And now, this is the moment you've all been waiting for. It's time for the strength of breakfast for now. It's Tuesday, August 13, 2024, and this is the State for Breakfast Podcasting, Episode 436 and 437. Make sure you're subscribed to the show. It's available across every downloadable podcast and platform. You'll find us on Apple, Spotify, iHeart, and Google Podcasts. Check out the State for Breakfast link. Those take shows Instagram are late to sub-stack and verified accounts on X, Getter, and True Social. What's up, everybody, and welcome to the first of two big Tuesday editions of the show today. I'm Ron, and I can rest assured in telling you, at some point today, Noah will be here. As always, there's lots of breaking news. Donald Trump and Elon Musk broke the internet last night, and we've got all the highlights. Kamala Harris and Tim Walts head out on the campaign trail, while JD Vance does the entirety of the Sunday morning news circuit. We've got all the highlights from there as well. Donald Trump delivered remarks in Bozeman, Montana this weekend, and we've got all the post-event analysis. And the race is shaping up to be, you guessed it, Donald Trump versus Kamala Harris versus the mainstream media versus the pollsters versus the print press versus the digital press. We'll explain. We've got a great slate of guests coming in here today as well. Oklahoma Congressman Josh Burkina will be joining us. We'll be catching up for the first time with better ingredients, better pizza. John Schnattner will be here. We'll catch up with Dr. Shea Bradley-Farrell from the Counterpoint Institute in Washington, D.C. and break down all the goings-on in the Middle East with none other than retired U.S. Army colonel, Douglas McGregor. But before we get into any of our interviews, let's jump right into the headlines and change the way you consume your news. Okay, this is not nom. This is bowling. There are rules. Hey, hey, hey, junior! America! It's like four- Bassist! So stand by! All right, everybody. Welcome to the "Take for Breakfast" podcast. If you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show. If you're a longtime listener, welcome back to America's Fastest Growing. And quickly becoming favorite political podcast. I'm Ron. Flying solo for the time being. Noah will be here at some point today. I just don't know when. When he pops in, we'll get him caught up to speed. And boy, do we have a lot to talk about. This media and the news cycle right now, what they're doing for the Harris Waltz campaign, is just an absolute travesty for the integrity of this country. The astroturfing continues, you know, Trump is finished. He knew what to do against Biden. He doesn't know what to do against Harris. You name it, and they're throwing it against the wall to see what sticks. Not much is, though, especially in the polls. I mean, I guess whatever "Honeymoon" or, you know, roll out success, the Harris Waltz campaign hoped for as essentially evaporated across the country in a lot of the major polling ads. Listen, nothing has changed. Nothing has changed. And we just need to take into consideration the fact that Kamala Harris is not the answer to any of the problems affecting Americans right now, as she is complicit in being part of the problem and a part of the reason why we're here. Meanwhile, the world continues to spiral out of control, as Israel is hunkering down and waiting for a attack response from Iran after Israel successfully assassinated a leader of Hamas in the Iranian Republic a couple weeks ago. And Joe Biden was asleep on the beach all weekend. So, everything's fine. Don't worry about it. We're going to at least get you guys up to speed here on the first of two big Tuesday editions of the show. Eighty-three days until Election Day. We should be doing everything within our power to motivate, educate, and help get Donald Trump over the finish line. In addition, we're looking to retain and extend the majority in the House of Representatives, and Republican Control. And speaking of which, we're looking to flip the U.S. Senate into Republican Control, giving us the trifecta and essentially the only way back to getting this country back on track. We've got a great slate of guests coming in here today, as always. Can't ever say enough about the guest lineup that we have here on the show. It's going to be another fantastic week. Oklahoma Congressman Josh Bakin's going to be here. Everyone's out in district, so we'll be catching up with him in and out and around when he's doing town halls today. But I absolutely believe in my heart of hearts, our interview is going to be a banger, as it always is when we have Congressman Bakin on the show. Colonel McGregor will be here to get us caught up to date on everything that's going on between Israel and Iran, in addition to the latest on Ukraine versus Russia, and anything in between. Shea Bradley-Farrell will be joining us. You know, she's huge on border integrity. She's gone down to the border several times. She's also advised President Trump on some foreign policy issues over the years. Looking forward to catching up with her. And then better ingredients. Better pizza. Better interview. John Schnatter will be here. The founder, former president and CEO of Papa John's Pizza. He's been talking about the assault on the domestic food industry, how states and wages, and the government with the current economic trends are making it unsustainable for a lot of places, restaurants, franchises, etc. to say in business. In addition, he's got a thing or two to say about politics. Don't want to kind of give it away, but I'm feeling like this is going to be an absolute heater of a first edition of two big podcasts that we're dropping for you guys today. Where else to start other than the groundbreaking nearly a billion views as of last night. It's well over a billion now. Conversation that happened on Twitter spaces. Ex-spaces between Donald Trump and Tesla, X, and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. Off to a little bit of a slow start, Elon Musk confirmed that there was a DDOS attack on the servers. Which, you know, was throwing people in and out making the space unavailable for millions of people. And eventually we got it and we got exactly what we needed. Two hours of Donald Trump having a conversation with one of the most prominent businessmen and intellectual minds on the planet. And, you know, Elon Musk did not endorse Donald Trump up until he saw his reaction in real time of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life in Butler, Pennsylvania. And has come a long way. You know, they were even talking about having Elon Musk work in a future Trump administration by the end of the interview last night. Don't want to spoil it, but you know the media was coping in season, so we're going to jump right into it right now with a little, I guess, post-conversation analysis from one of our favorites, fake new CNN. And with 40 minutes of silence. And then, uh, bropocalypse of politics, no matter how you frame it or what caused the glitch, what was finally said between Donald Trump and Elon Musk at last night's Big X event can largely be defined as a rant filled with familiar lies and lines of attack. Kamala wouldn't have this conversation. She can't 'cause he's not a smart person. He is a radical left San Francisco liberal, and now she's trying to protect. Now she's looking like she's, she wants to be more Trump than Trump if that's possible. I don't think it's possible, but he wants to be more Trump than Trump. She's terrible, but he's getting a free run. All right, but did it to what it was designed to do, which was to put the brakes on Harris's momentum or, you know, and I want to stop her right there. That is not what this space was meant to do. This space was meant to continue to promote the message that Donald Trump has been delivering out on the campaign trail outside of the media censorship. The failure of the media in a lot of instances to cover Donald Trump's events in its entirety. Uh, they jump back and forth whenever he's talking about things that they view as acceptable to be on the networks, but as soon as he starts talking about anything, whether it's elections, whether it's, you know, Biden, Harris, migrant crimes, whether it's the IQ level of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, et cetera, they just cut out, you know, you don't get the Donald Trump that you had last night in this X space that you do normally in the mainstream media because of the huge censorship, even in conservative media, very rarely outside of like Newsmax, which does it as like an event because, you know, they don't have shows that run congruently and for 24 hours in a row. None of the major news outlets will show a Trump rally from start to finish. And it's a shame because any time any of the Democrats want to come out and talk about things, not in interviews, not in town halls or questions and answers, but, you know, from their AstroTurf and AI-generated rallies and stuff like that, they'll show an overwhelming majority of it, especially on the progressive networks. And where we're outnumbered in media outlets in the mainstream, by a large margin, it seems like, you know, it doesn't matter how much money the Trump campaign spends to put ads in TV or get Donald Trump out there doing rallies. The American public is just not going to see him in the same sense as he got, you know, completely unadulterated raw. There was no edit button, there was no pausing, you know, there was no going back after the conversation was over and fixing it. There was two guys having a discussion about the biggest issues affecting this country right now and what or where they could meet in the middle to plausibly work towards solutions. And I thought what we got was just fantastic material that you won't get anywhere else. And I really want to just kind of throw a big thank you out there to Elon Musk for making this happen. I mean, listen, our current Twitter or X handle is our 13th here on Stake for Breakfast. You know, it was really rough trying to get any kind of messaging out over the years, especially during the pandemic and the 2020 presidential election cycle. You know, you could just ratio somebody in the comments, you'd lose your account for it. Violation of terms and services, you know, and it was just absolutely ridiculous. You couldn't even have an opinion. And it got to the point to where, you know, once we kind of figured out how to navigate, it was you post stuff on the show and that's it. And sometimes whether it be guests, I mean, I'd post stuff with like five members of Congress. All five members of Congress would share it and it would get like 890 views, not 890,000, not 8900, 890 views. And you're talking about five Congress people, you know, like Gates, Luna, Elise Stefanik, you know, Eli Crane and one other, Troy Nells maybe. We had all five of them on one show back in old Twitter and no one was seeing it. No, but none of their hundreds of thousands of followers and none of ours. So, you know, Elon Musk has really done a good job of leveling the playing field per se. I still don't love the algorithms. I do feel like, you know, God forbid you curse on one of these platforms. If you type in a curse word, the analytics go to red, like within five minutes, all of them. And that's just part of their like early detection systems to, you know, eliminate what they feel is non appropriate contact. I mean, is there still porn and all this other stuff? Yeah, I guess so. But yeah, it's rough. And what Elon Musk has done, even though we don't love everything about it, is like I said, giving us a level playing field. So we're going to jump into this right now and we're going to play you some of a lot of the highlights from last night. Again, almost a two hour conversation and just a really good, I guess for people that, you know, don't get Donald Trump in the media. It's an introduction of the president who they knew America was a lot safer and prosperous under just a few short years ago. Let's start off. These two guys chatting about the July 13th assassination attempt and we'll play a couple clips from that. Let's check it out. You do immediately that it was a bullet. I knew immediately that it was at the year. And because it, you know, it hit very hard, but hit the year. And I also heard people shout bullets, bullets, you know, get down, get down because I, you know, I moved down pretty nicely, pretty quickly. And we had bullets flying right over my head after I went down. So I'm glad I went down. The bigger miracle was that I was looking in the exact direction of the shooter. And so it hit hit me at an angle that was far less destructive than any other angle. So that was the miracle that was for those people that don't believe in God. I think we got to all start thinking about that. You have to, you know, I'm a believer. Now I'm more of a believer, I think. And a lot of people have said that to be a lot of great people have said that to me, actually. You know, the only thing I didn't love and listen, this is like a nine, three, nine, four out of ten. And it literally was everything you'd want and more from this kind of a conversation between these two guys. It was like the personalities meshed. And they actually admitted and, you know, I believe Donald Trump was leading in with at the beginning of the conversation that they were having. In the X space that they had talked previously. I don't know if it was like the day before or the week before, but kind of like, you know, probably laid out the guidelines and like, the things that we have to hit or the things that you want to talk about. And it just seemed like they kind of bounced around from one thing to another. The questions that got asked or the topics that got brought up were the ones that were on the mind of Elon Musk. Whether or not he thinks those are the most prudent for the Americans in this election cycle. That's neither here nor there. I don't really think that holds any weight either. I think people are more interested in hearing what someone with the stature of like an Elon Musk wants to ask or have a conversation with Donald Trump about. And I think if that was the objective or one of the goals, I really think that, you know, they nailed it. And Elon Musk would go on to Donald Trump explaining that situation and start talking about from his point of view the what he called, you know, bravery in real time of Donald Trump like stopping the secret service. Not like they say that the area was secure, but there was no real confirmation. They eliminated a threat, but they didn't know if that was all the threats. You know what I'm saying? And for Donald Trump to stop the secret service and put up his fist and say, "Fight, fight, fight." That's something that will, you know, be spoken about for hundreds of years in regards to this country. Elon Musk was talking about it in the X-Space last night, that's here. What I find admirable there was that you can't fake bravery under such such a sense as the courage is instinctual or it is not. It's not a real host action. And so I just want to say that I think a lot of people admire your courage under fire there. And yeah, so. