And now, this is the moment you've all been waiting for. It's time for the strength of breathless partner. It's Friday, September 6, 2024, and this is the Steak for Breakfast Podcast, episode 450 and 451. Make sure you're subscribed to the show. It's available across every downloadable podcasting platform. Find us on Apple, Spotify, iHeart. Samsung, or Amazon Podcast. Check out the Steak for Breakfast link through the take show's Instagram, our latest sub stack, and verified accounts on X, Getter, and True Social. What's up, everybody, and welcome to the first of two big Friday editions of the show today. I'm Ron, flying solo, and as always, we've got lots of breaking news. Donald Trump held the press conference at Trump Tower this morning, and we've got all the latest on what it was all about. It's the Kamala Harris Basement Campaign 2.0 backfiring and actually hurting her chances at winning the election in November. We'll analyze. Donald Trump sat down for an exclusive town hall interview with Fox News' Boomer Sweats, Sean Hannity, and delivered remarks before the Economic Club of New York this week, and we've got all the highlights. And the Miss Dis and Mal Information Campaign is ramping up against the America First Movement and ahead of the November election. We've also got a great slate of guests coming in here today. We'll be catching up with Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchit. We'll also be catching up with the Center for Newing America's Kingsley Wilson. RNC Attorney Christina Bob will be here, and former Congressional candidate Ant State Senator Enovada, Elizabeth Helgene, will be joining us as well. But before we get into any of our interviews, let's jump right into these headlines and change the way you consume your news. Okay, this is not nom. This is bowling. There are rules. Hey, hey, hey, Junior, America! It's like... FOUR BATHIST! So stand by! All right, everybody. Welcome to the State for Reckless Podcast. I'm Ron Fianc solo today. I can assure you that unlike on our Tuesday editions of the podcast, I will not get through the monologue and have Noah dip in. He is predisposed today, but if you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show. If you're a long-time listener, welcome back to America's Fastest Growing, and quickly becoming favorite political podcast. On a busy news Friday here on the show, first of two big Friday editions, we've got a pretty, well, steak-for-breakfast standard top-tier guest line up coming in here. We're going to wrap up this first news segment in just a bit and jump in with Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett. We'll close out our first edition of the show, with the Center for Renewing America's Kingsley Wilson. Christina Bob will be in our A-block for the interview of our second edition of the podcast today, and we'll wrap up in the State of Nevada with someone who's doing a lot of great work for the Trump campaign out there, former congressional candidate, former state senator Elizabeth Helgene is back. So, stack line up, as always, lots of news, lots of breaking news as we're getting started on this big Friday edition of State for Breakfast. Donald Trump had a presser at Trump Tower today, and he was refuting a lot of the law fair that's been waged against him. The Trump team has officially announced that they'll be appealing the conviction in the E.G. and Carroll case, the civil lawsuit that was brought against him, backed by Democrat donors, raised from the dead, and used against President Trump to keep him off the campaign trail and to ding him in the pocketbook as well. You know, there are some breaking news before we even get into this. In regards to President Trump's other case in New York, Judge Juan Rochon, the deranged judge, Juan Rochon, has now officially delayed President Trump's criminal trial sentencing to November 26th after election day, after Thanksgiving. So we're going to have to see what the fallout from that is. A lot of legal experts weighing on. This decision that recently came down over the course of the last hour today as we're jumping into our first new segment and we're talking about President Trump and the press conference he held this morning at Trump Tower again, refuting a lot of the law fair that's been waged against him, specifically targeting E.G. and Carroll in his opening statement. Let's check it out. Two witnesses. One is a woman who's followed me for years. She said in 1879, I was in an airplane with her commercial flight and we became very intimate. I just sat down. I think I had the book, The Order of the Deal. I was famous then too. I've been famous for a long time and was sitting in first class according to her. Never happened, by the way. Totally made up stories. She's a Clinton person too, by the way. A big Clinton press. She made up the story. And so many years ago, and I think it would be 1979, one of my many people behind me could correct it, but I think she said 1970. That's a long time ago. And I sat down. I believe I had some pretty big success then and I was being talked about a lot. Maybe The Order of the Deal was out, you know, some time after that. I'm not sure. But I was well known. And passengers are coming into the plane and she said I was making out with her. And then after 15 minutes and then she changed her story a couple of times, maybe it was quicker, that I grabbed her at a certain part, and that was when she had enough. So think of the impracticality of this. I'm famous. I'm in a plane. People are coming into the plane and I'm looking at a woman and I grab her and I start kissing her and making out with her. What are the chances of that happening? What are the chances? And frankly, I know you're going to say it's a terrible thing to say, but it couldn't have happened. It didn't happen. And she would not have been the chosen one. She would not have been the chosen one. She has gone around for years saying the story. Everywhere I go, she says the story. And it's a total lie. Now, I assume she'll sue me now for defamation like I got sued by E. Jean Carroll. Gotcha, bitch! Well, man, you knew that was coming. Listen, President Trump has fed up with the law fair. You know, we're going to get into it in our second edition of the podcast today. The Miss, Dis, and Mal information is ramping up ahead of the November elections. We're on RussiGate 3.0. We've got Hunter Biden pleading guilty to nine felonies yesterday. There's just so much stuff going on. You know, Judge Chungus and Jack Smith are trying to cook up a scheme, although they probably have all but admitted defeat ahead of the November election this week. But the fact of the matter is President Trump has had it. This has costed him tens of not, hundreds of millions of dollars, taking critical time away from the campaign that he's trying to run against now a new candidate who was inserted into the election cycle, you know, essentially six weeks ago. And this is just not the way that our political system is supposed to run. This is the way that the political system is gamed against opponents of the swamp. And, you know, we circle back to it time and time again. They will do all this stuff. And the only reason that this is even happening at this point in the campaign and the election season is because the Democrats, the Biden-Harris administration, the deep state, the swamp, the media, the pollsters, all want to cover up for the incredibly terrible job that they're doing for the American people or lack thereof. You know, the jobs numbers was released today. And Joe Biden's claim of creating 11 billion jobs over the course of the last nearly four years has been debunked in so many ways, shapes, or forms, you know, including all of the jobs numbers that have been reworked since after every report comes out. They take off of hundreds of thousands over the course of the last three years. And it turns out that Joe Biden hasn't made a lot of jobs for anybody except for legal aliens. Well, President Trump would quickly segue there today while delivering remarks at his press conference. Let's hear it. Disaster. They are really bad. You had numbers that are shocking. Native-born Americans, we lost 1.3 million jobs while foreign-born Americans were able to take all of those jobs. So, foreign is coming in illegally, largely illegally, into our country, took the jobs of Native-born Americans. And I've been telling you, that's what's going to happen. Because we have millions and millions of people pouring into our country, many from prisons and jails, and mental institutions, and insane asylums. Traffickers, human traffickers, women traffickers, sex traffickers. Which, by the way, that's the kind of thing that people should be looking at, because it's horrible. And it's turning out that migrant crime is far worse than any crime that we've ever experienced. If you look at Aurora. Sure it is. Colorado, they're taking over the place. They took over buildings, and this is just the beginning. You haven't seen anything yet. You haven't seen any. They've allowed well over 20 million people, in my opinion. Other people say, "Well, it's only 13." No, no. It's much more than 20. I think it's much more than 20. And you know, he makes a great point. I saw a post out on social media today, Charlie Kirk was saying that, you know, DHS, and we all know how much we trust them, has confirmed that there was over 8 million people that have been crossed and allowed into the United States and Joe Biden, and Kamal Harris took office. In addition to that, you had people in a brick