(upbeat music) - Yo, what's up, guys? Welcome to the show today. We're gonna be having a fun little time. I don't know what you guys want, but I'm sort of fed up with the news right now. Everybody's talking about who's gonna be in this next presidential election, all these Supreme Court decisions, and real LinkedIn, oh my gosh, we're gonna take a break today. We're gonna hang out with our good friends over at Jubilee, and we're gonna play a little fun game where we test our f-boy radars. Do you guys know how to tell the difference between an f-boy and a nice guy? I feel like I should be pretty good at this because I can pretty much sniff out when somebody's an f-boy, when somebody's a nice guy. The only issue is I'm not in control of the questions being asked in this video. I have my own questions and I would use to figure out who's an f-boy and who's a nice guy. For those of you who don't know what an f-boy is. An f-boy is jumping around from woman to woman. It's probably prone to cheat on you. It's a little bit of a player. It's not looking to settle down. Whereas the nice guy is just looking for a good woman, to stand with him in life, and we all must, in this life, figure out who are the f-boys and who are the nice guys, and hope we don't get tricked by the f-boys along the way. So that's what we're gonna do today. And of course, as always, we have Taylor in Nashville. (crowd cheering) - They're all f-boys as far as I'm concerned, and they should all go to jail, I'm just kidding. - That should be fun, I'm glad to be taking a little break from the craziness that has been politics for the last week, so let's get into it. - Yeah, hopefully this will just be a fun little day. Yeah, the thing is, are most men f-boys? I want you guys to answer that. We'll do a little poll in the chat. Are most men f-boys? Some people say we should just put them in the guilty category, and they have to prove themselves to be innocent. Maybe all of these guys need to be placed in the f-boy category, and they need to prove themselves out of it. Now, these videos are filmed in LA, which I think is highly saturated with the f-boy species, and they take in a lot of different forms now. You can be a very soft, feminine f-boy, you can be a super masculine f-boy. Back in the day, it used to be pretty clear. The jock, the player, he was the one who was messing around with all these women, he sort of wore it on his chest. Now we have undercover f-boys who come off as very sensitive and in tune with their emotions. Meanwhile, they're playing you the whole time, so we're gonna see if we can figure this out today, and how in tune our radar is, let's watch this jubilee video. - What sport do you play? - Everything, basketball, it's no boy. - Is women in that category too? - No. - Oh, why does it look like? - No, no, no, no. - Let me make sure I have my speed on the right thing, it's normal, okay, we're good. - None of that. - F-boy. (upbeat music) - Okay. We brought three people together to rank themselves by who they think can find the f-boy. - What's up, America? I'm an actor and also a social media strategist. - I feel like you guys are probably a better judge of the like definition. - I feel like I wanna go off experience for me 'cause I like make my own skits. I always have to like cast people in them. And so there are certain types of looks. Like if you have tattoos or if you kind of have, they look kind of cool. I'm like, I think you're an f-boy, like one out of 10. I think I'm a 10. - Looks like the best. - Yeah, like the spider sense vibes of a f-boy. - I've been on some bad dates in my life, but I feel like somehow I've always like dodged the f-boys. - Have you, have you Jess? I'm trying to think what would characterize an f-boy for me if I'm looking at a guy's style. And I think just the more stylish you become as a man, the more likely I have to think that you're an f-boy. If you have some very unique things going on with your style or pretty expensive clothing, or you just have just a very authentic sort of style that you're trying to differentiate yourself from, maybe I would think you're more of an f-boy. I feel like the typical guy is just gonna throw him, like a T-shirt and jeans, but if you're really like out on the prowl trying to get women, you're gonna start to add little unique features to your style. I could be totally wrong about that because now we're in an area where guys are really exploring style and reflecting themselves and who they are internally on the outside a lot more, but I feel like the more stylish you are, the more of an f-boy you are typically, typically. - It's tough to know these days 'cause once upon a time you could characterize it as the guys with the motorcycle and the leather jacket and the slick back hair and that being like the stereotypical picture of kind of the player guy, but these days I think they come in all shapes and sizes and it'd be very difficult to tell just based on fashion or just