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. I didn't think of it. I just want to get up and I want to stand up. I want to let people know, you know, I felt I was good. When they were on top of me covering me actually, very much covering me and very bravely, but I wanted to get up. I said, "I want to get up." And they wanted, you know, they have everything there. They wanted stretcher. I didn't like the stretcher. And I knew I was hit in the year, but I knew I wasn't hit anywhere else. They felt I was hit someplace else. It was such a lot of blood. And they were sure that I was hit someplace else. And they were saying, "Sir, you were hitting more than the year." I said, "Nope, I was hit in the year. I want to get up. Let me get up." So I got up and the crowd didn't know what to think. I mean, this was so, so many people. And you could see they were confused. They didn't know what to think. And I wanted to let them know I was okay. It was very important for me to let them know that. And they went wild. You've seen the after. They didn't go wild when I got up because they didn't know it was alive. You really couldn't tell. When I stood up before the hand, before the fist in the air, they didn't know if I was alive. Nobody did. And when I put the fist up, they were just relieved and happy and thrilled. And the place went crazy. It was pretty amazing. It was a terrible thing. It was incredibly amazing. It was incredibly amazing. You know, the one complaint, I don't know if it was the connection. I don't know if it's how we were hearing it on the other end of both of their phones because that's essentially what they were talking on. You know, there were videos all over social media of Donald Trump at like the conference table. And he had Dan Scabino next to him and Stephen Chong was there. Lynne Patton as well. Probably a couple other people from the campaign. There seemed to be a little bit of a lag. There was times where they were like exchanging commentary or one was interjecting while the other one was still talking. And then it was like, I'd be talking right now and then Elon Musk would come in and he'd say something over me talking and then I would just stop to listen. And then the person would start talking again and maybe ask him a question and he would start to answer, but then there was like a lag. But besides that, you know, the media turned it into like, oh, Donald Trump sounds weird. He has like a lisp and this, that and everything. Donald Trump sounded exactly the same as he does anytime he calls into a network. It's not as clear or as crisp when he's on the microphones at a rally. It's not when, you know, he's doing a media piece and speaking live before all the studio quality equipment that's around him as well. He was literally sitting in a conference room on speakerphone and, you know, I have heard myself talk on the telephone before. I have all the equipment here in the studio, which makes my voice, I would assume, sound better or cleaner, crisper. But when I talk on the phone, sometimes I'm like, man, it doesn't even sound like me. So they wanted to make something into something it was not and it was just kind of funny. Also funny is how that conversation kind of shifted gears when Donald Trump was talking about, you know, the Ron Johnson inspired immigration chart. And how, I guess only in this instance, illegals actually saved Donald Trump's life. What's here? Well, and I mean, speaking of the sort of slide that got you to turn that saved your life, really, was the illegal immigration slide. Maybe this is what we're talking about about that slide. You're right. Now the illegal immigration saved my life. You're right. I had to be at that exact angle. I mean, that's a great one. Saved by illegal immigration. You know, the incredible thing though, when you talk about the odds, you had to be exactly at that angle. And you heard, you know, the little bit of them talking over each other and Elon Musk is kind of laughing and Donald Trump's like waiting for him to finish so he could respond. And it kind of like, you know, carries over. But besides that, this thing was a banger. And this is exactly what Donald Trump and I'm sure his campaign felt they needed to counter a lot of endless. And listen, it's not even the Kamala Harris Tim Walsh rollout. It's just the five-star red carpet treatment that they're getting in the mainstream media right now. You know, it's gotten to the point where every single conservative who goes in the media right now, they're like, "Okay, talk about Donald Trump versus Kamala Harris." And they get into like the issues. They're like, "Talk about some of the issues. How are Americans doing this?" And then they always want to like come with like as a last question to whether it's a congressman or a senator or a governor or, you know, a major pundit who's sitting down for an interview. "Man, don't you think Donald Trump stopped doing this?" Every single one of these conservatives right now in this moment is like, "Why don't you guys ask them these questions, them talking about Kamala Harris and Tim Walsh?" They're not doing any media. They've been instructed as part of their insertion into this ticket. "You will do what we tell you to do, period." Same rules that apply to Joe Biden applies to Kamala Harris and we all know why. She's a fucking moron. And I mean, Donald Trump in several different clips last night talking about several different issues alluded to just such. You know, he said Joe Biden 30 years ago had a very low IQ. At this point, he might not have an IQ anymore. He essentially said that Russia was able to invade Ukraine, and I'm paraphrasing, but because Joe Biden is retarded. And, you know, he called Kamala Harris low IQ and like just a gag gift, a party favor. In regards to politics, she's not a serious candidate. She's never been a serious politician. You know, when Kamala Harris was a senator, she pushed legislation that came from the groups that were lobbying her, period, or the big dogs in the party. Like Bernie Sanders, who was a two cycle in a row, heavyweight contender for the Democrat nominee. So that's where she ideologically lined up. "All is bullshit about it. I'm going to fix the border, and I'm going to be strong on the global stage. And no tax on tips that we're getting from Kamala Harris right now. That's all complete garbage." And it's not true. And, you know, even when Kamala Harris does finally sit down for an interview. I mean, even the time maga- time gave her like an iconic, I don't want to call her beautiful, but it's like a beautiful cover. It's like pencil, stencil, gray shade, you know, picture of Kamala Harris's face. Madam President. The last time that Donald Trump was on the cover of Time Magazine outside of the assassination attempt, it was a cartoon orange, wearing a cartoon wig, and the orange was melting. And it was like Trump meltdown was the caption in the orange was screaming. So, I mean, Melania Trump never got on the cover of the major news outlet magazines, and they put Jill Biden. And they'll probably have the first gentleman on there before they have Melania Trump. And that's just the way it is. They would switch gears and switch to geopolitics talking about what's going on with Iran right now. You know, Donald Trump was a hardliner on the Islamic Republic, having them near collapsing under internal revolution under the Trump era policies. It's a lot different than what we see now, where Iran is primed to attack Israel, potentially at any moment, and who knows what that will cast the United States into. But we're going to touch on this right now. And here with Donald Trump had to say about the Iranian regime when he was the president, let's check it out. All the stuff that you're seeing now, all the horror that you look at Israel, they're all waiting for an attack from Iran. Iran would not be attacking, believe me. You know, when I was there, and I say it with respect, because I think we would have been good with Iran. I don't want to do anything bad to Iran, but they knew not to mess around. Iran was broke, because I told China, if you buy from Iran oil, it's all about the oil. That's where the money is. But if you buy oil from Iran, you're not going to do any business with the United States. And I meant it. And they said, we'll pass it. They didn't buy oil. Other countries, likewise, if you want to buy, you're not doing business with the United States. And they were at a point where they had no money for Hamas. They had no money for Hezbollah. They had no money for any of these instruments of terror. And it was amazing. In fact, there were articles when I was leaving, which is hard to believe, actually, especially when you look at what's happened to our country. Our country is so bad right now. It's such a different place. We were respected. Think of it. Four years ago, we were so respected to a point where, when I said don't buy oil, they didn't buy oil. But they had no money for it. And Israel would have never been attacked. It is zero chance. That's the God's honest truth, to be honest with you. And man, I really don't hope that this response from Iran, something that almost for sure is going to happen against Israel, is not very widespread to the point to where Israel has to physically respond and maybe drag the United States into a conflict with Iran. We'll just have to see what happens and where we go from here. So then they would switch out of talking about things on the geopolitical scale and bring it back home to the United States. One of the things that I've seen Elon must be really interested in. I don't know if it's interest. I don't know if he's concerned about it. Maybe it's both. Maybe it's more. But it's what's going on down to the U.S. southern border. He is not a huge proponent of open borders, America. Elon Musk wants people vetted, people that are going to contribute, people that are going to assimilate, people that are going to make this country better coming into this country. He wants a complete reworking of the immigration system. What we're going through right now is completely unsustainable. Everyone knows it. And where we'll probably be close to 20 million people coming in under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, by the time we go to the ballot box in November, you get expect 50 million by the time Kamala Harris would finish her term in office over the course of the last eight years. So, you know, this is something that is very concerning to him. He has all of his businesses here. He has a lot of family in the United States that forbid something could happen in regards to Biden, Harris, migrant crimes. And, you know, this is a conversation that's tough because a reworking of the immigration system is something that everyone campaigns on. And all up to this point have failed. And I'll tell you what, Donald Trump talked about moving the Israeli embassy from one place to another. Donald Trump talked about building a border wall. Donald Trump talked about having relationships with places like North Korea to where they weren't an aggress around the world's age. Donald Trump campaigned on a lot of things that many have said they would work towards and all have failed at. Working towards immigration reform to where it's streamlined to where it's fair to whether to where it's small. And to the people that we're letting into this country no more lotteries, no more minimum standards of amounts of people we have to admit to the United States every year, like you're coming here to fill a need. Economic migrants see you later and then obviously all the criminals and just people who are looking to suck on the teat of the American welfare system, you can all be gone. Let's talk about this a little bit more after we hear Donald Trump and Elon Musk waiting on what's going on down at the border in the immigration system. In a country in history that has had a catastrophe like this, we've had, I believe, and I think you believe this too, you know, you hear 12 million thirds. I believe it's over 20 million people came into our country, many coming from jails, from prisons, from from mental institutions or a bigger version of that is insane asylum and many are terrorists. And I'll tell you what, they're coming not just from South America, they're coming from Africa, they're coming from all over the world, they're coming from Asia, they're coming from the Middle East, they're coming from countries that are stupidly and horribly bombing Israel, October 7, they're coming from all over the world, and you know, you look at, it's so sad, October 7, because it should have never happened. It's so sad when you look at Ukraine, it should have never happened. We have a defective government, these are defective people, and they're not people that should be running it. But what you see at the best is the border, because you have millions of people coming in a month, and then she gets up and she tries to pretend like she's going to do something, she had three and a half years. And by the way, they have another five months that they can do something, but they won't do anything. It's all talk, she's incompetent and he's incompetent, and frankly, I think that she's more incompetent than he is, and that's saying something because he's not too good. Donald Trump is still going to take potshots at Joe Biden any chance or opportunity he has, but I mean, he's right. It's just the level of incompetence and not caring is how we've gotten to this. You know, I just saw in the news today, a guy that was arrested somewhere, you know, one of the cities, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, it doesn't matter. He raped a 15 year old girl. While he raped the 15 year old girl, he held like her boyfriend at knife point, made him sit there and watch it. He was arrested. They put an immigration detainer on him. No cash bail or $500 bail. Boom. He's out on the streets again and into the wind. Well, long story short, I guess like the ice tactical response team that was focused in on this specific detainer had found him and he's back in custody. But who knows under this administration? Listen, we've told you, people who were aggravatedly deported under President Trump, that means they committed a heinous crime and might be finishing out their prison sentences and that were sent back to their country of origin have been contacted by the Biden Harris administration and in some instances flown back in the United States to be able to claim asylum. You know, this comes as reports today, stating that, believe it or not, listen to this, one in five hotels in New York City is a migrant shelter. It's fucking