April Young Bennet is a member of a patriarchal religion and she is also an activist who seeks to change certain rules within that organization. No, she did not throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater! She loves many components of her religion and she is simply seeking to make it better. Stronger. More loving, acceptable and accessible to all.