suit, namely, jump in right underneath the comment section and talk about the Biden flights, and the fact that, you know, they're returning so many people to the United States from those core four countries that don't have to make the trek here, they can schedule an appointment on their app and get flown in at the taxpayer's expense. In addition, I haven't piggybacked on that. I firmly believe that the getaway walkaway numbers has to be over two million over the course of the last three and a half, four years that Joe Biden and Kamal Harris have been in office. You know, you take the over 8 million, let's just go for the low ball here at nine, and you add the two, three million that have come in under Joe Biden and Kamal Harris via the Biden flights and the amnesty programs that they have for people who have been previously deported, but the Biden administration says, "Oh, it's okay, and the borders are," Kamal Harris says, "Oh, don't worry about it. You were treated unfairly, so come back." Get released into the interior of the United States. There's plenty of open apartment spaces in places like Aurora, Colorado, that you can just simply, "Well, I'll put it to you this way. It's a steal." And then the getaways and the walkaways, anywhere between two and three million, you're talking minimum 15 million people have come into this country with nothing changing policy-wise until January of 2025. So you're still talking a good five, six months before we ever start to get this wrangled in. And it's just been an absolute debacle. Their plan is to steal the selection, grant all these people amnesty, and it's like, we've been telling you here since 2021, Joe Biden and Kamal Harris will figure out a way for amnesty, and that means, via chain migration, you're going to have at least, at least, 30 million more people come into this country unmitigated because the people that they've granted amnesty to will be allowed to petition for those people in the law be able to come in. We're talking brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, sons, daughters, grandparents. Do you name it? They'll be here. All the taxpayers expense, all public charges. You know, they are not equipped to function in the workplace in a lot of instances. Obviously, the educational system, they put such attacks on the health care system as well. It would spell the end of not only the middle class, but essentially America as we know it. New congressional districts for Democrats will pop up all across the country. It will make ever-winning back the House of Representatives for the Republicans impossible, and then it will be a battle over the Senate as the last check-in balance in between whether a Democrat or a Republican is in the White House and how fast we can throw this country into the abyss. I know it's kind of a bleak scenario, but listen, if they figure out a way to beat Donald Trump on November 5th, they're getting amnesty. And once amnesty happens with the chain migration, it's over. I mean, you could deport people. You can tackle crime. You can reform the immigration system with a Republican president, Senate, potentially, House of Representatives. But four more years of this, which will essentially be 16 out of the last 20. It's over. And it's not hyperbole. It's not shock and awe. It is the reality. The Democrats have realized that enough of their usually obedient voter base is now being non-compliant. We're talking about black males. We're talking about Hispanics. We're talking about people that would typically vote blue no matter who. So now they're just going to replace them in numbers that are -- give them an insurmountable lead moving forward. So just something to continue to think about is you wonder how involved you need to be in this upcoming election outside of just casting your vote now. President Trump brought the team with them. We had, obviously, all of his surrogates and assistants flanking him on both sides. Legal prowess on full display. Alina Haba to his right. Will Sharf to his left. Alina Haba gave a fiery but mostly peaceful defense of President Trump. And then we got into the exes and o's of what's going on here in the game plan with Will Sharf. Let's listen. One of two cases brought against President Trump by E. Jean Carroll. Now, it's really important to remember that E. Jean Carroll's story at its heart is an utterly implausible, he said, she said story. There is no corroboration for anything she has ever claimed about President Trump. There are no corroborating witnesses as President Trump alluded to. There is not confirmatory DNA. No police report was filed at the time of this alleged incident. She was unable to identify when this incident occurred until quite recently. No surveillance evidence or witnesses have ever been found or come forward confirming any aspect of E. Jean Carroll's story. In light of that, in light of the utter implausibility of the story that E. Jean Carroll was attempting to sell to the jury in this case, her attorneys introduced evidence that should have never seen the inside of a courtroom. Utterly insane efforts to introduce propensity witnesses, Jessica Leeds and Natasha Stoynoff, most notably in an unfair and improper effort to buttress E. Jean Carroll's failed attempt to assault President Trump. Jessica Leeds' story is instructive here. This is a woman who claims in the middle of a crowded airliner in 1979. President Trump assaulted her. Leeds has never been able to identify where this plane departed from, where it went to, the date of the flight in question, making our efforts to disprove her testimony extremely difficult. Under the federal rules of evidence, this story should have never been allowed to be presented to the jury in this case. The same is true of Natasha Stoynoff's story, which, again, lacks any indicia of reliability, any sort of credibility, any sort of confirmatory testimony from other witnesses or anything else that would make you believe that this actually happened. So, on the one hand, you have a judge who allowed in this improper propensity evidence that should not have been allowed in. In our view, that polluted the jury's deliberations in this case. That presented a story to the jury of a series of a pattern of conduct that the jury should not have been considering. And we think that absent that propensity evidence, no fair jury could have reached the verdict that was reached in this case. And as a result, we believe that this verdict needs to be overturned. But, like I said, they're going to be appealing that initial verdict. And again, that was Will Sharf, a great friend of "Stake for Breakfast" out there, laying it down for President Trump at Trump Tower earlier today. Guys, wherever you're listening to the show today, welcome. Hope you're enjoying the first of two big Friday editions of the "Stake for Breakfast" podcast. Listen, we need your help. On all the great stuff we've got going on down here, it's take a breakfast like our interview coming up with Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett. Donald Trump knows the upcoming election is going to be a challenging one for him. I think that's why he's doing so much work. Listen, every week. And the mainstream media knows exactly why. Donald Trump has not front loaded his schedule publicly and usually gives a shorter amount of time than he had before the assassination attempt up in Boulder, Pennsylvania. I believe that has to do with advisors and law enforcement and probably his family concern for his safety. Let's not telegraph as far, and we'll kind of play it as we go. And you know, for all the stuff that Donald Trump wasn't supposed to do this week, they had said when he was going to sit down for his town hall with Sean Hannity, he didn't have anything planned between then and Saturday when he's going to be at the Central Wisconsin airport to do a Trump rally with JD Vance. But in addition to doing a two-parter with Sean Hannity, obviously happened live in one part, but that aired on Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday night. In addition, Donald Trump spoke and delivered remarks on the economy, among other things, before the Economic Club of New York yesterday. He had a press conference at Trump Tower today as we're covering it right now. And again, he's going to be doing a rally this weekend. In Battleground, Wisconsin. So, you know, it's one of those things where he's doing the work. And in addition to Wisconsin, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, have just automatically been states that he has been laser focused on throughout the course. Obviously, Georgia as well. And I'm waiting for that next Georgia rally to be announced. And what I'm really hoping is that is the rally where Donald Trump and Brian Campbell publicly show a little bit of unity. You know, we've heard from behind the scenes that things are patched up. We saw a great endorsement on Sean Hannity recently from Ryan Campbell. Obviously, Donald Trump had out a big post on True Social, saying just the same. But again, all hands on deck because Donald Trump knows this entire system is rigged against him. Let's listen. We have a whole rigged election system. Nobody's ever seen anything like what's happening. Now I understand yesterday they're bringing up Russia, Russia, again, that they've done for years. Never found anything. But they should be looking at China, China, China. Iran, Iran, Iran, lots of other places. I haven't spoken to anybody from Russia in years. They know that, but it's a scam. But it all goes back to the DOJ because we