wild. It's just absolutely crazy. And as the number of illegals continue to flood into this country, under the borders are Kamala Harris, we might never get the honest number of how many people have been allowed to come in here. They continued on this topic. Let's take it out. Police are so good, but they're not allowed to do their job. But I have to tell you, Ilana, I hate to say because it's such a downer to say it. I hate to say it. I hate it, but you have a lot of people that just shouldn't be. I think it's a much bigger number than you think they're allowing people from their jails. And if you were running one of these countries where they're coming from, you would have had all of them. As an example of Venezuela, their crime is down 72%. They're taking their drug dealers. They're taking, frankly, their prisoners. They're emptying out their prisons. They're taking their criminals, their murderers, their rapists, and they're delivering them into this. But that's what Castro does. Yeah, well, he did on a much smaller scale, but this is a massive scale because this is being done worldwide. But here's what's happening. Crime all over the world is down. And why do you see the numbers that we have? This is migrant crime. This is crime that's going to be. And I saw it today in New York where somebody was knifed with a rape to the girlfriend of a man that stood there watching in New York in one of the shelters and started pulling out the knives and bad things happen today. But this is happening every day. These are rough people. These are people that are in jail for murder and all sorts of things. And they're releasing them into our country and they're telling them, if you come back, we're going to kill you. We're going to give you the death penalty or kill you so they don't want to come back. But these are rough people. These are criminals that make our criminals look like nice people. And that's the scary part because it is. I also saw some reports in the media this week, some circulating online, some on television that said some of the South American and international gangs, cartel members, they're forming alliances right now in the United States to kind of join together to take out the crime that's already in the community. So they're going to roll over our traditional gangs and they're going to reestablish themselves as like the new crime syndicate in some of these major cities. This is something that will be so, I mean, listen, when you see some of these international entities of the crime category and the way that they operate in their country, usually without consequence, you don't think that in some certain instances, they're not going to declare war on law enforcement. They're going to declare war on certain communities. They're going to be trying to see things that are not theirs and claim it for their own. Like there is so much work to do outside of just securing the border. When Donald Trump wins back the White House, do you guys sometimes I don't think even can comprehend how much work there is to do? Just like we have a lot of work here to do on steak for breakfast. They would segue to talk about some of the things on global scale again, and listen, they were on the topic of energy, because they had talked about Iran and Israel. They had gone on to the border, they moved on to energy, and Donald Trump starts making fun of the windmills and all his other stuff, and how, essentially, the Green New BS is not a sustainable way for our country to provide energy for itself, to run, essentially. And, you know, Donald Trump really likes nuking this narrative, and I like the back and forth that he had with Elon Musk on it, let's hear it. I always say that we have enemies on the outside, and we have enemies on the inside. We have some really bad people in our government, and people that are and controlling of the people. I mean, I mentioned names, but I really don't want to give them the credit, but we have some really bad, and I say they're more dangerous than Russia and China. If you have a smart president, a president that gets it, we are not in danger from those countries because they need us and they need our help. I mean, we forced Obama, if you think about it, Obama and Biden, and Bush, to a certain extent to no fairness, forced Russia and China together. And if you're a history student, the first thing you learn is you cannot let Russia and China align, but then they also got, if you take a look, Iran, and they have North Korea. That's, you know, they caught the access of evil in the old days. You had the access of evil. Here we have a modern day access of evil. These are powerful countries, very heavy nuclear, which is the biggest threat. You know, the biggest threat is not global warming, where the ocean's going to rise 1/8 of an inch over the next 400 years, and you'll have more, you'll have more ocean front property, right? The biggest threat is not that. The biggest threat is nuclear warming, because we have five countries now that have significant nuclear power, and we have to not allow anything to happen with stupid people. I thought it was funny on Musk, but Chuckle, because it's like Donald Trump starts off talking about one thing and how he could segue so fast in about 25 seconds to essentially talking about nuclear Holocaust. Like, I think Elon Musk was even like, "Whoa, that was a massive segue right there, but you want to know what, you're right." And the most existential threat to the planet is not global warming, even though Elon Musk during this, well, not an interview conversation, a chat would point out, you know, the carbon numbers and the concerns over it, but talks about how that is so far down the road. It is not as finite of a problem as let's just say nuclear confrontation, which is what Donald Trump continues to say. Stop building windmills, sanction our enemies, stop talking about solar panels, make Iran abandon their nuclear ambition, stop talking about saving the whales, and let Kim Jong-un welcome him to the global community and have him abandon his nuclear arsenal. It's like, when you look at the long-term benefits of not having nuclear war, yeah, it's a lot better for the planet, in my opinion. It was pretty cool too. Elon Musk also talked about during their chat, how, you know, they had the nuclear reactor meltdown, I believe it was in Fukushima a couple years ago, and he said, you know, Donald Trump was talking about, "Yeah, when stuff like that happens, you can't live in the place for like 200 years." And Elon Musk was like, "Well, I don't want to correct you, but that's actually not true." And, you know, he said that he went there and he had eaten organically grown food from the area, and then Donald Trump made a little joke. He's like, "Yeah, that's why you've been telling me you don't feel good lately." And it was kind of like funny, but just a little intricacy of the conversation that they had. One of the things that Donald Trump wants for America is an Iron Dome, a missile defense system, essentially. I don't know if it's going to be like an actual Iron Dome because of, you know, the size and scope of our country, but protection for our major cities and our most critical assets would be something beneficial, I think, to homeland defense. It's something that Donald Trump, one of his new policy points of these, brought to the campaign trail this cycle, and they got on that last night, so let's hear it. I think people underrate the risk of World War III, and it's just, you know, when you're looking at the risk of global thermonuclear warfare, it's game over for humanity. And, you know, it's something that people have, I think, after the end of the Cold War, people have become complacent about, but they actually have forgotten that there are currently a lot of nuclear missiles that have targeting parameters for the United States. And one of the things we're going to do is we're going to build an Iron Dome over us. You know, Israel has it. We're going to have the best Iron Dome in the world. We need it, and we're going to make it all in the United States, but we're going to have protection, because it just takes one maniac to, you know, start something. We're going to have protection. And we're going to have, why shouldn't we have an Iron Dome? Israel has one. Some other places have one that nobody even knows about, frankly. But Israel has it. We're going to have an Iron Dome. I like that. And I think most Americans would agree. It would be very beneficial to our national defense. Some of the stuff that Kamala Harris has prided out of the campaign trail, like her roll out of tax on tips or lack thereof. I just want to remind our listenership that, again, Kamala Harris was the deciding vote in the Inflation Non-Reduction Act. Components of that bill included the hiring of over 80,000 new IRS agents, which would be targeting middle class families, or a lot of people who have jobs where there's commission involved. And as part of that roll out, the IRS now has a snitch on people not reporting tips hotline. So where Kamala Harris continues to like reinvent herself in real time and lie about things that she's supportive of now, even though she's done, the complete opposite is Joe Biden's vice president for the last three plus years. Well, didn't sit very well with Donald Trump. The whole no tax on tips thing either. Let's hear him. Get a speech and there will be no tax on tips. I said that months ago. And by the way, they had just the opposite. You know, they had not only tax on tips, but they hired 88,000 IRS agents and many of them were assigned to go get waitresses and caddies and all of this on tips. They have a policy. They had a policy. They were really going to go after you. And we're really harassing people horribly. And then all of a sudden for politics, she says, you know, she comes out with with what I said, which I think is terrible. And I think it's also hitting them very hard. These people are fake. And yes, for the most part, and throughout the course of their campaign, they have been. And Donald Trump's not going to stand for it. He's going to push as best as he can with the loudest voice that he has, which is his own now using multiple platforms. He put out so many campaign videos on his Twitter or X account yesterday, which it was so great after only getting one notification after the last three plus years. And that's when the Georgia mugshot photo came out to have multiple notifications from the Trump account yesterday, just a relief that, you know, the potential next leader of the free world is able to use every avenue. You know, he's been posting on Facebook and Instagram. Obviously, he has true social, which is like the landing pad for all of his posts that come out, but you got to have them on X. It's the biggest community and place where he's not going to get censored on the planet. And if there's any place that he's going to get a fair shake outside of some community notes, which nobody really cares about, it's going to be on the X platform. I'm a president right now. Everybody knows it. Joe Biden was asleep on the beach all weekend up in Delaware while Iran was targeting Israel with long range ballistic weapons come all Harris was out on the campaign trail, trying to be as MAGA as she can be. And if nobody points it out, it'd be doing Donald Trump a disservice. Let's hear it. Clearly, like we just don't have a president. You don't have a president. And she's going to be worse than him because he is a San Francisco liberal who destroyed San Francisco. And then as attorney general, she destroyed California. You talk about location and we're talking about the sun and the water at all. There's nothing better than California. She has destroyed that. She was the original DA. She was the original in San Francisco. She was the original attorney general in California. What she has done to California is, well, you know better than I do. You just left California for a lot of those reasons. And what she's done with with crime with with cashless bail where you kill somebody. I mean, we have states there. You kill somebody and they let you out right away. I mean, you don't have to even put up and then they never find the people unless they kill again. And then they let them out again. Our country is becoming a very dangerous place. And she is a radical left San Francisco liberal. And now she's trying to protect. Now she's looking like she's she wants to be more Trump than Trump. True story. You know, we also pointed out the fact that Kamala Harris's father was a, I guess, infamous Marxist economist in the Ivy League. They said, you don't believe me? Google it. Well, there was a lot of people posting their search results online last night. And lo and behold, he certainly was. That's the kind of house and family and environment she grew up and was raised in. And you can only expect more of that being pushed on the American people in what essentially would be a Harris for years in office. Donald Trump also doesn't like the Astro Turf campaign. That's been going on since Kamala Harris is being inserted to the top of the Democrat ticket. They hit on this. Let's check it out. What's happening sort of overnight is their rewriting history and making Kamala sound like a moderate when, in fact, she is far left like far, far worse than Bernie Sanders. She is considered more liberal by far than Bernie Sanders. She's a radical left lunatic. And if she's going to be our president very quickly, you're not going to have a country anymore. And she'll go back to all of the things that she believes in. She believes in defunding the police. She believes in no fracking zero. Now all of a sudden she's saying, no, I will, I really want to see fracking. If they got in, the day she got in, she'll end fracking. She'll end a lot of other things too. And I think America is starting to realize that. The last thing I've got before we jump in with Oklahoma Congressman Josh Burkine, kind of the wrap up. Again, they ended this entire conversation chat, whatever you want to call it with talking about the government ridiculously overspending and that maybe Elon Musk could chair or head or initiate. Bring in the people that would sit on a governing board that would examine government spending and almost in real time, not have to wait for a budget every so often. Cut the fat. Eliminate the waste. And that's something that I think when you take two minds like that of Donald Trump and Elon Musk and put their heads together. I'd want to say the sky's the limit, but Elon Musk is trying to go to fucking Mars. So who knows what kind of ridiculous reforms we could see over the course of a second Trump term in office. But they kind of wrapped it up. And, you know, talked about, regardless of how bad things are right now, there are some things, well future, that should still at least pique the interest and inspire a little bit. Let's check it out. I want to congratulate you. You've