This is not nom. This is bowling. There are rules today, junior America. It's like for the fastest. So stand by all right, everybody. Welcome back to the stake of records podcast. If you're a longtime listener, welcome to the show, if you're a longtime listener, welcome back to America's fastest growing and quickly becoming favorite political podcast. I'm Ron fine solo today. Second of two big Friday editions of the podcast. Listen, if you're here in this episode first, we'll see in a bit just press pause and go check out our first edition. Episode 450 was the first of two shows we've got going on today. We sat down with Tennessee Congressman Tim Bertrand and welcomed back the Center for Renewing America's Kingsley Wilson. We talked about and broke down Donald Trump's press conference that he held at Trump Tower today, which is Friday. And then, well, the basement strategy that Kamala Harris is currently using is it helping or hurting her campaign. You decide we broke it down. We're going to be jumping into the news now and covering some of the stuff that happened throughout the week. Donald Trump sat down for a town hall with Fox News's boomer sweats, Sean Hannity. We're going to have some highlights from there. And then we're going to split the segment and on the back end of a station identification cover some of the remarks Donald Trump delivered yesterday before the Economic Club of New York, another campaign event where he talked about things related to the border and the economy. Also, things he's planning on doing in the next Trump administration. So we're going to jump right into it here. And, you know, listen, we already told you the deal. Donald Trump's going out and doing some podcasts now, some big ones, you know, Theo Vaughn and Aiden Ross and Elon Musk, Lex Freeman, etcetera. And besides that, he's going to be doing the mainstream press between now and probably November 5. You know, he needs to get that large swath of people. And we've covered it, you know, over 45 million viewers per quarter to an into Fox News still. And he has to be able to get that message out to them on what he plans on bringing during the second Trump administration. So when you see him sitting down for what seems like in some instances repetitive events like this, it's to hammer home those policy-driven points that he really wants to make sure that the voter is comfortable with by the time at least early voting starts. You know, this was originally scheduled as a possible debate to come on, ours turned it down. And like I said, Donald Trump needs to hit these demos, the people that turn into Fox News in the evening every night and watch shows like Sean Hannity's that tune in on the weekends to programs like Mark Levin's. You know, we're not a big fan of him either. But you know, this is what he needs to do. And it starts and ends with getting things started by him laying it out his vision for the next four years. And we're gonna let you hear some of the answer he gave to Sean Hannity right now. Well, it's a sick and angry world for a lot of reasons. And we're gonna make it better. We're gonna heal our world. We're gonna get rid of all these wars that are starting all over the place. And we're gonna make it better, you know, Victor Orban made a statement. They said, "Bring Trump back and we won't have any problems." He was very strong about that. Hopefully do very well. We have an election coming up. And actually, you know, they keep saying 60, but it starts in Delaware and North Carolina and other places a lot sooner than that. So we're gonna be, I think we're gonna be very well set up to do a great job. And do we love Pennsylvania? He wants that big beautiful Pennsylvania. And I hope with the amount of work he's putting in what he nearly almost sacrificed in the Keystone State, not too long ago, that he can secure it on election day. I definitely think he can. It was shortly after that that Donald Trump began, well, tearing into Kamala Harris because why not? She's left herself open and susceptible to attacks by still having a website that has no policy driven points on it by going out and saying to some absolutely Marxist and communist driven points on the campaign trail. And listen, you want to know what's going to scare the voters away from the Harris campaign? It's the prospectus of four more years of at least this. But due to the fact of how bad things are right now, being able to, I mean, legitimately lay out that four more years will be so much worse. And one of the biggest things outside of the economy obviously is the border. And she was the borders are. She was supposed to find the root causes and the root causes of whatever is going on outside of climate change, which is just complete and total bullshit. You know, the only thing that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have done over the course of the last nearly four years now has led probably 20 million people into this country. Donald Trump was going to absolutely land based around it. Let's hear it. There has never been enthusiasm like we have now. I mean, I see it all over. And I hear the polls are very close and we have a little league and a little, I just find it hard to believe because first of all, they've been so bad they've done such a bad job. But that's why the enthusiasm is so good because they never had anything to compare it by. You know, I ran and we did, I didn't have anything at all. I just was a successful businessman and we did a good campaign. But the next time we had something special, we could talk about what we did. But we never could imagine we'd have borders where 20 million people have poured into our country. Many criminals from all over the world are coming into our country. They're coming from jails from not just South America from all over the world. They're coming in at levels that nobody's ever seen. They're coming from prisons. They're allowing prisoners to come out of all countries that 100, almost 180 countries represented over the last number of months, 180. Most people don't know that you have that many countries. They're emptying out their prisons and jails. They're emptying out their mental institutions and insane asylums. They're emptying out the sickest people and they're emptying all into the United States. And you said it better than anybody. More terrorists have come into the United States in the last three years. And I think probably 50 years there's never been anything like it. These people are so bad. They're so dangerous. What they've done to our country is they're destroying our country. And we can't let this happen. If they won, you'd have not 20 million. You have 100 million people. You won't have Social Security. You won't have Medicare. You won't have anything already. If you take a look at the numbers, they're filling up and loading up Social Security Medicare with illegal immigrants that have come into our country. Many of them from jails and many of them from very bad places. And we're not going to destroy our country, Sean. You hear them say 100 million. The Trump team, the campaign, they're already starting to formulate to introduce, to condition the voters to understand what chain migration is all about. We've outlined it heavily here on the show. And it's something that I hope President Trump gets into much more specifically as he continues to outline the failed border policies of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden over the last four years. I had mentioned at the top that this originally was supposed to be a debate. And Kamala Harris outside of the safety and security of the ABC News one wants nothing to do with Donald Trump and any other debates. Will we see the NBC one? I don't know. Will they maybe try to get another one on CNN? Probably not after what happened with Joe Biden, which had nothing to do with the venue. The stipulations or the moderators was that Joe Biden couldn't put two sentences together. I mean, Donald Trump has alluded to the point that neither can really Kamala Harris, but he wanted to remind, I guess everybody there that this was supposed to be a debate. And she's checking out. Let's hear it. Let me go back to the issue. And it's a big issue in the state of Pennsylvania. And you mentioned it. And let me just tell the audience. So everybody is fully aware is that tonight Fox offered a debate opportunity between you and Kamala Harris. And I was not going to be here, but it was going to be Brett and Martha. This was supposed to be a debate. Right. So I would have preferred. I figure I think he's a nice guy, but I would have preferred a debate. Thanks a lot. But this is the best we could do, Sean. You know, many of the clips we're going to play highlights of are from day one. Sean Hannity did it in a two piece, two hour a piece back to back night special, additions of his show. The first one was Sean Hannity moderating and asking President Trump or allowing him to talk on points critical to the cycle. And the second night was more, you know, audience generated questions. As far as I know, the audience was bipartisan. There was no really stipulations or parameters set on who could or could not attend. And, you know, Donald Trump did a fantastic job, but there were a lot more solid points here. I think in the back and forth with Sean Hannity, there was one addressing the crowd. One of the biggest, I think things that went under the radar this week was the endorsement of Donald Trump by members of the Walsh family. And when I say Walsh family, I'm talking about Tim Walsh, the Democrat nominee for Vice President. Tim Walsh's brother had come out as someone who was endorsing President Trump, but there's a large delegation of Walses and Nebraska as well who wanted to come out and endorse President Trump as well. Even so much so has taken a huge family picture and putting it on social media that had Walses for Trump across the front of the shirt. Donald Trump was very ecstatic about the endorsement. Let's hear it. Tim Walsh wants free college education, legal driver's licenses. I was so honored today. He wants a path to his brother endorsed me and his whole family. I saw the picture. And honestly, it was a very nice looking family. But his brother endorsed me and the whole family endorsed me. I said, let me find out. There's something weird with that guy. He's a weird guy. J.D. is not weird. He's a solid rock. I happen to be a very solid rock. We're not weird. We're other things perhaps, but we're not weird. But he is a weird guy. He walks on the stage and there's something wrong with that guy talking about his jazz hands. He's called me weird. And then the Frank News media picks it up. That was the word of the day. Weird, weird, weird. They're all gone. But we're not weird guys. We're very solid people in one country to be great again. I mean, it's the truth. And you know, one of the other things Donald Trump was hitting them pretty hard on was the fact that the Democrats have treated the state of New Hampshire, essentially like shit. Meaning that, you know, they took the first in the nation primary away from them because they wanted something that was more favorable for Joe Biden. Obviously didn't work out well in the big scheme of things. You know, in addition, they were so pissed off in the granted state that again, like I mentioned in our first edition of the podcast today, they had to bust people in from out of area or out of state because no one was going to show up with this rally that Kamala Harris had there, which which let me remind you confused me because the state hadn't gone to Republicans in over 40 years. So I really don't understand what the methodology is here. The Harris campaign except going into safe, but they consider safe territory. However, you still at some point have to bust people in and have them, you know, it was hot. And then the buses dropped people off and because there were so many buses, I believe it was reported by a New Hampshire news outlet that there was 12 buses. Well, the buses have to do a big loop and circle around. And I think they went so far away that the people who wanted to leave couldn't leave. And they were stuck there. So, you know, again, I don't know what they're doing up in the granted state in regards to the Democrats. If they're scared that it might be close, the numbers