had a trial today. It's an appeal of a ridiculous verdict of a woman I have never met. I don't know. I have no idea who she is. She wrote a book and she made a ridiculous story up. She put it in her book. And we're now appealing the decision. We had an extremely hostile judge pointed by Clinton. Very good friends of Clinton. I guess he married, presided over the marriage ceremony of one of the lawyers on the case against us. And it was very sad. Judge Lewis Kaplan, angry man. He was so angry. I went to the trial. I've been in a lot of litigation over the years. I've never seen such anger. I wanted to throw one of our attorneys in jail. He was threatened with jail. Nobody's ever seen anything like it over nothing. I've never seen such anger. But all of our judges, we had a brilliant judge. And I think a very fair judge in Florida. I think we have another judge who's very fair. I just ask for fair. I don't want anything different from anybody else. I just ask for fairness. We have another judge or a couple of judges. I think a fair. Then we have other judges that I think the whole thing. So there's that. And it's not just the election system that's rigged against President Trump. He knows he's walking into hostile territory next Tuesday when he set the debate Kamala Harris and what potentially could be the only debate of this entire election cycle. Imagine that. You're running for the highest office essentially on the planet. And Kamala Harris is refusing to debate Donald Trump anywhere outside of the most hostile by lawsuits against ABC. Lawsuits against George Stephanopoulos. You know the whole story. We covered almost bi-weekly, quad-weekly here on stake for breakfast. President Trump wasn't going to get out of this press conference with mentioning it outside of the rally on Saturday. This is probably the last piece of media that he's going to do. Or at least field questions from the press. Let's check it out. I'm going into very hostile territory shortly on a debate with ABC George Slopadopoulos and that group. And ABC I think is the worst of everybody. I think they're the worst. They're the nastiest. They're as bad as you can be. They're worse than NBC which is saying a lot. And we have something coming. And the reason I'm doing it is because that's the only one that you would do it with. Because their best friend is the head of ABC or ABC News. And her husband's best friend is married to that one. And Donna Brazil is there. You remember the famous Donna Brazil? She gave Hillary Clinton the questions. You remember that? That was a little embarrassing. She got fired I assume for that. But now she's working at ABC. So I said I'll do it anyway. Because even if she knows the answers and knows the questions, I don't think she'll be very good. And this is not what our country wants. And I feel I have an obligation to do it. And she'd never stand up here like this and give a news conference. It's the truth. She hasn't. She won't. She's not being held to account or responsible for anything that's happened. We're not going back. Whatever that means. Only look forward. So don't look currently. It's the entire basement 2.0 platform that Kamala Harris is running right now. And it's an absolute joke. And so is she. An embarrassment to this country. The worst vice president in the history of this country and just an absolute embarrassment of a candidate. I can't believe there are so many people within Democrat party who would rather see Donald Trump lose. And essentially this country lose. Then have Kamala Harris. Just get absolutely destroyed in any other timeline of the multiverse. This would not even be a question. But we are currently occupying the one where the swamp exists, the media is corrupt, the justice system's weaponized, law enforcement's after everybody. And this is it. It's the fight for our lives. I mean I hate to say it. Obviously after what happened in Butler everyone should know it. What's at stake here? I mean obviously Donald Trump does. The man has literally risked his life to run for President of the United States. And we just got a laser focused. All hands on deck. Everyone in. As you begin getting ready to wrap. And this was ahead. He did not know. Well they might have known but not publicly yet. It hadn't been announced to the media that Judge Juan Mershan was going to move the date well past the election and after Thanksgiving. But Donald Trump said the only way that they're going to wind up getting any headway in any of these cases especially the appeals of you know good judges come in and actually look at the case and not just be a partisan hack let's hear it. Have a very corrupt system of laws. But in that system we have some very good judges also. And I think in the end the good judges will prevail. And I hope Democrat appointed judges can see a scam like this where somebody just makes up a story probably out of law and order I don't know she made it up out of somewhere but check out the law and order episode that we're talking about. Make up a story and I end up getting sued. And by the way the punishment is like eighty nine million dollars and wouldn't have two cases should have been one case. But two cases is better because you get double bad publicity. We asked the judge could you consolidate the cases same case. And he refused to do so he wanted two cases. So two cases two sets of lawyers two everything. It's really really very disgraceful. It is this whole period of time whether it's Fulton County, Georgia, what's going on outside of the or inside of the offices of Alvin Bragg up in New York. Obviously Judge Chungus down in Washington D.C. Merrick Garland and of course Lisa Monaco everyone connected to them as well. This is a black eye and a stain on our justice system that I don't know if our country will ever make it past. We might have some decent reforms we might have some great appointments in the second Trump administration. But when you look back on this there's no way to repair the damage in the partisan nature that they went after President Trump that you just can't fix by saying I'm sorry or having an appeal go to a different judge and getting it overturned. It's still going to be exactly what happened to President Trump. All this money lost all this time. Who knows what he could have done on the campaign trail if he was completely just unrestricted and was able to go wherever he wanted as far back as he wanted during all of these court cases. It's just an absolute embarrassment. I hope these judges all get what they deserve. I hope their legacies are tarnished forever. President Trump would kind of wrap things up as we head into the weekend here as we get ready for the rally in Wisconsin tomorrow. Let's check it out. The only thing I can say that's good about it is the public understands and my poll numbers I believe are higher now than they would have been without it because the public understands it's a hoax. It's a scam. It's a political witch hunt. And some of you should be ashamed of yourselves. Thank you very much everybody. Thank you. When he talks about some of you being ashamed of yourself, he's obviously talking about the media. Because again, these complete hacks and unprofessional partisan losers just carry the water for the Democrat party. They don't care what the consequence is. They don't care what happens to their credibility. All they want is the access, the story, the scoop, and to be in the spotlight. And, you know, Donald Trump, even before he ran for president, was one of the most iconic figures on the planet. And these kids, essentially, these young journalists and just absolute degenerate scumbags in the press have not only lost all credibility with the American public because in retrospect we will see exactly what happened here, eventually, and how and why. And I'm talking about was it Biden? Was it Harris? Was it both in addition to Garland and Monaco? And the guy that went up and left the DOJ and worked into DA office for Alvin Bragg up in Manhattan. And I tell you what, just like with the Russiagate scandal where they knew 100% of the time that this thing was bullshit, they ran with all of these hoax trials that they put Donald Trump on in an attempt to tarnish him in front of the American people. And the only thing that happened was it's made him stronger, it's galvanized, it's movement, and it's got us going in the right direction now 60 days before we head to the ballot box. So we're going to leave it at that as we got a ton of other stuff to talk about today. But before we get back into the news, we're going to be jumping in with Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchard. But before we jump in with him, let's have a first check in with one of our partners. This episode of the podcast is brought to you as always by man rubs. Rubs, barbecue tools, blow torches, t-shirts, coffee cups, and all around barbecue related gear for you to make barbecue great again. Can be found at manrubs.com at an Instagram, man rubs. Music goes steak 15 to 15% off your order. Alright, joining us first on the show today, this big Friday edition of the Stakes Breakfast podcast. He's the congressman who represents Tennessee's second congressional district and we're always thankful to catch up with the one and only Mr. Tim Burchard. Welcome back to the show. Hey brother, it's always good to be back. Thank you. Always a pleasure to host. And we've got a bunch of stuff we'd like to talk to you about specifically starting off with. Next week you guys are heading back up to Capitol Hill. Looks like, well as