Get ready to learn a little something special about each of our guests. From what their fears are, to the bravest thing they've done to what's their spirit animal. They're short and sweet eps that team up perfectly with your morning coffee. Join me, as we get to know what makes these people really tick. Hope you love these hot seat eps as much as i do

Welcome to Fearlessly Failing Hot Seat. In this EP, I fire rapid questions at one of our fearlessly failing guests. P.S. I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm not so good at the rapid part. I get to intrigued by the awesome answers. Now, a new EP is gonna drop every Wednesday. So enjoy this shorter style episode of Fearlessly Failing Hot Seat. Hot seat time, full name. - Brooke Baebski, but you can call me Chef Bay. - Yes, I would like to. Thank you. What's your motto? Can be a health one or just a life one? - Ingredients with integrity, recipes with quality and a drizzle of dehini. - Love it. If you could have a superpower, what would it be? - To eat absolutely anything I want all the time because I just love eating food. - If you and me both friend, I'll take that superpower too. - And if you went to a desert island and you could only take three things, what would they be? - Oh, this is good. SPF, of course. - Protect the scare. - I'm only putting three things. - I know. I guess something to hold water in got a hydrate. - Yeah. - And a picture of my family. - Oh, so nice. I like that. Do you have a favorite city in the world? - A Tel Aviv. - Oh, beautiful. - A beautiful, well, I was going to say after that, do you have a favorite nature spot? - My favorite nature. I love bike riding on Nantucket, which is an island off of Massachusetts on the East Coast. It's so quaint. There's little cottages. It's picturesque. There's nothing commercial. I love it. - Okay. Do you have a hidden talent? And if so, what it is? What is it? - It can also be a character trait. Like a lot of people can say like loyalty or, you know. - I have a talent. - It's a hard question. - I'm a hidden talent. I am ambidextrous. So I can use my left and right hand. - Oh, it's so jealous. I've tried many a time to trade my left hand. - So I can cut really weird. - Which is more dominant or you're literally half and half. - Left a little bit more for writing, but truly I'm pretty good with both. - Which is, and I can use my left and my right brain equally. Maybe that has to do with something. 'Cause one very, I would say equally creative and analytical, but maybe that has to do with it being ambidextrous. I don't really know. - That's perfect for all the business goals that you have. 'Cause you can be like the P&L side of things. You know, the business, profit, lost stuff. And then you can flick to like recipe development, which is hugely creative. - Yeah, that's my creative outlet. It's creating recipes, I love it. - Do you have a fear? And if so, what? - Yeah, fear would probably be coming, you know, not keeping up with a constant, demanding nature of social media and building a brand and losing relevancy. - Yeah, it's hard, right? It's a lot of pressure. - Yeah. - Do you have a favorite dream dinner date? So you don't need to cook the dinner. It's just like someone you'd love to sit down and have a meal with. It's a good one. - I, and they can be passed away, so did or alive. - So it could be like Prince. - Honestly, Jennifer Aniston is a great one. - Yeah. - Oh yeah, Jennifer Aniston would love that. - You and me both, mate. You and me both. - Three of us, I'll invite you and she invites me to dinner. - Thank you. Thank you very much. Final question, career highlight. Anyone you want. I know you've had so many. - My cooking show that's coming out, an air wand collab and some really exciting company collab projects I have that I can share soon. - Mate, I cannot wait to see the rest of your journey unfold. You've got a huge fan in me and I, yeah, I'm really grateful that you jumped on this pod. - Thank you so much for having me. This is so fun. You're lovely. This is so fun. I'll come back whenever. - Oh, please, I'm going to help you. - You'll have me got that on recording. Yes, I'll take you over that. But thank you so much. You are absolutely wonderful. - Thank you. - Thank you. [BLANK_AUDIO]
