Saturday, August 31: No Holds Barred Show WWE Bash In Berlin Recap
Hello everybody, this is Joseph Hasek and welcome to the "Fugged Up Network." Welcome to the "No Holds Bar" wrestling show, WWE Bash in Berlin Recap. Now, Bash in Berlin, App in Berlin, Germany at the Uber Arena on Saturday, August 31st. Pre-show notes, Michael Cole sat down with Randy Orton. You did your package on all five matches aired. A segment featuring the Miz walking around Berlin eating food. Sax didn't sat down with Triple H, Liv Morgan, and 30 Don had a bit with Jackie Redman. Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens had a sit down. And then it was in time for the main show, Kevin Owens' music hit first. Wade Barrett, Michael Cole, one of the broadcasting team. Cody Rhodes took on Kevin Owens for the undisputed WWE title, Samantha Irwin was the ring announcer. Cody Rhodes defeated Kevin Owens to retain the championship in 23 minutes, 16 seconds after launch. Cody extended his hand to help Owens up, Owens ignore Cody, Owens then eventually hugged Cody. Then Jade Cargill and Bianca Biller took on the unholy union of Abba Feger, Abba Don for the tag team titles. And Jade Cargill, Bianca Biller, are your new tag team champions, defeating them in 12 minutes and 2 seconds. Drew McIntyre took on CM Punk in a strap match, and CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre in 19 minutes and 15 seconds. Then the German commentating team hack was in the ring of Spoke German, and they announced that Batch and Berlin was the highest grossing arena show in WWE history. The judgement they've come in for Sierra, Liv Morgan took on Rio Ripley, David Priest. The other judgement members got involved in this one, but the faces of Rio Ripley then continued in a piece, Pete Dominic and Liv in 14 minutes, 20 seconds. And then it's time for the main event of the evening, Gunther versus Randy Orton. This should be a hard, hard hitting affair. In the main event Gunther beats Randy Orton to keep his world title.