general characteristics. You can probably have somebody who has the f-boy mentality, which we should probably define as what more interested in like a short-term sexual encounter than any kind of actual commitment or relationship. Essentially that's what we're talking about with an f-boy. - I think they do probably come in more shapes and sizes than in previous generations. So probably harder to spot just on the surface, but it's more in the attitudes and actions that you don't hide anything and you can usually tell. - Yeah, you can tell that he's just like a player. He wants to play around a little bit. He doesn't care too much about being committed to you in any way. Okay, let's keep watching and see what we got here. - So I think my guts, my gut feeling must be pretty good, but I'm not confident that I'm a 10. Like I think maybe I'm like a six. I'm maybe in the middle. What is an f-boy to you? - I don't know. - Oh, to me an f-boy is kind of like a Pokemon trainer, someone who's trying to catch them all. - I just catch them. - Yeah, like he's trying to catch them all. Like he has Pikachu. Like why are you trying to go out here trying to catch everything? - This is hard 'cause they're lying. So I'm gonna be like, you know when people lie, they usually do something weird. Like play with their hair, I'm gonna look for tells. - What if there's like anxious? - F-boy. - Yeah, it's like get more confident than that. - Yeah. - You had that episode about this play and you guys were not able to find the role in your automatic episode. - Yeah, and that was me. I was the one who didn't remes that up. Okay, but also in my defense, they edited something out that was the swaying factor that made it look, so that's why I'm trying to, yes. So this is the best. I feel like you're gonna do the best, but also in fairness, we're not that familiar with the show. - She said she's gonna do the best. - I don't know. What do you think? I'm gonna get in here and say like, I feel like men are going to be better at letting us know who the F-boy is because you would be able to gauge male characteristics better and you would know when a man is playing women. Whereas women, you're constantly seeing it through the feminine filter. So it might be a little bit harder to distinguish who is an F-boy and who is a nice guy. But you know, a lot of women get played. And as you get played, as you start to witness the world a little bit and see what's going on around you, you do sort of tune in to when men are playing games on you. We watched Horatio in the Jubilee, I think it was a Jubilee video and I could smell the F-boy on that man. As soon as he spoke, I knew that man was an F-boy. So I don't know. We haven't even got to the guys yet. So we just need to get there and then I'll tell you what I find. - And not that close to each other. - What in a rock, let's say we just met today. - Do you want a rock paper system? - Yeah, speed. - I feel like I'm just gonna let it go. Where did you come from? Why are there so many of you? - Okay. Also, there's a reality TV show on the CW and it's called F-boy Island. I've been training for this. I've watched every season of F-boy Island. And the premise of the show is they bring girls out there onto this island and they bring out like 30 guys, right? And the 30 guys have already pre-registered as F-boys and nice guys. And through their time on this island, the girls have to date these men and figure out who's the F-boy, who's the nice guy they're trying to eliminate as many F-boys as possible. And you know what? I failed many times on watching a live show, but I feel like it was all leading up to this moment, to this jubilee episode. - I knew so nervous. - I'm sorry. - F-boy is left, not an F-boy is right. All right, I'm gonna figure this out. - My name's Alex and I'm not an F-boy. - He's so nice. - Thank you. - I don't know. - That's what an F-boy would say. He's got the Mr. Rogers fit, so I was like, "Maybe he's not an F-boy, "but an F-boy would wear something like that "to trick you." - Oh, yeah. - Okay, I'm leaning on the side of not being an F-boy with this one, just 'cause he looks like soft then he's got the little cardigan on and I love like the past deli's sort of artsy vibe that he's got it going on. He has a very nice presence to him, which makes me think that he's not sort of playing around on you. But let's see if he answers any questions and then we'll get some more answers. - Yeah, I should ask you some questions. - Do you like having sex with girls? Or boys? Are there gay F-boys? - No. - No? - Well, of course. - There's a relationship. - He's just having good chemistry. If we can banter, if we can like, also intellectual conversations, I think. - Chemistry and intellectual conversations is a not F-boy answer, okay? So I'm still leaning in the nice guy category. He looks very nice. He does have a fresh kind of like line up, fresh everything, which points in the F-boy direction, but it's only