What's going on guys it's Nick here back with the final off-season video of the 2024 season on Wednesday We're gonna break down every single game for week one Sunday. We're gonna go for underdog picks crazy That this is a last video But we had the closings off with a mock draft Monday and we're gonna do a classic one full PPR 12 team league I'll randomize just not within one of the five pick because we did that one last week two wide receivers two running backs We're gonna do everything Relatively normal here, but again, we got a closings off with one final mock draft Monday I'm sure a lot of you have drafted or your draft is today Congratulations from finally making it to draft day. I've seen a lot of your teams so far and they are quite good So good job to everyone there All right There's no strategy really unless we capture fell to you and you throw a party you're taking your favorite between CD Lam or Tyree kill. I have had CD Lam ahead of Tyree kill all summer. That's just how I've been leaning Completely up to you. You want to go Tyree kill do it or if you do out the mock drafts and you like be John You like Breeze Hall a little bit more you like starting off with that like hero RB approach You can do that. I'm fine taking I'm fine going McCaffrey Breeze be John in full PPR One two three and leaving CD Lam to the fourth pick that would be totally fine all up the strategy there. So we miss out What's happened to decent amount from an early pick is that I can pull the draft board actually? We see that top you're running that goes obviously Hall be John. We're gonna go then you get that next year Aquan Gibbs Kyren JT Henry in a Chan and you're hoping that you don't end up which happens ETN at this turn I'm not gonna take ETN at this spot I'm gonna be totally fine to do that. I'm a 24 pick 23 for me I feel like I would rather just go with a wider series here the wide receivers are Obviously gonna be in good spots in full PPR scoring. We don't have any like significant values either when you do drafts or fantasy pros Preparing for your draft this weekend will be the most accurate that the rankings will be at least what people should be doing in drafts Not necessarily will end up doing so who do I have I mean I have Jacobs as the top ranked player right now I consider probably would just lock him up and maybe you could go Jacobs and ETN in round three I just I can't do ETN in round two. There's just too many Potentials there too many potential variables where I do actually think like I do actually believe them that they want to limit his Workload a little bit to start the season or a little bit more than they did last season Because he broke down. They know he broke down. They know he stayed healthy But he wasn't 100% to close here They want him to be as explosive and it's not a terrible thing for ETN because he's more likely to stay healthy And also he's going to be more explosive so he'll be more efficient as well So it's not like a terrible thing that they're gonna use tank things anymore Just the fact that they're going to use him more. He's looked fantastic in camp. I just prefer to get him in the third But yeah, I mean if we could go, you know, Jacobs ETN I have dropped Pacheco behind ETN now Pacheco is still a perfectly fine pick to make There's just more concerns now, right? You've got Carson steel honestly the potential for him to steal goal line touches is terrifying But then also having smudge a p-rine there now as well potentially using the McKinnon role It's like we have these potentials were like no one thought Three weeks ago that Carson steel and smudge a p-rine We're gonna be on the team gonna be on the roster and we've wanted they're going to be now So, you know, we had no concerns about C.H. We had no real concerns about Prince Well, they're not gonna be a problem, but it's gonna be these other two. So I moved them down a little bit So that's an option for us if we went with wide receiver It seems like the system did a pretty darn good job of drafting wide receiver It would really only be Nico if we wanted to go after Nico Collins at this pick everyone else If the wide receiver is gonna rank out lower and it makes more sense for us to go running back You would just take running back So I think it makes sense to lock up Josh Jacobs and just see what happens at the turn Etn does go that's totally fine odds were that the We weren't gonna get Both of them someone was gonna take a running back of the spot So we go Jacobs actually was only one person which is kind of fortunate I did actually think they may have gone from wide receiver there But you know we start off CD lamb We get Josh Jacobs and then getting Nico Collins at this next pick if you really wanted to Maybe you have no respect for your league mates, you know cuz that is a real thing It's like the worst you think your league mates are the more you'll bump up these elite quarterbacks and tight ends So the less you respect them the more viable it is to go with Jalen hurts go with a Sam LaPorta or something like that at this pick We're gonna pretend like we respect our league mates at least a little bit here. We are going to take Nico Collins, okay, I like to start so far CD lamb Josh Jacobs Nico Collins, I can pull up the team here on the left So you all can see that we would