I'm scrolling and I'm going to be joined again by David. How are you doing this morning mate? Not bad at all mate. Not bad at all. Thanks for having me back. How's your date? I'm alright mate. I'll be able to come on in there. We've got a lot to talk about. I mean we've got Georgia's Haji and the newspapers. The Rangers board arguing we each other in the races. We're doing a UK tour. Like all this mess in the dreams of signing 52 players in the wheelchair window. I know. I know the main thing. The main thing that we're hoping to happen remains illusive. But at least we've got other subjects to fall back on. Absolutely so. Let's start with the times for rumours. There's a couple of outgoing rumours. Sky Sports last night reported that Birmingham City are forced to take in a scotter rate from Rangers on a permanent deal. I don't know what's going on down in Birmingham. But Birmingham City will be my new English team there. They're going to take Ben Davis and scotter rate in the one season. David. And I want to say if I'm being fair scotter able to do a decent job in a championship level. Do you believe that? Yeah, definitely. I think that's some of the makes sense for all parties. Birmingham at the level they're at scotter rate. I mean scotter rate will be excellent now. They've already took Ben Davis from us. I mean if they won't count well, they might as well put up it. And for him this will help. But you're right. I'm thinking that I've never really paid Birmingham City money. I suppose. But I'm thinking that I'll be cheering them on. Shall we say if these deals go through. The interesting point about this is a permanent move. But yes, we really, really does see us because the band Davis one is just a, it's just a one. There's no option to buy. And the contractor anything but a permanent move or strawberry. It's that that does help us to unfold to just get some department rate off the books. It does definitely. I think with the Ben Davis thing, I mean, I don't have, I'm not saying it's a set up until that he'll become permanent at Birmingham. But he'll put himself in the shop window. He'll be at a level that he's more than comfortable playing at. And you know, if Birmingham don't take him, then I think somebody will. But with scotter rate not having that uncertainty is a massive bonus. I don't know what the fee is. I'm presuming. I think the last time it was $2.00, I remember it was $600,000 to Sheffield Wednesday. So presuming it's in the same ballpark. And I don't think he's wages problem, you know, massive. Whereas I don't think he's one of the main issues with the wage bill. But to get someone out who, you know, he's not, he's not favored by the support. And I think the manager plays him out on necessity rather than ability. I think it'll be a good move for him. He'll get regular game time. It's at a level that he's capable of performing at the same as Davis, I guess. And yeah, it's a clean break rather than it hanging over as the night return. So yeah, it makes total sense to me if it's, you know, if it's legit story. Yeah. And to the players' point of view, you've mentioned it as well. You get a good few years in the championship, but there's more about these 27 as well. He'll be what he'd be playing regular football too. And sure, it's a funny one because it's, I've never been, it's easily angry at him, but I think he's done the best that he can. He's just not written up for angels, really. It's just we shouldn't have signed the machine, we shouldn't have kept them for so long. And another rumor that's been sparkling about over the last 24 hours is that black button robots have started conversations with angels overtaking toyed campbell. So this is the very, very early stages, but I, somewhat, it's already, this is a little bit less concrete than strawberry. Obviously, the strawberry one was reported as a guy, it was not, it's kind of been mixed sources were in the camera one, but I think that's me saying it's for all parties. toyed campbell hasn't got to get a playmanship team, wide bomb. The, you know, they may be aiming for the playoffs. That shield, the top 10, at least I think toyed campbell, the toyed campbell, they'll be the all-person about them. When we signed them as a toyed campbell, who said it had a late for knowledge of the championship, we know it's that we keep him thriving. So I think he should be willing to, I don't think you have any issues with moving a bike bomb, bike bomb would have a, you know, it makes sense for them. They may sign them ranges one and more for books, but only where he is, what will the fee be here. And I suppose I'll put it to you David, can we be worried about the fee or should we just get his wages off the book? It should be worried about the fee because it should name out of the, it wants our way. It should not have that, he has that ability to play a, well, I mean, being generous, a playoff challenging championship team. I think he's more than capable of playing there as long as it doesn't start his, his pitch, basically. He can more than, more than able, you know, fit in a black bomb or, you know, similar. What's the fee? I do think it's, as I said this morning, the guys in our group chat, I said the fee is, I mean, it's a proxy fee if it's accurate. 