don't necessarily suggest that. But what we have seen throughout the course of this campaign is that the numbers don't lie. And the people of New Hampshire, especially by the Democrats have been treated badly. Donald Trump hit on that point as well, it's here. New Hampshire was so badly treated by the Democrat party and by Joe Biden and her. I can't imagine New Hampshire voting for him. Anybody in New Hampshire, because they're watching right now, but anybody in New Hampshire that votes for Biden and Kamala, I really think I call her a comrade, Kamala, because that's what her ideology is. But you know that she did something after decades and decades and decades was Iowa, the first two. So there was that. And, you know, President Trump would also touch on the fact that Harris campaign wants to hit him or JD Vance. Oh, man, I don't know if you guys had seen it go look it up on social media. Tim Walz was dropping like a couple curse words. It looks so stage and pre-manufactured and unorganic than when JD Vance or Donald Trump drops like, you know, and everything Kamala Harris touches, turns to shit or the green new bullshit or whatever, you know, points are hitting on the camera. It's when it comes from Donald Trump, it's organic. When it comes from Donald Trump, it's part of his persona, part of his delivery. When I saw Tim Walz doing it outside of his limp wrists and jazz hands this week, you know, it was just a complete embarrassment. But the left wants to play political correct. You say her name wrong, you're racist. You ask her why she's black now and she used to be Indian, you're racist, you're a bigot, misogynistic, xenophobe, whatever. And Donald Trump knows when only 60 days left until election day and early voting starting in a very short amount of time, can't be politically correct anymore. Check it out. Now you just heard Kamala Harris, our country's failed borders are talking about her commitment. You need to courage to never say the word radical Islamic terrorism or illegal Elliot. President Trump is back with us. What is your reaction to that? Because who attacked us on 9/11 and who's crossing our border? So she wants to be politically correct and we can't be politically correct anymore. Look, we have October 7 people saw it. We have things going on in the world right now with Israel and with the Middle East is blowing up. It's blowing up. We have Ukraine and Russia that would never happen. That would have never happened. October 7th would have never happened. If I were the president, it would have never happened and everybody knew it. Iran was broke. They didn't have the money for Hamas and for Hezbollah. They didn't have the money for anybody. They wanted to get by and we would have made a fair deal with them. I was only looking to make a fair deal with them. But you know, I wanted to say it so much during my term. We went four years without any blowups. We had no world traits ever blow up. We had no radical Islamic terror. We had no radical Islamic terror. It's the truth. And you know, when you look at what happened in this country and how Donald Trump treated the Taliban and the Iranian regime, for the most part, I would say overwhelmingly successfully he was able to keep them at bay where there happened to be instances that he couldn't. They wound up as either stains on an Iraqi tarmac or crying like a bitch before blowing him up inside of a spider hole in Iraq in regards to Salmani and al-Baghdadi. You know, he would segue to the military a little bit and I think it's an important point that the Democrats are probably going to try and use against President Trump. He talks about the woke military. What he's doing in regards to that is talking about the brass, the presidentially appointed officials, the forever career higher ups, part of the deep state and the swamp. He's not talking about the rank and file. He knows the men and women that go out and defend our country every day in every corner of the world or some of the bravest, boldest and strongest this planet has ever seen. So when when he's referencing the woke portions of the military, he's talking about the TV generals, et cetera. Let's hear it. That day in Congress where Millie proclaimed his wokeness was an embarrassment to our country. And remember this, we don't have a woke military. We have some guys at the top that talk it, but you couldn't convince them to be woke. If you were screaming at him for five weeks, we took out 100% of the ISIS caliphate in four weeks. It was supposed to take five years. And these are, and I got to meet the real generals and they are unbelievable. Our military is unbelievable. Remember it. Unbelievable. I don't think there's ever been someone who went in with the intentions of supporting and rebuilding and rebolstering our military might and then was welcomed and received and beloved by the rank and file of the military than Donald Trump has. Modern political history at the very least, if not further back. I mean, it's almost like without being someone who served and someone that was not in the military, Donald Trump is almost at the height of his popularity. Pat Nesk in the way that he just does something to bring out the best and what America is all about when it comes to our servicemen and women. And I just do not think it's even up for debate. The suckers and losers, the I don't know why they go here when they know, you know, they're going off to die. All of that stuff is complete bullshit. And the problems he had with the highest people in the military, like General Milley, like his former chief of staff that he had to fire because he couldn't stop leaking. You know, those are the people that are spreading the misinformation. And at the end of the day, I think Donald Trump will be proven to be one hell of a commander in chief at the end of his second term. We're going to segue now before we get into the remarks he delivered at the Economic Club of New York and play a couple of the what I would consider humorous clips. First one starting off, I mean, you know, this ABC News debate, he's going to be fine. But it's obviously bothering him that that maybe or looks like the only opportunity he's going to have to debate Paul Harris. And any chance he has to hit George Soppel Dappellis, you know, he's going to do so. Let's listen. I guess the best pollster said, why wouldn't they say five or four or three? Because at three, you go and vote. At 17, your people say, I want to vote, but, you know, I'm busy, have other things to do. Let's go see a movie and we'll watch the results later. They are the most dishonest network, the meanest, the nastiest, but that was what I was presented with. I was presented with ABC, George Soppel Dappellis, you know, and he's a nasty guy. And yet, he's a nasty guy. I've had him up to here. But let me tell you, let me tell you, he's a very, very bad kind of a guy. But I watched his interview of Joe Biden. It was like the softest interview I've ever seen. It was softer than the CNN interview of Kamala. So, but they're very nasty. And I think a lot of people are going to be watching to see how nasty they are, how unfair they are. I agreed to do it because they wouldn't do any other network. She, she'll, the other thing is her best friend is the head of the network. Her husband's best friend is married to the head of the network. And they're going to get the questions. I've already heard they're going to get the questions in advance. They even have Donna Brazil. Remember Donna Brazil? She gave Donna Brazil. She's another real, she's the real beauty. Donna Brazil. She gave Hillary Clinton the questions. You remember that? And she works for ABC. And she's at the round table talking about the debate. So I wouldn't watch very closely, but you're not allowed to do it. We even have a clause in the contract. You can't give them the questions. But I probably, I'm not sure it's going to help her that much though. I really, I think you might give because she's a low IQ moron. You know what? I've noticed that he's been bringing up beautiful Hillary a lot lately. And I think she might have some legal issues ahead of her in the second Trump administration that she had to be seen. I mean, we all know that she lied and nobody likes liars here in America first. You know, Kamala Harris turns out hasn't been too honest or truthful about, well, employment that she's had along the way, whether or not she was raised next to Berkeley or in Oakland, Canada or wherever. She did kind of tell everyone that she was a fry fetcher in cashier at McDonald's. Turns out after a lot of deep digging, she had never been employed by the company before. And well, why would Donald Trump waste such an opportunity to absolutely drag her on it? Let's hear it. Oh, my job. So I've listed them a hundred times working the service industry and bartending and cooking and washing dishes and construction. Not McDonald's. That was a lie. And I see she didn't work in McDonald's. She did not. Well, there's no evidence of it. Did she work in McDonald's? Because so far, no evidence. I don't think so based on what I see. Here's my question. You know, the fact that they actually get to content like that in what is a critical speaking event, it just shows, you know, Donald Trump lays it out there, the economy, the border, the ending, the forever wars. But then he has to be able to put a personal spin on it. And it's just something that he brings to the table that you don't get very much in any instance with other politicians. You know, there are the good ones that have their niches and their quirks. You know, the Matt Gaetz comes to mind. Lauren Boebert, obviously people like Byron Donald's, etc. But I mean, to be able to Wesley Hunt's, someone who's got an amazing personality, I think, and can go way outside of the box of a standard interview or in a town hall setting. They're the ones that have been out on the campaign trail with the president. You know, there's the ones who are, I don't want to say rank and file, but more like the foot soldiers, they're out there knocking on doors, shaking hands, and meeting with all the people. And then there's all the ones that, you know, he goes up on stage because he knows if he's got a really good grip into the crowd and he's got them on the edge of their seats with either, you know, policy driven points or funny things that he's saying, allowing one of these politicians to come in here and, you know, give him a breather or a segue, you know, the event a little bit is something that, well, you don't get anywhere else. We all know, over the course of the last eight years that Donald Trump's not a huge fan of mosquitoes, he's referenced them and referenced them in regards to Hillary Clinton and Democrats and politicians, etc. Just so happened that one seemed to, uh, buzz the tower, if you will, at this town hall event with Sean Hannity, let's hear it. He was down like 18 or 19 points after the debate. I hate mosquitoes. I'm surprised. I didn't think we had we don't like those mosquitoes running around. We want nothing to do with them, but we want nothing to do with bad politicians that hate our country too. You want to know. What an absolutely perfect analogy. And, you know, as we're going to segue here and start talking about, you know, some of the things Donald Trump was delivering in regards to remarks at the economic club of New York yesterday. I just want to kind of reiterate the fact that when Donald Trump got into the question and answer portion of the town hall and was interacting with the people, you know, he took questions on the military, on the economy, the American dream, etc. Um, if you have the opportunity, get on social media and check it out. You know, him and damn Savino, I think the Trump War Room account as well have all been putting the full remarks that he's delivering in one post. And then obviously you can go on any of the Trump campaign coordinated accounts and find different clips like we tried to bring you here on the show. You'll never miss out on all the great stuff we've got going on down here at stake for breakfast. Like our interview that's coming up in a few minutes with RNC attorney, Miss Christina Bob. So Donald Trump delivered to March yesterday at the economic club of New York. A lot of high rollers there. A lot of people that are interested