I'm talking about things about pastors unless it's research based. And so I suggest as we go through this, even though I get information from pastors, constant feedback loop, I think this needs to be as much first person. And so it would be your opinion in many ways or your experience would be another way to put it. Anyway, we're going to talk about the challenges pastors experience every week. One would be recruiting volunteers. Another would be encouraging volunteers. Another would be sustaining volunteers. Another would be organizing volunteers. I don't know where to begin on this. What do you talk about and think about when you think about challenges of volunteers? Well, I think a good place to start would be the Bible. I'm just going to throw it out there.
