(upbeat music) - Hello, and welcome to Knights of the Night Actual Play podcast. This Dresden File Story, delivery, was written and run by a GM Top. And now, please enjoy episode 76 titled, "London Seats the Light." (upbeat music) - So, we're gonna start our dozen finals. - Delivery, and GM Top. - I'm starting on my left with, John Plan for Dr. Joe Martinez, Guardian of Cleveland, empowered by a fallen angel. Thomas, playing Maxwell Edison, and undercover FBI. - Scott, playing London Deals, a moral seer to the supernatural. - I am Jim, playing Edmund Shudowski, Private Investigator, New World Blackboard amp. - My name's Mike, I'm playing Alan Montgomery, the Warden, who's come back to Cleveland to clean up the town. - All right, and tonight we have a special guest with us, Alan, who will be playing one of my NPCs for me in this upcoming combat. - I'm Alan, I'll enter through that door and assess what's going on inside. - Okay. Meghan Donovan moves through the left door from the lobby to the Hanith leader. And what you see is off to your right is with the fire, which is at the same level as you are, as far as the chairs go. And there is a warden over there who you know, end up in London, childhood. Fighting two Hellhounds, next to him is someone that you really haven't seen before, yeah. So there's two people in two Hellhounds. Father downstage, you see a bunch of people. The target of what you're going after is down there, but there are others as well. And you know them to be Blackboard vampires. Down there as well are two other individuals, Edmund and Maxwell. You've seen Edmund and Maxwell before they were at your father's office when you were going through the dust. - Right. - So we got three way going. What are you? (laughs) - We'll move down towards Center Stage, where he's still in Center Stage, Edmund, right? - Mm-hmm, he's still around there, okay. - He's standing over just a scrum pile of three different people at the bottom of it is Ryan. Maxwell with a death grip on a tail of a tiger. - Are they even came out with somebody else? - Yes. - Okay, I don't love that person's wind. Or not. - Also attractive. - How do I go? - The girls get the much better vampirism going on. They look hot, guys just look scary. - Yeah, that's the same guy. - It is the same guy. - I'm going to shoot him. - I'm going to shoot him so bad. Although I don't use guns while I really move. - All right, so you can move down. Well, actually you would have to sprint down to the orchestra pit because it's two zones away and you've already moved one. And the way you'd sprint is you would use athletics, roll your dice, and you would need at least two because you'd have to move two zones. - Why not? - I'm going to do a ball for speed. - All right, well, dice even out, so good. - All right, good being free. That's no problem for you to move quickly through this place and down to the orchestra pit. Unfortunately when you sprint you're moving so fast you can't do anything else but move quickly. The other unnamed vampire that came in with Megan does not move at this time. So we are back to the top of the order of Maxwell. - Do any of these zones present boundaries that make them difficult to traverse? - The balconies for sure. The stage, yes. The theater seats, I mean if moving side to side they're a pain in the ass, so maybe double moving. - As far as we know there should be no one left in the balconies though. - As far as you know. - I'm going to actually start the grapple because last turn it was just a block against him, attacking the grapples block against for anyone with every considerable action. - So you're attempting to grapple the vampire? - Yeah, I'm using the maneuver, started the last turn with my block. And I'm using my athletics. - Cool, that's not great. - I rolled the negative one on the fudge dice. I rolled the grapple. - All right, and he gets to fight against there with his mite, actually does not have mites. He's going to go with athletics. So then even if super natural, if you get two plots too, he doesn't have any mite, which is much less than his athletics will breed. So he's just going to go with that. I'm pretty sure his speed also gets him a plus one, two of his athletics for dodging and such. So it's a three, minus one on the dice roll, plus one so that evens out and it's a good. - I have a great befailed to break free of the barrier. - You actually have wrestled a vampire. - Next turn? - I can wrap on him. - Like doing fancy stuff. - And from Maxwell, we go to the unnamed vampire, which taking a signal from Megan, moves in on you, Mr. Allen. - So she does, she nods towards him, and nods towards me, like he's right. - She looks at him and goes, you know, a head nod towards you, and he moves in fast on you and gets off a fantastic attack. - What, vampire please? - With my sword I meet his attack, with a plus one to the fudge, which makes my defense fantastic as well. - That means you take five physical. - And I will-- - I hit like a shark. - I don't add my weapon to that roll, right? - No, because I'm not doing a damage, you're just trying to stop him keeping med bay. And what he's doing, unless you do something to prevent it, is he is flying up to you both hands and just throwing you into the wall, which is currently on fire. - I'm not gonna allow that to happen. So I spend a fade point to add, what, three to mine? - Nice try, two. - Two. - What, that is enough. You only need to add one. But what aspect are you using to prevent? - I am going to protect the people. And the person right now I'm protecting is the one that holds your ground to help fight the ground. So he goes charging up to you, and he goes to put both hands into your chest and throw you backwards. You swing your warden sword. He pulls his hands back and just hits you with his shoulder and kind of glances off you, not doing any damage to you and not doing any damage to him. And he skids sideways and he's like, in the walkway down to the opera pit facing towards you. - Okay, he's snarling. - And then we go to the vampires. He tries to break the load that you have on him. - Oh, he's all above you or four. - Oh, he's all above grapes. - Initiative? - Yes. - Okay. - You're after these guys. - Okay, just check him. - They're very fast. - In addition to, they get to add because of their supernatural clarity. - Yes. - Exactly. And an even roll on the dice in the attempt to break is not enough. You are holding him solid. - I have a block. - Great, do you like it? - Let's go. - Or close maneuvers against him now. - Towards the guys who fight. - The one behind you is coming back at you, the one that was on the right hand side. - Hopefully, Edward plays pretty good. - And he attacks you. - He tight-manned with a evening, so that is a good attack. No, I'm sorry, great, great. Come on. - Plus two? - All right, so I got a fantastic block. - Nice. - Look at my feathers. - Wax on, wax off. - Which is not enough to get spin. So he comes in, but you throw up an arm, your right hand, to block his as he misses, and it just steps back and steps. So he's standing right next to you, ready to attack again. The other guy, he sees Megan Donovan, and he just, he misses at you. And he says, "Back off, bitch, this one's ours." - Oh, he says that? - Yes. - Which one can talk? - These things can talk, these are for people. - These are for people. - They think, "Oh, that was terrible." He launches an attack at you, but only a fair. So you would either attack back with your fists, or with your athletics, to get out of the way, or to block with your fists. - Mm-hmm, yes, same as that one. - Yeah, he gets one. - So superb. - Wow. - So it's not for a spin. So he comes lunging in at you with claws, styling back off, bitch. You know, what do you do to avoid the attack? You're not getting any damage to him, but you're setting him up and in-- - Maybe he's even almost hit him. - Right, and in poor position to defend himself, in the next attack. - If you don't. - And then as he goes over, you push his legs up, and he does a back flip, and mine's on his back, behind you. - Hold on. Hold on. - So we have two factions of Blackboard vampires happening here. - There's one we don't attack in the