So, essentially mentoring is, you know, you're there, guiding the person, so sponsoring is actively being involved. Hey, mentoring, okay, so for like, let me use a movie for an example, or podcast. I'm mentoring someone on a podcast, I'll give them notes, I'll give them ideas, I might do one or two introductions.
