Your morning ray of sunshine, ba anan sefkumar. Change begins with us. It's very easy to say. Things around us as a society need to change or the situation in the workplace needs to change or we want our relationship to be different. But just talking about it, wishing isn't gonna change anything. If you really wanna change, we have to make it happen. Only action needs to change. Standing up against what is not right, changing the way we behave as an example to others, engaging with and sorting the issues that are troubling us. The problem can be huge and way beyond our capacity to fix. Still doesn't matter. If we take the onus of bringing about, even a small change in ourselves, in five people around, making folks in charge, realize that if the status quo continues, there will be a push back, it is quite enough.