done an amazing job. You are. You have definitely got a fertile mind. You know, we can talk you and I can talk about rockets. Well, tunnels, we can talk about tunnels and rockets and electric cars, so many things. And now you're into the AI and that's going to be another beauty. So it's an amazing thing you've done, Elon. It's an amazing thing. And I congratulate you. I mean, thank you. And well, I mean, I just say here's to an exciting, inspiring future that people can look forward to and be optimistic and excited about what happens next. And that's the kind of future that I think you will bring as president. And that's why I endorse you. Well, I appreciate that. That endorsement meant a lot to me. Not all endorsements mean that much, to be honest. You're endorsement meant a lot. And, you know, we have a phrase, "Make America Great Again." It's pretty simple, but we want to make America great again. And we can do it. We can do it now. But if we were going to suffer another four years, like we suffered for the last four years, I'm not sure the country can ever come back. That's how bad it is. It's the truth. And it's something that he's going to be pushing very hard out on the campaign trail. I saw this week, I believe Thursday, JD Vance, Jim Banks, and a couple other heavyweights within the political spectrum of the Republican party. You're going to be doing like a town hall Q&A for the media out in Pennsylvania. And then Donald Trump has a rally, I believe, in Wilkes Bar this week on the 17th. So lots of Donald Trump and JD Vance continuing out on the campaign trail. JD Vance did the full gambit of the Sunday morning news circuit. We've got some clips of that in our next new segment, as Kamala Harris and Tim Walsh were out on the campaign trail as well. We're getting ready to jump in with Oklahoma Congressman Josh Bikini right now. But before we do that, a first check-in with one of our partners. I think it's time we had a conversation about a good night's sleep. Pillow King of Minnesota, Mike Lindell, and the apparatus known as the MyPillow family has been cranking out savings down at MyPillow for over 20 years. If you want the coffee, my store.com/stake, or you can always talk to a qualified pillow representative, 1-800-6580-45. Alright, joining us first on the show today, this big Tuesday edition of the Stake for Records podcast. He's the Congressman who represents Oklahoma's 2nd Congressional District. Always excited to catch up with and have a conversation with none other than Representative Josh Burkine. Welcome back to the show. Hey, thanks, Ron. Appreciate you having me on. Always a pleasure to catch up with you, Congressman. We know you guys are busy in District. We got a bunch of stuff to talk about today, including that. I do want to start off where I guess a lot of the world was focused on last night. Did you, by any chance, catch any of the conversation that Elon Musk and Donald Trump had on X? No, I actually didn't. You had to be educating me in this moment. Oh, it was... I'll be honest with you. If you've seen videos of Donald Trump out on the golf course and how he has just very... It seems like you're a cross-room at the dinner table or maybe in the locker room. I don't want to retouch on the access Hollywood tapes, but it was just very formal. There was no set questions. They kind of bounced around on topics, everything from the assassination attempt and then geopolitics, the weird rollout of Kamala Harris and her running made. All the way down to them talking about energy, space travel, and even government oversight and accountability in regards to the budgetary stuff. Elon Musk really went in for a while on talking about how the government spending is out of control. We know you guys in the Freedom Caucus and the House Republicans are all about getting back to at least pre-COVID spending at the very least, in addition to trimming a lot of the fat. Donald Trump even was pseudo-tasking him during this space saying, "Man, if you would like to help me roll out something that would turn into some kind of oversight board to look into how government money is spent and where we could trim." And they were even joking back in Fort Donald Trump's like, "I like the way you operate. You've had companies in the past where 50 people go on strike and you kind of look at the numbers and figure out how better you could do it." Elon Musk has kind of told those people, "You know what, stay home. We're going to go in a different direction." And then he rounds up operating in the black, which is where we want to get the country back to. But yeah, it was a good two-hour conversation for the world to hear over a billion views so far on social media. And that's the outside of YouTube and all the external links that people post out there. And I think for as much as the media has kind of been skewing the whole narrative since Kamala Harris was inserted, which is where we're going to start off today, I do want to get some commentary from you, Congressman, on the overall how your office is kind of looking at the current matchup in the presidential race. Well, my hope is, is the insanity that we've seen with the border, specifically. You can look at the whole process and just see how out of touch with common sense this administration is, and then just the cost of goods. You know, somebody trying to defeat a family right now is walking away going, "Well, there was no vacation. Well, there wasn't the ability to travel anywhere this year because the cost of goods is so outrageous. And this administration is also up in the ante on regulation. So I'll report this more in American enterprise. This could be a $14,000 increase of revenue for every family if the amount of regulation has been put in place. But this administration was rolled back. That's astounding. You know, where so many Americans are using over 70% of their total earnings just to put a roof over their head, food on their table, and fuel in their vehicle to go back to work, Congressman, it sounds like any kind of increases like that, and they continue to tack on the hard-working blue collar, middle-class families in this country. It just doesn't seem like it's sustainable. I think in a lot of context, we're seeing some breaking points here. You know, you see a lot of the restaurant industry failing. You see a lot of attendance and things like sports and participation and activities going down. You just see people putting together less at home to, you know, make it seem like that's enough to get by. And if what we would look at on the other end of a Harris-Walls presidency seems like, you know, this country just could not sustain it. Yeah. Look, I am greatly concerned about what's going to happen to us within the next decade. It's no longer our kids. We talk about, you know, politics for the last 20, 30 years to talk about the next generation inheriting a future that is the lower standard of living than the ones prior. I'm convinced it's our generation. I'm convinced that the chickens are about to come home to roost financially, and I can condense that the hidden tax inflation, given the lack of will, I'm seeing Washington DC that's pending when there's, you know, really about, you know, at a maximum 120 Republicans, out of a 220 number, you'll see time and time again, vote for spending cuts. We've got to have action. And when our revenue stream is almost in the range of 60-year norms, I'm doing 10 holes this week, and I'm going to be showing that, that our revenue stream, going back to the 1960s, we're in the range of normalcy. Not a revenue, but Reagan said the reason why we had deficits is not because of the tax too little. The reason why we only have deficits is because we spend too much. Right. And until we have people that are willing to just do more than talk about inflation, but really draw the conclusion that inflation is driven by the evaluation of the currency, because of overspending, because of not putting yourself on a fiscal diet in DC, people are really willing to get gut level on us. We're facing real threat of an economic collapse. -And that's not how prevalent. You have economists that say that we all know this can't continue forever. Anything that can't continue forever will come to a stop. -Yeah, adding so much was a trillion dollars every 100 days now, once we hit that. I don't even want to call it a milestone, but that's what it was over the $35 trillion of debt, and it just seems like there's no end in sight outside of the generational shift we can make at the ballot box this November, which is kind of where I want to go. You know, this is the last throngs of essentially what you would call a dying administration. I mean, Joe Biden has bowed out of the race. Kamala Harris was inserted in one of the least popular candidates in the history of modern politics without receiving a single vote. Now she's sitting at the top of a presidential ticket in a very important election cycle. It seems like the AstroTurf campaign from the media, from the pollsters, from all the pundits, the print press have just kind of glazed over everything that you've just outlined, and we've been talking about for the last few minutes. So it's negatively affecting this country, the geopolitics, the economy, the border, the crime, et cetera. It just said, you know, if Kamala Harris goes out and says, I'm going to cure the economy, and I'm going to get tough on border security, no tax on tips and all of the other, you know, things that she's talking about as part of her, I guess, campaign platform rollout, you know, this is a very deceptive to the American voter, the typical non-follower of politics, people that just kind of catch headlines, whether it be on their phone or why they have the TV on in the background at night. And I'm glad you guys have this time, extended amount of time out in district, to be able to go out and talk with your constituents because there's a lot of independence, maybe traditional Democrats and even moderate Republicans who, you know, might not ideologically agree with Donald Trump on some of the things he does, but when you talk about a better way of life and how it was almost four years ago, you can't argue with the fact, we're literally on the other side of a coin back-to-back election cycles. This is the make-or-break for this country right now, and Donald Trump has to find a way to get willed into the White House this November. Yeah, and then we've got to have the will as the House, as I said to the Speaker. I believe that the House is going to have to be the leader when it comes to spending cuts. And I believe, you know, the President coming in on the second term, my hope is he's going to be different in terms of his position on spending. I think he's going to be in a, you know, a strengthened position to cut spending, but the House is going to have to lead. And we're going to have to have the intestinal fortitude. And not just that, we're going to have to have the real understanding. I think you've got a number of members of Congress who have bought into, kind of what you're eluding to, that come all to hear us. You can, oh, well, you know, we're going to fix the economy. If you think government's going to fix the economy by doing the same thing we've been doing by overspending, then either you just don't know history or you've been willing to be lied to so long that you think socialism actually works and produces prosperity. But you have to ask that person who really believes that. Show me. Show me the experiment in socialism that's really led to prosperity all across the board. Throughout history, show it to me. Show me that experiment. It's not out there. And then when you talk about one of the big ticket items outside of the economy, and that's the border issue, we know that's something your ladies are focused in on, Congressman, and definitely something that we know we need to secure. You know, it's not even worth bringing up the amount of instances we're seeing in the press where you have people that have been let in under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just committing heinous crimes against American citizens more often than not women and even more commonly with, you know, young adults. And it's just really sad to see, you know, what America has had to endure under these open border policies. And we see Kamala Harris out there on the road right now saying that she's the answer to the border and she'll actually be more of a hawk on it than Donald Trump was. I mean, we know that's absolute nonsense, but what do you think is the motivation here to try and, you know, introduce and I guess a lawyer self to voters that, you know, the open border policies the last four years and the total globalist measures under, you know, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Alejandro Mayorkas is going to automatically change on January 20th of next year under- Yeah, let's just say- I mean, I don't think it's a serious administration. They're on their prey on ignorance. They're preying on people that are not following the fact when she's talking about, you know, the most stringent border bill that was opposed by Donald Trump. Yep. It's not true. It's a lot. It was not the most stringent border bill is the one that came out of the committee that I'm on the Homeland Security Committee in the last many decades as H.R. II. Exactly. It wasn't the one she keeps alluding to. So it's not true. And so if anybody who, you know, if everybody needs to walk in the walk-in ones, and that means being included when they come into a town hall and get a fall edition or an event, they need to walk in with skepticism. And you need to be able to pull up the facts and be able to recite the facts of people because people, you know, are so used to liking the visuals of those running for office, just snowing them under, making up things that aren't true. So she needs to be called on the carpet. No, she certainly does and we're not going to get it for the media. It's the members of Congress that was running for Senate. Obviously, governorships across the country on the Republican side are the ones that really need to stand up and save the loudest. And I've seen a lot of congressmen and women and, you know, senators and stuff going on these news shows and they'll go through the topics and they'll talk about the important issues, but then they'll be like, "Why aren't you asking Kamala Harris this stuff? Why aren't you asking Tim Walsh this stuff? Why aren't you holding them accountable?" And now they just say like, "Oh yeah, don't worry. They'll be here for interviews eventually." It's like there's 80 some odd days left until we go to the ballot box. Early voting starts like a month from now in a couple different states. So it's like we don't have time to just wait on the Democrats to go out and say, you know, whether or not they're going to be held accountable for the platform that they've, you know, had over America