New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers said in a new biography that he wishes he could take back his infamous line from a pre-season press conference in 2021. That he was quote immunized against COVID-19 when he was asked about his vaccination status. The comment made waves at the time and then became an even bigger deal weeks later when Rodgers contracted a case of a virus and then was forced to miss a regular season game against the Kansas City Chiefs after the NFL confirmed that he was unvaccinated. Rodgers has since said publicly that he believes he's allergic to an ingredient in two of the COVID vaccines that were available at the time had safety concerns about the other one which was made by Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical giant founded by the same family that ironically owns the Jets which is Rodgers current team that prayed for in 2023.
