So this is from an amazing writer, psychologist, down Grant, and he does this thing where he, he's also a lot of teachers. I'm not sure if you can recall what's good with teachers and but he goes into his class and whenever he has new students, he gives them a space to have a passion talk. And the passion talk is basically talking about something you're passionate about. He doesn't have to be about the course, he can't be about video, he can't be about whatever. And I think as people, just in general, we should do that. Maybe talk to a friend, maybe talk to a loved one, or maybe just write it down. And people are like, oh, you know, when we are passionate about something, it doesn't mean we have to pursue that thing. But it just makes us feel good to do that thing. So it's a good idea to embrace the passion by talking about it and sharing with people you care about.
