Your morning ray of sunshine back on and safe Kumar. Check both sides of the ledger. Anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of accounting knows that we have to tot up both sides of the ledger before we decide whether we are in the black or the red. But in life so often we only look at what has been taken away from us during a period what sadness and affliction have been visited upon us and decide that life has been unfair to us, we are a victim, all is lost etc. How about asking what all blessings and goodness have been bestowed upon us during that same time? Chances are it will be way more than the sorrows we have been dwelling on and railing about. And when we stack one lot against the other it will definitely feel that life has been more than kind to us and that we should be dancing in the streets singing hallelujah instead of whining and weeping. That's why it's important to maintain a gratitude list, to always keep looking at what miracles have been bestowed on us. It also keeps us optimistic, positive and looking forward to life.