for the last three plus years. We need the Republicans to be out there shouting the loudest like, "This is the current state of the nation and this is how we change it in November." Congressmen, one of the things I wanted to ask you, you know, we saw it over the weekend. There was pictures of Joe Biden passed out on the beach up in Delaware. You know, it's one of those things where Israel has suffered a lot under the course of the Biden administration and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' policies in regarding one of our longstanding and strongest allies in the Middle East. And, you know, we've seen on the news the nation of Israel has been preparing for an imminent attack from Iran over the course of the last 72 hours. Like they feel that the 200 plus rocket and missile attack that happened a few months ago is going to dwarf it in comparison to what's coming for the assassination that Israel did against the mosque leader in Iran when he was out there for a funeral a few weeks ago. As we see them just kind of twisting in the wind with like armchair quarterbacking their response to the attack on October 7th and then what's going on now with Iran. I mean, Joe Biden is playing with one of the most notoriously flammable tinder boxes on the planet talking about Israel and Iran right now. And it just doesn't seem like, I mean, American foreign policy is essentially asleep at the wheel. Weakness invites the wolves. Weakness invites the wolves. And they see weakness and so the world is mobilizing with a weakened United States because of an administration that's projecting that. Yeah, it's just a shame to see where we're at in that instance right now and where they're at, what our response would be. I mean, I know we're mobilizing some strike carrier groups into the region, but it just doesn't seem like edging towards war with a country like Iran is something that is prudent right now for America, especially so close to an election. Don't you think? Yeah. We need an administration that people know that the action is going to be something that will surprise you. And that's what Trump's foreign policy success that they've derived from is people did not know what to expect. They knew that he was a man of action. And it even cooled the hills of Rocket Man that Trump used to call him, right? He was willing to play the same game of putting fear into the hearts of our enemies. No, it's the truth. There wasn't too many world leaders who wanted to play chicken with Donald Trump. I mean, you have the results like Saul Maney and Al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS and the Iranian general, and then you have others like Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping who said, "You know what? We don't need to do this. Let's play ball for the time you're in office." And regardless of whether or not you think the policy dictated American prosperity one way or the other, the world was a lot safer place. The global economy was thriving. It was sure thriving here in the United States, and things were a lot different. Congressman, last thing I want to talk to you about, you started off by talking to our listenership and letting them know that you've been doing some town halls today, but this is a really important time for not just President Trump and this election cycle, but for everyone that's going to the ballot box to vote for you guys in November. That includes everyone in the House of Representatives, many senators who are running ISIS to flip it back into Republican control in the upper chamber as well. And I want you to tell our listenership a little bit about what's going on in your district, maybe like the pulse of what the people are talking about, some of the things that you're doing, and any way that our listenership outside of Oklahoma II can help your campaign. Well, look, one of the things that our chairman of the Budget Committee has done, is he's produced an information packet, something I've been talking about. We've almost done a hundred different live town hall events that I took off of us a little over a year and a half ago. But our Budget Committee chairman, Jody Arrington on West Texas, put together a really good packet that is trying to inform our entire Republican Congress, go back to their district, so that people will start taking the facts of our overspend, the heightened level of it, how, you know, out of control. When you have a entire interest on the debt, just interest, it is more than what we spend in national defense. And you put that in the minds of people and go, "Oh, my gosh, we're flushing down the toilet at the interest payments." Flushing down the toilet, what we're spending on defense annually, yes. That's how out of whack, you know, years and years of borrowing has put us into a loss of choice and over our dollars. And so when we're going back home and providing this information, the hope is from chairman Arrington, our Budget Committee, is that every member becomes so aware of the financial facts, not just those of us on budget, that it will change the way that we operate. And so, you know, my hope is that people are going all across the country and asking their member of Congress, look, I know we talked about the shiny objects, we talked about the ladies, what's happening in the news. Ask your member of Congress, please, start doing town halls and inform us of the condition, the financial condition of our country. The most leverage we had, according to James Madison, is members of Congress, is the power of the purse. And ask your member of Congress to become an expert in that area. You know what, it seems like a simple equation. There are a couple of people like yourself in the House of Representatives, especially in the Freedom Caucus who frequent the show, and they go the same things, Congressmen. We have to get back to something that, you know, increases the chances that our country is going to survive. We are heading towards an economic cliff right now. That's a key. It is. We're heading towards an economic cliff right now that we're not going to be able to recover from if we go over. And it doesn't matter who's in the White House. It starts in the House of Representatives. It starts with us getting back to being physically conservative. Not just a talking point from, like, the '80s, but something that we really apply to our budgetary meetings today. Congressmen, as always, this has been great catching up with you today. We wish you the best of time in district and getting out there with your constituents. We got your congressional website live linked in the show description today, but tell us your campaign website as well, and anywhere we can find it on social media. Yeah, Josh Burkine. It's just my name, Josh Burkine.com. It's a J-O-S-H, and then my last name is spelled B-R-E-C-H-E-N. Josh Burkine.com. Always great catching up with the Congressman, who represents Oklahoma's second congressional district, Representative Josh Burkine. Thanks for joining us on the show. Sir, have a great rest of your week. Thanks, bro. Thanks, man. I'm about to walk into a town hall in the Kallister, Oklahoma. Let's get it. Let's see with you. Take care. But when you look at it, when you read it, you will see. Project 2025 is a plan to weaken the middle planets. Oh, man. If he is elected, Donald Trump intends to give a tax break to billionaires in big corporations. He intends to cut Social Security and Medicare. He intends to surrender our fight against the climate crisis. And Arizona, every day, you feel the impact of extreme heat and drought. You know this crisis is real. He calls it a hoax. Shut up, bitch! All right, jumping back into the news portion of the show here. Great catching up with Oklahoma Congressman Josh Burkine. One of the not one billion people who so far have tuned in to Donald Trump's chat or conversation with Elon Musk and ex-spaces last night, but we got him up to speed and then we're able to elaborate on some of the points we covered in our first news segment today. We're going to be switching gears here. Kamal Harris and Tim Walts were out on the campaign trail over the weekend. I believe they were in Arizona and maybe Las Vegas and JD Vance at the same time sat down and did the full gambit of the Sunday morning news circuit and had quite a few things to say about the counterparts from the other side of the aisle in his interviews there. That was Kamal Harris in Arizona talking about how Donald Trump is a climate hoaxer. And listen, they're going to make up tax on tips. They're going to say they're going to fix the economy in the border. But they're also going to tell you exactly what they want to do and emphasizing those Democrat, boilerplate, home runs that they know a woman's right to choose, climate change, social justice, all the BS are going to be interwoven into all these campaign speeches. Don't you worry about it. They'll even sprinkle a little bit of amnesty in there. So I got a couple of clips out from the campaign trail and we're starting off with Kamal Harris. We'll jump into Tim Walts and then we'll get back over to Kamal Harris. Sounds kind of gross, but everybody knows. I mean, obviously what the deal is when you're talking about her. Hey, she was a hula. Oh, don't say that. Here's Kamal Harris again. Well, she copies everybody, so why wouldn't she invoke a little Barack Obama as well, let's hear it. And on top of all of this, if Donald Trump wins in November, he intends to end the Affordable Care Act. And take us back to a time when insurance companies have the power to deny people with preexisting conditions. Do you remember what that was? Remember what that was? He won't win. If you're right. Uh-oh. We will win. We will win. And part of why we aren't going to win is because we remember. And we are smart. And we know what's happening. And we're not falling for the gaslighting. And we're not falling for the okey-doke. The okey-doke. God, what are you? I'm kind of retarded. We know. Listen, this is coming from the same party that three weeks ago took their candidate who 15 million people voted for in primaries and bullied him out of his nomination. So listen here, old man, River. You're not running for reelection anymore. They insert Kamala Harris, who has to be in the history of modern politics, to the least articulate, like, biggest retard in the history of our country in regard. And listen, there's been some good ones and big ones. Oh, she has to. I mean, are you guys feeling unburdened yet? By the Biden-Harris policies that have been inflicted on this country for the last three plus years? Are you unburdened? That's exactly where we're at right now. The Astro Tourfing is ridiculous. And listen, we're not fine. We are not fine. If we're not waking up every single day doing something to make sure that more people go to the ballot box on November 5, that more people are involved in early voting. That more people are signing up at trumpforce47.com and project, protectthevote.com to get involved in this election. If more people aren't getting physically involved in this fight right now, not kinetically, philosophically, then you're not doing enough. Like, Noah and I both know 100%. This show is not enough for what we need to physically do. So we go out into our communities and we make sure we're getting other people to vote. We're registered at the right sites. We're in constant contact with the people who are telling us what are the talking points that we need to push out to you guys. It's so funny how a lot of the things we talk about on the show are literally the things that President Trump or all of his surrogates are always talking about, whether they're in a press, whether they're at a rally, whether they're at a town hall, etc. Guess why? Because we ask. And we can't get complacent. We can't get down. We're winning. But no one's going to tell you you're winning until after election day. You get where I'm coming at? Okay, the polls are going to get ashtroturfed. The media's already complicit. You're talking about the same media that told you that Joe Biden was fine for three years before he wasn't. Now they're saying Kamal Harris is the best. We only know that she's not. And she won't be the armchair quarterbacking that's going to come on. Just imagine CNN, MSDNC, all of these radical pod, you know, pod save the country, whatever the Obama bullshit podcast is. Oh, yeah. Maybe she wasn't a great candidate. Maybe, you know, we shouldn't have put her up against a jucker, not like Donald Trump. Well, that's all going to be after the fact. In the moment, we got to fight, fight, fight. Donald Trump told you, and we need to do it. I promised some Tim Walz, and unfortunately you're going to get it. Mr. Horse Seaman-Enjour, Steer of Valor, fake PTSD having, radical progressive, anti-cop, pro-immigration, Marxist. Who Kamala Harris, well, Barack Obama picked to run on the ticket with him. Was hitting on a couple points out of the campaign trail this weekend. First one we've got is a clip of Tim trying to rally the troops with Tarrant. See what I did there. He goes back again. He's not only going to let go where he left off, it is going to be much, much, much worse. You better? So look. Do you like bank account or safety? Rise and cause. Pulling you out to the border. Pulling you out to the border. You know the whole routine. Look, I get this too. I know I'm preaching to the choir, a damn big and beautiful choir. But practices over people, the choir needs to sing. The choir needs to sing. What does that even mean? Yeah, I don't understand what he's got going on there. And I'll be completely honest with you. You know, I don't think they know what they've got going on either. So there's a lot of people who are saying that there's going to be another change to the ticket. I'm kind of at the point to where like, let's just see what happens. Eric Holder was the guy in charge of this vetting process for the VP candidates. Obviously there was other heavyweight contenders, including Pennsylvania Governor Josh Appear. We all know why his Jewish faith and the fact that he served in the IDF would be not helpful to what the Democrats are trying to do, especially to those within the Hamas caucus of Congress, etc. So they pick Walt's. Radical Progressive, hates cops, loves illegals, burdens as taxpayers, crime increases. He's also lied about his service to the fact that where he's done interviews, saying he was a different rank than what he completed his service as. He's put out congressional challenge coins with an incorrect rank on it. I believe in E9 instead of an E8 where he finished. He talked about being in theater and things that he did there or lack thereof in reality. And they just kind of rolled with it. And they said, you're not going to do any media, any interviews, any town halls. We're going to in turn prop you up on a pedestal, call them weird, call them crazy, call them racist, call them misogynistic, call