That's a win in November. From Bureau's Worldwide, this is FSN. Thanks very much to Cookie for the last two hours. That's the longest he's been on land all week. Hear me back tomorrow with the Swarry. Big L, international. Big L! Tips it's transmitter two. Please are real go go get her! Well, I mean, what did you look like? Well, I don't know, I'm not here, all this time. You had sideboards, didn't you? No, no, we had a cupboard to keep it. What's the closest you get? A big purple shirt, right? We've literally whirly done it like that. Amazing sort of thing, you know? Yeah, we've only been nine inch Connor. Oh, we had a big potter. We had a big two inch keep a tie like that. Oh, yeah, I don't get you out on it. And then I... Did you get fled trousers? Well, to certain extent, yeah, I had them sort of purple velvety and crushed me pants. Oh, what do you mean, like the ones you were wearing the other night? That was the ones I was wearing the other night. And then I had a big afghan coat, like made with a hairy bitch. Oh, yeah. And then I had a beat, and then I had a little tattoo saying I love Simon Dean. Oh, I get a picture, I get a picture, yeah, yeah. And what do you think I was in? Yeah, a bit of a prep. Hm, is that a pistol in your pocket? Are you just pleased to see me? Well, you know how it feels when you hear a song that reminds you of a happy time. But not just the words, or the tune of the fan, or the hum, or the orang. You just get a feeling that lifts your heart, and hits you in your soul. And don't write songs like that anymore. Whatever happened to a rock and roll. But you can have too many gold and all this. Nothing left to do. Too many songs from a time gone by. When are we gonna get one new? Too many gold and all this. Nothing left to say. Too much living in a golden mesh. Oh, what are we gonna do about, what are we gonna do about today? Hey, this is Ben Wilson, WBIX. It's the golden honoree show. Today, it's back to May 1982. Now, I've been thinking a lot about the way we live. But maybe we should break away. Make the day the place are in tune here between my mind. Sometimes you might say. So I tell myself, that's a bad move. Leave it for a while. But that online won't work anymore. I think it's time for a change of style. When you get too many gold and all this. Nothing left to do. Too many songs from a time gone by. Oh, what are we gonna get one new? Too many gold and all this. Nothing left to say. Too much living in a golden mesh. What are we gonna do about, what are we gonna do about today? What are we gonna do about, what are we gonna do about today? Pay me to a mighty planet. Great time to rain. California dreaming in a yellow slumbering. Baby, leave it red without my knock on wood. Take the gear of my baby breeze. Golly be good. Going back and back and back and back you and sun. I wanna hold you and I will have fun, fun, fun. Satisfaction at the heart of the merry goodbye. Tell me when you'll be my baby who'll see in the sky. Funny, mighty, should be, should be right around too. Funny, good, really lonely boy, should hold you. Golly, girl, a fairy, lay the dark of the fake. You lost my love and feel it, baby, there'll be the day. Monday, Monday, Monday, Friday, Friday, Friday, Friday, Friday. Hey, this is Willem Wilson, WVI, I'm excited for the women listening. Baby, golden, all these shows. Can you remember what you were doing in 1986? Undoubtedly, frankly. Hey, listen, you can enjoy me the same time and more because you and I were so much fun. We can't hardly stand the war. Every audience in Goldie and if you dig a mother plan as we may and find some fun and we dig it. Yeah, but keep those cars rolling and you can settle it. That's the playlist for this show. Just been in the lyrics of that song. First class, that was our beach baby fame. Not sure the band was the same when they recorded that though. Too many golden oldies was the title of that song. You can't have too many golden oldies, particularly when they're falling to this category. Here's another song that should have been a hit. [MUSIC] I know that someday you're gonna miss me one day. You'll wanna kiss me some way. You'll try to find the way back to my heart. I know that songs are when you are lonely somewhere. Wanting me only somehow. You're gonna wish we'd never heard you part. I know someday. [MUSIC] You always wanted so much to be free. Now I'm baby, that's okay with me. You go your way, but just keep waiting soon. I'll cut you ten and baby then. I know that someday you're gonna miss me one day. You wanna kiss me some way. You'll try to find the way back to my heart. I know that songs are when you are lonely somewhere. Wanting me only somehow. You're gonna wish we'd never heard you part. I know someday. I try to hold you, but it's all in vain. You're in my arms and then you're out again. But baby, I can't believe the waiting game. I know that someday you're gonna miss me one day. You wanna kiss me some way. You try to find the way back to my heart. I know that songs are when you are lonely somewhere. Wanting me only somehow. You're gonna wish we'd never heard you part. I know someday you're gonna miss me one day. I know someday you're gonna miss me one day. You'll try to find the way back to my heart. I know that songs are when you are lonely somewhere. The paper dolls of something here in my heart fame. Sadly, that was the only song they got in our charts. No one should have as well. A song called Someday. And before that first class, too many Golden Odies. Now the first slip disc of proceedings this afternoon. And it sounds like this. It sounds a bit like a machine gun going off, don't it? Former US President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama say Democrats need to get to work to get Kamala Harris into the White House. In speeches to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, they also delivered blistering attacks on her Republican rival Donald Trump. Our US correspondent Kate Fisher has the details. The Obama's speeches energise an already party atmosphere in the Convention Hall, with Democrats celebrating their nomination of the first ever black woman for the post of President of the United States. They called on voters to reject the policies of Donald Trump, which they said were about grievance and division, and instead they spoke about the renewal of hope, but they cautioned Democrats that they would have to work hard to keep this momentum going if they are to win in November.