like a running back But we know this is not the time to attack running back Pacheco goes with Shob White goes James Cook's goes Ken Walker goes oven Camar goes as well We see right before us. Anthony Richardson was off the board along with Patrick Mahomes and then Jalen hurts Rest of them were you know LaPorta McBride Kelsey also going so We're at this turn here We like Lamar Lamar is probably And it's here of his own of what is left is a pretty decent drop-off for him 407 I have ranked where 411 so good value for Lamar Jackson if we go over to running back Joe mixing stands out Pretty clearly and it's here of his own as well. I have him at 411 That's where we are but the next running back is at 512 So if we want to lock up a running back, we're going to have to do so at Joe mixing We will not get another one at this next turn here. Like we just won't take James Conner this early Steven so we won't take them this early Big name jumping out and likely because you know you have a exciting obviously debo drops in value but even with that I have debote the 312 and I believe I have him ranked slightly behind ADP and So if you're gonna get him at 4 11 I don't see a world where you can pass up on that value. I know mix in Lamar great picks here I don't see a pass on that. I also pulled the draft board dude has Josh out Right, so they're not gonna take a quarterback. So we're still gonna get Lamar Jackson next pick. So we could go debo Lamar Deoretically if you want to double dip you want to go mark Andrews Lamar that wouldn't be terrible But that's more of an underdog play don't need that as much in redraft and I do have mark Andrews at 505 so not amazing guy, but it just makes too much sense like it's just so obvious you grab You grab debo Sammy. You have to lock that up. You got to make sure you get that Unfortunately, this team is hoarding running backs. So this first team went McCaffrey ETN Josh Allen then mix in energy rice so Unfortunately, we're not gonna mix and I think that would have been a really strong start for us But our consolation prize is that we have Lamar Jackson on our team the reigning NFL MVP Yeah, I'll take that every day of the week. Okay After that pick starting lineup. I'll pull that up over here Lamar Jacobs lamb Niko debo love it amazing start. Okay, we're going to need running back But there are running backs later on that I feel good about okay Connor goes Stevenson Montgomery Aaron Jones swift and most are come off the board a decent amount of wide receivers We also see Andrews can Kate and Pitts all go. That's unfortunate and then Kyler loves drow deck We want all the quarterbacks come off the board because we already have our quarterback. So we're not gonna call it back Among the Salute tier Evans I've been Ingram Kittle Ferguson and Joku. I want one of those four I do not want to leave a draft this season without one of those four. I would prefer to get kittle on this team Where do I have kittle ranked right now? I have kittle ranked at the 6 10. We're at the 6 11. So a good pick I'm not a fantastic pick. What's going on? What your steer value though? McLaurin Godwin Deontay, Ridley I mean you can go even further than that like a dunes. There's so many good picks a wide receiver. I know that's the bench but I Don't see how you leave this range not wanting to attack the wider steer position McLaurin is the one to have ranked the highest I have him at the 5 10 in full PPR Which is what we're in Deontay is next and it's McLaurin then Deontay, then Godwin then Ridley, but man those four are so so so good We probably won't but if we were to lock up two of them and we went into this draft with we exited this draft lamb Nico Debo McLaurin and like Deontay We're set at wide receiver. We know with very high certainty bad match-ups injuries Unforming players all of that taken into account. We're going to be able to start four of these guys every week Or three of these guys every week to fill out a starting lap So we're locked in a wide receiver We can do that because there is a little bit of a drop-off after that especially in certainty if we go to running back I'm curious who the top ranked running Mac is between Najee, so it is Najee and then leave Jevante Jevante very close to Zameer and Jevante has more upside in full PPR. I've moved him up a lot recently But we're also we're going to definitely be targeting Julie McLaughlin, so if we take Jevante, we kind of can't take McLaughlin but Najee's kind of clearly ahead there as well and I do think if this was my main league It'd be tough for me to take these two bench wide receivers over getting that running Mac because we are going to see running Mac really start to drop off so And I think like Najee's even I have him ranked a pretty good pick 6.06 where it's 6.11. So it's a strong pick It just makes too much sense to just grab Najee. I know this team Shouldn't shouldn't draft another running back, but I don't know if they're actually going to so Maybe if there's a person I would risk it, but it's just also not really worth risking We're going to take them with one of these next two picks. So you kind of have to just do it take Najee Eat the value and honestly again, not even eat the value that much. I mean I have met 6.06. We're at 6.11 Okay, we do that The question is do we want