500 grand is, I mean, it's, it's, that's, it's global. But I think with the opportunity to get him at the club, I think we're going to be, I don't think we're going to be too difficult to deal with. Under different circumstances, if he wasn't, you know, being a tech for a lot of the preseason, then he would have came and did that much larger fee. But it has been a tip in being able to be able to run it on terms of the fee. I think he's on a decent wage, so that's a positive, you know, that's a good saving about the fee should be a lot higher than the reported 500. I'm not getting any, like, four or five million territory, but, you know, we should be able to ask for, you know, two million for him. But circumstances dictate that it probably won't happen. I don't know what black one's financial saturation is, but I'd rather not cover these wages and pay something than call it quits and, you know, move on. I don't think we should be willing to make a massive profit. I don't think that's real estate, but seven five girls at least was, should be, well, well, within that, or at least I say a one fee. But I'd like to think that being quoted that way. But no, we see, I think we just kind of be too difficult because we need them off the books and the next day, the days. So, yeah, no, well, we've spoken with it deaf and on the point, we've talked about, we don't want the guy, so we carry us on for tens of millions. So, someday who we've clearly stayed, we don't want is Janice, and I'll be honest folks, these next few stories are so rare, the poet will tell me a bit of an extended episode. With all the drama and the strand also, this is now officially a saga, as far as I'm concerned, this is when any saga takes it to. Actually, when this poet, yesterday, when he was saying that George's had just been quoted in the European papers, and he said, Janice isn't coming back to Romania now, if he does ever come back, it will be to follow Christina. I forget what Rangers say, it's what I say that counts, he has a contact with Rangers first and what has happened with him, Rangers is a story, and a real story from the people responsible. It's ugly, this is a player who went there when he was young, was a best player and got injured, he fought back and what happened, he's training on his own, or hurt, but when something like this happens in Western Europe, we're told what claims do you have if you're from Romania, it's just me, what would I know, I played at the highest level even though I'm from Romania. At one point I just said to them, "Shut up, he won't come here because his peers, he can be a Rangers, he was the best player." So, we're going to go with what Janice Hargi said, David, but, and naturally, on Georgia Hargi, fair enough, it's clearly a history that his boy has been to. He's a dad today, that's fair enough, he's already been frustrated. It kind of sounds like old man, we're a Japanese shoulder, we're talking about the perception of Western Europe and stuff, and I don't think he's really helping matters for his boy with the ink. I mean, I'm on record this scene, had you seen you as an absolute hero, I mean, what a player, you know, an absolute magician where I go. But, the persecution complex helps neighbour there, it's nothing to do with him being fair Romania, it's nothing to do with his son being in Western Europe. The manager just doesn't seem to fancy him, which does, as I've said already, it does kind of frustrate me because I like Hargi, I like his attitude, I like his application commitment and all that, but the people that are speaking for him, aren't they doing them any favour? He's an agent that's on record, he's doing stupid stuff, and now he's dad's claiming persecution because he's Romanian, it's no help name, I think the player himself, as I say just the day regarding the agent, I think the player himself is probably a dark human man shot up, but it's, I don't know, I mean Hargi himself has had a chance to speak and he said not negative, he never really has, that's two people know that I've kind of represent them, you know, can I speak for him when he's perhaps not asked for it? As I say, Hargi's senior is frustrated, he's obviously one AC, he's suddenly at a good level, you know, make the national team and all of that, but it's not because he's Romanian, not because his opinion does name it hard, and you know, it's nothing like that, it's simply the fact that for whatever reason, Conan just doesn't see him, I don't think the way he's raised him, you know, that's going to be triggered, I don't think that's much of a factor, I think we're talking a couple of grand every week, so I don't think that's a factor, I think the manager just simply wants him out for whatever reason, but that's that, and it's football, you know what I mean, the manager, they sign him, the manager inherited him, he doesn't even want him, and that's that, but it's definitely nothing, the soap opera conspiracy labels that were reaching his old mind. So, what's going on in Janis Hargi's comments from last night, he