according to the media, it seems to be a budget battle coming down the pike. We all know that a continuing resolution needs to happen to fund the government from the end of this month through the start of the next administration. However, although we won't be getting spending cuts, we do want to put stuff like the SAVE Act in there. And I kind of want to get your commentary, Congressman, heading in before you head back up to the swamp on what America and America first can expect over the course of the next couple of weeks. Okay, I'm going to be a little blunt on this thing. We love it. What's getting ready to happen? They'll attach the SAVE Act, which we've already passed and sent over to the Senate, to the spending bill and to make them either shut the government down or do this. But here's what's going to happen. They're going to send it over to the Senate. The Senate will strip the SAVE Act and send it back to us. And it will put it on us to either pass the CR or shut the government down. And I just don't think they've got the -- we don't have the fortitude to do it. We've already passed the SAVE Act. And if we hope for the -- you know, all those conservatives are going to vote for this CR is going to continue the host COVID spending levels and all the crazy programs in their Planned Parenthood, all this other woke stuff that we hate. So instead of actually forcing the Democrats to vote for the SAVE Act, they're going to force us to -- I mean, they've already voted against it once and he didn't -- her peep out of the media. So they're going to vote against it again and put it on us that we're trying to shut the government down. So I hope we think through this during -- because it's, you know, we think we're forcing them to do something, but in reality, we've already admitted our leadership has already admitted to us in conference and that's not anything secret, because as soon as we say it in a secret meeting, it's already out that we know they're not going to get it. We're going to force them as some election issue. And we already know. I mean, they voted every horrible and they voted for transgenders in sports. They vote to allow illegals to stay. They vote, you know, just on down the line. They won't outlaw specifically illegals voting even. So what do we do? I think we better -- what we should focus on is cutting this CR down to some manageable levels, cut some garbage out, put it on them to vote for that, something new. And then that should be our strategy, but I don't know that that's what we're going to do. You know, you do make some good points, Congressman, and I kind of want to unpack this a little bit. You know, we've talked to a couple attorneys, ones that work for the RNC that are attached to the Trump campaign, other congressmen and women who, you know, are in and around Capitol Hill, representatives Norman and Mace joined us on the show last week. And, you know, the implementation of the SAVE Act and this upcoming election, when it's directly tied to voter registration, and it's not like, you know, the way we kind of explain it to our listenership is the passing of the SAVE Act doesn't mean that there's going to be ice trucks at voting centers across the country, checking citizenship. For as much as we may need that in our federal elections right now, it's just not something that can get implemented. And then you talk about the blue states and blue cities, you know, where they just kind of ignore policies that it doesn't matter if they're on the books federally at the state level, whether it's Supreme Court rules on them. So I do get it. President Trump likes it. Speaker Johnson wants to back it, but when you kind of explain it in the way is, you know, Chuck Schumer knows how the game is played and he's going to put the ball back in Republicans, you know, court, and the fact of the matter is, do you think overall a government shutdown at this point helps or hurts Republicans on November 5th? Well, let's look at what a government shutdown does and it's not going to, it doesn't stop our military from being paid. Nobody can lose their house. Everybody is made whole in all these things. And the media will show some poor mom getting some welfare recipient welfare check cut off because we can't feed our kids. So politically, I don't know that I'm willing to do it if I thought we could get to there, but I don't think we can get there. I don't think we'll get to say that. And when Chuck Schumer says his goal, I'm reading this now, is citizenship for all 11 million undocumented immigrants, says only this is a quote, well, we're going to have a great future in America. So we welcome and embrace immigrants, the dreamers and all of them, all of them, all of them, all of them at goal is to help the dreamers, but also create a path. So, you know, I think, I mean, he says that already in the net in the legacy media, it doesn't do anything with it. I think they're just going to wrap this around our necks. And I hope that we think this thing through. I don't know what's going to happen next week. You know, when you say in a conference meeting, no, we know Chuck Schumer's not going to pass it, but we're going to force that, you know, I just think that's a bad strategy. And I don't think we're going to get to where we need to be. No, I agree with you. You know, we don't like to, you know, pain the unoptimistic future here, but listen, this isn't our first rodeo and obviously isn't yours. You've told it and shot straight about Congress up on the show for as much of the good things that you guys have been able to do behind the scenes. And in between the cracks, there's just been a lot of frustration I know from people on your end that wants to see real, meaningful, long lasting permanent cuts. And listen, all we could do, at least on our end, Congressman, is pray that in the 119th session of Congress with Donald Trump in the White House, and you guys retaining the House, flipping the Senate, we'll see a little bit more of it. But again, even you've alluded to that's up for debate because there's one thing that nobody wants to do up on Capitol Hill besides a very small delegation of Congressmen and women like yourself. And that's make meaningful cuts. Yep. Yep. Nobody's got the guts to do that. And I do. I would love to just get that opportunity. I would love for us to have single issue spending bills like they do in Tennessee. And at least halfway show the public that we're trying to do something. And we've got to get out of this mentality. I'm afraid too many times when Republicans get in power. And this is recent memory. We are sort of a car salesman. A guy gets a brand new car and he's thinking, I got this brand new car. And I got my payments down to $250 a month. But what he doesn't tell you is 34 years later, he's still going to be paying that. And that's sort of what we do in politics. We kind of move that around and just try to get through the election year. And that's the wrong time. If anything now, it's make or break every vote I feel like. And we ought to take them as that and not and quit playing this game on politics that we do every dad come time on one of these spending bills. And then when I see the moderate talk about we need to compromise. Well, compromise is what's gotten us $75 trillion a day. Every second we pay $76,000 more dollars. $76,000 a second. So I just would wish that we would educate ourselves, the public, and quit elect in these knuckleheads that do what they do. I think I'm going to have to start changing my anger from members of Congress to the members of the American public, the 13% that vote, and see if they can start having a better standard of things. Yeah, you got to hold them accountable. You don't want people to go up to Capitol Hill and just do the cable news rungs and make talking points. You want them to go up there and actually work on constituents and do the things that you all send them up there to do. You know, I didn't think we were going to get the car salesman slapping the roof of the car meme somehow worked into the show here, but you so elegantly have with that in there. We really appreciate that Congress. And we could refer back to your personal, you know, ex account just to know that's where you see that kind of spicy content. But listen, there are other things that are there are other things that are frustrating Americans out there. And I think one of the biggest items that wasn't talked about at the DNC still hasn't been really mentioned by the DOJ. And that's the investigation into the assassination attempt on President Trump. You stonewalled at every end outside. And every and every and brother. Well, I can't remember if you and I talked about I think we talked about this once before and I said, I want to have the start the investigation in the following Monday. But everybody said, Oh, no, Bertrand. We got a 72 hour rule. We got to we've got to put this blue ribbon committee together. And you know, and I said, all they're going to do is give them time to get their lives together. And what did they did? They washed off the roof of that building. They couldn't wash that roof off fast enough. I mean, Knoxville, Tennessee, if there's a shooting, they're going to have the tape out. They're taking pictures and it might be days. They should have had a tarp over that area. And then they cremated the kids body. So weird suspect in itself. Sure. Just so many things they've done. If they don't want to conspiracy, they got one. They got one. And everything that nothing fits in on this thing. It's just, you know, don't rock