It could be just, you know, platonic, it could be someone you're working with on a project, but there's something that bridges the two of you. Being able to build a relationship is something I'm walking on, but I know that people that work on that have their ability to build relationships quickly. They tend to fly high, right? You get into a job, you get into a team, and you'll be like, ah, this person just joined yesterday and they are getting all these promotions. It's because of how easy it is to form relationships. And, you know, people talk about, you know, nipple, babies and all that stuff, but I know the key, yeah, your skill is important, but life isn't fair.
