Jackie Diamond is an acting teacher, director, producer and also works in casting. She's studied with many of the great iconic acting teachers we could only dream of studying with.
During the first Melbourne lockdown my acting school transferred over to zoom when Jackie became one of my American based teachers for one of our script and scene study classes. I loved learning from her and now we've come full circle as i've been taking her classes right here in Los Angeles at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio.
In this chat Jackie opens up about what lead her to chase her dreams in acting and teaching and talks about celebrating weirdness - which I love. She's worked with the uber talented and successful writer and director John Patrick Shanley.