them bigots, lie in the polls, and keep them no press. And anytime they do get press, we're going to be hostile to them. You won't have to worry about being hostile to because you're not going to do any press. You both are going to keep your fucking mouth shut all the way up until election day. And we'll see where we land. If we hit, then we're done with Donald Trump. If we don't, then we're fully loaded for 2028. That's a Democrat plan game right now. They're going to see if they could literally basement these two retards back into the White House. And it's our job to make sure that America doesn't let that happen. We have to be able to educate people. We have to be able to inform people. Elon Musk got a billion people in last night. They got to at least hear Donald Trump like you don't hear him anywhere else. And it's one of those things that are really important for this election cycle right now to be focused in on. Because not only are you going to get stolen policy points from Kamala Harris' platform like tax on tips and closing the border, you're going to hear stupid shit like you did much when Donald Trump would make fun of Hillary Clinton back in 2015. Let's hear it. Let's be very clear. The statistics and the facts are clear about this. Violent crime was up under Donald Trump. And we don't even have to count his crimes in that to make it out. So, still. Look. Good. Better yet. Beat the hell out of him at the ballot box. Beat the hell out of him at the ballot box. Tim wants to be locked up for stolen valor. How's it at? I'm retarded. Yeah. Lock him up. They're an absolute joke. I've got a couple more from Kamala Harris before we segue and jump into JD Vance hitting the Sunday morning news circuit. Full gambit of all the outlets. But again, and much like we've heard before, they're going to continue to just spout out without taking into consideration anything that's wrong with this country. That they are the solutions, even though they're the ones who broke it. Much like is the case with the US Southern border and immigration system. Let's hear it. We know our immigration system is broken. And we know what it takes to fix it. Comprehensive reform that includes yes, strong border security and an earned pathway to citizenship. So, the only way to fix the border is to not build a wall and to let the 20 million people who have come into this country by November 5th, 2024. Amnesty so they could vote in the next election and will never have to worry about border security ever again because there won't be one. Remember, if Harris and Biden are able to pull this off and Kamala Harris and Tim Walts win this election, every single illegal alien that has come into this country under Joe Biden will be a citizen in the next cycle. Even if they only have their green cards and are still working towards citizenship, they can petition for extended family from all over the world. So 20 million will equal 50 million before another 30 million will come in here under four years of Kamala Harris. And for as much as that is a disgusting thing and couldn't do anything positively for anyone in the polls. She's going to tell you, don't believe the numbers, let's hear it. We know this will be a tight race until the very end. And so let's not pay too much attention to the polls. Of course not. And I already told you guys, CBS, they had a couple of heaters this weekend. Well, one was from not too long ago but one was over the weekend in regards to Kamala Harris's. Well, she's got stolen valor too in regards to Donald Trump's policy platform and no tax on tips. Here's a post from Donald Trump. From not too long ago, it's dated June 17, 2024, CBS news. Official account. Former president Donald Trump's vow to stop taxing tips would cost federal government workers up to $250 billion over 10 years according to a non-partisan watchdog group. Okay. Maybe no tax on tips is a bad idea. Until Kamala Harris says it, posts from August 12, 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris is rolling out a new policy position saying she'll fight to end taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers. Seems pretty positive there. The choice is going to be yours of how dirty you want to get in this one. And we really need to be working in the direction that's going to put an end to this fake news narrative. Guys, over here listening to the podcast today, welcome. Jumping back into it right now and switching gears from Harrison Walsh out on the campaign trail to JD Vance doing the Sunday morning news circuit, introducing our very absent, but now present co-hosts. Hey, what's happening? Oh, no, welcome back. Well, it's good to be here. It's been a rough go of it lately, but you know, here we are. Worklifting is not going to forklift itself. That is true. There's been a lot of stuff going on since last time we've been on the show Noah. No, right. We've got not only a new candidate at the top of the ticket, but we have vice presidential nominee as well. And Tim Walsh, I'm sure you heard about all the great stuff about his long documented and decorated military records. Yeah, I'm going to have to go and say that a little embellishment to say the least. Have you seen the challenge coins? I did see the challenge coins. The challenge coins actually have the rank that he claims he wasn't claiming that he was. Correct. Oh, he missed. He missed coined. He talked about carrying weapons of war and war zones also and having PTSD from places he's never been deployed to as well. Sounds pretty fishy. I miss the PTSD claims, really? Yeah, we played it on our Friday edition of the show. And man, do you think this guy? Okay, so they do have the opportunity over the course of the next nine days to switch them out. I don't think they want any more chaos for the Astro Turfing. They've done for these two retards at the top of the Democrat ticket anyways. I think it would only help us if they did, but the danger is that then we have to listen to fucking Newsome talk. That's true. Well, I'm still saying it's going to be Mayor Pete. Yeah, they're not going to throw away Newsome on this, but either way, I mean, having to hear Mayor Pete or Newsome. And where we had a fiery, mostly peaceful Republican national convention, there are over 150 groups planning to protest the DNC next week. So how much longer, Noah, can the media continue to tell us that everything's fine? We're fine. Before they start actually getting held to account for not only the shape of the country and essentially the world, but for how their policies have directly led to the state of it being this way. Well, have they been held to account for Astro Turfing for Joe Biden and saying that he was perfectly fine this entire time? He was perfectly fine until he wasn't. So I guess they're going to be perfectly fine until they're not as well. Yep. I like where you went with that one. Also, got to know, we talked about it in our first news segment today. Did you catch any of the Elon Musk, Donald Trump? We're not calling it an interview. It was a chat or a conversation. You pick your pronoun for it, but then tell us what you think. I haven't listened to it, but I heard that there was like some crazy denial of service attack or something like that. Yeah, there was a DDOS, which led to about a 35-minute delay to get things started. But listen, once they got off, it was a little bit over close to two hours, unadulterated, non-scripted. I mean, they were talking over each other, joking over each other. Donald Trump called him. He said he had a very fertile mind and that he enjoyed talking with him. Essentially said that Joe Biden had a low IQ 30 years ago, so now essentially he has none. He called. He is putting now. Yeah, he called them both low IQ idiots and then essentially said that the only reason there's a war in Ukraine right now is because Joe Biden is retarded and I'm paraphrasing for the president right now, but that's where they went with that one. No, we talked about a lot of good stuff in some of the highlights. I think for as much as the media wants to edit and selectively cut in and out of Trump rallies and go after him, nastily in town halls and places that aren't very congruent to MAGA media. I think this was an opportunity for, listen, when I woke up this morning, there had been over a billion, a billion engagements on the post, which housed the conversation between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. And Donald Trump returned to his Twitter account yesterday and dropped all the heaters. So, I think it was back on. He's back on X already. He's back for him. Yeah. Yeah, we're going to need him there. Listen, a lot of videos and campaign related stuff yesterday, you know, check out. My conversation with Elon Musk and then some of the hype videos that they put out for the campaign and all this other stuff, but no ratios yet. We're waiting to see who's going to be the first person after all these years that gets absolutely bodied by Donald Trump, but the activity has put in a lot of people's feeds posts that were reposted by Donald Trump over the years. So, I've seen like the Bernie Madoff, nipples protruding post. I've seen a skinny person drinking Diet Coke and a lot of the other heaters, which we've come to know and love over the years. We're coming to know and love JD Vance over the course of the last few weeks. You know, he's made himself very accessible to the media. He's even walked over to Kamala Harris's plane where she was sitting on it and not talking to the press while they were roasting on a tarmac in Wisconsin last week and talked to them. Instead of her doing any kind of interview, you know, he went and did a couple speaking events over the course of Kamala Harris's rollout. He basically crisscrossed the country with her across battleground states and spoke to the press while she was delivering remarks on the back ends of like music festivals and concerts. Did you see that stuff as well Noah? Yeah, she was taking advantage of, hey, this is already a large crowd here and maybe the drummer likes me, so I'm going to go talk. Yep. And then did you see like the A.I. placement of fans outside of the plate? Oh, yeah, it's been pretty bad. I heard somebody commenting and they were like, well, I just pictured that's what Kamala Harris fans look like because they were all like warped. There's been so many accounts where people were doing videos when you AI yourself and it's all smeared. And it's like, just left the Kamala Harris rally and like the guys nose and chin or like facing in opposite directions. Yeah, it's pretty bad. But JD Vance is going to be doing a town hall question and answer with the press up in Pennsylvania this week ahead of the Trump rally on the 17th, which will be right ahead of the DNC as well. But JD Vance sat down and did the entire full gamut of the Sunday morning news circuit this weekend. He sat down with CBS, ABC, CNN, Fox News, MSDNC and everyone in between talking about policy, talking about agenda 47, talking about the status of the campaign. It's holding his own pretty well. Talking about the non-accountability for people out in the press who are just Astro Turfin for Harris and Walts right now. First clip I've got is JD Vance talking about how Tim Walts as a governor put a lot of protections in place for people that didn't really need it. Criminals, illegals and the trans community which were focused on here are taken out. What President Trump said and I haven't watched the whole rally. What he said was not true. What President Trump said, John, is that Tim Walts has supported taking children from their parents if the parents don't consent to gender reassignment. That is crazy. And by the way, Tim Walts gets on his high horse about mind your own damn business. One way of minding your own damn business, John, is to not try to take my children away from me if I have different roles in you. He is not sign the law allowing the state to kidnap children. How would you, what I just explained to you, I would describe his kidnapping. John, he has absolutely done this stuff. It's not crazy. John, come on. It's not what you want. You should not, you should not be able to take people's children away from them. If you disagree with decisions about gender reassignment, yes, he has proposed that, John, he absolutely has. Now, here's the more important thing, John. Why are we talking about inflation? Why are we talking about the fact that groceries are unaffordable thanks to Kamala Harris' policies and so is housing? We've talked a little bit about the border. Why are we talking about the fact that the entire world is on fire because Kamala Harris' foreign policy, she's just asleep at the wheel. We have a set of plans. You talk about sticking to the facts. Donald Trump and I have a set of plans to lower the cost of housing and food. To bring peace back to the world with American leadership. That is all that we want to do. And I think it's telling that the Harris administration has focused so much on these side issues instead of on the real substance. Why Americans are unhappy with Kamala Harris' behavior. He makes it on his point. The boilerplate issues for the Democrat party are the climate agenda, women's rights, and all the other bullshit in between. We're not going to get any of the – I mean, Kamala Harris says she's going to solve the immigration crisis and cure the economy while no tax on tips. Did you ever – she stole that one too? Absolutely fainted. Let's plagiarize some more. Well speaking of the plagiarizing – it's fucking amazing. How much of Trump's policy are they going to have to adopt as time goes by for them to just try to claw back any semblance of support from the general public? She didn't even go – she didn't even do an interview with Time and they offered to put her on the cover. Well, they put her on the cover and they made her look very Christ-like to be honest with you. It was like a gray shade. And then, again, the last time Donald Trump was on the cover – The cover looks like one of those – like one of the covers of the newer Mad Max movies. They opted to go not with Donald Trump raising his fist in Butler, Pennsylvania for the cover and instead went like for the flag when it was kind of twisted angelically after the rally was cleared out. But the last time Donald Trump was on the cover of Time Magazine, we talked about it briefly in our last new segment, they took a cartoon orange and put a mad face on it with a MAGA hat and like a cartoon wig and it was melting. And it was like the Trump meltdown. And now, the next presidential figure that's on there is Kamala Harris. And again, I think it's like almost a Christ-like reference to her. I thought they were going to actually release that fist in the air fight, fight, fight cover eventually. I think they are. But I just don't think it's going to be – it's not timely anymore. No, that's the thing. I mean switching the covers immediately like that