one point in that direction and he has many more in the other. - That's kind of where I find a good relationship and of good balance. - I don't know. - I feel like you are not-- - Nice guy. - Not nice. - Yes, okay. - I wanna say no, but I feel like you might be manipulative. Okay. - I don't think you are. - When I-- - If he is an F-boy, he's the worst type of F-boy. Like the super manipulative fly under the radar guy that you think is gonna be so nice and it's gonna stick with you forever and then he ends up just stabbing you right in the back. (laughs) So hopefully this guy is not, because he comes off really nice. - I said I was nervous, he whispered, "Don't be," but it wasn't in like a "Hey baby, don't be." That's really about it so far, but the way he like walked up and you know, just the way he's speaking, there's something about his demeanor that screams, "Wait a minute, Taylor, what was that? "Do the face, do, yeah." - I'm gonna, Charles. - That's the one right there, that's the one. Yeah, I feel like that's F-boy. He doesn't have one ear piercing, he has two ear piercings. That's three points in the F-boy category and so far none in the nice guy direction, so we're gonna say that. - Can I see your tattoos? What is that brand, the one? I saw Drake has that in his mansion. - Oh, no. - Drake's a bad guy. I don't think that one of you. That's all I wait, my fault, wait. I'm gonna sit, get over there. - I'm gonna sit there. - There's room to be wrong about him 'cause he could be just super wholesome and he just comes off cool, but for now, I'm gonna agree. He's gonna go to the F-boy category. - I'm David, I'm not an F-boy. - Oof, now this one's a tough one. This one's a tough one because on the outside, he's giving like Timothy Chalamet, which a lot of people associate with being like a nice, cool sort of golden retrievery kind of guy. But Timothy Chalamet also could be an F-boy type, that sort of e-boy in touch with his feminine side type of guy that is playing women. I'd have to ask this guy some questions. One question, I would immediately jump to with this guy's, how do you feel about astrology? If he says he's super into astrology, F-boy. Send him there immediately. Any guy who's like asking you, "What's your sign?" Or like, "I'm a Sagittarian, "does that mean we're compatible? "What's your moon rising?" Or whatever, I know you're not saying that because you have a genuine interest. You're saying that because you like to sleep with women and a lot of women are into astrology. So you're going to the F-boy category. And he could be one of those types of F-boys. That's what he's giving right now. But it's hard to know. - I think for me, there's a little generational component here where like my generation guy like this is like, nah, that's not an F-boy. That guy, he's not getting women, just doesn't really fit in that category. But these days, like you said, the Timothy Chalamet blueprint, that sort of e-boy aesthetic or vibe is something that is popular with the ladies, or at least so I hear from you, my point of connection to Gen Z. So this is where if you're in an older generation like me, I'm just confused and have no idea shot in the dark on this. - Yeah, okay, so Amy commented rat boyfriend, which for those of you who don't know, like the rat boyfriends or like the Timothy Chalamet's, the Maddie Healy's, the star of the bear, I forget what his name is, Jeremy something. That's the vibe that this guy gives off, this sort of new grungy type boyfriend that women are into right now. So he could be an F-boy. - Okay. Why'd you look away and smile on you so that? - I don't know, there was something interesting over there. There's not, that's not true. You're already lying to me. - No. - You have dimples. - I do, yeah. - What was kind of the style you were going for today? - You know, yesterday was laundry day, supposed to be, didn't happen. So I found a shirt, I cut the sleeves off, and here we are. - You date, right? - Yeah, I do, yes. - What's like in it? - He found a shirt, he cut the sleeves off, and here we are. Also guys, I have no idea what's going on with this mic or why it's not working at the moment, so I cannot help anybody in the category of, almost sounds like a tin can right now. So, I'm trying my best. But yeah, I don't know why, he, okay, he cut the sleeves off, that's an F-boy thing to do, with like, I'm so quirky and cute, and I cut the sleeves off of this shirt to show up. I'm leaning towards F-boy, he could surprise. - First date that you would take some on. - I would probably do like, a coffee date. