Your morning ray of sunshine, bhana, sev kumal, hear the mouth, whether at work or with a better half, kids, parents, friends, there is a tendency to want to speak more than listen, which comes from ego, the feeling that I know better, the other person is not as smart as us, also, a fear that if we don't get our opinion in first, the other person will steam roll us. This ego, this fear, is rather detrimental. Apart from pissing of the other person, it also doesn't allow us a chance to hear other points of view. We lose out on learning and growing. Also, the increasing staying in a place where we lack faith in our own selves. The more we can engage and discuss with others and come out with collaborative, better ideas, the more confident we get, the better team player we become and evolve. Today and hear onwards, when the impulse comes to button, when someone else is talking, shut the ego in the mouth. Patiently, give them a hear. Calmly in a detached manner, evaluate the merit of what they are saying and then put forward our thoughts so we can all see what works best and move forward together. Sunshine in your day. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end. the end.
