Your morning ray of sunshine, bahana and sef kamal, give the benefit of the doubt. We have a tendency to jump to the worst conclusions about people in a situation that they are doing this because they are jerks or they hate us and want to pull us down or they just egoistic and arrogant. But actually, when we think things like this, it's more of a red flag about our own ego and victim story. Take a step back, stop making them the villain, drop all biases and baggage one might have about them. Now consider, could there be any other reason for them doing what they did? Chances are, we will find possibilities that have nothing to do with them being evil fiends who are out to get us. And when we investigate further, very likely that one of these possibilities is the truth. Everyone deserves to get the benefit of the doubt, at least once. If in spite of that they let us down, fine, it's ok to assume the worst about them henceforth. But we will find in a lot of cases that the converse is the truth. Post folks are decent, just struggling with situations like us. Leave them a chance to be the best they could and they will deny them that. And well, we get what we deserve. Sunshine in your day.