other. - Vampire and vampire action happening right now. - And that's a good part. - In this three way. - We are now up to London. - Okay, I find myself incredibly annoyed that his tuner, which has now, can not get in 90.3-- - There's a lot of conversations in Cleveland. It's hard to pick up, you know. - Oh, that's a good way out. - Yeah, I mean, see if we get it right around the corner, there, brain food, man. I mean, come on. So at this point, I'm disgusted that I've been sitting here for five minutes. - Oh, it's a lot right now. You're talking 67 minutes. - On this worthless, worthless side mission one week. We have a mission, we're moving out. - You look down to the compass. - Yeah, still pointing. - Don't point anything, right? - No, we need to go. - We're still not there. So at this point, if Roberto's being held up, I know something is a miss. I'm not sure what that something is because I have to be looking down into his cigarette butt littered floor when the vampire-- - With the gradient layers. - So you can't hear the gunshot. - Yeah, exactly. - I love the fire. - So I move one zone into the lobby of the theaters. You can roll your alertness roll. - I don't know what good it's gonna do. - Hit it. - No, it's not. - Oh, I roll the plus two. - Wow. - Which gives me a fair alertness. - At this point, you can smell the fire. - Yeah, I'm sure, I would say you smell the fire and you see a little bit of-- - Aren't those stairways in this first zone too? 'Cause I could kind of go up one of those stairways and not enter the theater, but-- - You'd still have to put the doors in the balconies. But you're walking into the lobby and you smell fire and you can see a little bit of smoke coming up in front of you. - Right, maybe. - Maybe like, ooh, that's not good. - Right. - Okay, do I hear her and her compatriots hissing each other? Was that before? - They would actually, they're already in the theater, so probably not. - The hissing exchange I didn't know here, between two of them. Him saying, the way off bitch, this one's ours. - Oh, no, that's all the way down by the orchestra. - Okay. - You just roll fair. - Yeah, exactly. - Through clothes, I mean, those doors are supposed to black sound. That's the whole point. - Well, I think that I would be nervous enough to-- - Well, the smokes at that giveaway, that's something pants. - Yeah, I think something bad is happening. - Of course, I don't want to risk my own life by any stretch of the imagination for these fools. But, at the same time, except for you, of course, Roberto. - 'Cause he's got beer health insurance and-- - Yeah, exactly. So I think I would put an ear to the door and try to discern what was happening, but that's about as far as I've been in the room right now. - Not the burning door, but the smoke coming out of the door, yeah. - I'll set up a maneuver at minus one. - 'Cause you walked in, so-- - Well, is this the same zone? I'm in the lobby. - I'm not entering the theater. - So it's a different zone, but he already moved. - 'Cause-- - I went one zone from my car into the theater. - But you moved into, that's one movement, then you've got a alertness rope to kind of catch what's going on. Now you're gonna try to actually, actively, it's another action-- - Gotcha. - Plus the zone, so it would definitely be minus one. - I'll give it a shout. - Oh, it doesn't hurt. - Wow, is that a really skinny nice? - And the winner is-- - Nothing! All that waiting for nothing, I scratched. It was a wash, it's fine, man. And with a minus one, that's, I did not roll very good. - You go, "Oh, this door's hot." - Yeah, I mean, I hear. - I think I can disturb something. - But you can just sort of like the sound of combat, quickly, you don't need any kind of roll to hear swords in gruddings and such. He's flashing his sword. - Even if I said it was a mediocre chance for you to hear something through these doors, which are built to block sound from the lobby from getting to theater-- - Fair enough. - Fair enough. - You will pour. - Yes, carry on. - Edmund, you are in a melee of vampires. You've got-- - You've punched this one, you can't defend him. - You've got Maxwell holding this guy tight. You've got Ryan saying, "Get him off me!" I'm saying, "Please man, I don't know!" - You mean, do I have any pluses against the one that's being held or anything? - He can't defend, so he's gonna get a roll that's gonna be his only defense. - Last. - But he's the only one, I've had twice already, right? - The way I'm gonna handle this Thomas is I'm gonna have him try to overcome your hold so they can defend himself. If he can, he has no defense against the roll. There's also a vampire standing behind you that has been attacking you. - I know. - Okay. - But this one, I've had a couple-- - Yeah, he's definitely-- - I get this guy outta here. - He took the most damage out of all the vampires. - Minus one, which would take me down to a smack. - First he attempts to break out of the grapple so that he can defend himself and fails. He can't overcome your current grapple strength. That means he just is there for you to hit. He gets no defense other than the roll, which was a minus one. So he kinda like sticks his chin out with a poor defense and your attack was what? - Good. - So good becomes great because of his lousy defense and then you add in your plus two for fist to take it up to a fantastic damage or six more. - Didn't act up. - No. - These guys are tough. - And then they aren't tough. This makes me-- - Can I drag 'em up to the guy? - There's three of 'em. - And they're all at least as tough as he is. - Okay. - I mean, they're not likely by any stretch of the imagination. So you absolutely cloud him in the head and you can actually see some of the bones shift. I mean, it was a considerable crunch, but these guys are, after Edmund is Roberto, you got two dogs. - How many of us are around here? - Two dogs. - You're still ridin' vampires. - And how do you-- - Stay with him? - Two dogs in a vampire. - What are you having extinguishin' yet? - Okay. - I thought you were at a plan for that. - I did. - There's two dogs in here. - Is there a fire extinguisher in this area? - I haven't asked it. I'm gonna-- - I'm waiting for my turn. - You are a fire extinguisher. - Without a doubt, there's a fire extinguisher in this. - Building. - Okay. - Regulations and all of 'em. - Yes. - We need to go. - All right, I'm gonna smack some puppies from there. - We also have a nasty vampire in front of us, too. - Aren't we? - But she's in the same-- - No, he-- - This individual that came in with-- - And I don't know what-- - He's in the same way well. - Okay, do I recognize her there? - No, you've never seen her before. - Yeah, I'm just gonna smack a puppy. Is anyone already injured? - Not at least doing that. - Okay. - What? - I don't have to-- - I roll minus two when fudge dice. - You hit your pup and that earned me a plus two to hit. - His defense is great. - No. - I'd like to hit someone for the first time in this game. - Violence is a temporary solution, and so is this aspect. - All right. - It's so wonderful. - So that's a very great-- - Sit up too great as well, which means you do weapon damage. - What do you think a roll hammer does? - A sledge hammer is three. - You're talking to two-handed sledge hammer, right? - I get plus two, 'cause of my human strength. - It's at five weapon damage. - Yeah, that smokes this one. I mean, you hit this dog straight down from above and just splat it on the ground. The person to find the shooting out both sides. - That's even more of the theater. - The attention runs. - Stay there now. - All right. - See you, okay. - The remaining dog adding the conflict range. - Just to clarify, the dogs appear to be with the original faction of the empire. - That is correct. - That is correct. - A good attack on you from a dog. - The last remaining dog? - There was a-- - Three vampires in the building with the dogs. Then Megan came in with this other gentleman. - Then was the other one. - This is the other one. - If you see him, Bruce. - And they already seem like they're at odds with the other guys that are here. - Can we call them Bruce? 