made a post on Instagram, and I'll read how he said, "I've been aware of noise and speculation, I regard my situation, my role and my contact in the club, I've loved playing for Rangers and now it was fun since the moment I got here, and I want to make it clear, I've never once asked to read this football club, I will always make myself available, and there's always a way to navigate around my situation, if I was a well on both sides, and that was communicated the first week, so go by me and my team. I'm here, welling, and Rangers ready to help work and fight for the club, team and manager. So David, I do, I'm reading this, and I'm taking as Janis Hargi points and going nowhere. So, I get the manager, doesn't he fancy him for whatever reason, where does that leave us calm Monday then, if Janis Hargi is still a Rangers player, does he continue playing with the team, or does he get a record, does I meet the manager? I don't think the manager's going to buckle, it's a stance that I don't agree with in the slightest, as I said yesterday, so trying not to repeat myself, but if the manager doesn't want him and wants to stay around and play him. I don't particularly want him to leave that attitude that he's got there, it's night and day from his old man and his agent, he's obviously a mature young guy, he's obviously got a good headness shoulders and he's willing to come in and work hard. It's an attitude that's missing across the boards, both Rangers and football in general, so it saddens me that it looks like you'll never play for the first team again, but I mean if he doesn't leave, come the closer to the transfer window. It's going to be a bizarre situation, whether you've got a more than capable player, and as I said, not like a first team pick, you know, a mega important player, but a more than capable player playing in the B team and no coming anywhere near the first team. I don't think the manager's the type to keep and wait anything, so it's unfortunate and it's an ugly situation, I feel for had you here, because for once it's no the player, you know, acting up, I do really feel for him, but he might just, whether he wants to leave or not, I think he might have to, you know what I mean, whether he's all for it or not, it doesn't seem to be any bizarre situation at Rangers. Hi, it does, I feel the, I feel young as I did, I think he'll know that as well, but at the same time, it will be one, it will be one a decent offer and a decent move instead of just growing anywhere, but just the actual point I made yesterday. And I think the strawberry story that we opened with this morning really pays their estimate to this point. I can understand what a player they move on, but you need to recognize that they can still grow and to be in the meantime, the manager, the manager's clearly being happy and what a strawberry to move on. But a strawberry is featured so far this season, what's the difference between strawberry and Gianna Saje, and we do, it's still here, I find the manager will make life really difficult for himself if he doesn't even put him in this world. And I'm not saying he just plays with a second player then, but to get him in the giant yellow window, if I saw run a player now after he had half decent euros for Romania and his stock is still fairly high. Well, if I saw don't he sell him now, we're going to be able to sell him in January, if he's no, if he's going to be playing for your team for six months, so I find that something that we just need to, we need to persevere with. It's a situation I must admit, I mean, I can have an opinion on it, but it's very hard to understand. It's very, it is very disappointing to see that he's basically flonies arms open to the club and, you know, asked them, at least speak to him, and it seems that there's just a wall of sirens for Rangers as a whole, for the manager down, you know, for a club representative, the board, whatever. And it doesn't seem to be getting anything at all. The longer this goes on, if I could say to speak, if he's still here after Friday, the longest, the longer this goes on, it's going to be the first question the manager gets asked at every press conference, pre match post match mid week. And our viewers, it's going to be the first question it gets asked every week, it's going to become a distraction. Also, if we go through a badge bill, where we're, you know, dropping points or not playing very well, grinding results, and had he's not featuring again, his name's going to come up. You're going to get some support around rest, you're going to get again in terms of the question itself, you know, why you're not playing him, he's there, he's available. And it becomes an unwelcomed distraction and it's all that they've bothered on a circus. And so once it becomes a circus, you're just a full blown body mess. As I said, just to reiterate, it does sad in me because we're not from there outside going in. We don't seem to be treating them very well. Yeah. The last point on it, if you had a fill with iron toid down will, I told them to wait legs who were playing ahead. This situation wouldn't be as difficult, but when there's a gap in the