[speaking in Japanese] According to the Party Canon, the Buddhist last word. [speaking in Japanese] In the full sense of the tone. [speaking in Japanese] Or with mindfulness, straight. As if the Buddha on the eve of his probably Nirvana wanted to summarize his whole teaching in just these two words. As if to say, if only you remain mindful all the time. Mindful in body, speech and mind. From minute to minute. Which isn't easy as everybody knows. And if you continue to make an effort, even if you make a mistake. Never mind. Continue to make an effort if you fall down. Fix yourself up, carry on. Continue to make an effort. Never keep up. Never keep in. If you can just practice these two things. If remaining constantly aware and always making an effort, then success is assured you'll get there. In the end. Perhaps sooner, for all of them later. [music] We hope you enjoyed the talk.