in not only making America great again, but making America wealthy again as well. And, you know, when you talk about the things that Kamala Harris has already promoted, the rationing of gas, the potentiality of bread lines, the absorption of companies who don't want to get in step with what a potential Harris Waltz administration will look like. You know, historically, if you look back on it, rejecting all the things that made America the country it is does not sound a lot like a republic. It sounds a lot more like a Marxist communist country. Let's check it out. Kamala Harris is the first major party nominee in American history who fundamentally rejects freedom and embraces Marxism, communism, and fascism. You're learning about this. You'll find out nobody knew who she was. Just a few months ago, they didn't know who she was. She's promising communist price controls, wealth confiscation, energy annihilation, reparations, the largest tax increase ever imposed, and mass amnesty and citizenship for tens of millions of migrants who will consume trillions of dollars in federal benefits and destroy social security and Medicare. They will be destroyed. They're already putting them into your social security and Medicare role. True story. You know, illegals that have come in as far as back in the day is 2003 are going to be dipping into social security and Medicare. And there's nothing that anyone could do to refute that because it's in and available on government websites like when you head over to CIS. Donald Trump wanted to lay out his economic plan and platform in addition to some of the other policy driven platform items that he be hammering home yesterday in NYC. Let's check it out. I'm here today to lay out my plan to rescue our country from this nightmare and to bring back to its citizens the American dream bigger, better, and stronger than ever before. Eight years ago, I came before you as a candidate for president and shared my vision to end this stagnation and return to rapid growth. That's what we did. As president, I am very proud to say that we accomplished something that nobody thought that was even possible. Before the pandemic, real median household income rose by $7,684. And even after the pandemic, annual incomes were up $6,400. The average American household saw $197,000 increase in real net worth in 48 months. For the bottom 50% of households, average wealth more than doubled, increasing by 121%. Lowest income people benefited the most. After 12 years of decline, we added nearly 7 million new homeowners. Never happened before. And in three years, we created 7 million new jobs, 260% more than projected when I took office. When I took office, they said you couldn't hit those projections. And we were 260% higher than what we said we could do. From the day I won, to the day I left, the S&P 500 increased by 80%. And we did it all with virtually no inflation. We had virtually no inflation. Think of that. It's hard to imagine now, isn't it? You know, when you saw real wages earned, the value of the dollar, your 401(k)s, your investments, the value of your home, etc., all through the roof during President Trump's administration. Never had to worry about money. Just had to worry about the next project you wanted to work on because you had an abundance of it. The job market was great. Wages were rising. The market was competitive. Unemployment was down. And it was just a better time. It seems like so long ago. You know, me and my wife were talking about it the other day trying to make ends meet every two weeks without having to dip into savings or worry about taking out another loan or something. And it's just nearly impossible. It's gotten so out of control. You know, I went to the grocery store yesterday. And it was like two 18 packs of eggs shrink wrapped together. So you can't even like open them or look at them to see if any were broken. It was like over $15 for two 18 packs of like generic eggs. These weren't egg lands best. These weren't like the brown good ones. These were just garbage Walmart eggs. You know, the shell is flimsy. And then like the yolk is the same in all eggs, but like the egg white is like looser and waterier. And you know, when you don't buy the good brands, I usually I like to buy the egg lands best. But they were sold out. There's been a lot of shortage of eggs. Number one, the prices through the roof, but also the amounts that have been coming to the stores looks like it's been a whole lot less. So you know, and one of the things we weren't paying through the roof for during Donald Trump's first term in office either was energy. Fuel prices were down didn't cost as much to heat or cool your homes either. And the Biden Harris administration has declared war on the American energy sector. This is one of the things that Donald Trump knows on day one, he has to reverse it's here. This dire energy crisis that Kamala and Joe have created, I will immediately issue a national emergency declaration to achieve massive increase in domestic energy supply, which you're going to need. Electricity is desperately needed for AI. AI controversial, but we got to be the top of it. And we would need hard to believe twice the electricity that we currently have right now for everything in order to be dominant. And China is already building massive electricity producing plants. We haven't even thought about it. We will think about it and I'll get it done on an emergency basis. So we'll be the leader in AI and every other form of technology. With these sweeping authorities, we will blast through every bureaucratic hurdle to issue rapid approvals for new drilling, new pipelines, new refineries, new power plants, new electric plants, and reactors of all types. Prices will fall immediately and anticipation of this tremendous supply that we can create other quickly. I would really hope that we would go and re-harness some of these nuclear power plants that have been recently closed. I mean from coast to coast, whether it's the San Clemente nuclear power plant out here in California, all the way over to the East Coast and at the Jersey Shore where the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant has been closed in the last couple years as well. I know there's always plans in the work due to the energy shortages that they create of reopening these things but you have to be able to make energy not something that is a crutch here in the United States. We have to be producing it. We have to be exporting it and we have to be a leader in the field. Find new ways outside of the green new scam and that's one of the talking points that he had ending that immediately. That's like a day one EO and then also and this is huge because the job market, the home loans that are becoming available to illegal aliens in many different blue states, Donald Trump is going to essentially forbid illegal aliens from being able to obtain a mortgage in the United States. I don't know if that's going to come be an executive order or part of legislation. Maybe starting out as one and evolving into the other but they're making the housing market which is pricing people out due to the inflation rates that the houses are through the roof, just unmanageable for middle class families and it was great to hear a lot of the things that we've heard for a long time on the campaign trail but also one new one. He touched on the recently I guess introduced idea of Elon Musk coming into a or working as part of a government entity where he would be providing oversights into all aspects of the government, the massive waste and where we can cut. In our last audio clip before we jump in with Miss Christina Bob, I want to give you guys the opportunity to hear us. Check it out. Fourth at the suggestion of Elon Musk who has given me his complete and total endorsement. That's nice. Smart guy. He knows what he's doing. He knows what he's doing. Very much appreciated. I will create a government efficiency commission task with conducting a complete financial and performance audit of the entire federal government and making recommendations for drastic reforms. We need to do it. Can't go on the way we are now. And Elon, because he's not very busy, has agreed to hit that task force. Be interesting. If he has the time, he's got the time. He's got the time. He's a good one to do it, but he's agreed to do it. In 2022 fraud and improper payments alone cost taxpayers an estimated hundreds of billions of dollars. As the first order of business, this commission will develop an action plan to totally eliminate fraud and improper payments within six months. This will save trillions of dollars, trillions. It's massive. For the same service that you have right now, trillions of dollars is wasted and gone and nobody knows where it went. Further taming inflation and bringing prices way down. Love to hear it. Can't wait to see it. Listen, for someone like Elon Musk who wants to go to Mars, you know the best way that he's going to get there is if this country is running in the most efficient manner possible. So we're going to leave it at that as we're getting ready to jump in with Christina Bob. But before we do, we're going to have another check in with one of our partners. I think it's time we had a conversation about a good night's sleep. Pillow King of Minnesota, Mike Lindell, and the apparatus known as the MyPillow family has been cranking out savings down at MyPillow for over 20 years. And for the first time in 20 years, they've changed the long-standing MyPillow and now have the MyPillow version 2.0. You get a promo code to take a check out. You're going to get buy one, get one free. In addition to that, they've got great savings on all things like MyPillow Dogbeds, The Air Lindell, version 1 and 2 My Slippers, and Giza Dream Everything. If you're more of a morning person, they've launched MyCoffee. It's available in the Bean, the Bag, and the Pod. When you need a promo code stake here, you're going to get 25% off your order or 50% off when you make it a monthly subscription. MyPillow.com/stake for anything sleep-related. If you want the coffee, mystore.com/stake, or you can always talk to a qualified pillow representative, 1-800-658-80-45. All right, joining us next on the show today is a big Friday edition of the Stake Breakfast podcast. She's an author, a marine. I've called her Wonder Woman several times and get her to laugh when I'm introducing her. She's holding the line this time, too. She's also an attorney at the Republican National Committee, Ms. Christina Bob. Welcome back to the show. Thanks for having me, Ron. I'm excited to be here. It's always a pleasure when we get to host one of our absolute favorites. And here we are, two months out of election day, literally 60 days until the big decision is going to be made in this country. Early voting is starting everywhere across the land. We see attorney generals in red states fighting to clean voter rolls, to make it harder for illegals to register to vote. We see Congress virtue singling with the SAVE Act. And I say that only in the sense that we know President Trump likes it. We know members of Congress endorse it. But just the implementation of it on the end of September through the end of the fiscal year and up to election day. It's just very hard to do. And I just want to kind of get your opinion on how you see this race shaping up. I mean, obviously the Democrats are running basement 2.0. We don't have to take account or we don't have to take responsibility for anything that's happened for the last four years. However, if you just vote for us one more time, low IQ, low propensity voters, we will promise to fix it even though we won't over the course of the next four years. And then you have President Trump, who's, I mean, literally done everything. If you would have told me even three months ago that Donald Trump was going to repair his relationship with Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, bring in Elon Musk, RFK Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard, with still probably a few members of the MAGA Avengers yet to be named, I would say that's kind of a stretch. And we don't really promote that kind of fake news here on stake for breakfast. But here we are, a galvanized base, a widening of the tent. In your opinion, how do you think everything's