About Majet:

Emotional and psychological traumas happen to everyone. It can be caused by a one time event, ongoing relentless stress or commonly overlooked events such as break-up/divorce, surgery, humiliating or disappointing experience. Working through trauma alone is daunting, lonely, re-traumatizing. A trauma specialist can help with your healing.

My background is in trauma focused therapy. My experience includes working w/veterans, healthcare professionals, women, first responders and millennials. As a yoga practitioner & a leader of a community that empowers women, my approach is humanistic, person centered and mindfulness based with a little bit of CBT & art therapy. Therapeutic treatments and techniques include: Progressive Counting, Trauma Timeline, Breathing Techniques, Guided Imagery, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and more.