team. And I'm not saying Haji is the answer to all problems, but he's a bit more of an answer than told more than to my opinion. Yeah. I think there's always so much we can go for that. It would be very interesting with Hams in the next couple of days. Yeah. That's it. If you wonder I'm at another land, a good old Dave King, who was a wee and a viewer, but it was two times recently was being taken as Jack yesterday. And quite a few points there has another year. So first of all, we had to spoke about these rumours on the board last month when it came about, the takeover of the rumours from USA, an American consortium, when the guy was speaking on the high performance broadcast, or the diary of a CEO broadcast, or something they said about reviewing, or they put the fills out for a bit of the rangers. Dave King says there's no truth whatsoever to that rumour that USA, but we know anyone else for that matter has expressed interest in acquiring rangers. So that puts that debate there. I think anytime a new investor in inverted chroma is rumoured, then the fans start, you know, those two shows are for, you know, one show or four is working 2012. We need to be, we need people who have the best, the cause best interest at heart. A lot of people say, look, you know, we need people who invest money. So if anything is a good thing that this is, that conversation is mooted. Yeah, it could have rumbled on, but it's been nipped in the bid area, which can only be a good thing. I mean, duty, financial, fair play, the state has got it through. Well, rangers know being that profitable. The days are holding for a sugar. They are quite obviously out the window. Those days are long gone and no other harm. If consortium who has no emotional attachment to the club, you can bet your bottom dollar that they're going to be venture capitalist. They're going to want anything that's no new to the fourth. They're going to want immediate profit. And for that to happen, fair enough, they need to invest. But in the long term, I mean, do they just, you know, after a couple of years, do they take that money and scarf them, leave us with nothing? And, you know, there's too many things that, there's too many negatives to suddenly think, oh, new investor, excellent. This is going to be amazing. Those days are gone, as I say. I'm glad it's been nipped in the bids because I could do with it. And I've got two months arguing, two in throw, you know, like, 17 paragraphs, blog pages, my take on the take over another, and you're like, you know, none of that matters. It's been nothing about it, and that can only be good. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. So, the rest of the day of tangent of you, well, no one will feel it's getting there, I feel another, but they keep putting our water yet, your thoughts on, as the phase that they brought the room through. Now, and Dave Kain said, the club has run through a different phase that was largely self-inflicted and commenced with Douglas Park, refusing to back Stephen J. Adal's ambition to take a look at 55. Self-entersion should never be put ahead of a club. I'm hoping I join Ben in tons of things around, and all you will do is everything in this power to do. So, pretty scathing for Dave Kain on Douglas Park. We knew for the tone of his previous interviews, where Chris Jack, over the last year or so, or 18 months, two years, there was a bit of animosity there, but this is just out right there in the black and white. This is a difficult one, how I put it across my feelings, because I won a million per cent with Dave Kain here that we should have backed Jay Almore after 55. That's a famous interview, thanks to all of you when it's on the shining. We should have done it with them, they do it, Dave Kain's right. At the same time, I don't really see what benefit we're getting for Dave Kain, just going over that. So, yes, yes, I was a majority shareholder. He says it doesn't want to come back to the Angels. So, what is he doing? I think if he wants real change, he has the ability to do his own way, come back in the boardroom. If he doesn't want real change, what's he gaining, and what are we gaining from these interviews rather than just, I don't know, more animosity. Like, join better as in place now. I have been kind of frustrated with Dave Kain's interviews over the last year. I don't know. I'll forever find him, I'll forever be grateful why he's done to the club, but I don't really see his angle here, David. I'm the first and foremost, I've always said I'm not a fan of the Washington that they're running in public, as they say. I'm not a fan of it at all. I don't like it. On this occasion, I can make a slight exception simply because there is unrest aimed at the board, and half the support of saying, "Oh, he's around grateful. You forget yourselves. You forget where they've been. You forget what the board have done." And the other half are saying, "Well, they had the chance to back up, and they didn't know that's the board's fault." No, it's not. It's not that bad and false. So, Dave Kain's added a bit of legitimacy to the Nacels. So, that's kind of gave them. You know, it's gave