Well, good morning everybody, and welcome into the Friday edition of the Billy and Lisa Morning Show. Here we go into another weekend weather-wise. Lisa, what's it going to look like today? Well, we have all of this like wildfire smoke, so if you've been seeing sort of hazy sunshine, that's why it's coming from like the west and from Canada. So that's going to affect us today, definitely, and tomorrow. Those are some pretty wild storms late yesterday. Yeah, so it's kind of foggy this morning, but it's because of that smoke, and then you'll see some filtered sun this afternoon. But, you know, it's still warm, like temps in the low 80s. Yeah, we've had that smokey haze for a few days. Yep. And by the way, the whale is still splashing around in Boston Harbor. I know, the whales having fun. Some incredible video clips I saw from yesterday on a whale came. Remember that story last week where the whale came out and landed on the back of a boat? It came within inches of doing that in Boston Harbor. Wow. So are they trying to get the whale out of the harbor? I'm sure they've got marine biologists and experts and everything doing what they can to get it out of there. I wonder how they do that. I don't know, it's just not safe for the whale. They probably lure it somehow. Yeah. But anyway, that's still going on. So it's 710 this morning, we're announcing the grand prize of the Sabrina Carpenter package, which is ridiculous. They're going to get tickets to see Sabrina here in Boston, and we're going to fly the winner to Nashville, Tennessee, and put them up at a hotel for the Sabrina Carpenter show in Nashville. And then I had a solo survey guy come to my house to do a survey to see if I could qualify for solar panels. He shut the breakers off in the basement and forgot to turn it back on and all the food went bad. $500 in food. Oh, that's just not okay. That's horrible. Bye bye. Oh my God. Yeah. That's a lot of food. 500 bucks at Market Basket. Where you get more for your dollar? Yeah, that hurts. That's right. Basket to the casket. Wow. That sucks. Do or something. I don't know. And what she called them one of her best friends in the world like her brother. Well, he's been to her place in Rhode Island. I mean, we've seen pictures that means that yeah, they're tight. We've got back-to-back Perry news this morning just announced Katie Perry will get the video Vanguard Award and perform at the VMAs coming up September 11th. Last time she did the VMAs was 2017. She hosted and she performed with Nicki Minaj. They did. Swish-wish. I think they're going to play that in Mikey's wedding. I know you're never going to let that go. You just need to back off the mic, okay? The other Perry news this morning said Matthew Perry of several people including his doctors and his personal assistant arrested yesterday charged with giving him the ketamine that killed them. His doctors refused to increase his dosage. He turned to unscrupulous doctors who saw Perry as a way to make quick money. Justin, what can you add to this? This is a big, big story. Yeah, two doctors are arrested. They were selling the ketamine to Matthew Perry and then a couple of other drug dealers, one of which they're calling the ketamine queen. They raided her North Hollywood apartment. It was full of drugs. Do you know that she goes to the Oscars and other award shows? I think she's the person that ever proposed to. Handing out drugs. She's the drug socially. She's the celebrity. So just to have a question, now he was apparently sober, I have some quotes because if you thought that if you're getting it from a doctor like that, then you're not relapsing. Yes, great question. So he started getting it legally through a clinic, he was micro-dosing. It's therapeutic medicine. It can be used for that. And then he stopped getting it from the clinic and was buying it on the street. When these doctors were making, one of the doctors, they got his text messages, it was him saying, "This guy's a moron. How much money is he going to pay?" They charge them 55 grand for 10 vials of ketamine. They were making so much money. And don't vials of ketamine go for like $12? Definitely not. $5,000 a piece. Wow. That's crazy. Oh my god. Well, I'm glad they went after him. I am. And they're probably more arrest. And his assistant is one of them. Yeah. We got arrested. He was shooting him up all day long. Yeah. For God's sakes. That's a really sad story. Mark Wahlberg's new movie, The Union, arrives in theaters today. Halle Berry is in the movie. She says she insisted that Mark Wahlberg do all of his own stunts. Between you and Mark, are you guys doing your own stunts on that thing? No. Well, we were. I always wanted to do mine. Mark didn't always want to do his. Really? No. Sometimes I would say Mark would do the stunt. And he would be like, "No, I'm not going to do it." It's set in like Quincy and Boston. My best part was seeing like Squammy off Club and Wally Beach. Absolutely. Like, it was so bad. It wasn't your cup of tea. It was horrible. Yeah. Okay. I'm a Matt Damon like freakish fan. I love him. Me too. It just wasn't. It wasn't the best. I was waiting for it to be better than it never seemed. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't see it, but I did hear several people just say that it was too. They tried to be funny and serious at the same time. Yeah. And it didn't really work. And it turns out she's not just got one song. She's got like seven brilliant songs. I think he's absolutely amazing. I'm very excited for her, but my friend also said she's a bit scared. So do what you've got to do with maybe a girl, but you've put on the little one anyway. That's all I've done this week is December of Chapel Rohn.
