So rave reviews, by walking on something, I'd be like, okay, if someone experiences this thing, and then they were asked to give me a review, what would make them give me five stars? If they say this experience gives five stars, what would that review sound like? Now I'll take that review and kind of reverse engineer when I'm building my thing. Oh, this happened and that happened and I'm like, okay, okay, okay. I mean, obviously I can't be every customer or client or person experiencing this, but I try to put my mind in the person, myself with the person's mind, and then write this review.