another running back, but I think the answer is no again I think we can grab like who the running max would be like I'd take Jevante Pollard's a mirror and Brian Robinson full people is not that great, but Brian Robinson We can't really draft war and now that we have Najee and Warren I think it's gonna be fine for week one Singletary spears chase Ford brooks Chuba we can get that brooks and Chuba pairing um quorum jaleel rico And then there's a pretty big drop off into like pure handcuffs that we're going to have any value But that's still a lot of running max that we just crossed off Um, we still have these four tight ends and I would probably just wait at this point because at this like late 8th Early 9th round you're probably still gonna be able to get probably not kiddle But what a Ferguson or joke will be there and I think I'd rather um, I think I'd rather do that And still lock up one of these wide receivers. Unfortunately jante does go So we are gonna go with chris godwin at this spot, but I think that makes the most sense grab that amazing wide receiver We'll get the values of the spots after that. So After we go only two quarterbacks burrow into it. I'm gonna scroll up on here Every again, we can see the team over here. Um, just want to make sure you guys can see everything Only those two quarterbacks go No tight ends. So we are still in the 8th round and there's no tight end Um Kittle is the obvious choice at this pick I don't know In actual hometown leagues that kittle would have lasted this far If you want to say that the value wouldn't be there and take someone else that's fine But like regardless if you want to downgrade what i'm going to take here in kittle to one of Ferguson or in joku Regardless of what tight end was there. I'd take one at this 9 10 turn You'd be risking too much at 10 11 like like seriously I wouldn't leave a draft with bowers, gutter, pat, shoals, hawkinson, muscribe I wouldn't leave a draft with one of them as your top tight end. I would want one of these top 10 Preferably the top seven, but I'll take any of the top 10 I still love Ferguson. I still love and joku Evan Ingram is still going to be very consistent, especially in full ppr so again gonna take kittle because he's a top one, but Would be fine with any of those options If you wanted to risk it and get engram instead, but this team doesn't have a tight end So I would just personally if it was my draft, I would just take the top one there Um, we can look though. We'll see. Was there something else we need to get? Um, not really. I mean, I really want one of four to chuba with this next pick. So I want to go Kittle and then one of four or chuba and if we get chuba, um, we'll need Oh, they did take okay. I was wondering about that They do end up going with brooks. So we can't do the brooks chuba, but I would still want one of chuba or Uh, drum forward because they're going to be exceptionally valuable for the early part of season I would definitely lean forward now over chuba hovered. Um, if we take him brooks, we could go on the other way. Okay So enough talking about it. Let's actually do it. We'll take kittle. Um, we will take geroam four I don't think we need to go with the wider series of the spot Okay, we're looking good again Fantasy pros can be weird a little bit times with tight ends I do think all these tight ends would have been off the board by this 10/11 turn if you're in this early part I would want to have it locked up there. So the team So like four bench spots left Lamar jacobs naji cd lamb nico collins george kittle and debo samuel I'm totally fine having kittle and debo by the way Sure, it adds a little bit of risk that like technically macafery mason could score the touchdowns But the odds like how many games this season do we really think that both kittle and debo are going to be terrible Like one or two and that would just happen naturally with a wide receiver and a tight end I generally take in those ranges So it's sam fran if you're ever going to take two players from a team It's sam fran and it's usually i'm avoiding it when it's like round one two three four Like when it's like two in the early picks you're adding a little bit too much risk taking kittle At the late eighth round that risk is all gone there Okay, so we have jacobs naji and ford at running back i'm good with that to start Um and then lamb nico debo and god, okay, I feel pretty good about running mac and wide receiver right now But among the players that we highlighted Uh quorum, oh, we don't even get mcglophan. Wow. He's gone way up I thought for sure we get mcglophan at this next one when mcglophan goes Yet chuba comes off the board rico comes off the board The mcglophan go away. Oh, he went 906. Wow But hey, he's a really really really strong pick this season But quorum's still there and quorum's just an obvious pick Um, maybe it doesn't have a ton of ceiling wow kind of is healthy But as soon as kind of goes down You've got quorum being a featured running mat and he's even going to carry some value like it just makes too much sense to just lock him up Figure something out after that. He's the last running mat that we kind of been highlighting as a good pick so take quorum there um Other running match though. I didn't highlight like I think gibson is fine as a depth