going when we're up against the mainstream media machine? Russiagate 3.0, I believe we're at now is alive as well. And, you know, we're in the last of the baton's been passed. It's now in the finish line is in sight. Yeah. Well, I think it's going to be an absolute bonkers 60 days or 61 days, whatever, whatever the count is. I think that we have an amazing candidate and position in Donald Trump. Of course, I think he's the first candidate probably in maybe since Reagan, that we've really had someone challenge the establishment. Every other president and candidate prior was really all part of the establishment. And the fact that we have a candidate that really not only has a fighting chance, but actually, I think has a really good chance of winning this election, that's exciting to me. At the same time, that makes the establishment very desperate and desperate people do desperate things. And I mean, who would have thought we'd have a sentencing coming up from Donald Trump and all kinds of crazy stuff that we've never seen before? So I can't say exactly what it's going to look like, because I think it's going to look like something we've never seen. But I can tell you, they're going to try to make as much chaos as possible, uncertainty, fear. We already see them fear mongering and threatening and all that. So I think there's going to be more of that. I think it's important that the American people really kind of hold their own integrity watching the news and reading the stories and just making sure that they're actually filtering their information from everywhere, because everybody has a bias. Any journalist who says, oh, I don't have a bias, and I'm giving you things exactly straight. We should be at the point where we realize no one's actually capable of doing that. Everybody has their own lens that they see things through. So I think this is a test for the American people, like, how strong is our backbone? Are we willing to withstand the onslaught of the left for another 60 days? So that's why I say it going. Yeah. And you want to know what, when you talk about, you've seen the threatening nature of the old garb, took Schumer's come out and said, you know, you guys can do whatever you want with the Save Act. We're going to throw it back to the house and make you guys shut down the government heading into an election where you're all up for reelection. You've got Nancy Pelosi coming out and saying, like, the objective has always been to offer a pathway to citizenship for the 20-ish million people that are here illegally in the country or that have come in over the course of the last three plus years. I don't think a big component of that that people understand. I mean, you have a little bit of a background in the Department of Homeland Security, Christina, chain migration for all of the people in this country that are here illegally. If they get a pathway to citizenship and have the opportunity to bring in, let's just say, a low number, 30 million more people from across the world who are all going to have petition power to get them green cards and offer pathways to citizenship as well. It would be the absolute end, probably of the Republican party as we know it, and essentially the federal government, because it would just be packed courts and extra house seats for the Democrats. They'd eventually flip back the Senate and then good luck went in the White House because you wouldn't be able to pass anything legislatively for four years while you wait for another Democrat to come into control like the case has been now, where 12 out of the last 16 years it's been in Democrat control. You know, Donald Trump did a lot of damage control and mended a lot of things in this country over the course of four years. But as you can see, when it's an overwhelming majority of people like Barack Obama and Joe Biden dictating the party and getting their strings pulled by all the radical progressives, this country has gone down the tubes in a way I didn't even think could happen as fast as possible. It has skid further and faster than I could have ever anticipated. And if anybody wonders whether the establishment is not just the left, there's people on the right as well. If anyone wonders whether the establishment is trying to, I'll say it nicely, I was going to say trying to destroy this nation. But let me let me be a little bit nicer, trying to fundamentally alter what this nation is. If you question that, all you have to do is take a look at, you know, the 2030 plan and they're what they are saying, you know, you will own nothing by 2030 and you will be happy. They want to fundamentally change what this nation is. Now whether you whether you decide that that's destroying the nation, which I believe, I believe we have the most amazing nation in the history of probably, you know, human existence. And I think fundamentally changing it to the degree that they want to change it is destroying it. Maybe you want to eat bugs. And you know, I've heard they're doing experiments on human feces and consuming human feces, like that is your sense of freedom. Then by all means, like go be free, but don't force me into your type of freedom. So but in my mind, there's there's no question that the establishment is trying to subjugate the masses to bend to their will in a way where we fundamentally lose the freedoms that we've known our entire life. I also miss glass Gatorade bottles and Dorito bags that you could see the chips through them. But no, you make an excellent point. I mean, the fundamental changes going on here, you even hear them out on the campaign trail that they they never lie. They just project and then they take no accountability and leave the flames to smolder. Tim Walts and his most recent campaign stop with Kamala Harris, you know, stay out of our bedroom, stay out of our kids libraries and all this other stuff to where, you know, the downturn of what the modern nuclear family looks like, the fact that it's shunned upon these days. And you know, the fundamental things that this country was made great on, it just are not things that are promoted anywhere, not in the workplace with DEI, not in the educational system, obviously not in sports, as we've seen men dominating women's sports in certain categories to the Olympics most recently. And it's just, you know, fundamentally fighting for this. Here's my question. After what they did in 2020 with the steel, all components of it, all the way down from the literal stealing to the stuff they did with COVID and the lawfare that they kind of spun out of control after the election to just make too much of damage control to get anything under control. And now you head into this election and it's looking like they want to do the same thing again, they're ramping up, Russiagate. And they're out there to the American people is talking about we're not going back. And the only thing that they're really talking about is going back to four of the most prosperous years outside of the COVID year that this country had in decades. And, you know, do you think the American popular, the electorate, are they going to get hoodwinked again and possibly fall into this trap where Democrats just, it's the carrot that's dangling. And it just seems like they never, you know, produce any results because if we make it through this election, within a couple more cycle, the millions, the tens of millions of illegals in this country will be given amnesty and they will replace what they're now finding to be like, I guess, non-compliant sex of their own voter base. And it seems like they're trying to create the solution to their own problem. And the only thing that could stop it is Donald Trump on November 5th. Yeah, so I do think Donald Trump is key to correcting the trajectory of the nation. But also to your point, I don't think we can do it only with Donald Trump. Correct. I think we need massive reform at every level. Believe it or not, more importantly, at the county level. Everybody's got to get involved in their counties. You've got to know who your county recorder or your county clerk is, who is running your elections, you know, who's your sheriff. You have to know your local leaders because it's the local leaders that end up administering your elections and making sure that your rights are enforced on a national federal level. It's easy to look at the federal government and think they're the end of LBL, but it really does come down to the county level. And so if you're concerned about what you're seeing, contact your county and get involved in your county level. And if they're not taking your calls or not responsible to get involved in your county GOP and work it that way. Because yes, I absolutely love Donald Trump. I've worked for him. I now am at the RNC. I'm doing everything I can to get him reelected. But I'm under no disillusioned that we can save this country with only Donald Trump. We cannot. Now it's an excellent point. And then when you talk about the rest of that equation, how important is it for voters to understand this isn't just an election where getting Donald Trump back to the White House is it's a point that we make on the show all the time is enough. You know, there's an equation to weigh the government efficiently works. And I hate to use those terms because they have to be used loosely. I don't think our government has worked officially or efficiently in decades. But the fact of the matter is the legislation and the budgetary stuff starts in the house. You know, Donald Trump wants to get rid of a lot of the debt. He wants to bring in people like Elon Musk to trim the fat. He wants to get House Republicans to essentially get their asses in gear and pass up some legislation and budgets that he can get to the Senate, which we are more than likely going to flip it. Percentage keeps rising. It's over 70% now. And then get the legislation to his desk so he can get it working for the American people. But you know, for those who are either out doing their own thing or not, you know, kind of appropriately informing their listeners, you have to get all three components here for a successful start to Donald Trump's next term. It's something that I don't think is talked about enough. And I think, you know, maybe even House Republicans might be playing a little bit of chicken with the fact that their House majority is so slim. If they don't kind of get their acting gear, it's going to be a really interesting start of the 119th session of Congress in January, Republicans playing chicken, Rome, I'm shocked at the idea. Of course, Republicans are playing chicken. That's the only game they know how to play. And we're at an interesting time where conservative Americans, it doesn't have to be conservative Americans. Anyone who wants to continue to have the right to self govern. I mean, you have to impact the Republican side because the left is so far gone. And they're, I mean, they're just they're evil with what they want to do with pedophilia and gender mutilation. Like, there's no other way to describe this other than the left is just inherently evil. So, I mean, on the right, on the right, we've just got a bunch of cowards that are trying to cling to the old way business has been done, which on the Republican side was concede and make promises you don't intend to keep. That's what they've done for so long. And so, I mean, I can't beat this drum hard enough or loud enough that the American people need to be aware of what's going on in their local communities and change it and change who your members of Congress are, change who your senators are voting, you know, a new state legislature. I mean, post, okay, November 6, 2024, the day after election day, America will forever be different. We don't, we don't have a choice to not change. America will be different. The question is, is it going to be this crazy Marxist utopia of woke compass you can follow, or are we going to be a nation where the electorate has reengaged, we are, again, a self-governed nation. And I say we weren't in the past because to be a self-governed nation, you have to self-govern. Like, the people need to be involved. They need to have the same what's going on. And so many of us, myself included, had really abdicated that responsibility and hadn't been focused on who my county clerk was and were we