'Cause he transformed into a fat man. - You can call him. - It looks like that. - That Martian guy. - Bruce, you'll-- - Good, that's quite ugly enough for an astronaut. - It's close though. - I'm not gonna be crying. - This was a great attack? - It was a great attack on you, yes. - Come on, Roberto. - It's a plus. - A plus. - A Christmas does. - I wrote a plus one. - My athletics is fair. So that brings us to a web, please. - I mean, I can use my weapons now that I've got the hammer out. Sorry. - So your total is, I was a superb. - Oh, you block it with a handle. You turn it sideways and get caught in a teeth and you just throw the dog backwards. - That sounds corporate. - All right. - And then-- - Okay, and you're facing a vampire that's dog still here. - Right. - Caught in its teeth. - And the smoke and the flames have not triggered it off any, I'm not yet. - Okay. - Once per game, you can turn your buttons so it can make it too double damage. - I sure can. - You should kill this guy, really. - Well, that's what I was thinking. Does the warden know that if you're a vampire, you have not seen him go out? And actually, you didn't see him in the first, he was like running out the barriers, he was running in. - I was the first good look you got in him and you don't know him. - I'm debating whether I could, how many understand how magic would work in this, with my wind powers. - Could you put out the fire? - No. - Could I send the wind force to scoop up some of these flaming dead bodies of the Hellhounds and fling them at this vampire, as fire is a great weapon against vampires. It looks kind of cinematic. Or should I just hack it with my warden sorting you after? - I like it. - That's what I'm thinking about. - I'd say go. - Plus, I would like to try to work in one spell. - The Hellhounds turn into like goo, but they're flaming. So it's kind of like, you know, those little jars of sterno. So you scoop it up the sterno and you throw in on the vampire. - Can I even do like a nice little twirl to, you know, gather the wind and then using the spell. And really the spell is focused on the - Make sure that your fire. - Make sure that you put it on fire, all right? - Twirl. - You can't even find your way into a burning building. (laughing) And my purpose is to fling this - Okay. - Napalm blind to the vampire. - Right. - And what we're gonna say. - What we're gonna say is you are, in effect, taking your air power and doing a spell, whatever strength you have in that, you're gonna convert it to fire. You're gonna use that as a fire instead. So you're kind of exchanging elements here. - And I have gloves. - This would be considered a catch for their toughness. - Yes. - I'm not sure. - What does that mean when you say it's a catch? - They have toughness to avoid taking damage. - You know, this would override it. - This is a weakness involved. - You know, Edmund has way many stress boxes. - Yeah. - Let's do it with toughness. - Yeah. - And there's a certain damage negation that they were. - Oh, okay. - It goes straight through all that. - Oh, I didn't even know that. So look, there's a mechanic for it, you know what? - So I will... - How much strength are you putting into this? - I will put in a fantastic amount of effort. - What? - Six. - Now targeted with your discipline. - Well, your discipline. - And achieve the... - Yeah. - All right. - Okay, that's fantastic. - And with my control, I'm already at this. - Add in the control. - The control is added to this one. - It's a minus one in the fudge. - So my control goes down to great. - Okay. - So you're doing short? - What is conviction coming in this spell? - It's together in the power. - How high the power can be. If you have a conviction of five, you can do five shifts of power. - What did you do? - What's your conviction? - My conviction is five, but I added what? - Your conviction hand, you're just one of all five? - Yeah. - Okay. - He's like crazy, also. - Yeah. - Spelt like a story. - Awesome. - So I'm going to spend a fake point to raise. - Bring your control back up. - I have to bring my control to control the forces I've just summoned. - I'm using one aspect, sir. - I'm a good soldier. - I'm basically using an fire to-- - I like it. - Okay. - So you've managed to-- - An aim. - An aim. - Fantastic aim of a fantastic strike. - He gets it. - This gentleman is a nice variety of gentlemen. - He rolls even on the fudge. That's one, because he's using an athletics to dodge it. - That's a perk. - To start with. - No, it is but great. That means you do two struts, then you add the magic back in of six, so it's a total of eight. - And it's fire, which is-- - It negates his toughness. - Right. - So-- - That's a fire bend, all this fire in here. - Fire bend, okay. Got to take a moderate consequence. I would say-- - He can't recover that, because he doesn't cover the fire, right? - I would say you burn his face. You just hit him with a face full of flames. His eyebrows, his face cinges, his skin is burning off, so he's taken a very severe, well, moderate consequence. And then he takes four, which is the maximum he can take, because of the weakness that you have. We've accomplished an eyelid so much. - Nice. - There you are. - He's creamed in pain, which has magnets attached to him a little bit, et cetera. - And I also take at least one mental stress, because I've cast a skull now. - Yes. - Thank you. - Can I reasonably intimidate the vampire, just toss on the ground to switch sides? Probably use a little help in it right now, if possible. - Yeah, you would have to take him out socially, so-- - But you have to spin. - Social is the same sort of combat as anything else. So you would roll your intimidate, and it would go versus his defense. - Just look forward. - And you would have to beat his social, higher than his social stress. So if you did enough damage, you might be able to take him out socially in one shot, and exert yourself as the alpha vampire in this situation. - That is the possibility. - Or they go. - Okay. - All your more. - Well, minus four. - Oh, wow. - Gives me a four roll. - Do you have faith points? - I think-- - I do. - I think you must use them. - I will use one. See, in your face. - Two re-roll, what do you roll? - I think in that first roll, she was distracted by her love being damaged. - Blamed up. - Well, even roll, so good. - So you have a good intimidation, which is not-- - It's not great. - So it is great with this thing. - And technically, if you want, you could use another big point to even increase that higher if you have another open ball. - Yeah. - Give another aspect you wanted to take. - It's a woman. - It's a woman. - You-- - Let's find out where his role is. - Oh, a very bad roll. - A bad. - A minus two bad, which gives a defensive just fair. - So you're great at his two social damage, two devant points. - I could do that. - And what do you take? - Act first, explain later. - Okay. - So that takes it up to a total of four, which is more that vampire has in social. So unfortunately, you can just take a minor consequence and soak that up. So if he did one more-- - One more. - One more, that's a total of six. You could still be in the game. You could absorb four and then have two on the social for that six. It's just taking longer last at consequence. It's still not gonna take it out in one turn. - So we'd need eight to take it out in one turn. Or then it could still, could they take severe when they're low level NPCs like that? - No. - Just moderate. - Correct. - So it would take eight to take it out. - To take it out. - Okay. - So unless you're gonna blow all your feet, it's not gonna happen. - Okay. - After making it to Maxwell. - Well, I have a pretty good fighter. You could have punched the crap out of the guy. Hold on, he's still with the grapple. - Okay. - And that's really all I need. - Don't you have to do the grapple again each time? - Yeah, so I'm going to take a minus one so I can put a maneuver on him. So I can help put the next punch and go into play. - Well, what's a good maneuver for helping someone? - Full of mouse and where you got like, kind of pushing his face forward. - If this grapple succeeds. - Okay. - A minus one athletics is five. - See, that's neat. You're not bad. - Grappled