(upbeat music) - Today is Saturday, August 10th, and this is Cooksbury's Daily Bible Reading Plan. Today's scripture comes from the Book of Romans, chapter 10, verses nine and 10. If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Now let's apply it. We are offered the gift of salvation when we declare Jesus is Lord. Through the good times and the bad, God's love never changes, and salvation is never lost.