using paper ballots? Like, I'd never checked until 2020, right? And so America will forever be different. The choice is ours as to which direction we end up going. No, it's the truth. And the last thing I kind of want to touch with you on, you know, there's a lot of people who have been hypercritical of President Trump, whether he's moving towards the center or whether he's moving towards the left. I consider it more of an evolution of policy based off the successes he had. Listen, the world is different than it when Donald Trump ran in 2015. The world is different than when Donald Trump ran for re-election coming out of the pandemic in 2020. And we look at a world right now where, like, the globalist entities have more control than a lot of the sovereign nations and groupthink determines, you know, what generations of people moving forward all across the planet will look like. And I think part of Donald Trump's evolution in his, well, the Trump doctrine right now was going to be how can he push back on that at the same time and still have America essentially fit in, you know, he made the point during the Republican National Convention for as much as people would like him to run as the president of the Republican Party were past that hurdle and he's running to be the president of all Americans. And that's essentially the chief executive of the world. You know, I think some of the biggest successes he had was not only bullying the people that had took advantage of us in a political fashion, not physically, obviously, but then it was the inclusion of, I want to call him, you know, people who were on the outside looking in, not even our geopolitical foes, they are the world's biggest baddies, the Putin's, the G's, the Kim Jong-un's. But at the same time, sometimes I feel like they're kids who have just philosophically, obviously and metaphorically, have never been allowed to come and play with the rest of the kids. And when they felt that inclusion, everything seemed to just cool off in the world. The economy was better, not just here, but in Europe and Asia. And, you know, obviously the border crossings and the amount of terrorism that was being carried out around the world, whether we were eliminating threats or just through, you know, having a strong arm made this world a safer place. And I think as Donald Trump continues to, you know, want to cement what his legacy will be, he honestly wants to make this country great again, but he wants to leave this country in a better place than it was in 2015. I think that's going to be his greatest task, but I think it's one through the way he governed throughout the course of his first term in office before the pandemic, he was doing a really good job at. Yeah, he, he was doing a really good job. And I think, I think to your point about is he moving center, is he moving left or whatever? I think he genuinely wants to embrace the diversity of opinions and the diversity of ideas of Americans. And I think his campaign is trying to figure out how do we appeal or like, how do we let as many Americans know as possible that like, he's open to hearing from and in receiving feedback from people of all viewpoints. And so I think he's doing his best to kind of reach out and communicate, if I can use that word that way, communicate with more Americans who may not traditionally hold the same views that he has, you know, people can get upset about it or embrace it. I don't, I don't necessarily think he's changing his views. I think it's a, it's an effort to kind of change, I don't know if change is the right word, but amplify messaging to people who maybe he wasn't particularly focused on prior. No, I mean, I completely agree with you. And here's the way I look at it. You know, you've got a big family, Christina, I've got a huge family, I've got two young kids, when I look at them, and I know being someone who's been in the political arena for so long, the next war that breaks out on this planet outside of these little skirmishes that we're having across the world, the next world war is nuclear. And that essentially negates a future for members of your family, my family, everybody's family across the world, it'll be different forever. And I don't want to see the world get there. If there's someone who, where the temperature is so hot in so many different corners of the globe right now that I feel could go in, and whether it's through taxes and tariffs or strong foreign policy, or even taking out a couple generals or terrorists like he did with Albag Daddy in Soleimani, I think Donald Trump can really lower the temperature of the globe. I think once that happens, everything else kind of falls into place a little bit faster than if he just went in and was policy driven. So I think, you know, it's weird Republicans are either this, that or the other thing, but you don't have one that's going to like lower taxes for everybody, secure the border, reduce crime, fix education, and make sure there's no forever wars. And you're getting like the total package with Donald Trump. It's appealed to so many obvious people who literally were not with him as recently as three years ago, and in like Musk, RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard that I really do think it's a plan for all of Americans. And I just hope that we have enough will to, you know, - Can we do her? - Well, Congress, Congressman Urchitt, who was on with us in our first edition of the podcast today, stopped short of saying testicular fortitude, but that's what we need between now and election day. It's two months until we're at the ballot box. It's less than two weeks before we're early voting. And I just kind of want to give you the opportunity to listen, as we're getting ready to close with you right now, no one knows better than you tell our listenership what they need to do. If they're literally still in the fence, I don't know how they could be if they're staked for breakfast and joyors, but how they can get involved in addition to just going out and physically voting by themselves. Yeah, please get involved. You can go to Trumpforce47.com to get involved with the campaign or the urgency. Better yet, like I said, go straight to your county. Hopefully the deadline may have passed by now, but check it out and see if you can become a poll worker. You can sign up with your county party to become a poll watcher or observer. Please, please, please get involved. There is nothing more important besides casting your ballot to actually participating in this election as a volunteer, as a worker, you know, whatever. And then there's a lot of great other organizations, you know, other campaigns and whatnot, whatever you do, get involved in some way. This is an all hands on deck moment. We need everybody involved in as much time as you have, whether it's an hour a week and hour a month, you know, five days a week, whatever you have, we need you. Please, please, please get involved. Christina, as always, we have your book. In addition to that, Trumpforce47n, protect the vote.com in our show description. Anybody that wants to check out on social media, where can they find you Christina underscore Bob on Instagram and X and then Christina Bob on social around not a tree social and instead of just having a boring old itemized interview, we had a nice long form conversation with author, marine, great friend of the show and an attorney at the Republican National Committee, Mr. Christina Bob, thanks for joining us on the show today. Have a great weekend. Thanks so much for having me. Breaking news, the Biden administration taking a series of actions to target what they allege are attempts by Russian backed actors to manipulate public opinion here in the U.S. ahead of the presidential election, according to two senior U.S. officials. Joining us now is NBC's Ken Delanian. Ken, what more have we learned? Jose, this is being described by our sources as a whole of government action designed to target Russian propaganda and disinformation aimed at interfering in the 2024 election. It is said to include sanctions by the Treasury Department, law enforcement action by the Justice Department. And one of the focuses is on RT, formerly known as Russia today, that network of Russian government funded English language websites and television platforms that was flagged all the way back in 2017 by the U.S. intelligence community as a vehicle for Russian disinformation and election interference. And at that time, the Justice Department required RT to register as a foreign agent. It remains to be seen exactly what actions the U.S. will take against RT today. But this does appear to represent an escalation in the efforts to try to purge the system of Russian propaganda and disinformation. What's interesting is that, look, the U.S. has been saying all along that not only Russia, but Iran and China, but particularly Russia, has been consistently trying to manipulate American public opinion with disinformation on social media platforms, use of fake accounts, and through RT, through its state-sponsored platforms, as they did in 2016. The difference now is that there are mechanisms in place, particularly on social media platforms, to try to stop and flag fake accounts before the influence operations spread too widely. So it remains to be seen what impact this Russian disinformation is having. But nonetheless, this is a stance by the Biden administration to say, if you're violating U.S. laws and policies, we're going to come after you. And Attorney General Merrick Garland is expected to chair a meeting of the government's election task force today, this afternoon, with FBI Director Chris Ray and other officials, and he may have public comments to make about this effort. All right, Jim, back into the news portion of the show here. Last news segment on the back end of two big Friday edition to the "Stake of Breakfast" podcast. And that was MSDNC breaking some news yesterday that, well, Russia Gate 3.0 is kicked off. Merrick Garland, Christopher Ray, and Russia Gate 1 and 2, proprietor Lisa Monaco from the DOJ held a joint plus one presser yesterday, and talked about the Russian Federation's attempt to, I don't know, manipulate social media and people in our country, like podcast host Tim Poole named as a couple others went through like a third party proxy, money exchange hands. The podcasters probably didn't know it was coming from Russia, but it was blah, blah, blah. Listen, for all of the cyber attacks that Iran has done throughout this election cycle, in addition that they are hell-bent on getting revenge for Soleimani against President Trump members of his family and those closest to him, North Korea, the same with the cyber attacks as well, to bring back the boogeyman of the Russia hoax in the 3.0 version, I just think it's number one absolutely pitiful, and number two, a last chance ploy to distract everyone while, well, quite frankly, there's real shit going on, namely like President Trump almost being assassinated not too long ago, and all of the weaponized lawfare that's been waged against him. Merrick Garland did hold that press conference with Lisa Monaco, and Christopher Ray, as I had already mentioned, I pulled an excerpt from it, so sit back, relax, and prepare to roll your eyes. Let's go. Since the 2020 election, we have seen an unprecedented spike in threats against the public servants who do administer our elections. Election officials, workers, and volunteers in communities across the country have been targeted with heinous acts and threats of violence. The following are a few examples of successful enforcement actions that the Justice Department has taken over the past year. In New Mexico, county commissioners and other elected officials were targeted with a series of shootings that the department has alleged in court papers were organized by an unsuccessful candidate for the state legislature who claimed that the election had been "rigged" against him. At least three of the shootings occurred while the intended victims or their children or their family members were at home. In February, two shooters who were alleged were recruited by the candidate, pled guilty to carrying out the attacks. In March, the candidate himself was charged in the 13-count superseding indictment. In Arizona, a man sent a state election