with great, again. - It's a wuss vampire. - It's minus two. - Oh, it hurts. - His athletics was four. So that takes it down to a bear. - Fair, fair. - That's easy to get. - Yeah. - Now you can do an actual maneuver, right? - The maneuver happens as soon as I grab the one. You can take a minus one to the value of the block to do one point of damage. But he has damage in this and so I would really do it. - Yeah, that's good. - Move him one zone, which I could, but I have one of our best fighters here. So why would you do that? Or add a maneuver to the ground. - So he's adding a maneuver of a half Nelson, where he's like placing his face forward so you can smack it really good, you get a plus two on it. - What do we give the name of? - Megan Bruce. - And Bruce. - This is a tag. - Bruce is bad. - I'm gonna call him crispy Bruce from now on. - Crispy Bruce. - He's really, really pissed at you. - You messed up his face. - Wait, did he take a, you know, consequence? - How could you tell? - You could probably handle him next door. (laughing) - Yeah, he was pretty ugly for beginning with the burn. - I think that's ordinary. - That's all that you should do about it. - What's Bruce doing? - I think that picture is what happened after he got first face first. - Yes. (laughing) - That's not like these are permanent burns anyway. - Fantastic attack, absolutely. He comes in, clots, screaming, yelling, falls up. - Fantastic. - Something on the lines of fucking Megan, he dies now. - Sweet, plus two on the defense, which makes it an epic defense. - Only one higher, which is certainly enough to turn back the attack of claws slashing and you're blocking with a sword. - Attack. - Pushing him backwards a bit, but no advantage per se. - Ooh, not bad. He reaches great on his attempts to break loose with your great. - I only have a great, I don't know what that means. - You should both break your arms. - Uh-oh. - Well, I can grapple with the S to exceed it. - Here's the target. - It's the grapple strike, the action's achieved. - But good. - He did not beat it tight. - Sorry. - The one that was attacking Edmund earlier decides to try a new attack and he walks over and just kicks the shit out of Maxwell trying to get him off of the top of Ryan. - Oh, wipe me. - Keep those dice all night long too. - Yeah, that's his job. - Three minuses and a plus, so minus two. - Two is attack, bro. - Two is attack, which is mediocre. That is the most pathetic attempt. - Even if that's two minuses, I still have a good. - Okay. - So you do that wrestling move where you just like dance around the mat. - I think he actually turns the vampire. - He's holding toward. - Takes the kick in the head. - The spins on the guy who fail his attack, right? - Yeah, he comes in to kick you. And you just, you're staying on top of Ryan because you think this is a good place to be. But you roll towards him and actually-- - Driven a little bit. - Yeah, land on his foot, which pins him into place, which he tries to step backwards and then falls on his ass. - Okay, after you kill this guy go after him. - The one that Megan flipped over for head gets up is a little leery about the fact that he's dealing with you because you intimidate him. Well, but he still comes in with eight. Oh, plus four on the roll for a total of eight. Which is a legendary attack against Megan. Well, plus one. This would be superb. - Not bad. Athletics you get plus one because of your speed. So superb? - Suburb. - Unfortunately, that is three too little. Plus the five clogs you take a total of eight physical damage. Mark off that eight box. And yes, she actually has an eight box. - And then she does? - No, mark off the six box. You have two harm. - That's right. - So I see another vampire just wallop her. - Claws out just rakes her right across. - Her slutty, you get attractive face. - Yeah, I can see that. Okay. - And we are down to London. You have us still in the lobby thinking about popcorn. Do they have wine here? - Oh, they have wine there. - He probably certainly heard my spell of wind. - Oh yeah, and screams and do I know Megan's a vampire? I have context of great. I think I'd be happy to roll if you'd like me to. - Well, you haven't seen him did. - I'd meet my context in the town. I think I know things. - I'm pretty sure that during the discussion, you mentioned that you ran into Megan Donovan and she's now a vampire. - Yeah. - Because Bruce just screamed out here, Megan. - Oh my God, okay, okay, okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. - Well, awesome. - I knew more about Mr. Donovan than the warden himself. You know, knew. So I would assume I would know this date of his daughter. - That was not public knowledge. - I would expect it to be. - That would take a date. - I don't deal in public knowledge. - I would say that would actually take like a superb. - Did I just roll? - Sure. - A wash of any. - I rolled great. I don't know in of myself. - It was fantastic. - But I've been trying to be kept a secret. - Right, but I learned it through the current work. - Yes. - It was discussed in meetings that you guys had about. What's going on? What he said he got the paperwork. He explained that Megan was there and oh my God, she's a vampire now. - Well, I may only be a focused practitioner, but I have a feeling that I have good idea of what's occurring behind force. - I think I would be able to deduce, and you could tell me if I'm incorrect, that some types of black court vampires are attacking my friends. - And the positive has been a couple of unholy screams as well. We're coming from a human. - Yes, I would assume. - I don't think it's as much of a role. - Yeah. - Okay. - At that point, I am going to throw the doors open and flood the theater with sunlight. Through my, I see me. - Right. - Oh. Through my source. - Hmm. - Monster. - You monster. - And I say something appropriately cinematic, doesn't it go that way tonight? - Yeah, and I'll feed. - Yeah. - That's something about be gone, fall creatures of the night, and I throw open the door to have sunlight streaming in. To try to sell the fact that it really is sunlight when it's just a glamour. - Right. - So I roll, for my seeming, I roll my discipline? - Yes. - If I'm not mistaken. - Or to see. - All right, we'll focus on disciplines in the case. I roll a minus one on my fudge dice, which takes me from superb down to great, but I'm London. And everything has a price. And I don't want to spend an extra fade point right now because this is the most ridiculous setup ever. And I warn them before they even stepped out of the car, but everything has a price and I'm paying it. - So that goes from a great to legendary and fucking vampire's take that. - What happens if you unfortunately, you don't know what to see. - What happens if. - And I don't know. - Yes, you don't know. - Do you have consequences that are pumped in the boxes, they're gonna go away to the lower boxes? Or do I, they just, I just don't have those anymore, whatever happened there is gone. And now I'm just stuck with the ones I got. - No, I understand what you're saying. - I don't know what happens to the damage that had taken when all of a sudden, I don't have those boxes anymore. - They're locked in. - I'm thinking that it, I just got lucky enough to use them before I lost them. - I think you're right, but that unfortunately works for your opponents as well. Is it effectively real? - Any of the damage you take, I am gonna play it that if they believe it's real sunlight, it has the effect of real sunlight. - That's the nice thing, I would have to roll on it. - So, Edmund has to roll, Megan has to roll all the NPC types of vampires have to roll and they would be rolling empathy higher than legendary. - That's who is always believing that this is true sunlight. - Nice, the other spell cap, they're just, oh my god. - Megan just died. (laughing) - Negative four. - Negative four on top of zero. - Higher than legendary. - Higher than legendary. - Zero is like two. - Two terms of salt is it just a beer, come on. - Negative two. - I got it, I got it. - And even close, I don't believe. - In a complete gaming sense, I totally drop you or black, okay. (laughing) - I swear to god, I