Nickie is one of the top dog yoga teachers in Melbourne, she’s mentored me as a yoga teacher and really walks the walk and lives a yogi lifestyle. She shares that her life was at a tipping point with drugs, drinking and the party lifestyle and it wasn't until yoga found her that things really started to shift!