the boat. Let's kick the can down the road a little bit. And now it's not it's not news anymore. And that's what they want. I mean, it will be 60 years from now. It's like the Kennedy assassination. We're still not going to know what the hell happened. Oh, it's an honest point you make there. And you want to know when when you talk about things, you know, also involved with this right now. Let's just talk about the Trump campaign and the DOJ. You have confirmed cyber attacks from North Korea and Iran. You have you have confirmed Iranian cyber attacks on one of the offices that the Trump campaign was using in this cycle. However, the DOJ wants to roll out Russiagate. I don't even know if it's 3.0 or 4.0 at this point and kind of make that the centerpiece always trying to tie Donald Trump to, you know, the Russian entity, the boogeyman, whatever you want to call it and just kind of throw something else into the news cycle as a distractionary measure because number one, the Democrats aren't looking too good right now. Number two, they have a terrible candidate. The top of the ticket in Kamala Harris probably an even worse one with Governor Wallace. And number three, they're running a basement campaign again, much like they did with Joe Biden. And I just want your opinion, Congressman, do you think America has wised up after what they got with Joe Biden to, you know, understand what the Democrats are trying to do with Kamala Harris? No, I do not. I think I think they've just proved that they don't vote for the person they vote for the system. And that's what they're doing. They're voting for that check, that gravy sharing, so to speak, and they will continue to do that. And then we will continue to degrade as a nation. And they're counting on low voter turnout. And the elatist will continue to run the show. Yeah, I mean, you talk about the law fair that's still being waged against President Trump. He has a possible sentencing date, which could start immediate jail time in just a few short weeks here. And you know, with the, like I said, the Russiagate investigation kind of making its way back. It just seemed like he's in the same playbook over again. I hope that America wakes up a little bit. I mean, and then let's talk about the other side of the coin, Congressman. President Trump has really done a lot, literally has risked his life to run for President of the United States again. I mean, he's ran a great campaign. He's brought people back under the MAGA 10 people that, you know, I think like Brian Camp and, you know, Governor Haley and some other people who just, you know, weren't feeling it a year ago. But as widened it too, he's brought in people like Elon Musk and RFK or Carlson and, you know, all these other big time, Tulsi Gabbard. And, you know, in his attempt to say, okay, this is where we missed out on 2016 and 2020. I have to be able to find moderate Democrats and independents. Do you think he's doing enough right now to kind of move that needle for him? Because it seems like, you know, he's still going to be adding people to the teams of unlikely people that you wouldn't expect to be on the MAGA express two months away from the election. Yeah, everybody's got nowhere to go. I mean, they can't go with Harris. Just as the liberals got nowhere to go, they're going to have to go with with Harris. And so what he's got to do is pull that that centered group in. And I hope it's enough. I know that he's going to see record numbers of Hispanics and black males are going to vote for him. Not majorities. I don't think I don't think like males, definitely. But, but I think he's doing some good outreach there. But I would hope that he would focus on what he can do to fix the problem. Yeah. And look into the cameras at the debate and say, this woman has shepherded it over and enlisted. You know, the price of gasoline has gone from this to that. Groceries sick families are 600 and she's been at the helm. She's been at the table. She brags about being the last person in the room talking to Joe Biden. And I hang it around her neck and then say, here's what we're going to do. You know, child care, health care, the border, the economy, all those things fit in together. And then, and, and I'd leave it at that. Oh, it's a great point. I mean, he did say in his town hall with Sean Hannity this week, he's going to let her talk for as much as she wants and present her case to the American people. Obviously, he's offered the plausible solutions and the 20 agreed upon bull points, plus things he's, you know, also developed out on the campaign trail since the RNC. And then, you know, let's end on a good note, Congressman, because listen, we talked to a lot of people from up on the Hill, members of the Senate, obviously, Congress and, and all of these other, you know, consultants and everyone that has everything to do with politics. There are very few Congressmen or women period who do as much work when they're in district as you do. I can't open up my social media. If you're not posting something funny, you're at a town hall. You're at a football game. You're at a cookout. You're going to a church. You're knocking on doors. You're dropping signs. Tell our listenership about what's going on in your district right now and how your campaign for re-election has gone up to this point. I, well, two ways to run, two ways to run scared and unopposed. And I have opposition. And I, you know, my biggest troubles, of course, are, you know, raising money and, and just doing those type of things because I don't really represent a lot of billionaires or millionaires, I guess. And I, and I have to get out and knock on doors and I knock on doors daily if I can, except for Sunday. And, you know, it's old school, but it's, it's, it's how I get elected to Congress because I, as I say, I don't come from money. My family, my mom and daddy were career educators, very conservative, career educators, dad was a dean at UT and my mom taught school. So I, I do that a lot. I go to a lot of ball games. I go to the fairs and, you know, it's, it's just wholesale politicking. It's the way it used to be. And, you know, you can always say you can turn off the television. You can change the radio station. You know, you'll throw that mailer away. But when you're face to face, it's a little different. And so people expect it and I get out and do it. I'm just turning 60, I think, two weeks ago, two Sundays ago. And, and I feel it though. I mean, it's, you know, but I also feel a lot of the, the fear in people's eyes, you know, when they, first of all, they're, some people are even afraid to come to the door, which is something new, especially in East Tennessee. And then when they start talking to you about the struggles they're having, you know, there's, they're just busting ass. They're, they're maybe making more money than they ever had, but it's going a lot less. Yeah. And that's, and they're worried about the future. They're, they always talk about what about, you know, I'm worried about what's going to happen for my kids. And I have those same fears. So, yeah, I, I think, of course, I don't, I need to go home and rest. And then I just, and I get one of those and I just keep going. We keep going and keep knocking on doors. So, that's, that's what I do. It's, it's better than any, you know, poll done by some international group that can tell me what people are thinking. I don't have to do that. I can, we do them. They're, they're a good benchmark, but I, I don't need that to find out what people are worried about. They're worried about the border. They're worried about the economy. They're worried about the fit on the worry about their kids, their education, health care, things like that and how they're going to afford it. There are so many people these days who don't get the opportunity to start a conversation face to face and end it with a hug or a handshake, but you've brought that back. You've honestly made it great again. And, you know, Congressman, you've got a beautiful family. We've seen them out on the campaign trail with you a lot, this cycle. And it's just relieving for us here and probably for our listenership. You know, I get a lot of DMs about congressmen and women or anybody we have on the show where like, oh, I love this person. I want to hear what they have to say. We know you guys do long form. I tell you what, we get an overabundant of it whenever you join us because they say, I'm going to listen to the part where Tim Burgess on the show right now. And consequently, we're going to end it there, but the best part about it is we're going to let our national listenership hopefully help out your reelection campaign because we're going to live link not only your congressional, but your campaign website in the show today. Both Twitter accounts as always. And if anybody wants to check out on social media or anywhere else, where's the best place that they could help? Just X, Tim Birch, that's my cool side. I got a Congressman Tim Birch, it'd be official one, but the one that's unedited and raw and usually I'm ticked off or flying off the handle at somebody or trolling a troll. There you go. And I do that quite often. I'm actually, we're going to make people book, I think, of all my trolling of trolls and people seem to love those. I don't know. I just have fun with it. I don't care. I don't hate anybody. Pray for my enemies. And I generally feel sorry for them because some of them are pretty miserable people. But we have a good time with it. Well, we love it. We love catching up with you. And I am going