This is the second time Sam's been on the pod (listen to episode 155 for our first chat). It's been almost 2 years between episodes. Of course we had to unpack Survivor: Heros Vs Villians and talk about his unexpected exit from the show. We talk about the highs and lows of his game, the stuff he loved, the stuff that was unexpected and tough as well. Sam's an unreal actor based here in LA; we talk about the LA grind, rejection, self doubt and the importance of looking after mental health.
