Jesus and His disciples are still assembled in the upper room during the Last supper. Jesus loves all 12 of his disciples including the one whom is about to betray him. ‌

‌ The reference to little children will not come until after Judas had departed. ‌ ‌ While we all have a volition to choose whom we will follow, it is not flesh and blood that we do war against. It will not be Judas that will strike at the heal of Jesus, and it is not the head of Judas that will be crushed.
‌

Judas’ condemnation will not be his actions but his rejection of the Love of God and the offer of forgiveness as he leaves the room to do his own masters bidding.