official a bomb threat warning that if she did not resign within two days, "the explosive device impacted in her personal space would be detonated." In March, the man was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for making that threat. In Maricopa County, Arizona, an elections official, a county attorney and their families were threatened by a defendant who called for, quote, "a mass shooting of poll workers and election officials." In precincts, he believed, had, quote, "suspect results." His revolting comments included, quote, "dead children burn into the memories of people." The county attorney who had been targeted later reported that he, his wife and four children, had been assigned round-the-clock protection and issued body armor in response to the threat. And the elections official who has targeted said in a victim impact statement that, quote, "while I am the person directly threatened by this case, the impact of such threats is felt by a much larger community. The thousands of committed election workers who operate our democratic processes. When threats are made against any election worker, the impact reverberates throughout the entire community. That defendant was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. In recent months, our enforcement actions have continued. In July, we secured the guilty plea of an Alabama man who repeatedly threatened to kill Maricopa County election workers and officials. In one particularly chilling message, he said, quote, "you better not come in my church, my business, or send your kids to my school. You are stupid if you think you are safe." You know, and it's just a joke to, Maric Garland is such an absolute piece of shit. You know, to have the audacity to go out there and roll out the Russiagate hoax and talk about some individualized threats that have been made against poll workers and election officials, and again, you take every one of those seriously. But if they would put the same attention into rolling out this fake bullshit Russiagate 3.0 narrative as they do in targeting trad Catholics, pro-lifers, and J6 grannies, then we would be in a lot better situation in regards to protecting our elections, in my opinion, than we are currently to where they're always just cleaning up their own messes over and over again in between honeypots and in between, you know, fake narratives that they're creating and all of the lawfare they raise against President Trump. So, you know, if Maric Garland is unhappy with the current status of our elections and is worried about, especially after the allegations made in 2016, the allegations made in 2020 from both sides of the aisle, and we're here four years later again and still not in a better situation. Guess what? The buck stops with him and that piece of shit, Lisa Monaco, and that even bigger piece of shit, Christopher Ray. Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, he's absolutely had it with this narrative. He knows what it is. This is Maric Garland opening up the door for more censorship of conservatives, for more repression of the narratives on social media and in the mainstream press to counter it with all of the fake bullshit that is always provided against Donald Trump in the America First Movement, and he's hoping that Americans, after two straight election cycles of this garbage, has finally woken up to it. Let's hear it. This is the third straight presidential election, Laura, that they've tried this. Nobody believes this stuff. This isn't about foreign interference by Russia. This is a smokescreen for domestic interference by our deep state and the Democrat Party. There it is. This is the same play that they've run for years. In 2016, the FBI used this playbook in order to interfere in our election that year, lie to a court, get wire trumps on tap on Trump and launder it through the media. You remember all of that? Then in 2020, anybody remembered the Hunter Biden laptop story that they suppressed. Big tech went right along with it. And now it's this again. It's the same old thing. And I just say again, nobody believes this stuff. And here's the deal. Now that we've gotten to the bottom of the Hunter Biden laptop story, why was the then lobbyist, Tony Blinken, who is now the current sitting secretary of state and has been in that position for over three years, still allowed to hold his cabinet level position when he was the creator, crafter, and spreader of the 51 former intelligence officials memo. I mean, America cannot fall for this bullshit again and think that there are bogeymen out there who are going to move the needle in any way, shape, or form into changing the outcome of our elections. You know, unless there are literally Russian and Chinese and North Korean and Iranian assets on the ground in the battleground states in those counties where less than 100,000 votes are going to more than likely determine this election. Get the fuck out of fear and go after yourselves. It's just an absolute ridiculous embarrassment. And speaking of which, we're going to keep it into the, well, legal aspect of what's been going on yesterday as the man Mao this and misinformation was being ramped up all over the place. Believe it or not, I was actually surprised to see, but once it kind of unraveled itself, I understood why Hunter Biden walked into court yesterday at the start of his trial and before jury selection even began and after much soul searching and deliberation decided to plead guilty for all nine felony counts, he is facing in his over $1.5 million tax evasion case that's been brought to him by the Department of Justice. Here's the deal. Well, actually, before we even get into it, Hunter Biden's lead in was, this was a time of my life when I was crippled with addiction. And I'd like to put it past me. I also don't want to include or interfere in any of my loved ones or personal associations lives who may be dragged not only into this case, but through the mud by it as well. So that was his reasoning. But the real reasoning is what we got after he decided to plead guilty to all these councils here, the breaking news, not know at this point whether this is the result of some sort of plea deal, it would be reasonable to assume that there has been some deal done between the defense and the prosecution to bring about this change in plea to guilty. The question is now, what kind of sentence might he face? There were nine charges. Remember that he faced here. Three of those were felony charges, punishable in total by up to 17 years behind bars. So the question will be going forward. If he has now, but if he is now about to plead guilty, what will the sentence be? Another big question, of course, Harris, that everybody will now be asking is will President Biden either pardon his son on this guilty plea to these tax evasion charges and indeed the gun conviction he got earlier this year in Delaware, or will he perhaps commute both of those sentences? Now President Biden has previously said, Harris, he would do neither of those things. But here's the caveat and it's an important one. President Biden said that no pardon, no commutation before he decided not to run again for the presidency. So breaking news, we have a guilty plea in this tax evasion case. We now wait to see what the terms of the deal, if indeed there is a deal, exactly those terms are Harris. And you know, here's the deal. They could say whatever they want about when Joe Biden said something or how Joe Biden said something, but I'll give you the straight. The lawyers agreed that the sentencing would happen before Joe Biden left office on January 20th of 2025. The sentencing was scheduled for December 16th of this year. So consequently, doesn't matter what Joe Biden said, how Joe Biden said it, when he said it, or what his word even means, because we've known Joe Biden as a pathological liar for the entirety of his public service. So expect Hunter Biden to get pardoned, expect the narrative to start ramping up that Hunter Biden is going to get the most severe consequence he could for these charges. And in a way that the government has said for the past three years that it wasn't weaponized against Donald Trump, it is now weaponized against Hunter Biden. And because this is such a miscarriage of justice, Joe Biden is going to step in in the 11th hour and pardon his son and commune his sentence and get everything off the record. And the Bidens are going to write off into the sunset probably as this was part of his severance package. And that will be that in regards to Hunter Biden. So massive criminal enterprise known as the Biden crime family continues to live on. There was also some developments, believe it or not, in Washington, DC yesterday as this news about Hunter Biden came out of Delaware. Obviously, Merrick Garland came out of the swamp as well. But Jack Smith was in court yesterday with, well, some of Donald Trump's attorneys end, the notorious judge, Chungus. And they were talking about the superseding indictment on Donald Trump in regard to one of the cases that Jack Smith is trying to bring back against him before the selection. However, CNN was performing mass journalism when reporting on all of the intricate details that their listenership needs in regards to being completely informed about the latest developments in this situation. Check it out. The other thing I want to point out here, Wolf is there was a lightness to this proceeding. Nobody has been in this courtroom before Judge Chuckin since last October. And even Jack Smith, we haven't seen him in a courtroom for some time. He was there today. His beard is a lot longer than the last time I remember seeing him. Judge Chuckin, her hair, it's lighter. And even at the beginning of this proceeding, she said everybody looks rested. And there was laughter across the courtroom. And there was laughter across the land as the warfare continues to be waged against Donald Trump and his loved ones. I was kind of trying to wrap my brain around this thing. And I always look to few accounts when I'm trying to do that. And one of the ones that I've always leaned on heavily is that of Julie Kelly. She's been on the show. I consider her a great guest. She's one of the hardest workers out there in regards to getting to the bottom of this. But before we get into what she had to say about it, I can tell you what Donald Trump had to say again on his true social account. Comrade Kamala Harris and her Department of Justice are trying to interfere and suppress the election in favor of Democrats by resurrecting the Russia-Russia-Russia hoax and trying to say that Russia is trying to help me, which is absolutely false. In fact, President Putin would much rather see Comrade Kamala Harris in office as he strongly just said this this morning. Why are they looking into Iran, China and other countries? And more importantly, why are they looking into Mark Elias, Mark Pomerantz and the relationship between them and Lisa Monaco to Andrew Weisman, crew and all of the other enemies of the people that had such an effect on the 2020 election and are trying to rig and steal the 2024 presidential election. So ironic watching Lisa Monaco, a figurehead for Weisman in the group of the radical left lunatics who had so much to do with the original Russia-Russia-Russia hoax. And now she is at it again leading AG Merrick Garland down an empty country destroying path. We are fighting true communism in this country. We have to save our elections. We have to save our justice system, our Constitution and our freedom, but can only be done after we win big on November 5th and proceed to, I'd throw to know a bit he's not here, make America great again. So Julie Kelly had been doing some reporting on this and although there are some reasons to celebrate in regards to dates and things of that nature, the over-alliveness of it is you know, not good for the rule of law and justice. It's just not because you have to take into consideration that they're still able to do this. And even though we're looking at some of this stuff being pushed towards the end of the election or past the election into the next year, you know, this is just a complete waste of taxpayer funds over $35 million spent since the start of all this shit 16 months ago against Donald Trump. And that does not include what the DOJ has spent