to love adding that book when it's published to the coffee table here in the state of breakfast studios. It's always great catching up with the Congressman who's representing Tennessee's second congressional district. This guy's an absolute warrior up on Capitol Hill to Representative Tim Birch. Thanks for joining us on the show. Sir, have a great weekend. Thank you, brother, always for a topic. Since when does the Vice President have what sounds like a southern accent? I have no idea what you're talking about. Well, I mean, this is she was talking about the opinions in Detroit using one tone of voice. Is this the same line? Okay, Peter, she's the same line in Pittsburgh. And it sounded like she at least had some kind of a southern call. Do you hear the question that you do you think Americans seriously think that this is an important question? They care. You know what they care about? They care about the economy. They care about lowering costs. They care about health care. That's what Americans care about. That's what they want you to care about. Your colleague just asked me about what basically we talked about went back and forth about democracy and freedom. That's what they care about. I'm not even going to entertain some question about the president. It's just it's just hearing it sounds so ridiculous. Well, but hearing it is the question. I'm talking about the questions is just insane. Is that how she talks and meetings? I'm just. Peter, we're moving on. We're so moving around. You're a nasty person. All right, jumping back into the news portion of the show here. Second news segment on the first of two big Friday editions of the state of breakfast podcast. And listen, do you want the real deal? You want to know exactly what's going on up on Capitol Hill? You want someone who pulls no punches? And in my opinion is one of the hardest work in congressmen that we've had in a very long time. Then that's exactly what you got in our interview with Tennessee Congressman Tim Bertrand. You know, there's a lot of stuff going on with the SAVE Act and the continuing resolution that needs to get passed by the end of September that funds the government through January. And yes, it is probably going to eventually be the Republicans option to shut down the government or not, even though they're saying, you know, let's put it in Chuck Schumer's court. Not his first rodeo. He knows how to play the game. This is the reality we're looking at. He knows that there's not enough people with spines up there to get this done. And he doesn't have an as optimistic view of leadership as, well, the retards on social media who always post in all caps past the SAVE Act over and over and over again. We know there is a process here. We know there is a methodology that's going to be used as well. I wish House Republicans the best. I fully support all the ones that I know we're doing work. Up on Capitol Hill, and that is an overwhelming majority, if not all, of the Congressman women who are regular on the show here. But although they weren't as overtly real as Congressman Bertrand was, I'm glad that our listenership is given the opportunity to hear the truth. And that's the fact of the matter. So that's the bad news. The good news that's breaking over the wire today. It has now been announced that RFK Jr. has been removed from the ballots for the presidential election in not only Michigan, but also North Carolina. So two more battleground states where RFK Jr. will not appear. Again, he is remaining on blue and red state ballots because red states will vote for Donald Trump and blue states will vote for Kamala Harris. And no one is going to literally be voting for RFK Jr. in states that are going to be landslide red or landslide blue that in any way shape or form moves the needle electorally. Again, his objective was to get off the ballots in as many as the swing or battleground states as he could. I believe next up on the docket is I'm hoping for places like Wisconsin. So we'll see what happens, but we're jumping back into the news here and we're going to be talking about is the Harris and Walt's campaign of basement strategy hurting more than it's helping. You know, you are starting to see cracks in the dam when it comes to the media. And it's not like Kamala Harris is going to have any opportunity to better her situation coming up here over the weekend as they've shut it down and locked themselves away in a hotel in preparation for the big debate next Tuesday. So this is going to give Donald Trump the opportunity. Well, via his press conference this morning where he talked about going into ABC and obviously the partisan relationships that high-ranking execs in the company have passed practice principles in regards to people like Donna Brazil where the questions were given to her and she gave them to Hillary Clinton ahead of her debate with Donald Trump back in 2016. And Kamala Harris locking herself away in a hotel doesn't really give her the opportunity to answer for any of the questions that people are asking in the media, not just from the right, but from the center and the left as well. So that was Fox News is Peter Ducey asking about Southern Twain that we sometimes hear in her voice when she's stressing black people. And I had posed a question on our Tuesday edition of the podcast. How much longer is black America going to put up with this? And is it going to become enough of an issue where people start, you know, outside of conservative press start calling around it? Well, I guess where Peter Ducey couldn't get an in on Kamala Harris's accent. He then quickly segued to the now rising popularity of Joe Biden. Let's check it out. Thank you. President Biden's approval rating is soaring. It's up 13% all the way to 48%. Does it bother the president that people are so pleased that he's retiring? Am I hearing a little twang in your voice? A little something in your I know better. No, but you know, you guys can tell us to appreciate him on the way out about the inflation reduction act and things like that. I'm glad that you listened to me when I'm up here. Look, here's what I here's what I can say. I think what the what the American people appreciate is indeed what we have been able to do in the past several years. When you think about inflation is falling with income while incomes are climbing. When you think about Medicare is finally being able to negotiate lower drug costs. This president, this administration has been able to beat big farmer. That's a big deal. Other presidents have tried to do it. Other elected officials have tried to do it. They can't get it done. Manufacturing is indeed coming back here to America. Our infrastructure is being rebuilt. Violin crimes is out according to today's jobs report. Matter of fact, the last president in his last year, murder was murder rates were skyrocketing during the summer of love to work on that. And this is a president of vice president that has done the work to make Americans lives better and make their lives better to change their lives in a transformational way that is going to matter. And I think that's what the American people want to see and that's what this president has been able to do. Absolutely not. No way in any timeline is that flying. Americans are actually getting crushed right now and everywhere from the gas pump to the grocery store. They can't afford anything for their kids who go to school every day and have to deal with porn books in their library. If they're not getting transition behind their parents back, the health care system is overwhelmed by the 20 million illegals that have come in under Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. And yeah, you name it. It's going wrong. So when it's not like Kamala Harris is helping herself out on the campaign trail because, you know, I played the clip at the end of our Tuesday edition of the podcast where she was talking about unburdening again and whatever that means. And if you're hearing it from KJP, it's always going to be historic and transparent and I guess now transformative. But Kamala Harris was doing her best to dish a little word salad out on the campaign trail this week before she retired to the hotel in preparation for her debate with Donald Trump next. Check it out. To understand which we do, our purpose at this very moment, let us remember the broad shoulders upon which we stand and the traditions of this very fight that have led to what we have been able to accomplish. What in the actual. I ask myself every single time I hear a talk, just word salad, say whatever, put words together into a sentence and you'll be the smartest, greatest candidate in the history of candidates. That's literally what it is with her. And it's a joke, you know, and listen, if the mainstream press isn't going to start reporting it, well, some of the pollsters now might have to start dealing with the reality that is Kamala Harris. You know, she didn't receive a bump much like Barack Obama and Joe Biden did coming out of the Democrat National Convention. She then got caught this week. And again, New Hampshire hasn't gone for Republicans in like 40 years. Okay, Donald Trump feels like they're strong in the state. They were strong in the state. Originally before they pulled out in the last election cycles as well, but here's the deal. When you have Michigan and Wisconsin that are up for grabs. When you have Pennsylvania, which we're going to hear in a second, is trending towards Donald Trump. North Carolina has been Trump for months. Georgia's been in Trump's corner now for quite some