Welcome to Prayer Drive. This is C Elijah Bronner and I'm so happy and excited and delighted to have you join us today. What a beautiful day, wonderful day and I'll pray you having a wonderful drive on the way to work school or wherever you may be traveling today. Well, we are still sharing on joy, man. And my prayer is that you would be so full of joy from listening to this series that you'll just be laughing all day and just enjoying every part of life. Man, no matter what happens, the joy of the Lord that just bubble up in you and sustain you and be your strength and you share it with others. Man, you can help brighten up this dark world. So many people are stressed out and tense, man and angry and they need a little joy. So God wants our joy to spill over on them so they can encounter God's joy. And they can see happy people that are serving God, man, because we have true joy. Our joy comes from, you know, our joy comes from delighting in God himself in his presence as fullness and joy. So our joy comes from delighting in him. Our joy comes from our relationship with him. It comes out of his spirit, man. And we get joy from his word. We get joy when he provides for us and from the provisions of God. We get joy when we are involved in the purposes of God. When we help other people and we pray for other people, man, that fills us with joy. That's God's will. You know, we bring honor to God when we live a joy-filled life. We really do. We honor him. We bring honor and glory to him when we live a joy field life. You know you actually treat people better when you're joyful, when you're happy. You treat people better. You're not as irritated or offended or mean or angry, you know. So you're much nicer when you're operating out of a spirit of joy. You tolerate more. You're just, you know, you can bear with people a little bit more. You're more gracious, more kind, more forgiving. You can tolerate some things when you're just happy and full of joy. People can't upset you and can't steal your joy. When you're full of joy and overrunning with joy from being with God and his being in his presence and in his word and in prayer, you know, that's how we refill our joy. You do have to refill your joy because life can, can drain your joy. Life can suck it out when you have to deal with so much in life. Your love is running low. That's why we run back to God and stay with God. Don't never leave him. Stay with him and that constantly refills our joy, constantly refills it. So you need to refill. Just simply get into it. Get into your prayer closet, get into the word, worship him, fellowship with him. That refills your joy. Listen to prayer drive. Refills your joy because I'm giving you the word and we're praying together and we're happy and so that refills your joy. Praise God. Let me read this one description then we'll pray. John 16 23 24 where we just skip to verse 24. John 16 24 says here the two have ye asked nothing in my name. Ask and ye shall receive that your joy may be full. So Jesus said, look, ask in my name and you will receive it, man. And you're gonna be full of joy because the Father delights to answer our prayers. Praise God. Isn't that good? Oh man. Oh man. Let's pray. Father, we just thank you so much. Thank you for this wonderful gift of your joy and our lives. Thank you for causing us to just live in this place of victory and to be able to share it with others and to enjoy you, to enjoy each day and every moment of life and to be happy because we're connected to you and that relationship and that joy flows from the vine into the branches and we are the branch Lord and we just enjoy you and we thank you for your joy. We're so happy and it makes a world difference in all of life. Thank you for increasing our joy Lord our blessing our relationships and our health as a result of being joyful and we're just grateful for this wonderful gift. May we be a wonderful witness to you Lord and witness in the world of you and your love and joy and peace because we're so joyful and we just love you and I just pray a special blessing of everyone today and a special way Lord.