their argument a bit of credibility if you like. I think maybe it had to be said, but not in such a direct fashion. Denim Douglas Park specifically, I mean, that seems to suggest those are, you know, a bit of an ego contest going on between them. If it escalates, I mean, you're just looking at a distraction via, you know, some sort of well-waving contest. It's very much, it's very much a disappointment that it's the public, the public chewing and throwing is still happening. But I think what he said is right. I'm not, you know, I'm not criticizing what he said, but the fact that he's done it so publicly in our local newspaper is Kina. I mean, he's getting his own agenda, but with that agenda is I have no clue. I don't know if he just misses the involvement in once taking a, you know, once tastes all the relevant or something. I really don't know, but as you say, I have nothing bad to say about him personally. I'm grateful for everything he's done for the club and that will never change, but I do wish that these things would be settled privately. But as I say, I'm willing to make an exception because he has, what can I, what you would call the elephant in the room at both levels, that we should have backed Gerald and didn't. He said it publicly, but whether he should have named Parks specifically is perhaps, perhaps a different model. At least he's gave some sort of what a confidentiality John Bennett, 'cause John Bennett's not had many of those recently. So let's take a positive for that. But yeah, it's same. I hope it doesn't hit him in the ass saga very much. But we're seeing a bit of the Hajj thing. You know, it's more than capable of becoming something that it doesn't need to. And so hopefully this is, he's nipping the bud the consortium thing. Excellent. He's expressed what a lot of fans think about Douglas Park, Gerald's season. And yeah, hopefully now we move on and it doesn't become a true in the phone. Extravagans are free for all. But that's my worry, because I think we're getting into the saga stage now, because how many interviews has he done over the last year, and then he's thinking about all these lines. So this has been the most explicit one, but... All right. Take, take, or just take one more year. Hop, wholeheartedly agree with everything you said in there. Yes. And if you offered me the chance or they've came here a ton of the board, I would bet your hand off. From our frustration, that is what war... What is the agenda we're going out to the evening times or the evening time of year? Like, I think he could have so much more influence, so much more power. We're doing things a different way. I don't really get the angle. So it's not what he's... It's not... I don't know actually what David King or what he's saying. It's just, you know, how he goes about it. It's, I think if you're the shareholder and you're more involved, then I don't think it'd be too difficult for him to be back involved again, but maybe I'm missing something. Maybe, maybe I suddenly get back in the boardroom, and this is him type of pressure in the board. I don't know who it is. I think as well he goes to the evening times because they won't... They won't question him too much. I mean, neither respect to Chris Jack, but Dave King's a big scout for him to get, you know what I mean? So he's obviously just going to run away anything Dave King says. So Dave King sees that as, you know, his kind of platform, whereas maybe if they've done it in a real way, I don't know, the actual times, or even one of the tabloids, you know, one of the national tabloids, they might get grilled more, which both he does now won, and, you know, they will try and avoid us, you know, the daily day, because of a sudden, whoever, or herald, whatever, they probably won't be as willing to, you know, just run away what he says. So I think he's found a niche with evening times in Chris Jack, and, you know, it's mutually beneficial. But, yeah, he's yet to be properly challenged. I think a properly questioned on what he would do differently, but his motive is on what the agenda is here. What his future plans are, does he want back involved, expect said so? He's basically just releasing statements in the evening times of platinum for him, you know what I mean? It's like a freely foot service, if you like. So, yeah, I can see why. But it's disappointing that once again, there's a court short set board level, and when really they should be acting in the past. Yeah, I think we'll see. We'll see if they've become acting in the past. I won't know my breath. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The last story over the name, was talking about two on field models, and John Beaton has been confirmed as a referee for this weekend's Game at Park Head. So he'll be the man in charge, and he'll be assisted by Daniel MacFarlane and Johnathan Bell, or he'll be running the line. Andrew Dallas will be in the VR room, assisted by Graham Stewart. It's always interesting when you see the referees announce because you're really hoping for the best of the bad bunch. I don't know. Maybe Nick Walsh is maybe one of the better ones, but I'm so going to think who is the top referee. I'm comfortable with John Beaton as the best fellow from gaming. He's known the worst referee, but he doesn't handle the pressure of the big environment. And if I'm being fair, David, I think he doesn't handle pressure from both sides, but given the factors of Park Head, there's no way of fans. He's really have us like here in Sunday, I think. No, I wasn't always the case. I think I've never said that he's a great referee. He's, you know, best in the business or whatever. He's one of the better of, you know, he's one of the lesser of a bunch of evils, if you like, slightly better at a bad bunch. I think when he was publicly called out by Rogers, I think that he caved in after that especially. But before that, his house was attacked and it was called, he was claimed to be in the orange order and the masons and he drank in Rangers pubs. I know for a fact that he's a motherreal fan, you know, he's no arranger fan. He has an actual motherreal fan. He's a hamster drink and a pub in Bells Hill that's got a range of supporters come, then that's up to him. But the stuff that was said about him, I would be lying if I said, I did Nick Rumbel after all that. You know what I mean? So, but again, I don't choose to be a referee. So, yeah, I think he's, I mean, he's no the worst that we've got, but yeah, I think no other be fans, 100% home support who generally hate on it anyway. I think we're working on not having the best of games if I'm to put it quietly. Yeah, I know. But what can you do? He's previous for you on the board when we've had the referees announced and we've probably got ourselves and we've got up and on. So, I'm kind of getting the point. Yeah. You know, it's the best thing. No, even the best about a bunch of no great options. It's just the only show option that we hope for. That's it. It probably doesn't happen. We just need to over-range us to do enough to make sure the referee does the fight. I'm a big believer in the referee. You can win back so much. But in 2018 the football and why is it all to maybe the telltale and the way the rearrange has been playing. I think we've got bigger issues that we need to address before the referee in Sunday, personally. Definitely. I mean, the referee is always going to be acting soon. You're never going to get set by not both sides, but you're never going to get a good support as a whole. You know, that's a good choice. I'm happy with that. Nobody's ever happy with the referee. The referee is either, you know, a rabid Tim or a dyed in the will orangeman, you know what I mean? It's just how the rivalry works in Glasgow. But at the same time, the standard that referee cannot be argued with, it's not good. It's not even decent. But I suppose there is a few that are better than the rest. And I suppose beating is, you know, up there, you know, the slight oil-less worst. So, yeah, it remains to be seen as it pans up. But I totally agree with you. And the fact that when it comes to on-pitch marks, basically, it's in chord rather than the referee in the middle. Just the final point to the last. And I always love your comments coming in. It's been good to see the mix of folk, like both are doing with and disagreeing with us over the last, a few days, like when we've been swinging about, "Majat" or "Hajae", "Makodovikat" and well, just various things. We always get opinions on the referee. So, instead, there's no offense, John beating is good, bad and different. What is none of the comments? I'm genuinely interested. Who, what ref you would have picked for Sunday? Ask what you think of Sunday, who's a clear-cut choice for the big, big game. And I think I may say referee, that would make the referee conversation easier, of saying, "Oh, why is John beating go to n-dot x ref here?" So, that's not a game I'm interested in. But probably all the way, we're unhappy with John beating. But who would you have put in? What's none of the comments? 'Cause I'm genuinely interested to know. But, David, I think I'll bring you to their pros for today. That's one of the one-girl-day-renused ones we've brought, well, we had a lot to get through, but I enjoyed it. With that? No, that was, that was some good topics covered there. Just to reiterate, as you say, I always enjoy the comments, both in the live shows and on the recordings. But I am actually intrigued as to if there's anybody out there that has a preferred referee or a fly, 'cause it's just a, well, at least he's known the worst sort of thing. Because I'm struggling to, I'm genuinely struggling. So, when I look at the comments, obviously, you get a laugh, you get, you know, debating stuff. But, in this case, I'm actually looking for, like, information, 'cause I genuinely can't think of a referee that I won't take my referee anywhere games, never mind the bloody old firm. So, yeah, it'll be interesting to see. But, no, it's been great this morning, so thank you again, buddy. No, thank you, mate. And thank you, everybody, for listening. I was nobody thinking the comments, and we'll be back, but, again, tomorrow the morning, so, until then, take care. Expand the way you work and think with Claude by Anthropic.