time. If Donald Trump wins Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia, this election is over. And Kamala Harris went and did a rally in New Hampshire this week and had 12 buses drove into the place, the venue, where she was delivering remarks and filled up the stands with them. Nothing organic, nothing transparent. It might wind up being historic. And when KJP refers to this being a trans formative presidency, well, they might be transforming the way Democrats have to run their elections now if they don't wind up winning on November 5th, because the basement strategy is not working. And the fact that they have absolutely no one dialed into this right now that cares in any way shape or form about what Kamala Harris is bringing to the table outside of the radical progressive left labor unions and the abortion crowds and all the other weirdos. You know, she wants to go to historically black colleges and DEI nursing events every other weekend. Like that's fine. But that's not 80 million votes. That's an electoral landslide loss if she stays on the course that she's on right now. So, and there's going to be a lot of movement in these battleground states is Donald Trump plans probably on doing rallies in North Carolina. Obviously, he's going to be going back and forth to Pennsylvania. He does eventually want to have another rally in Butler. And you really just see the Harris campaign making these weird random decisions that I don't know what they're even thinking. Why would you hold a rally in New Hampshire? You know, Donald Trump at a when he was running against Joe Biden, there were rumors that it was close, maybe even tied, maybe even leading Trump. And when Kamala Harris took over the pollsters, whether it be real or fake, threw it back into the column for Kamala Harris and again had it leaning D. But there she was. As you heard, that audio clip we just played and things are not looking good. MSDNC is even starting to see the writing on the wall. Let's check it out. We overdone on Trump now. If you're a Democrat, the good news besides the fact that you're ahead is that's an improvement for Democrats from where things were before Harris became the candidate. Joe Biden almost all year was trailing Donald Trump. So that's changed Harris ahead by a few points there. Now if you're a Republican, what you can take Salas from here is this is not unfamiliar territory for Donald Trump. Take a look here at the last two elections 2020, 2016, the polling at this point coming out of Labor Day, beginning the fall rush in 2016. Hillary Clinton led on average by five points. Of course, Donald Trump won in 2016. And Joe Biden had an even bigger lead on average, Labor Day 2020. Donald Trump didn't win that election, but certainly in the Electoral College, he came this close to doing so on. So Trump has run from behind before, certainly. And what kind of electoral college paths are there then? Yes. So let's take a look. Pardon me. I love the road to 270 map. And now we get to use it pretty much every day between now and the election. Seven key battleground states. They are in gray here. Six of these seven states already went for Joe Biden in 2020. Democrats are trying to hold on to those. The seventh is North Carolina that went for Trump in 20. That's the state where Republicans are playing defense on this list. Now, if you take a look at the past, the easiest pass for each candidate will start with Kamala Harris. All of the state polling is very tight. But the best polling, relatively speaking, for Harris and the Democrats has been in. Talk about them all the time. These great lake states, big 10 states, everyone I call them Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Now, if Harris could win those three states, just for the sake of argument, turn them blue there. Exactly 270 electoral votes for her. Now, if she slips up, Pennsylvania in particular is one Republicans of these three think they have a good shot at here. She were to slip up. Harris did and lost Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is the biggest of all the swing states. 19 electoral votes. Harris would have to compensate by winning at least two from the Sun Belt here. And for Trump's easiest path quickly here, it's to get Pennsylvania. It's to hold North Carolina like he did in 20. And it's to win back Georgia, which he very narrowly lost. That would get him to exactly the magic number. Okay, it's going to be a sprint of the next two months. Sure is. I'm really surprised to hear them saying it. But I'm not surprised at the weaponry that Donald Trump is bringing to the campaign trail right now, namely in the form of some of the newest addition to the MAGA Avengers. And that's Tulsi Gabbard, obviously Elon Musk and RFK Junior. RFK Junior jumped on news nation last night and had a conversation with Fredo Cuomo in regards to what he plans on doing upcoming in the next few weeks. And I'm sure we'll all be very pleased to hear it's campaigning for America first in the battleground states. Let's check it out. Why wasn't it a better move to stay neutral and command the attention of both sides as long as you could for the duration of this campaign? Shut up. Well, it became clear to me, Chris, that I was not going to be allowed on the debating stage, which was really my only path to victory. I was already being boycotted by all of the mainstream media, by the liberal media. When Ross Perot ran in 10 months that he was running for president, he had 34 appearance interviews on mainstream media. In 17 months, I had only two live interviews on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and MSNBC. So I couldn't reach that audience. I had no way to grow. And our polling was showing that if I stayed in the race, Vice President Harris would win. And I did not want that outcome. I don't think that Vice President Harris is a worthy president of this country. I think we need to have a president who can give an interview, who can articulate a vision, who can put together an English sentence, who can articulate her and defend her policies and her record, and who can engage in a state, and regulated based on unscripted appearances. Vice President Harris's speech at the convention made it very clear that she will continue the warfare state, that she's bragging about how she sees warfare as a tool, as the frontline tool of American foreign policy. This is the catastrophe. You think Trump would... Yeah, so he's going to end the wars, Fredo. Stop trying to bait the clientele. You know, we need it. It can't just be Trump rallies. We need... We need RFK Jr, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswami. We need all of these extra MAGA Avengers out there in the battleground states talking about the things that are really, you know, when it comes to Pennsylvania, energy in the economy, when it comes to North Carolina, infrastructure in the economy, when it comes to Georgia, top to bottom, everything, you know, from crime and the economy to state infrastructure, et cetera, present to the American people. You know, when you're up in the blue wall, Michigan and Wisconsin, you got to be talking to the auto workers, to the labor unions, and just showing them like it doesn't matter what your brass is endorsing. Your brass will take a nice six, seven figure severance package and coast off on their big yacht into the sunset while they close the factories that you work at and send you into financial obscurity. And that's what Donald Trump is going to be talking about on a campaign trail. You know, and I know in the first couple of clips we played, especially the RFK Jr. one is talking about the debates. Well, we finalize the debate, I guess content or structure for this week. And I'm going to read right now. This is again a press release that came from ABC News yesterday. And here are some of the bullet points. Muted mics unless given moderator permission or time. No audience, no pre-written notes or props. Trump won the coin toss and chose to have the final statement while Harris will be on the stage left. No opening statements. The debate will last 90 minutes with two commercial breaks. No topics or questions will be shared in advance. Candidates get a pen, a pad, paper, and a bottle of water. And come up party Harris introduced first two minutes to answer questions, two minutes for rebuttals, and one extra minute per follow-up clarifications or responses. Candidates can't ask each other questions and campaign staff can't interact with candidates even during commercial breaks. Believe it or not, the Harris campaign quickly complained is, you know, they wanted the mics on. She wanted her. I'm talking. Mr. Mr. Mr. Trump, I am speaking. I am speaking. Can I speak? And then you can finish. Here's an official from the Harris campaign. Vice President Harris, a former prosecutor will be fundamentally disadvantaged by this format, which will serve to shield Donald Trump from the direct exchanges with the vice president. Boring. That's all I have to say about that. Moving right along. You know who's shitting their pants right now before we jump into some poll CNN. They know that Trump's way ahead and a lot of the itemized categories here. You know, you talk about the economy, you talk about safety, you talk about geopolitics, et cetera. Let's hear it. Look at the white voters without college degrees. This is a Trump-based constituency, obviously. You see his huge numbers with this group. You see that this is a trouble sign for Harris. She also in a place like Georgia is not doing well with white college educated