do. - Oh, as soon as you said, I'm going with sunlight and I went, ah, no. (laughing) - No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. - Well, it doesn't fight. - Yeah. - You have to beat him with his mind. - So, if it's the same effect as they have for me, not only are they gonna lose their deep minds, but they're gonna lose their super sprained and their super this. - I just wanted to go away. - Yeah. - I got an appointment, okay, Megan. You now realize that it might be a good time to treat. (laughing) That shit just got real. And you just lost all of the advantages you had in this situation. - Probably it was. - And perhaps, front of weight, despite another day. - Do you know the damage is suffered by something? - Actually, no, because they're all-- - They're affected later. - They're affected later. - They work, but-- - Yes. - They lose their powers, but not-- - Right. - They don't take damage. - They lose their powers, but they don't take damage from them. - Otherwise, they would take a legendary damage. - Otherwise, they would all burst into ashes. - You are. (laughing) - They believe I would have died. - I killed myself. - That would have been you. - But as it is, it severely cripples all of the vampires, including-- - Meghan, you're the mainstay. - Meghan, you're the mainstay panels, you all. - I'm not mentioning you, but it's a Mac card. - It is now Edmund's turn. (laughing) - I'm okay. - Oh, so I've been turned into a wimp. - I'll punch his hand, man. - Yeah, plus two. - Mm-hmm. - Plus, yes, I do have a plus two. - This skill. - I want two fantastic. - Plus two from the maneuver. - Plus two from the maneuver, but take me up the legendary. - How the hell did you manage to do that? Well, your strength done. - He's a great martial artist, aside from being super strong. - Yeah. - He has no defense. He tries to wiggle out of it, he can't. The vampire rolled a minus two in an attempt to break free. His strength is gone as it is, so there was nowhere near enough. You, however, did a legendary punch to his head. - We were all gonna question where all your strength was, but then you killed-- - You're right. - You don't give the plus two because of your strength as a weapon, so you just do the eight. Oh, you gotta be kidding. And he rolled minus one. So you actually do nine. - No, no, no, no, you don't get a defense. - He gets a roll. He always gets a roll, and his defense is zero, and he rolled a minus one. So again, his defense is poor against your legendary, which gets him nine points of damage. That is enough because his strength is gone, so he doesn't have the spirit, he doesn't have the armor, that's enough to take him out of the story. In any way you'd like to describe. This one was the one that was held up, and he just did nine damage to it, and he had already most of his lower stuff was gone. He doesn't have the armor to block it, so you're truly doing nine damage to him, and he has no way of soaking it up. - Just so regularly. - He's still a great hook. - We're still convinced you, that's super far. - He just held his face up to me, and I just leveled his face. - He's crunched his face. Are you trying to kill him? - You could just clap his face in on your fist until there's pulverizing. - If you don't kill him, he'll report back to the equator. - Okay. - You take this guy out. - You're not gonna interrogate him or anything? - I didn't know so much. - I didn't know so much. - I didn't know so hard. - He drove up and made the remainder of his brain. Taking him out, he goes limp in your arms. I mean, he's just like, he's dead, dog. - He's dead, just so. - And the annals of door opening. - It was a Gandalf, like an entrance into the hall. - The Gandalf didn't even open the door there well. You're thinking, uh... - I heard the choir going, right. - Well, he's thinking of him at the top of the hill when he brings in the helms deep. - Hello, nephews. - Roberto, go. - What happened to the helms? - There's only one laugh. - They are not affected by sunlight. - They are not affected by sunlight. - I'll just have to kick puppies some more. - Yes. - Go ahead, kill puppies for safe and easy power. - Yeah, well, all right. - I get it. - All right, I roll the plus one clutch and that makes it superb. - All right, it's defense was just fair. - That would make it plus three and the weapon damage is five, so eight. - And again, and I'm sorry, legendary. - Legendary attack. - The tiger is turned. - The mushy re-legendaries in a row. - Come on, bring him down the hurt. - People will speak of a battle at Hanathita for quite some time. - Yes, they will. - Also in the fire? - Yeah. - The people who burned out in the batter. - I think it would be appropriate this time for the sprinklers to go on, who goes to kick on, start flooding the room with water. - Geez. - Now I'm wet too. - Where's that, Texan? - Hey, isn't it? - Yeah, I saw the magic. - The sunlight? - No, does it, well, running water grounds magic, which makes everything one more difficult. - Also goes to legendary to-- - This is sprinklers. - Now I'm gonna go with one. I mean, if it was a river, we'll go two, but this is-- - It actually increases the power up in magic. - No, it makes more difficult. See? - Oh, if I go down an epic. - Right. - When it comes around to your turn, you're gonna have to keep maintaining this loose. - I have to roll again. - Okay. - So, I'll blow you up. - I'll keep it up until they're gone. - That was Roberto, vampires. - And now we have Colin facing off again. - Bruce. - Bruce. - Something happened, Bruce wise. - Oh, Bruce is weak right now. - You might be weak, you don't know. He might have been-- - Well, yeah. - He's lost all his defenses because of the sunlight. - Yeah. - Peric power. - Oh, or darn. - You have a guy that points against him, too, so you can add a free plus two. - Oh, that's right. 'Cause I-- - Leave him in plain. - I will strike him to kill because-- - He'll burn his face. - We'll give you a plus two cap of first phase. - So he will not see the bloody glow coming. - The coming of the sword. Oh, my goodness. - Come on, no legendary, let's do it. - No. - Ah, the other way. - It went the other way. It's only in a good attack. - No, I'm not negative two on the fudge. - Mm-hmm. - Yikes. - Fix you down to a good? - Fix me down to a good attack. - Is this one of these times you want to tap that great power of yourself? - Oh, wait, I'm sorry, I forgot I forgot. I have a plus two. It takes it back up to a superb. I'll do a superb. - It sounds too old cold. All right. Plus three on the roll. - No, I don't believe that you hold it. - I just am disappointed that you hold it. - Plus three on the roll and his athletics are also pretty, so that takes it to a fantastic defense. It's even a newly dodged out of the way. - But you should be afraid now. - Oh, you're gonna be afraid. - He has no defenses. Well, besides his agile body. - Megan, does my being affected by this alleged sunlight affect my ability to use gaseous form? - Yeah, I think it cancels it out. - You have to get out of damn shame. - And it's sunlight outside too. - Real sunlight. - None of this cans. - But, you know, you've got your cloak and you're into the whole thing. I mean, you're okay in the sunlight. It doesn't cause you pain as it would. Real blackboard, you're a modified blackboard. So you can survive in sunlight. It just makes you mortal. You are not in a situation where you wanna be mortal right now. You're surrounded by enemies. - Yeah, that's kind of what they're trying to do. - Modified, that's all that. - How long would I know the hand of Peter? - Like any other exits or places I could-- - I mean, in the backstage, I mean, you could just run in the backstage and you could get there back at the mark. You know, I mean, it wouldn't be too hard to find that. - And if you pick this place for an animal-- - Well, I actually cheated. - You was tracing Ryan. - Oh, there's the other guys. - What you might wanna do at this time is roll athletics. They'll give you how many zones you can move and just move. - Can you add another one, please, guys? - Soft presentation. - How much chase frame? - So, that would give me-- - Does she get a plus one in human speed? - Or