you're not going to split that way, I can at least prep a couple different scenes and stories. If you want, what we can do is send Edgard... Well, let's hit something in the middle of the day and that's supposed to be done. It's late in the afternoon, Jack. It's about four o'clock in the afternoon. Okay, if Edgard and Ethan want to try to get information from this office, you are the two stealthy types and probably the ones that can get it without being noticed. If they're not going to give it, you can get it without even asking. The rest of us should go to start the investigation, except for Katie she's off for doing her solo episode. Right. The rest of us should go to investigate the kids. And as we walk by, we're going to swing by the... I have no idea. Grace, where would you like to go? What's the meaning? You're pretty good. Alright, stealing shit? Very much by specialty. I'm going to go with you guys, but let me know if you see any cameras or any mirrors while you're there. Oh, they have cameras, okay. Oh, they have cameras? What's they? I'm saying cameras exist, obviously, in 1930s. Yeah, but she's saying surveillance cameras. Oh, no, no, no, but... Yeah, so let me know if you see any mirrors while you're there. Yeah, okay. Seems like an odd request. You can... something you can... Obviously, you can bring it back. At the time, this is an Art Deco pretty popular, and there's a lot of mirrors involved there. It's winding down from Art Deco, but yes, the 35 is still... It was really the 20s. It was the big Art Deco. Alright, let's make it clear. You didn't want to just know about a mirror. If he could get a mirror, that would reflect anybody walking up to hand in a telegram. I mean, we're in there getting stuff, we're not supposed to be getting it. Do you want to get a mirror or something? Do you want to get a steel mirror? If you see one there, yeah, and you can see that would save me a trip later. That's fine. Okay. But I'll try one. Sure. Okay. Let me buy and check out the folk guy that we know exists in our time and our universe. Right. Jay, I just want to let you know, you know on the map. And our listeners can look as well on the Ohio City map if you followed West 25th Street, which is on the eastern side of that map, up past the top of the map, so off the map. That's where Detroit meets West 25th, and that's where the Amsterdam Hotel is. Yeah, that's where we are. The actual spot of the vitamin B company, and John, if you can point that out, it should be on the left hand side. The top hand side of the map, which is the western side of the map, which is several blocks. I have no table. I was actually away. So you're talking about a disembark. All right. We're taking Ethan's truck. We're driving by over here to check out the location. Okay. We're driving back and going to the flats. When we get to the flats, I am assuming, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, that it's probably going to be best for us to approach the parents of the child most recently taken. They're going to have the freshest information and the freshest clues. Anybody got a better idea? No. No, that's reasonable. Would you mind if I would teach you the focal point and whatever you call it? Sure. You can actually drop rocks. Yeah, we'll drop rocks. Because the church is closed. Yeah, where the church is located. That works great. St. Patrick's. And that is our tentative plans for a network. Thank you. All right. Great to have everyone, and we will have them. Tell everyone who's in it. Who I really am. I've been wonderful. I recognize you. I'm gonna go back. At least now. No, I should. No, I should. I'm all the time I've met. I could be loud. You could be. I'm trying to go out. You could be quiet. You could be quiet or too. I'm taking notes. Are you seriously taking notes? I'm just curious. You complained about how I know the joke notes in the book. You talked with me. Oh, look, I got mic doing it too. But I write with a quiet pen. Oh. Oh. I also take better notes. Pretty clean. The note off has to go. I wouldn't know because you're not allowed to show anybody anything. That's true. But I can read. That was left in the clips at the back too. You want me to show you your notes? She asked me. I said yes. She said no. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. Sorry. Well played. You called my bluff. It's like firefighting. You want to be kept? Yeah. But boy, you can't. I can't. For resolution. Sister Katie is punished in social interactions. For example, fuck. Choose this one. I just want to know what it would be like if she. And I chose to do this. I know. Great. That's appropriate you can eat and jam. I cannot take violent action in combat without spending a willpower point. She's so, you know, mentally beaten down. Who's lying last week? I missed it. Now everyone. I used to go ahead and play with this while you're gone. It's going to solve. Don't warn my system man. Oh man. That is one crazy ass farm dude. Is it really called the wheel of cornmeal? No. You just invented that. That is a really good day though. That was it. It was corn. It's a random thing that you can. It's just a way of gambling. Just a wheel. Your resources. Just any random wheel. See how this makes the feedback run so much more smoothly with other people reading? I don't care. Am I reading the first one time? I don't need to introduce myself. I know who I am right? Sure. It's Mike. It's Mike. It's Mike. It's true. Scott will now leave my. I cannot drop this game. It's mesmerizing. Usually, I almost press a diamond on my head. When I want to spend one of those babies. He's slaughtered all my animals. I did not. There's entrails everywhere. I did want to spin the cornwheels though. So spin off podcast. Yeah. You have difficulty reading? This is a rambling podcast. I have no idea. It looks so easy when you're not moving around. I didn't cut it off. You didn't do it very well. Mike, that was outstanding. It was. There was no even, like I do. I read scripts that work for. They edit out any moments by that you need some time.