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and just put him in the nice guy category, because I feel like I'm trying to, I'm getting thrown off by this one, and I'll put him in nice guy. - Yeah, cool! I mean, first of all, look at him, but also, I've seen him in other Jubilee videos where I think he says he's an F-boy, but just for a little master class in F-boydom right now, he's an F-boy. I mean, look at the hair, look the line up, look at the chains on the shirt, look at the layering of the style. This is classic F-boy if I've ever seen one, and if for some reason, this man says he's reformed and he's not an F-boy, he is not telling the truth. Anyways, Arrow, Arrow right here. That's a mother F-boy, if I've ever seen one. I thought about this before the show. I was like, okay, if I'm on the show, what do you believe? And I'm gonna figure out who the F-boy is in this case. What are the questions that I am going to ask? And I've been really ruminating on this. I've been, you know, field testing these ideas and trying to figure out what I would ask these people. And I've recently had a conversation with my best friend, Risa, which check out our second channel, Omriun Filter, we just posted a video on there today. And we were essentially talking about, you know, if you walk into a guy's apartment and the apartment is like pristine and he's got a rug on the floor and there's a quilt on the bed and he's got accent pillows and paintings on the walls of like art that he cares about or whatever. I'm immediately thinking you're an F-boy. And for every different thing you have in your apartment, I am calculating the amount of bodies. If you have a rug somewhere in your apartment that you went to a store or like a home goods and picked up five bodies, five bodies. You have a quilt on the bed, 10 bodies, 10 bodies. If you have anything more than like a three and one body wash shampoo and conditioner in your shower, two bodies, extra two bodies. Because it's like somebody cooked here. Like there was a woman who gave the feminine touch to your place or to your aesthetic and you've sort of fine-tuned your aesthetic over time in the pursuit of women. Now this is not a hard and fast rule, but I'm just saying, think about it guys. If he has a super nice apartment, it's probably because he's making that apartment super nice for all the women that are coming into that apartment or for all the women who have ever been in that apartment. And maybe it's the result of, he maybe had a long-term relationship with a woman and she taught him about aesthetics and all these different things. But also maybe not. - I just watched "How Do You Lose A Guy?" within 10 days with my wife a few weeks ago, probably like a month or two ago now. But Matthew McConaughey's apartment in that movie, it's like this awesome, just like bachelor pad, but very like refined, so as you're describing that, I'm like, yeah, he kind of wasn't at flight in that movie. So maybe you went to something there, although in my generation, I would say, and I hate to keep like sounding like that, but if you have all those things going for you as a dude, I feel like that's more just like, that's a little sus, like what's really going on? And also, I asked you a little bit before the show, but like, what does it mean if a guy has the stereotypical like mattress on the floor and like, you know, no items in his refrigerator except for like cold pizza and has a cardboard box with a TV on it, it's living room and like a gaming console on the floor. Like what does that say about the guys, that F boy, nice guy or something else? I could be, there could be a couple of different things. The first thing I would think is you are not getting women. You are just not getting women. There's no way that this happening right now, but also there's kind of that like frat boy type of guy who is so confident in the lack of development of his place and like women are really into that, like in the college years and stuff like that, and they do sort of get around. So that's a wild card, I think that kind of apartment. It depends on the demeanor and the personality of the guy who is, who is this play. So hard, those up boys are sneaky. They come in so many different forms. They really do. You can't just make all the judgments on fit or, you know, demeanor or their apartment. It's so true, but I do have my little metrics for how I decide for these things in LA. Like if a guy's really painting his nails, red flag, red flag, I don't know that he is an F boy. He might just be in touch with this femininity, but I've watched a man, once I'm used to bartender at a bar, I told the story before, but he had like black glittery sparkly nails and he was bartending, of course. And talking to women, and when he was talking to women, he was talking to them about his nail polish and he like knew the actual name of the nail polish. It was like galaxy dust or whatever. And some women just fall for this hook line and sinker like, oh my gosh, he's so secure in himself and he doesn't care what other men think and girl, he's trying to sleep with you. He's trying to sleep with you and this is his way of doing it and he's coming off sort of non-intimidating and non-threatening and because he's talking to you about these things, but mind you, he's trying to sleep with you and that man was a successful