is it taking away the amount that's gone? - Okay, so I would have great. - Just four zones. - Which is substantializable. - Maybe two to get by on the stage and wanna get on into the backstage area. So that's sort of a three. The doorway would slow you down for not much. I mean, it's not locked. It's a fire accident. It's supposed to open, relatively easy. So one more into the alley and then from there into the Cleveland. - What, four right there? - So, that's great. That's what he had? - Yeah, yeah. - So you're in the back alley behind Hannah by the time the-- - In the age of their shifts around-- - I'm sure. - It's your natural sunlight. - And he warnings down the way out or, you know-- - You will rule the day when I-- - Then you might love it. - He's still standing. - You already gave up on him? - Yeah, well, he can-- - But your room is just-- - By theories. - This is wow. - You know, he's like, honey, I'm not dead yet. (laughing) - You'll rule the day that you disordered his face. - Make that happen. - I don't want him to want him anymore. - So, trudgy. - We'll sell him to pull out a sickle bitch. (laughing) - I mean, this is his face before the burning. (laughing) - Yeah, we'll imagine it now. - Well, it was just barely acceptable right now, like, you can't-- - Now he's bacon. Maxwell. - You're holding hard with Dad J Empire. - You don't want to chase after a bitch. - So you throw the body of the vampire away and you bolt after the bitch who left the back door. - How many, can you move? - Let's see, I have a superb effort. I rolled a negative one, that's great. - Same as I can? - No, I need to be faster. (laughing) - I need to-- - I can't grapple someone after sprinting. - You can't do anything after sprinting. - One zone you can, but then it's gonna be pretty difficult. I need to be like a zone in front of him and then-- - Can you do like a flying tackle? - No, not after sprinting. After-- - At one zone, you can do a tackle, but not sprinting. - I'm an iron man. I'm faster than that, that's what it is. - 50 plus two. - So I get up to the alley where she is, and take a step forward, and the exit of the alley, and then I sit there waiting. (laughing) Because that's just how my character works. - All right. - What alley? - I mean, she's coming out towards the front street, right? - Do you have-- - Back in behind the theater now. - In the back alley. - Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. That's right, is there any way I can block her off? Is there a dead end to go in the alley? Is there only one way out, and I'm currently blocking her. - Like maybe he's on a loading area, and there's one, you know, he did that. - So let's say there's one way out, and she's gotta come past you. - I'm slightly disappointed. I'm not really sure that'll do it for me. - Not in sunlight, so. - The gentleman standing next to you, Megan's-- - Chris. - Yes. - Megan's Chris. - Chris, Chris, Chris, Chris, Chris, he's Bruce. - Folks, put a door. - Oh, a tackle up to you. (laughing) - Wow. - I'm standing shining light from a-- - Who do I have? - All my ring. - You're ringing. - I ring a Faustus. - You're powering? - Yeah, I think I think he'll come through me if he wants, 'cause I'm not gonna stop. - He's coming right towards the source of the light that he believes is weakening him. - Do you bring your gun this time? - Oh yeah. - But I don't have it out. - You should go cross in the eye. - Last resort. - London, stop him. - That's funny. (laughing) - I'm in that area. If he's in the same zone I am, he was. - He's sprinting. - His sprinting was fantastic. - Wow. - It was fantastic. He wouldn't follow his girl though. - That's a lot. - I'm not dead yet. - Betch. - Actually, he's not. He's in the same zone, isn't he? - No, she was in the armpit, which is-- - See, when you get home, it's all the way down. - And he's one. - So he's one. - At least one. - He's one away. - How's he gonna jump up to the balcony? That would be such a cinematic escape, but-- - But it'd be really-- - You have to be back down there. - He doesn't have to-- - He's dumb. (laughing) - No, there's fire. - He up there, there's no sunlight. - You can turn into a batter. - Big. - There's a lot to use a fire exit now. (laughing) - Because, you have a fire exit. - I've always loved the fire exit on the side of the theaters. I mean, have you ever seen, it's humongous. - Yeah. - That's the one we drive first. - Yeah, it's like, it's wide, damn. - And I don't know if it's part of that, it's like off to the side of the, at the side street, there's this humongous fire escape. And it's like, it's like, this, it's huge. It's like three times wider than the normal fire. And it's just the whole side of the building. - You need to eat grass, a lot of people, real fast. - Yeah. - 'Cause what was he doing? - So yeah, he's going up into the balcony and up the fire exit. So he's coming out in the fire escape. - It's gonna take him three to go from the floor to get up to the balcony and then got three laps. - Well, he disappeared or something. - Yeah. - As far as working so. - Right. - So he's re-doing it? - That makes it more. - That makes it more. - That's like three zone? - You probably shouldn't tell him he's going to jail. - I didn't do that. - Did he jump from a chair? - He rise upstairs to a balcony. - No, it's like jump up to the chair, grab it and haul yourself up and then throw yourself over. - Parkour, dude. - I mean, it takes a half minute in the theater, all right? I couldn't do that. - You're not a new blackboard vampire. - What's your either at this point? - What's your athletics in real life? - It's Super Mario, it shouldn't jump up there. - It's really good. - I think everywhere. - There's two more vampires here. - I can only block one. And even then, it's going to be like some crazy finneas on him zones. - One of the ones is down on the ground, the other. - Two. - Two. Both as well. The one, the one rolled a minus two on his athletics of three. - Wow. - So he's got a walker. - A little bit of a walker. - He's got like his aluminum walker. - I think he slipped in the water trying to get up on the stage. - How about that's the way I got flipped on his back and he's just-- - He's still throwing around. - He's still freaked him out. So he's in the orchestra pit and he tries to get up on the stage and the water that's coming down from the sprinklers caused him to slip and fall back into the orchestra pit and then finally he climbs up and he's on center stage when his turn ends. The other one made it up onto the stage and back stage. - But he's out of view. - You don't know how far he got. - Well, you know he was having difficulty as well. He wasn't moving anywhere near as fast as making one. - Okay. - And then because they're still vampires in the room, I'm going to go ahead and maintain the seeming. And I step back a little bit 'cause I, the water-- - That's what I can make. - What? - This is what we see all skin. - Oh, it's just not waterproof? - It is, but I don't want the water marks on it. - It's baby seals. - Baby seals. - Oh, the best kind. - He clubbed the baby seals himself. - He would faster if that's the case. So this time it's just superb. - Just a superb scene. - He's on like just dims a little. - I said be gone. - If we really wanted to, we'd keep making empathy rolls against those in a really matter. - It's your turn and you can. - If you want perception, I'm looking at them. - Oh my my goodness. - Oh my gosh. - I got fair. - I still kick in. - You're still believing it. - Grabbing Ryan to the ground and dragging him. - Okay, no problem. - No problems. We're not going to make you roll for that. - Roberto. - There is no dogs left. - There is no dogs left. - I'm thinking of smashing through the wall on my left rather than running 'cause I'm not very good at that. But I'm going to smash you through walls. - And smash? - Yeah. - Pretty much. - The doors open. - Come on through them. - Crashing the walls. - It's never going to fall. - Running to head them off. - If I smash to the door, am I catching by surprise? - Cool hands out. - Fuckers to it. (laughing) - Oh my god. Oh my god. - My computer is named for palindromes. - Yeah. - You go around