between the month of April and now. In a leaked report, it could say, you know, that amount of money could be up to $12 million additionally. And, you know, the Justice Department doesn't care. And we really need to take into consideration the digging we are going to have to do into uprooting a lot of the rot in there. I'm going to read a post from Julie Kelly right now just to clarify where she thinks we're at right now regarding this case. Guys, it's not a win that the J6 case against Donald Trump is not going to trial before the upcoming election. What Judge Chungus did today by taking the rare, maybe unprecedented step of allowing the DOJ to file an opening brief on an additional immunity question is a way to find to put Trump on trial without a jury and little recourse. Tom Windham Smith's prosecutor told Chungus the brief would be comprehensive. The document will include grand jury transcripts, 302s, and other cherry picked, she's quoting here, evidence to salvage the big line narrative as the people start to vote. You can guarantee the DOJ will release new bombshells and leaks to the press to put Trump on the defensive and create more damaging headlines. It's a paper trial, but without cross-examination, defense witnesses or other due process rights, nothing to celebrate. And it just leads for a miserable way to end the week. And that's why I think Donald Trump was so appointed at the DOJ today because he's just absolutely had it. And you know, when you talk about some of the trades we've made over the years picking up people like Elon Musk, Tulsi Gabbard, an RFK junior, others who have never really done shit for the America First Movement, have kind of moved on to, I guess, more socialist led pastors and thrown their endorsements behind members of the opposite party. Got two examples for you right here. First one coming up, Liz Cheney at Duke University from this weekend. Because we are here again in North Carolina, I think it is crucially important for people to recognize not only is what I just said about the danger that Trump poses, some of it should prevent people from voting for him. But I don't believe that we have the luxury of writing in candidates' names, particularly in swing states. And as a conservative as someone who believes it and cares about the Constitution, I have thought deeply about this. And because of the danger that Donald Trump poses, not only am I not voting for Donald Trump, but I would be voting for common parents. A disgusting traitor to her country, just like her husband. And I mean, out of all the sounds we usually play on the show, one always comes to mind when I hear her talk. Shut up, bitch! Absolutely. We're going to be jumping in with a full update on the state of Nevada with former congressional candidate and former state senator Elizabeth Helgene in just a few minutes. But getting back to my last point and speaking of bitches, our Judas, Mike Pence, took to the airways this weekend, and in a time where Donald Trump is in great need and is looking to continue to solidify his base, spread the mega message, and hopefully save this country in just 60 short days. Well, Mike Pence decided to throw his, I guess, weight, or 13 pieces of silver, not behind the 45th president. Let's check it out. It's no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year. Look, I'm incredibly proud of the record of our administration. It was a conservative record that made America more prosperous, more secure, and saw conservatives appointed to our course in a more peaceful world. But that being said, during my presidential campaign, I made it clear that there were profound differences between me and President Trump on a range of issues. And not just our difference on my constitutional duties that I exercised on January the 6th. I mean, as I have watched his candidacy unfold, I've seen him walking away from our commitment to confronting the national debt. I've seen him starting to shy away from a commitment to the sanctity of human life. And this last week is his reversal on getting tough on China and supporting our administration's effort to force a sale of by dance TikTok. Why do you think he did that? Why do you think he had that reversal on that before we go, sir? I can't speculate on it, but what I can tell you is, is that in each of these cases, Donald Trump is pursuing and articulating an agenda that is at odds with the conservative agenda that we governed on during our four years. And that's why I cannot in good conscience endorse Donald Trump in this campaign. But let me say one last thing. That being said, look, Republican primary voters have made it clear, Martha, who therefore in this election, what I'm going to spend the rest of this year on is talking about what we should be for. And that is the broad mainstream conservative agenda that's defined our party and always made America strong and prosperous and free. Well, understood. I got two seconds. But who are you going to vote for in November? Well, like most Americans, I'm going to keep my vote to myself. I mean, what can you say about Mike Pence? He's such a phenomenal wet noodle of a spineless, just backstabbing piece of garbage, you know, and to see the way that he's gone. Listen, we talk about it all the time. The leadership components, the donor class of the pro lifers and the evangelicals hold hard hard to Donald Trump because they want to run on essentially a crusader platform in a time where there are so much other things that need tending to in this country. I mean, we were literally allowing an entire generation of children starting back from the pandemic to slip through our fingers, crime, drug use, just getting nothing done in school, etc. In addition, while they're out there talking about the most, the end degree of pro-lifedness and evangelicalism, they're physically being replaced by millions of illegal migrants who are going to get pathways to citizenship in this country. And I told you, once the Democrats get their new 20, 30, 40, 50, Donald Trump said 100 million person voter base. Policies won't matter. Pro-life won't matter. Strong economies won't matter. Borders are gone. Forever wars who cares and unmitigated debt until we eventually see the end of this country. So from all of us here at America first, Mike Pence, I think we can all agree. Absolutely. What a piece of garbage. Listen, it's Friday though, and we're going to end on a good note because we're finishing on a strong note. You know, Donald Trump just delivered some remarks at an event in North Carolina where the international fraternal order of police reaffirmed their endorsement of him. But before we get to a clip from there, which I thought was pretty funny, that he put out on his social media this week, which should reaffirm a lot of things, namely, and honestly, what this election is all about, because I think a lot of people forget about it. They want to make it about the pro-life movement, abortion, reproductive freedom, whatever the Democrats want to spend it as. Evangelicals want it for themselves. Wall Street wants it for one thing. The military and pharmaceutical industrial complexes want it for another. The massive labor unions want it for themselves. And it's us, the hardworking, blue collar, family oriented, middle class, that just keeps getting absolutely railroaded. We got to circle the wagons. We have to understand what the priorities are, and we have to understand that when Donald Trump outlines it, he's outlining it for a reason. Let's check it out. This election is about the economy, inflation, open borders, illegal immigration, respect for our nation, preventing World War Three and a 1929 style depression, which will happen if Kamala Harris gets into office. And, you know, I keep reminding you guys, outside of the things that the Democrats want to make it about, or conservatives who grifted these massive followerships and listenerships and viewership off the rise of Donald Trump in the America First Movement. But now because they're either froze out or disconnected or their priorities, usually revolving around money, has changed, want their voices to be heard louder than the man who will get us out of this. And as we covered a lot today, and it's a lot to digest, I'm thankful that we had the opportunity to get so much stuff done, but in a little bit of a more lighthearted measure, and as our last audio clip of the week, here's Donald Trump today down in North Carolina, addressing the fraternal order of police, and poke a little fun at comrade Kamala Harris, let's hear it. Kamala's crime statistics are really as fake, essentially, as those job numbers. But you just think of it. I mean, think of it, 818,000 fake jobs they put in in order to make their job numbers look better. The FBI's crime report does not include crime numbers from the most dangerous war zones in ganglands in America. Chicago, I'll tell you, the ones that weren't included are Chicago, Oakland, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose, which is rough. Yeah. Nearly 30% of jurisdictions did not report their crime stats, and they were the ones that had the highest numbers. So that's why your crime numbers were terrible, but they didn't look as bad as they should. Crime is worse today than at any time in our countries. She's as fake as her fake job numbers and her fake crime statistics. I think we'll leave it at that. We've still got an absolutely phenomenal interview with former congressional candidate and state senator Nevada, Elizabeth Hagelene. But before we jump in with her, we're going to check in one more time with one of our partners. It's an unpleasant truth that 42% of Americans are obese and 79% of Americans are overweight. That's practically one in every two Americans living day to day with every minute counting down to the end of an unhealthy existence. It's time to change that and make Americans healthy again. Make America healthy again. All right, joining us next on the show today, this is Big Friday edition of the State of Breakfast podcast. She's the former Nevada state senator. She was also a candidate for the House of Representatives. She's doing a lot of great work out in Nevada right now. Welcome back to the show, Elizabeth Hagelene. Welcome back. Thanks so much for having me. Always a pleasure being here. You know, more of a pleasure to host, especially when we got a lot of stuff to talk about in the great state of Nevada, which is where I want to start. You know, we're the midst of the presidential election season here. It's kind of the downhill sprint. The last baton's been passed. We're out of the dog days of summer and we're sprinting towards election day on November 5th. We're going to have early voting starting in just over a week in some states and people are going to start making the choices that are going to, I think, forever change the direction of this country. We're either going to stay towards the path we're on right now, which is a nation in decline, heading towards communism, embracing all of the great things that come along with when you have politicians who are Marxists or you have America First, which is made probably one of the greatest comeback stories in political history led by President Trump. Before we get into some of the itemized issues, Elizabeth, I really want to get your overall kind of canvas of how you've seen this race shake out. I mean, obviously, just over a month ago, Joe Biden was the Democrat candidate and now it's Kamala Harris with her running mate Tim Walz and Donald Trump has added JD Vance to his ticket since the last time we've talked and they've been crisscrossing the country differently, albeit, hitting the campaign trail and I kind of want to see how your perspective is on the race so far up to this point. Of course, everybody I talked to is supporting President Trump. It's amazing how many people, non-partisan and Democrats are also supporting President Trump this year. So that's incredible across the country. I think he's doing great. I think JD Vance was a good pick for him and for the country. It's great to have him relate to other people that maybe President Trump didn't relate to. Of course, here in the state of Nevada, it's again a Trump country. So everywhere I go, I actually have to carry Trump yard signs in my car because people are always asking