just – it goes to show like that is the iconic photo of the decade. Like there's nothing else that has been more poignant and more important for the country than a presidential assassination of a candidate and former president. So the fact that they did that, it just shows to be election interference for one and for two, just this horrendous bias towards this guy where he deserves what he gets for taking a freaking bullet for the country. Like put him on the fucking cover, man. Come on. And that would be the most bought cover. I mean, I think I was listening to Tim Poole and he was talking about if that cover comes out, he's going to buy it, get it graded, and like have it boxed up because it's going to be like a collector's item. Sure. I think a lot of people are going to do that so it'll cut down the value of the collector's item, but whatever you know. Yeah. Last I heard that Time magazine is going to come out as part of a commemorative issue and part of their campaign trail series. So it's going to be like a non-official, it's not going to be their regular weekly or bi-weekly publication and then, you know, talking about that, is that only going to be if he doesn't win? They're going to put it out like, oh, here's the guy that, you know, I mean, Los Yinto. You ain't lying. Going back to the tax on tips and the stealing of that from Kamala Harris. June 17, 2024, the official CBS News. Twitter account. Former President Donald Trump vowed to stop taxing tips would cost the federal government up to $250 billion over 10 years, according to nonpartisan watchdog group. August 12, 2024. Vice President Kamala Harris is rolling out a new policy position saying she'll fight to end taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers. That same account. So, yeah, the, it's just, what can you say? This is kind of where we're at and we're going to jump back into this with JD Vance because he did have a couple heaters. I think the two best ones I saw came when he sat down with Dana Bash from CNN, fake new CNN, talking about, you know, he went to the gender affirming scare care that they've got going on in Wisconsin right now where they do the whole thing. They don't tell you the parents if they wanted secret at school, then they'll help facilitate the start of the transition. Like your guidance counselor will freaking drive you to the doctor's office and stuff like that. And then if the parents freak out, they'll throw it in court so you could lose custody of your kids. This goes hand in hand with Tim Walts also wasting millions of dollars in taxpayer funds to put tampon dispensers, stocks with tampons and maxi pads in boys bathrooms will tear. And I honor his service and I've never criticized what Tim Walts did when he was in the military. I criticized his retirement decision and most importantly, Dana, I criticized his lying about his own record, okay? This is a guy who was captured on video saying I carried a gun in war. He never went to war. This is a guy who's been captured on video. As other people say he's an Afghanistan veteran, he's a veteran of a war nodding along in agreement instead of saying no, no, no, I did serve my country and I did it honorably, but I never went to a war zone. I'm not criticizing Tim Walts' service. I'm criticizing the fact that he lied about his service for political gain, Dana. Now I served in the United States during corn. You know this. And look, there are a lot of things that I'm proud about. I've never lied about what I did or overstated it because it would be beneficial to me in the election. I think that's what Tim Walts did. That's what I was criticizing. And yes, I do think it's scandalous behavior. It certainly is. And you know, all of these news outlets, CBS, ABC, CNN, they weren't just going to have a conversation with JD Vance. They weren't just going to bring a bunch of pre-prepared questions to talk about policy, to talk about the dictation of the narrative on the campaign trail, to talk about the issues that are really hurting Americans right now. They wanted to keep all of the negative press away from Tim Walts and Kamala Harris. And they were willing to push back on JD Vance when he really went into it. Like, again, we're in day 24 since she's been officially named as the Democrat nominee. We're more than two weeks out since she digitally accepted the nomination and secured enough delegates ahead of the DNC to be able to be at the top of the ticket. She's done no press. She's done a 17 minute. I'm sorry, she's done a 17 second and a 30 second, one where she was talking about, well, I hope Iran doesn't attack Israel and the other ones like, we've already agreed to one debate. I don't need to agree to any other debates. We're going to have it on fake news, ABC. So, you know, since Donald Trump's suing them, they're going to be assholes to him while he's trying to debate me. And that's all she's done. We've also seen these montages in the press where it's Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and she's saying the exact same lines on the teleprompter without any kind of difference. There's nothing. There's no off script. I mean, they have literally turned her, like, get out there and shut your fucking mouth, period. Like, you are on such a short leash. You have no idea. And they've put, like, the entirety of Barack Obama's major campaign staffers on her staff. They've either left Joe Biden or came in back off the streets. Eric Holder was vetting the VB picks and weighing them against, you know, how positions could change in the polls. And, listen, you have to be able to come back and smack these news agencies figuratively, of course, when they're just going to try and say, like, oh, it's not an issue. I'd say, like, oh, it's not a big deal. Come on, little beer. Don't worry about it. There's literally, like, 40-something days until early voting starts. We're 83 days from election day. Like, every time the show comes on, just take another half of a week off of how close we're getting to November 5. But it's frightening. It certainly is. And they're not going to hold anyone to account. The media got the riot act read to them. The pollsters got the same behind the scenes. Like, the only way that we keep it like this, where you have full access to the Democrats, where you have full access to the narratives, where your networks continue to thrive, is if Donald Trump loses. And there's no alternative. You don't like Kamala Harris? Tough shit. Tell everybody she's the best thing ever. You know, say she's winning in every single poll, even though she's probably losing in the same fashion that Joe Biden was in a lot of instances here. Let's check out the last cut before we jump in with Dr. Shay Bradley-Farrell of JD Vance destroying Dana Bash. Now, ask me three questions about comments that I made three years ago. I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact that she supported policies that opened the American Southern Board. I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact that she lied to the American people about Joe Biden's middle facility for the office. You are interviewing me, Dana, because I respect the American people enough to sit down for an interview. I appreciate that. Kamala Harris has been the nominee for three weeks. She hasn't sat down for a real interview. Believe me, we are asking. You're not going to get a disagreement there. But the point is, Dana, you've got me for 15 minutes or however long you have me. We should be talking about public policies that matter. How are we going to lower inflation? How are we going to reduce the cost of food and housing? How are we going to close down that Southern border? We've talked so little about that. We've talked a lot more about a sarcastic remark I made three years ago. I think we should talk about the issues that most Americans care about. And what he was referencing was, "No, I know you've heard it when he said, you know, the Democrat party has essentially ran by single blue-haired cat ladies." Yep. And that's the thing. Why do we need to keep talking about this? And it's not even like we're reaching out to her. She'll be here. It's like, why isn't she here? And then take it a step further, JD Vance. Take it a step further, Trump campaign. When is she going to be here? And why aren't you in between asking me these ridiculous questions about stuff that has nothing to do with a selection cycle? Are you not asking the questions every night when you go in front of the cameras in primetime news? Why isn't every single one of the CBS, ABC, CNN, MSDNC network saying like, "We'd love to ask Kamala Harris these questions," but she refuses to be here. They will never do it. It's like Noah said. You know, she got on the cover of time. She refuses to do an interview, said they're not doing press right now. That's amazing. We can't not do press as a fucking presidential candidate. That's not how it works. You don't get to do it. I don't care if you say you're not doing press right now. That's literally not how it works. Yeah, it's the truth. I mean, how do you, you couldn't even get like Barack Obama to write a press release to put in as a fake quote in that time? No, nothing. Yeah, because these entities will allow you to do whatever you want. You can just show up. Well, we're going to do a prerecorded, but we're going to make it look like it's live. And then, you know, well, why don't we just, you just email us the questions. We'll email you the answers and then you can just say that we were there. Like they would 100% back that. They would take it. They don't have the guys of COVID, but they're pretending in the media that the standards for COVID are still there. Kamala Harris doesn't have to have huge turnouts at rallies. Kamala Harris doesn't have to have throngs of people lining the streets and meeting her on the tarmac in states that she's going to visit to. I mean, in addition to like the crappy crowds or festival or music concert crowds that she's having, some journalists go up into the stands and you see entire delegations of certain unions, teachers unions and other unions. Like they're all sitting in the same section. They're all wearing like shirts for like yellow shirts for their, oh, yeah, we're, you know, cat ladies for Harris. And it's like they bring 400 of them in on a bus. And just have them fill up parts of the bleachers. It's ridiculous. You know, offering free lunch to almost people to show up and sit in the back. Exactly. Drawing power and crowd size aren't two of the biggest issues, this election cycle. But if you want to talk about it, nothing can even compare at all to Donald Trump and what he's done. You've never seen a politician be able to do this. You'll never see it again. I promise you and the more that we allow, the media continues. I like that JD Vance and Donald Trump are pushing back. But all of these Congress people that are out in their districts that are doing media hits, they need to end every interview. The media always tries to get you with a gotcha comment and be like, oh, okay, you're not going to answer. We're going to go to the commercial. We won't get it. He didn't, he refused to answer it. You guys heard him. He's not answering it. You need to tell them why isn't Kamala Harris and Tim Walts doing the media and what are you news agency doing to hold them accountable? And that's the best we could do at the moment. So we're going to leave it at that as we're getting ready to jump in with the CounterPoint Institute in Washington, D.C.'s Dr. Shea Bradley-Farrell. But before we do another check in with one of our partners. This episode of the podcast is brought to you by Battleborn Coffee Roasters. Alright, joining us next on the show today, this big Tuesday edition of the stake records podcast. She's the president of the CounterPoint Institute in Washington, D.C. She specializes in national security, foreign policy and a lot of other things. Very excited to catch up with the one and only Dr. Shea Bradley for welcome back to the show. Hey Ron, so good to be with you. I think it's been a few weeks. Yeah, it certainly has and we're always glad we can catch up with you. We're all busy here but when we can have a conversation and share with our listenership a little bit, I think it's a win-win for America First. Listen, did you get to catch any of the conversation or chat that Donald Trump and Elon Musk had last night? Even if it was in the clips that came out on social media today and hear about how, you know, for all the repression that Donald Trump's getting in the media right now, they don't fully cover the rallies, all of his talking points are getting spun negatively. Even when Kamala Harris is using the exact same talking points that he's using, for instance, like the tax on tips, there was an article that came out from CBS.com like two months ago that said this would be a disaster for the economy and then over the weekend, CBS, same outlet put out a post on social media that said this would be fantastic for commission workers and it's just so night and day of what Donald Trump and the treatment that he's getting right now, even though we're still barely a month out from when the assassination attempt happened up at Butler, Pennsylvania to have them sit down, unadulterated, no pre-agreed on topics and just kind of flow for nearly like two hours and have almost a billion people by this morning be able to hear what they wanted to talk about. Yeah, that was incredible. It wasn't a billion people. I did get to see it. I got in about a half an hour late, like a lot of people did because of whatever was going on, but I watched or listened to the last hour and a half, which is interesting, you know, America sitting around a radio that used to happen in the 40s and the 50s, right? It's a great point. It's a great point. Yeah, it reminded me of my grandparents telling me that they listened about things that way, political events, but yeah, wow, Harris is a complete double face. I mean, let me just address this first and I'll go back to the interview, but Ron, you know, I go down to the border quite often, like literally the border. Sure do. Do interviews and to learn about really the war zone down at the border. And now that Harris and the media, the mainstream media is going along with her, changing the narrative that she's all of a sudden the best freaking thing we've ever had on the border. I mean, it's not even, it is not even opinion. This is not opinion. She and the total Biden administration have destroyed our border. Now you and I can talk on and on about that, and I'm glad to address that as you know I am. But, you know, it's like this time magazine cover that she was on with this face looking up, you know, to heaven. It's pure propaganda just like her lies are right now. It's propaganda, Ron, because she has no policies that she can run on except destructive policies towards America. And this is why she won't sit down