[MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] Welcome to worship call with Bible teacher Buzz Lawbet. Buzz is the pastor of Grace Chapel Bible Ministries located in Duncan, South Carolina. This ministry is dedicated to the verse by verse teaching of God's word and discipleship programs aimed at strengthening the faith of God's people. Now here's today's message. Are you a good person? I guess that's the question this morning. Are you a good person? Are you? If you would die today, would you leave this world and could you expect to stand before God as one who is saved, as one who will have eternal life and possess eternal life? You go to church, you carry your Bible, you believe in God. You say you pray to God and you say, all right things do right things. You might be a pastor, you might be a Sunday school teacher, you might be all that. That's all well and good. But what do you believe in Christ? Who is this Jesus? Because the thing is in the morning, this morning is if you get this Jesus wrong, doesn't help you on how much you say that you believe in God and how much you believe and how much you try to do what God wants. If there's no Jesus in your life, there is no God and there is only eternal condemnation. This is the fourth day of the week in God's created order, the seventh day of the eight month, two thousand, twenty fourth year of our Lord, and this is another fine day in the Lord. Father in heaven, thank you for it. Thank you, Heavenly Father, to awaken Himself, your mercy so renewed each and every day. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for being our God and thank you for Jesus Christ at bridges that gap between and gets us over the barrier, that sin barrier, that He became sent for us and that by believing and trusting in your Son, who is your Son, that we do have eternal life. Open our hearts to study this morning as we continue to grow in grace, knowledge of our Lord's name, Jesus Christ's name.
