The jobsearchsolution.com has successfully helped more than 100,000 people find a job as fast as possible. The jobsearchsolution.com. And we are back with Rinschia Vinsky here on the jobsearchsolution discussing what to do in the slow, supposed slow summer months. Rinschia, before we get back to the topic, how people, how they can find you. I believe you have a job opportunity of the day. Thanks for asking, Tony. Well, first, let me talk about the job opportunity of the day. We are helping a really high-profile, really nice family office here in Dallas that has a quite an exciting portfolio of investments. A lot of them are real estate related, but they invest in all kinds of things. And they are looking for a tax-staff person. It could be somebody who's been two or three years out, maybe even be a senior tax professional, but staff to senior two to three years of experience, certainly they'd have to be familiar with the basic compliance arenas of tax, so especially around corporate and partnership tax, so K1s, 1065s, 1120s. Certainly, there will be some individual tax work for the family members, but a lot of it is partnerships and corporate stuff. They also have to be at least proficient. They don't have to be an expert, but proficient on Excel and some of the other basic accounting and tax tools. And so it is on site here in Dallas, although I think they allow people to work for a home every Friday or at least one day a week, but it is on site. And I happen to know the managing partner of this particular family office, who won't ever meet a more just high character, terrific human being. He's a former partner with one of the big four firms and just a great human being, and the whole family office has that same tone and character traits. Basic comp for this is as high as 95,000 a year. It will depend on your background and experience. It's just a great place to start, especially if you want to get exposed to a lot of different kinds of companies and businesses and opportunities. So anybody who is interested would love for them to just reach out and talk to me directly about the opportunity. They are looking to interview people as quickly as possible. If you would, just call my direct dial number. That number is 214-515-7633-214-5157-6333. Or you can apply by email. You can send your information to the following email address, info, I-N-F-O, at e57partners, P-A-R-T, N-E-R-S dot com, info@e57partners dot com. Or probably the best thing to do is to download our app. You can download it for free off of any smartphone. Just look it up under e57 street partners. And once you do, you will have access to this job as well as, I don't know, 20 or so, maybe 30 other opportunities we have posted. And you can apply for any one of them directly from your smartphone or your desktop or have a way you choose. And then you can also enroll to receive our newsletter, which gives you updates about upcoming opportunities and things that are going on and consulting and so forth. And then we also have a place where, if you choose to do so, you can register to enroll in our free continuing professional education events and some networking events with peers and professionals. So those are all ways to reach out to us. We look forward to somebody who has a tax background that's more or less just starting out and wants a great opportunity. You know, like a good opportunity, a real good one. And that's really good. You do a lot of work with those family organizations, don't you? We do. We don't. It's really just a handful or so. But the ones that we work with have been very kind to us and very loyal. We like working with family offices because they always have something going on. And they're nice people and most of them are very philanthropic. So we enjoy working with them and we're grateful that at least so far for over the last several years, they've enjoyed working with us. So great group of people. That's nice. Rich didn't put me up to this, but that says something about it. We do work with family organizations, not quite as much as Rich does because our purview is mostly just plain Dallas, but they're usually really nice people that run those organizations because they have to be nice because they're family. And what do you like it or not? You got to be nice to work in a family. And those kind of firms have a tendency to err on the side of, they're not drivers, they're not pushing, they're not oriented to, got to make a profit, got to drive and worry about the bottom line so much as they worry about just maintaining and keeping the culture going and all of that. And so they have a tendency to attract vendors that they can keep and work with for over a long period of time that don't rock the boat or deader big wrists or that kind of things. It's a real compliment to East 57th Street that they run those kind of things. So there's your commercial, Rich. Well, thank you, Tony. Thank you for saying that. I always tell people, family offices have, you know, every investment involved their emotion as well as their money. Private equity may be a little bit different. It really isn't this way, but often people say private equity groups eat their young because it's all about the numbers. Whereas on the family office, they probably invest in a lot of the same things, but they have emotion in every deal that they do. And I like that. So what else do you find people doing as a mistake or not a mistake in the supposed slow summer months? Well, I think there's things that they just should do. And the main thing is they should start their outreach now. Don't wait until fall. Now is the time to go out and identify potential clients or hiring managers or really even better register with firms like Babbage or East 57th Street or whoever you choose. Call the setup appointments even if you have to schedule them out weeks in advance because, you know, it's just a good time to do that. Attend conferences, go out and update and remain active on social media even during summer vacation. Most professionals still check LinkedIn. And of course set goals and targets. Plan and do something that allow yourself to position yourself better in the coming months. You know, if you're intermediate on Excel or something, take a class where you're an expert and just in short sharpen the saw and have at it. Just stay consistent and keep working on it. Rich, you always make us think and we really appreciate it. Chris and I love you. Thank you all for listening. Pray for those who are needing work. Pray for our society.