for an interview with Elon or any other interview. However, Trump sitting down with him, I thought this was a great thing. I mean, you have a political leader of, you know, a historical political leader at this point, sitting down with one of the greatest geniuses of design and engineering ever. And they both talked about a vision forward, Ron, which I think is a very important counterpoint institute. We have something we're working on right now called Vision 2025 for foreign policy and national security. And what it does is it gives the America a vision forward. Right now, our leadership with the Biden administration is focused on punishing Americans, oppressing their political opponents, shutting down people's opinions and freedom of speech. That's not where we should be. So we have Trump and Elon talking about a vision forward. I found that very encouraging. I think that they talked about a lot of different things. And like I said, you know, Kamala surely wouldn't do this because she'd look like she didn't know anything, which is the truth. She knows very little about anything that's going on. It's going to be so interesting to see if she does, in fact, do any real media, like not a pre-taped, like edited video interview, not like a stump speech, like if she sits down or gets into an atmosphere that's like a town hall. To where someone could ask her about the accountability level she needs to have for X, Y, and Z that's going on negatively in the country right now. You know, you had Korean Jean Pierre in the White House press conference yesterday just say that there is no daylight between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They're going to ride that all the way to Election Day, which means the bad economy, the open border, the rampant crime, the failed geopolitics, et cetera, is all attached to her. But then she's getting a free pass in the media. You talked about the Time magazine article. We mentioned that earlier in the show today. And then when you see the things, even the things she's starting to glean off of Donald Trump and make part of her, I guess, policy platform, if you want to call it that. Like the people that opened the border, even though she says it, are not going to be the ones to solve it. The ones that have allowed for two major wars to break out across the planet are not all of a sudden going to put their foot down and say, like, the red line that you guys have trampled for the last four years is now a real one and we're going to do something about it. You know, we're not going to negotiate with terrorist organizations to get back hostages. We're going to do it the right way piece through strength. And, you know, when you see this media rollout, do you think there's any point outside of the ABC debate, which is going to be hostile territory for Donald Trump? We all know he's got some major lawsuits in with the network and George Papadopoulos as well. Do you think she's going to do anything else really a major media-wise between now and when we start early voting, which is essentially just over a month away? No, I really don't because it shows how ill-informed she is. It also shows, yes, how close she is to Biden. There is no daylight between Kamala and Biden because they have pushed these same policies, except that possibly Kamala is farther left than he is. I mean, she has supported abortion with almost no limits on it. She and Wall's have supported actually letting babies die after they are born after a botched abortion. Ron, that is not, there's no place for that in a civilized society. It makes my stomach turn and, you know, they cannot, you're exactly right, run on any record. You know, if you just look, you were talking about, I can't remember the words you said, but it made me think about the buildup that's going on in Ukraine right now. I'm actually writing an op-ed on this. I think it'll be out in the next couple of weeks, but Biden has changed policy continually since Russia invaded Ukraine. In order that the U.S. can send more weapons, more lethal weapons, and now we've allowed Ukraine to strike within side Russia. And what a week ago, Ukrainian soldiers have actually taken over 400 square miles of Russian territory, killing somewhere around, somewhere between 10 and 20 civilians, injuring over 100. Now, there's, you know, what they saw is armored vehicles, United States, American armored vehicles, and German armored vehicles rolling in to do this. So, essentially, the United States, I mean, we have crossed, in my opinion, a big line now where we are not just enabling more, we're basically fighting this war. And I'm very concerned, Ron, that we are moving up to a nuclear or a broader war eventually. So that's one place where they have totally disregarded America's interests. And, you know, you mentioned the border, and it bears repeating this, okay, because Kamala is still saying this week in the press that Trump did not allow the GOP, the Republicans, to accept this bipartisan border deal a couple months ago. Baloney, this so-called bipartisan border deal would have codified Biden's policies into law. We are actually one of the organizations that kept that from happening, that tried to push that out, and we did it. The other thing is they're saying that border crossings are down. Well, they're talking about people coming in illegally between the ports of entry. If you look at the ports of entry, there's over 1 million, writing an op-ed on this too, over 1 million unreported illegals. They're inadmissible aliens that are coming to the ports of entry because of Biden's expanded parole processes. And they're not telling you about those. So, overall numbers, you know, maybe they're down a little bit, but everybody's going from inside the between the ports of entry now to the ports of entry, because we have just allowed anybody to come in. So, I hope I explained that well, but I wanted everybody to understand the deception here and understand what's really going on. Yeah, we might never know the real numbers. Donald Trump alluded to that last night in his conversation with Elon Musk as well. I mean, they're looking to get to the bottom of it when they're ramping up the first 100, 120 days in the next administration and getting the largest deportation operation in the history of our country off the ground. But, you know, he said it could be 10, 15, 20 million by the time we go to the ballot box in November. And it'll be well north of 50 if Kamala Harris wins and gets a four-year term in office. So, and you mentioned what's going on in Europe, but I think a lot of America is also focused on what's going on in the Middle East as well. Just another example of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has failed foreign policies. We don't know if, you know, Anthony Blinken or Jake Sullivan are the ones who are really running the country right now. But the fact of the matter is the world is kind of holding its breath and waiting to see if Iran is going to retaliate for the successful assassination attempt that Israel conducted within Iranian territory a few weeks ago taking out a top leader of Hamas. One of the people who was responsible for the October 7 attacks, you know, Donald Trump would call these guys on the phone. I'm talking about the Iranian regime, talk to the mullahs or the president, whoever is going to get on phone with them and be like, listen, we understand what's going on. But if you do X, Y and Z, you're not going to like the results of what's going to happen. We already gave you a perfect example with Soleimani. If you guys want to continue to play, you play the Biden regime, Kamala Harris, they don't have the opportunity to do stuff like that because they've been trampled and pushed back on and bullied all over the world. They're trying to cater to the radicals here protesting in the country to stop the hostilities. And then the Jewish population here who, you know, has kind of been abandoned by the Democrat party as well during this election cycle. But as you see this kind of ramping up, what would a major attack by Iran on Israel look like on the global stage? And what does it mean in regards to America getting maybe pushed into a kinetic conflict very close to election day? You know, that's a good question. It's something that I'm not sure quite how to answer. I know that there's a real sense of foreboding right now. We're waiting to see what Iran is going to do, right? And understand, just like what you said, they are emboldened by the fact that we have a very weak administration. So the leader of the free world, we don't really even know who that is, right? And we have appeased Iran to the point where they think that they can do anything and they have just about done anything. Attacking Israel through Hamas and attacking Israel with those missiles and drones. So, you know, right now we're on Iran's timetable. Unfortunately, and I believe the Biden administration is responsible for a lot of that. We don't know how this is going to manifest. Will it be drone waves or will it be, you know, suicide bombers? Or will they use Hezbollah as their proxy? Because of course, you know, they've got to send missiles over Iraq. So, we don't know. That's the thing, Rome. But one thing that I do know Israel is going to immediately attack back whatever it is. And I believe that they have the right to do that. But yeah, we are in danger of a greater escalation, especially because we have such a weak administration and our adversaries and our allies have a lack of respect for us. That's a real problem. You know, I, it sounds old fashioned to people, but I totally believe in Reagan's peace through strength. And I know the GOP platform is also basing their national security on that, but it just works. You got to deter bad actors by showing strength. And, you know, not to go into details, but I had a conversation with President Trump, you and I discussed before. Sure. Where he, you know, very solidly put forth his overall idea of policy, which is peace through strength. And because of that, I totally believe we would not be in this situation in Ukraine or in Israel right now, if he had been in office. But yeah, we, a lot of this mess is because the Biden administration supported Hamas propaganda, basically, and would not just, you know, declare right for wrong from wrong. Terrorism has to be destroyed. No, it certainly does. And then, you know, speaking of which and where I want to wrap up with you today, Shay, this is really important. Donald Trump has added a couple of things to his agenda 47 platform that we're really looking forward to being implemented for the American people in the second Trump term. But I think one of the ones that he's highlighted out on the campaign trail and even in the conversation with Elon Musk last night was talking about putting an Iron Dome around the United States. I think in my brain, how this works logistically is that, you know, Iron Dome defense systems around major city, major pieces of infrastructure all around the United States that are going to protect from long range of ballistic missile attacks from some of our enemies. But to think in that much of a, you know, so far ahead of the curve schedule as, you know, the war has not infantry anymore. It's not tanks first tanks. It's not even really jets versus jets. It's going to be the next major World War is going to be a nuclear one and we have to be able to protect our American cities, our assets and our citizens. What do you think when he comes up with such a radical, but at the same time, awesome idea to add that another extra layer of protection to our country? Yeah, and I think that it is a good idea. I think that he's always forward thinking, but you know what, I, you reminded me of something that I also think is very important that I think the administration should think about. I wrote another op ed that came out about a week ago about drone warfare and, you know, we've talked about this. I do not believe we should be in Ukraine enabling this war. However, one good thing has come out of it where the US has seen in real time and our enemies are watching in real time. The fact that our weaponry advanced weaponry up to date weaponry is not as effective against drones. At this point, give you an example, you know, the Ukrainians are using like a $200,000 missile to strike down a $30,000 drone that Russia is sending over. And, you know, by subversive Russia is using these drones that they've got from Iran, of course, in Turkey, which are relatively inexpensive around $30,000 to take out multi million dollar weaponry of the United States. So it's a real problem. It's a different kind of warfare in Ukraine than we bought, you know, for 20 years in Afghanistan in places like that against a relatively primitive enemy. You know, we have to deal with electronic warfare now. Russia is jamming the jamming our equipment where it's not as effective as the Ukrainians are using it wrong. And in some cases, Ukrainians are going to their graduates to build these $1,500 drones in place of our weaponry. So the bottom line of it is that the military industrial complex is lobbying Congress and these politicians that are lining their pockets. And that's a large part of the reason that we're still behind. So anyway, I wanted to answer that maybe with a larger question there. No, it certainly is. And listen, you have to open up the door to have more conversations about just the bullet points in the agenda platform. There's so many sub points that we're going to be able to go on. And we've asked, you know, everyone from Chairman Walley with the RNC, the people who are directly on the Trump campaign. I believe James Blair was the last one in here on the show that have said, like, these are the starting points for Donald Trump's agenda in the next administration. They're not the ending points and the opportunity we have to really make America great again. It's boundless right now. And I'm glad we were able to develop that a little bit for our listenership today. As I'm always glad when we can catch up with you, Dr. Ferrell. Listen, we've got live links in our show description today. One to your book, The Last Warning to the West, your latest. We're also going to have links to the Counterpoint Institute so everybody can see the great work that you're doing there. Where can we find you on social media? Yeah. And Ron, if you could also maybe attach the Washington Times article about drone warfare, I'd appreciate that. But at Dr. Shea underscore DC on X and Instagram or at Counterpoint DC and at Counterpoint Institute on X and Instagram. And I really appreciate being able to talk to you and look forward to seeing you again soon. We'll be looking forward to hosting you back anytime. We hit an absolute home run today with the president of the Counterpoint Institute in Washington DC. Dr. Shea Bradley Ferrell, thanks for joining us on the show. Have a great rest of your week.