where they can get one. And so I say, "You know what? I've got one for you." And I actually pass them out all the time. I'll actually be traveling next week over to Arizona and I'll also be carrying my signs in the car just in case anybody ever sees me and they want a yard sign. But people are on fire. We know on Tuesday, actually, Congressman Matt Gates is going to be speaking with volunteers for Trump 447. So if you have not, to any of your listeners who have not joined Trump 447 yet to volunteer, you still can. We want you. Of course, if you want to sign up to be a leader with Trump 447, you can do that too. Just go to Trump447.com and do that. But people here in Nevada are on fire for President Trump. You know, it's one of the things that you just mentioned that I kind of want to touch on. This is with you personally. Now, outside of the candidacy where you ran for the House of Representatives in the last cycle, you felt compelled to continue to remain on the campaign trail as this election was more than just the race that you ran. In contrast, it was something that affects everyone in the state of Nevada and across the country right now. Now, you've gotten neck deep in campaigning for President Trump and being a part of the campaign there. And I kind of want you to give our listenership a little bit of insight of what you exactly have been up to for the last several months, if not longer. Yeah, so now that I'm no longer in the race for Congress, unfortunately, we're still keeping the fight up because we need President Trump in the White House. We can't have Kamala Harris. We just have seen what these last few years have been under Kamala Harris. And she definitely is the borders are and it's a mess. I'm actually going down to visit the border as well next week. It's devastating what's happening. We've got human trafficking coming in. We've got drugs, of course, drugs coming in. The illegal aliens coming in. The terrorists that are coming in. We're seeing people who are murdered. We're seeing apartment buildings and just cities torn apart. So this was never about me. It was not about me running. It was always about how we can help the community, how we can help our fellow Americans, and how we can help President Trump. So as soon as I had finished with my campaign, of course, I was already helping with President Trump. Any time I went to the door for my campaign, I was also talking to people and passing out stuff that belonged to President Trump. But now I'm, of course, one huge thing that I'm doing, of course, going through knocking. But one thing that it's important to me is to register voters. We know if voters are registered to vote this year, they will turn out and vote. So one thing that a lot of people have a problem, have a hard time, not a problem with, but a hard time is getting into churches to register those voters. So that's what I've been focusing on. I've teamed up with the American Christian Caucus and we're going into churches and we're actually registering voters. And it's amazing. Hundreds and hundreds in just the last couple of weekends. So we're going to keep doing that all the way until we can no longer do it because we need people involved and we need people. Like I said, if you can get out and volunteer, if you can even just pass out yard signs, if you can make phone calls, if you can doorknock, if you can talk with a person that is at the register when you're buying your groceries, do absolutely everything you can. That's what's important to me is making sure President Trump gets elected because our families are suffering, our neighbors are suffering. We are suffering and we need it. So it's important to stay involved. And that's exactly why I'm doing that. Yeah, finally getting into the church. It sounds like an absolute game changer. And then when you talk about the suffering of the people in places like the state of Nevada, you know, we do have to talk about it. We've talked about it with candidates over the year. People for the Trump campaign as well, both formerly and current like yourself. You know, and when you look at the way that the state has changed in the last just nearly a decade, you know, the state used to be prosperous for jobs. It used to have a great high standard for the educational system. It seemed like the healthcare system was never under much of a concern. They didn't have a problem with homelessness or drug addictions and all of the problems that were seen in a state where they didn't have them as well, just less than a decade ago. And like Arizona have now spilled over into Nevada. We've also confirmed through people who work on the US Southern border and candidates running for different positions within the government that, you know, the Mexican cartels have used the state of Nevada for human trafficking and drug trafficking corridor up to the northern parts of the United States. And it seems like the people that live there, even though it is a state where there's a lot of transplants, the people who are really of Nevada have just absolutely had it. And they, it seems like just based on the early polling that's coming out now still two months away from the election, it looks like Nevada might just turn in President Trump's favor. Yes, like I said, people are on on fire for President Trump here. And exactly for all the reasons you mentioned, they've just gotten worse and worse and worse under Kamala Harris. We know they're going to escalate under Kamala Harris because she's shown us what she's doing. And she also told us her positions have not changed. So we cannot afford this. My family's had to deal with human trafficking. We've had so many friends and people that we know, neighbors who've lost loved ones to fentanyl. These are real issues. I know we talked about this when I was running, it really is a huge issue. All of them are, but it's so scary, the crime that is happening, the economy we haven't even touched on. That is a huge issue for people. So absolutely, people are on fire for President Trump. He's going to win this this state. So I wouldn't be paying attention to any polls that say otherwise, he will definitely be winning the state of Nevada. You know, when you talk about some of the economic hardships that people that live in Nevada have had to incur, you know, energy prices is probably number one. This had never been a top five state in the United States for the high cost of things like gas and energy costs to heat your home. But we've seen it go up and down and really spike over the course of the last five plus years, especially under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. It doesn't seem like with the basis of the rate of inflation, the non-economic platform that Kamala Harris has laid out there, which means she's probably just going to continue on with Joe Biden's policies. The joke that she makes when she said she's going to pander to some of the voters out there with the no tax on tips, even though President Trump came up for it, it doesn't seem like it's sustainable for people who live in the state of Nevada to even be considering a Democrat candidate with the current state of the economy and the way inflation is just absolutely crushing on there. You're absolutely right. The working man, the businessman, I own a business, everybody, everybody is struggling because of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. And we're not going to tolerate it anymore. The people who traditionally even had voted Democrat no matter what, they know and they're paying their bills. Our energy prices have gone up significantly, doubled for some people. It's tripled. Of course, gas prices, our electricity, I mean, you name it, we are doing so horribly in the state of Nevada, which is crazy. So many people have tried to move here because of the little costs, and then they're now experiencing what has happened under these bad policies. So the people of Nevada, they're being real. They know what it costs when they go to the grocery store. Kamala doesn't have to worry about going to the grocery store. We do. So we see what is happening. Every single time we have to buy groceries for our families, we have to put stuff back on the shelves that we can't afford because of the high prices. We have to fill up our gas tanks. So the people are seeing it absolutely every single day we're living it so they can lie and say it's one way, but we know the way that it really is. And we're all suffering because of it. And that's exactly why everybody knows we have to have President Trump back in the White House. Yeah. And then one of the things, you know, this affects not just the selection that's upcoming here soon, one that could affect presidential elections in the future with some continued changes. I want you to tell our listenership about the ranked choice voting that's been going on in the state of Nevada for years. It seems like it's crept its way up from local elections, moved itself into larger ones. And if you know this is something if we don't change the trajectory of it between now and maybe 2028, this is something that could be affecting the presidential election and all elections moving forward. Yeah, so ranked choice voting for people who don't know right now we have here in the country. There's only two states that actually have it main in Alaska. Hawaii does a little bit in some of their local races, I believe. But here in the state of Nevada, they've been trying for years to get ranked choice voting. It's horrible. Everybody needs to vote no on question three, which is ranked choice voting here. So if ranked choice voting happens, which it was on the ballot last election, it did pass by 50 by 3%. I believe, unfortunately, we almost beat it, but it will be on the ballot again this November. If it passes, it will change the state of Nevada forever. It will be devastating forever. So ranked choice voting here in Nevada, if it passes in November, every single voter, it's no longer going to be one vote for one person. You have to rank up to five. It's a five minimum. So any candidate has to be that there's five people or less have to be ranked. You have to rank every single person, whether you agree with them or not. So as a conservative Republican, even if there's a Democrat on the ballot, I have to vote for them. Even if their ideology is completely different than mine, I have to. You have to rank every single candidate up to five candidates on the ballot. If you don't, your vote is getting thrown out. It is no longer going to work. It's disenfranchising voters. It's very confusing to voters why they have to vote for somebody that they don't like and they don't agree with. Somebody could win the election. The fourth or fifth place person could potentially win the election with only 51% of the vote. It's very discouraging what this will do. It's not going to help any party at all. So don't believe the lies that people try and sell you on. In fact, the Democrats and Republicans are against this here in Nevada. It's actually outside billionaires from other states who are funding this to try and change our election system. So it cannot pass. Everybody has to vote no on question three. It's going to devastate our state and certainly our country that expands. It's a huge state initiative that we need to bring awareness to. If you want billionaire investors and the main lobby groups that are trying to influence elections all over the country to pick your political candidates moving forward, don't pay attention to it. But we got to bring it up here on the show today while we have you on Elizabeth. And again, as always, it's great to catch up with you. And that is why, as my first official act under Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution, I am declaring martial law and deputizing hundreds of superheroes nationwide, who will report directly to Homelander himself. Thank you, Mr. President. Victoria Newman. She's a great American. My dear dear friend. Murdered in cold blood by deep state starlighters embedded in our own government. Now that we have full legal authority, the veritable army of superheroes will be called upon to route these traders from our government and from our streets. America will be safe again and to the starlighters whenever rock you're hiding under or coming for you. [BLANK_AUDIO]