F boy. Successful of an F boy as I've ever seen in my day. So there you go. - The sneaky stuff like the male feminist T-shirt or whatever. - Yes. - But I gotta read this, yeah, here in the chat just said, if a guy is anxious around you, he's not an F boy, if he's comfortable around you and others, he's an F boy. I think that's probably pretty close, right? - Wait, what did it say? Sorry, repeat that? - If a guy is anxious around you, then he's not an F boy, but if he's comfortable around you and others, like other women probably, then he is. - Yeah, I mean, again, not a hard and fast rule, but yes, you know, like if you can see that he just takes on this flirty persona with every woman that he's around, he's probably an F boy. And if he is a little anxious and maybe that is a good sign that he's not too like socially trained in the direction of getting women, but some men also play you and pretend to be anxious and they're really not. It's a tricky, tricky time to be alive, guys. - So, not an F boy. - She's an F boy. - I'm a Z boy. - All right. - Hi, my name is Bo, I'm not an F boy. - It's a bold outfit choice. - What? - It's just like very confident, which isn't an F boy thing. - Well, I think I feel like it is. - So you are, are you saying? - Objectively confident. - Well, he's not playing for the same team, I feel like, as the other guys, so it's a little bit hard to figure out on this one. - I'm so confused. - A little bit harder to figure out, but he just said his outfit is an F boy outfit. By default, I'm going to F boy on this one and just putting him in that category. But we'll let him speak some more, I guess. - It's like an F boy thing. - Okay, would you say you're a confident person? - Yeah. - Okay. - What clothing stores do you shop at? - I usually make my own stuff. - F boys don't sell. - Do I need to be sell? - She's not an F boy, I won't accept. - That's how many times do you go clubbing? - Ever? Like, maybe it's every other week. I'm like, almost at the end of my 20s, so I'm like, trying to get a little I can. I get some fun out what I can. - Oh, trying to get fun like I can. - Like fun can be many things, but yeah. - Maybe too much fun. I think you're-- - Okay. - I would say F boy, he just seems like very bombastic, maybe a little party oriented, says he's trying to have as much fun as he can, mix again, you know, some of the stereotypes about the identity a little bit. I'm gonna go, F boy, sorry guys. Sorry if that is judgmental of the of the gays. - Do you have sex a lot? - Yeah, well, for like the graph of gays, no, for the graph of straits, y'all would be like, okay, wait. - So then how do you figure that out? I get that there's like a disparity there amongst the gay and the straight community. So like, not for all gay people, but by default of being gay, you're probably way higher than a lot of straight people would be as far as how much interaction you're getting in that realm of things, which to me by default puts you in the F boy category 'cause I'm going over my own standards of judgment on that. So you have to do a gay version of this to figure out what qualifies as an F boy and what doesn't within those standards. But again, by default swipe, you're going over to the F boy category. Taylor's just shaking his head. - I'm just, I'm just, yeah, I'm so confused. I have no comment. I'm ready for the next one because I just don't know what to make of our-- - That was a curve ball that one. So F boy. - Hey, you're being really honest to me, which makes me think no, but also you're supposed to lie. So maybe you're not good at it. I feel like this is classic F boy, like if I was supposed to put together an F boy starter pack, or like a Halloween costume that you buy at like Party City, this would be what I throw in the little plastic bag for you to buy. And he sort of gives off that like, I don't know, like cool Asian guy aesthetic vibe. I feel like he's an F boy. A good test that I would do for this is like, I would hand these guys a phone and put a little table out. And I would be like, put this phone on the table. And do they put the phone face up, or do they put the phone face down? Face down phone, I'm giving points towards F boy. You're trying to hide your inbox and everything that's coming in. And, or is their phone on like, do not disturb all the time? Probably because, hello women are hitting you up and you don't want other people to see it. So if you're a man who's like an EMT or a firefighter, that automatically gives you points for like a large group of women who would be throwing themselves at you. As far as pilots and like flight attendants, again, it's like you're traveling a lot. People have this sort of like mysteriously romantic thing about pilots and in flight attendants. You have the opportunity to like jump around from different cities and never be caught with the different things that you're doing because you're only going to see people for a short amount of time.
