(upbeat music) - Yeah, morning ray, sunshine, bahana, and safe kamara. Turning your back on a problem doesn't make it go. There's this strange tendency, once he's a love. When people decide that if they ignore a problem or pretend it's not there, it will just vanish, particularly at work or in relationships. News flash, it doesn't go away. It puts out roots and starts growing. Before we know it, it's a full blown crisis that threatens the very relationship of business. Now trying to fix things is arduous and sometimes impossible, but if we take an action when the problem was nascent, things could have been very easily sorted. Funny thing is, the reason we ignore is that we are scared that they should can't be resolved or that it will take too much hard work or involve a lot of pain. Maybe so, but the pain, the difficulty are all going to be exponentially multiplied if we just let the situation fester. And if there's any chance of fixing, it is at the start. Not later when it has ballooned into a colossal mess. Whatever the problem, face it, head on, deal with it. Now sunshine in your day.
