FLAUNT! Create a Life You Love After Infidelity or Betrayal

It Started With a Betrayal – Jesus, Judas & What Betrayal Means for You

While it may feel like you are the only one who has experienced the heartbreak and pain of betrayal, you are not alone. In fact, the basis of the entire Christian religion is founded on the resurrection…which was preceded by the crucifixion…which was preceded by – you guessed it – a betrayal. Top Take-a-ways: Why betrayal is the beginning of the story and is always the catalyst for something more and something better, not the end. How the phrase “What Would Jesus Do” might impact your post-betrayal decisions. The story of the Easter Egg, and what cracking and breaking open means for your own rebirth. Discover a simple but profound exercise that will get you unstuck, appreciating yourself, and clear on the kind of future and relationships that you wish to create. Coaching Assignment: List 20 things that you like about yourself. Don’t judge or second guess, they can be anything no matter how big or small! Next, make a list of 20 things you desire in a relationship. Get specific and don’t be afraid to claim exactly what you want. Take some time to combine these two lists to create an affirmation, using the following statement: I desire, want, and deserve (something from your relationship list) because I like and value (something from the list of things you like about yourself)____. For example; I desire, want, and deserve a relationship with mutual respect because I like and value the way I always try to listen to and understand others. Untangle yourself from the past, reclaim your power, and own your worth so you can create a future you love on your own terms.