through it. - I'm just hoping there's someone I can catch when I smash to the wall on the left. This way I don't have to walk through any zones and I can still tack afterwards. (laughing) - Hey, John Henry. (laughing) How was that? - Yeah. - That was pretty much. - How difficult would this be? - Breaking through a wall with a sledge hammer. - A sledge and dairy? - John, no, it's a large and very careful. - We got lucky. - I have a plus four weapons and you're strong. - Yeah, I would say to break through a wall quickly with a sledge hammer, that would just be epic. - Oh, I have plus three one lifting slash breaking with Mike and then I have a stunt that enables me to use weapons in place of Mike for breaking things. - Sure work. - So this gives me a plus five. - Three plus four. - Apparently this is what your character tells us. - Seven. - Yeah. (laughing) - Yeah. - You might just stop you, it's a long way picture. Come on. (laughing) - Those are good for cars and stuff, but this works too. - Screw this, dude. - Oh my, this one. - Oh, just this one. - Oh, just this by one. - So you got fantastic. - I don't think I got fantastic, but whatever. - Dude, you're spending a fake point on the night that we're going on for Donovan on being the cooling pitcher through the wall, really? (laughing) - Yes. - Don't hush his blood. Do you want to take his water? - I don't understand, but there could be bigger fish to fry later on. A fake one for cool-aid cinematics. Literally worth it. - Power opens doors. - You haven't heard of it. - It's been called power opens doors. How do you not tap that aspect? - I used to. - But you're trying to break it. - That's insane. - Oh, I do. - Okay, sorry. - Pressure. - Come on. - All right. - All right. - You have to. - I'm pulsing this here. - I hate the theater. (laughing) - All right. - All right, all right. - All right, all right, all right. - I actually have to pay him to say power opens doors. You have to spend one, thank you also make it like a penalty where you make him spend one or no. It's always a gift. - If I'm forcing him to do something, it's a gift. If he wants to ignore that and do what he wants to, then he would have to pay. - Hey. - Hey. (laughing) - So which wall are you waiting for? - Oh, yeah. - I am here, right about. And I've said people escaped through a door over here. So I'm just gonna break through this wall and-- - Okay. - So I can-- - Oh. - Yeah, that's fine. - Oh, yeah. - I can break through a wall and now standing in the alley. - And I just launched the firescape wall. I swear to god. - You could give him a-- - So you come out at the bottom. - You could give us all fake points and sit the buildings falling down. - Yeah. (laughing) - It was just a little one hole. - You take out a hole, trunk of the wall as it falls, and you step out into the side of the alley, and then the fire escape exit you see crispy-- - Bruce. - Bruce. - Running down the steps heading right towards you. - Kill him. - I can't attack him. - Okay. - Yeah, you just didn't attack. - Right, that was, I guess. - Sure, that wasn't a movement. - You like attack him? - Oh, yes! (laughing) - Never get told. - Oh, never get told. - Are you human? - No. - Yeah. - Well, as far as you know. - Which is-- - Yeah, I'm making notes on everybody here, like-- (laughing) - I wonder what-- - No, fuck. - I thought I knew this. (laughing) - Who am I working with? - You just saw him two handed a slight hammer that just blew apart a wall. (laughing) - Note to self, you know? - Don't piss off. - Lord, I'm going to rest him from a distance. - Kill him, go. - Well, I've got no one else to attack, right? - Well, he's standing right into a big hole. - Chris Big Bruce is out there. - Chris Big Bruce, you're here. - Finish off your door. - Yeah, is that all right? Well, I crossed through the one in the door way that is now made available to us. - Are we out in public now? (laughing) I mean, there's a kind of masquerade. - Well, this would be most of the holding air. - This is Cleveland. - This would be the side of-- - Yeah, but this would be the back alley that was just on the side of the parking lot. - Yeah, this is nice. - So there's going to be an enormous parking lot there. - Right, yeah. - Well, no one out there, the theater's closed. - Right. - But it's in the middle of the day, right? - There are people that work that park there. - Oh my gosh. - Every parking space, people walking up and down that street, there's cars going by. - Isn't lunchtime, what time is it? - It's like, it was already lunchtime. - It was already lunchtime. - It was late afternoon, like, when he met with a real estate, it's not six yet. It's like, it seems like, you know what? - We're talking about three o'clock. The traffic has been downtown Cleveland. - There's still people there, but it's not rush hour. - No, it's not, it's still at work. - The cops are passing by, boom, the wall comes down. - Okay, I'm outta here. - That's what I should've run to. - Go, what are you doing, Ellen? You walk through the door. - I walk through the thing and-- - You see crispy brews coming down and you see, at the bottom of it, Roberto's calling a shot, pointing out to center field, and he's got his sledgehammer waiting for brews to come down the stairs. - And so, brews is not an arrange for me to do anything. - Dude, you have magic. - Yeah, that's true. - Well, it's right, there's no more water where I'm at now, right? - Correct. - The water's behind you. - Then, I clung on one of my root spells, and I will say, pour. (laughing) Not pour this time. I will use Pila, which is Latin for spear, so I will send a spear of wind to shear off his head. - Do you really want to kill this guy in the public? - He's a vampire. - Yeah, but you understand, he's-- - You can feel like the damage to like his, you know, ribcage, and like break him down. Like, we'll think he fell on his falling damage as opposed to ripping someone's head off. - Yeah, do some pointing at him with-- - A little subtle point. - Oh, that's true. - Are you all sitting here debating? He runs through a whole season of-- - He runs through the head. - He runs through a Kool-Aid size hole, right? - That's fine. - It says Kool-Aid. - Yeah, and then he throws his spears in the head. Go. - All right. - I will do an application of-- - If it's a throw, it's already decided. - Oh, well. - One. - Plus two. - Minus two. - Minus two, and that is a good-- - You're having a bit of trouble controlling. - You can take two physical damage, two mental damage. - I think you do some damage. - Hold on. - Make the building fall apart. - I think you can do damage to the building. Instead, you're sharing apart the-- - I wouldn't mind turning apart a few more bricks so there's a slash on the wall. - Okay. - That takes away the fireside. - That takes away from your damage you do to him. - Right. - Okay. - Aim three-- - Same type of sword shift of fire. - His defense is average. - Well, then that's-- - Well, that's two aim plus three shift. - There we go. - So that's what, that's two damage for the spell. - And then weapons three, because you've dissipated some of the two into the wall. - How'd I use my sword? - Any spell has weapon damage equal to the power of the spell. - Which was a total of five. - It was five, but you led two into the wall as you-- - I got you. - I'm sorry, it's a total of five damage to him via the spell. - Which you really can't take enough of there. - Not, although he can take a mild, which soaks about that, and then take one more hit. So he is still standing. - There, properly softened up for you. The mild damage, what do you want the mild damage? - A mild damage to him would be-- - Dr. Tifos. - Why don't you have, he's running down a fighter escape. The wind kicks up, he loses his footing, he face plants onto the next platform, and his teeth just get shattered. - Well how about that? - He can roll the back and do the vampire. - Well how about this? - Or he don't, but he's got a waffle face. - Okay, waffle on the back, that's what he goes. - He's got a crispy waffle spoon. - Slowing down? - Well he's definitely totally from me. - Waffle front. - Okay, waffle front. (laughing) - It's a crispy waffle fruit. - It