piece I think ty channel is a great pick. Um algiers and upside play Marshall only when he comes back and if you have an iris but you could throw him on ir and that would be fine Um, I do like bucky urving brian allen. Oh jordan mason actually an exceptional pick jordan mason Would be right next to ty channel. There's like the top picks at the spot. I think the hope would be Hope would be you could get mason. I've been telling people, you know I've been telling people don't don't let mason get past past round 11. Basically if you need them Problem is we don't need mason with this pick. He just sees a really really good pick What would we even take we're not going to take a double dip at tight end? So we're not going to go there We don't need quarterback I mean it would be It'd be kurtis kurtis samuel Who do I have between chanler and mason? I want to see because I actually feel like maybe I should lock one of them up Instead because I don't have a huge take on some of these wide receivers Um, I have chanler so i've mcglaughlin then chuba then chanler then chub Gus Yeah mason's actually further down. I mean he's at 11 11 in Full ppr. He's better than a non full non ppr format Okay I feel like I should lock up chanler because yeah, I don't I still care about these wide receivers. Okay lock up chanler mason's still there at the next pick. We just probably don't have enough bench spots to make it That That's an interesting decision though So We weighed a little bit running back and we got jacobs in the nausea too So we're a little bit weaker running back too, but I think naji's still gonna be good this season But if one of them goes down, I mean, I think four to be fine But obviously like quorum chanler like I feel good about them I don't have like all the confidence in the world in them So you do do you take mason knowing you only have one of the bench spot and you only would have godwin And one of the wide receiver on the bench, but do you feel confident enough that like, you know, lamb nico debo They're not getting replaced unless they get hurt and if they do get hurt, I can throw goblin in there So you don't need that spot as much. Maybe that's the case. Yeah, I think I think that's what I would do I would just take mason Now I have all these running backs that I feel very strongly about the season And then I come up here a wide receiver. We're still good at wide receiver Top ranked in full ppr my guess is dontavian wicks Um, you could try the upside on mike williams. You could take jure duty definitely Brandon cooks the injury concerns me a little bit like yeah, he's not even confident in week one I would probably say wicks has the most upside, but this would be your personal preference on You know whichever player you really want at that spot. So take wicks We'll take defense defense right now. Um, you want to be taking the bangles play the patriots in week one Or you want to be taking the seahawks they play the Broncos in week one and then the patriots in week two I don't think the bronco is going to be defense. We're hyper focusing on I think they're good enough to not completely tank But the patriots are going to be when we're hyper focusing on we're going to want defenses against the patriots against the commanders against the giants Oh, there was one other team I'm blanking on it It could be the panthers as well. So you have to have a bad line too Carnival of bad line too. I would say those three patriots commanders And whenever team I mentioned before giants We'll be brain fart there patriots commanders giants those gonna be teams were streaming defenses against they have terrible offensive lines They don't have you know good. I mean The commanders have good quarterback play, but it's a mobile quarterback. It's a rookie He's gonna take a ton of sacks most likely. So we're looking for sacks sacks lead to you know fumbles lead to Shortfields with the offense lead to you know higher pass play rate for your opponent lead to potential touchdowns Like it's just everything benefits from sacks plus the point to obviously get in the sack. So My lean I think is bangles over Seahawks. I also think the bangles might just be a better defense in general problem with the bangles Is how they have last year within on this year. Um, their week two opponent is bad I wish they had and have anything. Okay. Um, we two opponents bad, but Seahawks get the two weeks. So do whatever you want Um, I would probably take the bangles get the Patriots week one and just dominate there. Okay. No, they change it up Why would they change it up with like a week left? um I'm never one of the experts that likes it the most it doesn't even make sense to me. Okay Here is the squad final mock draft of the season. I feel like that might be too low I'm kind of guessing where i'm gonna put the graphic. Okay Lamar Jackson Josh Jacobs Najee Harris CD lamb Niko Collins George kiddle debo samul again totally fine doing both those bangles defense gets patriots and then Godwin forward quorum chanler mason wicks a lot of running backs in the bench But again, I think our wide series are good enough there Okay, everyone that was the final mock draft monday final off season video again Wednesday, we're gonna go game by game top go every single position Gotta get a jump start on those rankings.
