If however, we shall trust in them, empower them, encourage them, give them responsibility, they will rise to the occasion, and I accomplish feats that will surprise us. Is the nature of the beast? If we want respect, we have to respect. If we want trust worthiness, we have to trust. If we want excellence, we have to empower it. We've tried the other way and it hasn't made us happy.