is Megan's turn, go. - You have to run enough to get past him. He's like-- - Can I go back to backstage? Or would I still be in the sun, or the alleged sunlight? - It's on the sunlight part of there. - Not backstage. - Not backstage, it's curtain, I mean. - So I could go back behind a curtain, and then use, just vaporize. - One of the reasons you'd like to not use your vampire power, if you can prevent it, is that the more you use it, the more hungry, and you have to feed again. And your character doesn't really like the feed. But, your life is on a line here. The problem with that is, you are doing daylight, so turning into mist, and then going outside, you're gonna recongeal into a human, as soon as you get back in the direct sunlight. - But you can hide in the rafters, you wouldn't know where she does it. - You can go up through the vents and get on the roof. - You're coming down, no big deal. (laughs) - Yeah. - Christie, well, basically-- - I'm just gonna screw my fifth aspect. - If you stepped back in the van, and just missed it out, you would definitely just-- - Oh yeah. - Yeah. - Go up through the vents. - It's a valid escape deal. - Be on top of the roofs, jump a few buildings, 'cause those buildings are really close together. - Yeah, they are really close together, you could probably escape pretty easily. - So that sounds like a plant. - It's an island bitch, right? - Anything for that? - Not really. - Well, she skids to the stop. - She's here. - She's around-- - No, she's the only one who's on her way, so she just turns back around and runs back into the cave door. - She steps back to the door, just goes-- - Then she goes back, yeah, bitch. - Into a mist, into the back of the page, which is right. - Shh, shh, shh, shh. - Yeah, she just takes a couple steps back into the back door. - Back door's not tricky to the bitches, and then we go waffle-brews. (dice clattering) - Belgian waffle-brews. - Capture our place. - You've got to be kidding me. His Bissar 4, he attacks you with a minus one, he has a minus one for his movement, so it's minus two, and his attack is only fair. - Brush him aside. - What was your defense? - Poor. - You roll a minus three. - So that is a total of three physical let you take. He doesn't do any additional, because he-- - All right, I'm gonna take it a mile. - It's basically a punch to the head. - Dude, no. - I breezes-- - Side miles, Tom. I have the cover. - Oh. - He rang your bell. You know, you're like just slightly foggy in the head. The two remaining black courts, one is still backstage. He breaks-- - Oh my gosh. - Actually, just a little bit of that time. He comes from the backstage into the alley, and then right into you. - Bitch. - He's trying to run, but he runs right into you, because that's as far as he can run. The other, one that is backstage-- - Where's Ryan in all of this? - Okay. - Why haven't you grabbed him? - When on the stage goes backstage, which is two, you know, he never comes out the back door as far as you know, you don't know what happens. What about the one who ran into him? - He definitely ran right into him. - Gabe should. - Yes. - I'm capturing you. - He was actually almost through the door, so it never occurred to him. He was just running out. He doesn't know you're out there. So you have him-- - It's my turn. - It's London's turn. - You have no sight of any of that in person. - Yeah, okay. I'm going back to my car now. - Now look, I wasn't in here. I didn't see anything. - I'm going to knock this on. - You're right out. - You're going to run to your car? - You're going to run to your car? - I didn't think you were in. I'm only in the doorway, so I'm still technically in the lobby. So I'm moving one from the lobby to the street, and then stepping into the car with a good stealth. Head down, back into the car. I'll just walk out of this to my building. - Oh, I'm dragging right into one of the cars. - Yeah, he's not really fighting you, so it should be fine. You have to go from one, it'll take you into the lobby, so you need at least an athletics of two to get you to there in one turn. - I will give him a shot. - After Edmund, is it up there? - Mike, I went from mediocre to plus two from that. - Fair? Fair enough to get you into the car. - My idea is to start the car, go around the back alley and pick people up. - Okay. - And hit people with cars when necessary. - Can we ask Ryan? - I hit anybody who tells us to play against my friends. - Roberto. - You're standing toe to toe with crispy waffle roots. - All right, I'm going to hit this guy out of the wall. - Oh, yeah. - Myself, but. - The waffle was good. - Even on the rule, plus four on the weapons. - That was great. - He is even on his roll, which is athletics of three. - I do one point of damage and then. - A damage of that weapon. - Five. - Without his defenses, that is enough to take him out. His waffle faced. - And burnt and has no remaining knockdown aspects to fight it off. - Couldn't just make him see that he does the killing blow. - Caught him bodily in the chest. I smashed some of his ribs as he went into a wall. - I didn't kill him. I mean, if we bring him into darkness out of sunlight, I think it'll recover. - Except the fire pits. - Incapacity. - Yeah. - Nothin' him out. - Done. - Until we can get him somewhere he is and we can. - Okay. And then we finish with Megan, who is. - Gone. - Yeah. If you recongeal on the roof, I don't think you'd have any problems getting out. - That's true. - Do you decide to bug out and leave? - It's wrong, three, correct? - Yes. - You're not at your power right now? - I don't know. - But you would suppose that some of the buildings given the sun is setting. - Sure. - I don't know if you can see shadows. - It is November, yes. - So I wouldn't be going into a direct sunlight if I went between them. - It's been staying along with the aliens. - You could find some shade they hide from direct sunlight and that is enough to give you your power back. - I'd technically go to a different building. - Okay. - I'll cross the alley. - I want to open see if that's really the same part. - That's fine. - minus one for the double moving. - Fantastic. - There you go. - Minus four on the roll. - Say hello poorly. - Do you really want to fall out? - I want to know. - No, we're going to say you take him and grapple him and what do you wish to do? - When you have someone from like Grapples, you're going to do one damage for chairman. - So you hold him there until he passes out? - Yeah, basically. - Can you take him out or do you-- - Can you pass him? - A fight car. - We want to see both sides of the story. We got Bruce, we got this fucker. - Whatever his name is. - Which we've got to get out of here before. - Here, we've got the beach faction, which actually-- - We've cut them into the car that doesn't have one minute and we drive them somewhere where we can take them. - No, this is going to be another distraction before and we can use the traffic and painting them. - Well, let's see, does our office have something to contain supernatural people? - Will you build the clusters? (laughing) - We're heavily hooked into it. - You're going to have to give me a-- - I want some UV lights. - You can send them on. - The water can set one up. - Well, what do you say to me? - I got very safe some stuff. - I'm saying that that would be a legitimate thing in a world like this is to have a-- - Containment facility. - You leave the fruits in here. - Roll some resources for that boss and then we can grab them down there. - No purpose? - They don't need their investigators at all. - All right, we're going to wrap it up for the night and we're going to mark down their fake point. (upbeat music) - Honey, I'm not dead yet. (laughing) - The day that you destroyed his face. - Make that count on him. - No, I don't want him anymore. - No, no, no, no, no, no, no, tickle bitch. (laughing) - I mean, this is his face before the burning. (laughing) - I'm thinking of smashing through the wall of my left rather than running 'cause I'm not very good at that, but I'm going to smash you through walls. - And smash? - Yeah, pretty much. - The door's up. (laughing) - Come on through. - The fuckers do you? (laughing)