voters. She probably wants to make up some ground with white college educated voters across these battlegrounds as well, Kate. An important gut check for both campaigns and on multiple levels in multiple states is what's coming out here. It's great to see you, David. Not really. When you look at the facts and you look, so he's talking about the cross tabs, right? But a lot of the polls that are coming out have a weighted Democrat, so D plus three, D plus five, D plus seven, D plus ten. But they're not going into the cross tabs and the ages and demographics of voters who are trending Trump, which is much greater than his trending for Harris right now. So, you know, outside of the vote blue no matter who and a couple other, I would say smaller sex than the ones who traditionally vote Democrat, Donald Trump and the team that he's assembled. Remember, there was an idea is doing a lot better job than Kamala Harris is right now and more people should be talking about it. We got some polls we need to go into as well. I mean everybody's been kind of referencing this new Nate Silver one. I want to find it real quick. I'm pulling it up and we'll look at some of the numbers. Actually, let's check this out real quick first. Harris trails 2020 Biden and this goes, this piggyback's right off of that CNN segment. We just heard by 12% was under 30 voters by 10% with black voters, which is huge for Donald Trump. Latino voters by 6% men 4% and women 2%. Those are off Joe Biden's numbers from 2020. So, we just have taken into consideration some of the shifts that are going on and depending on who else Donald Trump may or may not bring in, we might see those numbers continue to trend more so in Donald Trump's favor. And again, I'm pulling up that Nate Silver poll right now. The election model raises Trump's victory chances to 60.1% and in Pennsylvania, 61%. Odds of Donald Trump winning the electoral college is a 20-point advantage over Kamala again at 60.1%. A new Pennsylvania poll that came out this week is staying in the same thread and showing that Donald Trump is a 49 to 47.9 advantage so over one full point of Kamala Harris right now with again two months before we go to the ballot box on election day. You know, I saw some match-ups just talking about the candidates head to head and this is again itemized to best support Donald Trump here. Who do you trust more and this is the weekend CNN poll, August 23rd through the 29th, to handle the economy, battleground states, Nevada, Donald Trump 5337, Arizona, Donald Trump 5237, Pennsylvania, Donald Trump 50 to 42%. Michigan 49 for Donald Trump 44 for Kamala Harris with Georgia 48 Trump 44 Harris Wisconsin 47 Trump 45 Harris. How much longer are they going to keep you know promoting these garbage polls that show Kamala Harris is up here there and everywhere when all of the itemized ones whether it's demographics and cross tabs or you know things directly related to geopolitics, the economy, border security, etc. And then a couple from polymarket, I've got two, here's the battleground state one from them Donald Trump holds the polymarket odds lead in swing states necessary to win the electoral college. At the moment Donald Trump is plus four in Nevada plus six in Pennsylvania plus 16 in Georgia and plus 18 in Arizona. Those are polymarkets above the average of even favorable chance to win for Donald Trump and then the head to head matchup where the money is today. The odds continue to trend in Donald Trump's favor heading into the weekend he is up by seven points nationally the 2024 election forecast. Donald Trump 53 Kamala Harris 46. So maybe Kamala Harris has some policy points she could fall back on to help alleviate the hemorrhaging that's going on with her campaign right now. And again these national polls that continue to come out and show Kamala Harris is up by one points nationally, two points nationally. That essentially is you're looking at a popular vote map. And remember for how closely this election was decided in the last two cycles you really have to be able to take into consideration it's the Sun Belt, the Blue Wall, the Rust Belt, the Battlegrounds and a very, very small amount of votes that are going to determine who is the next president of the United States. There's no if ands or buts about it. There's not going to be any surprises outside of Donald Trump winning a bigger electoral victory than we could see right now and the only reason we might not be able to see it is because what's going on with the press and the pollsters that we can't get a good grip on it because well quite frankly more often than not they're not telling the truth or being accurate. So let's look into some of the economic policy driven points that Kamala Harris has been hitting. She wants to turn this nation into a socialist country with bread lines and rationed gas and when companies get too out of control the governments take them over we all know how well that ends or historically has ended around the world but well deranged owner of the Dallas Mavericks and someone who may more commonly be known for his role on Shark Tank as well. Mark Cuban had a, I don't want to call it stellar defense of Kamala Harris's economic plan in pushing back on a media talking point right after he said her policies would probably tank the market. Let's check it out. On this unrealized tax issue, gain issue and where we've talked about those who are taking loans against their unrealized stock etc. and then they say well you know if you start to tax that we won't be able to make investments in startups. We won't be able to give money over to venture capitalists and private equity folks and other things like that. What's your feedback to that distinction because I wonder what is a critique of one policy and you get rid of that policy then of course it moves to the critique of the next version of it. Okay so what I told him is if you tax unrealized gains you're going to kill the stock market right and it's going to be the ultimate employment plan for private equity because companies are not going to go public because you can get rid of that right. I mean my own personal experience back from the internet days right all of a sudden I was cash poor but equity rich right. My net worth was enormous but the number of dollars in the bank wasn't enormous and so I'd have based off of the unrealized gains. I would have had to borrow money and I effectively would have been in shock just to pay my tax bill instead of trying to run my company and a thousand other reasons right. So they realized that's the issue. I can't repeat it enough even though she's not directly conflicting the Biden tax plan to her her value proposition is we need to tax everybody fairly. I'm starting from the Biden plan as a starting point but that's not necessarily her. Mark let me just say I appreciate your calling in telling us what you're hearing on these fronts that's great but as you've said yourself you can't speak for the vice president these are things they're telling you who knows what they're telling other people my guess is they're telling anybody who's donating to them exactly what they want to hear at this point. No no no no no no no no no no absolutely. Let me just be very clear. I don't know like why do you think that they're telling you the truth and not telling other people other things. If they won't say it publicly say it publicly tell all of us so that we can hold you to it. I get it but you've got to get the details right you can't yeah but we have 60 days full in election like you're asking people to take a fire. Even if it's the day before the election right even if it's the day before look the next question is let me just the second thing I was going to mention earlier I just don't want everybody to trade on what we what we think and what we feel and what we think in your point exactly. Man some journalistic integrity or journalism's happening over it. CNBC shocker and again that was Dallas Mavericks owner shark tank veteran Mark Cuban who I believe dropped 16 16 nose in a row when she pushed back and said well Mark you know you just said that her economic plan is probably going to tank the economy and in addition to that it sounds like behind closed doors who's ever throwing money at the campaign she's telling one thing and when the next person comes in with a blank check she tells them another essentially what they want to hear is that any way to run a campaign and if she's doing that why doesn't she just tell everything to everybody meaning the American public to where he just absolutely lost it and needed to play defense. So looking too good for team Harrison in the economic but believe me we're not done touching on it yet. great stuff we've got going on down here at state for breakfast California congressman and top Harris Walt surrogate Democrat representative Ro Khanna was on CNBC a little bit later in the day it seemed like the show hosts wanted to continue to dig and deep dive into these back door well behind closed doors Harris Walt economic policies let's check it out tell you why don't think a blanket tax an unrealized gain is a good thing i mean let's say you're an entrepreneur you create a company and it gets to 100 million or 200 million on paper now if you're taxing that you're probably going to force that person to sell it they're probably going to sell it to private equity do you really want the entrepreneurs to be forced to sell their companies to larger institutions and to decline in value i just i don't think that that's what you want for a start up because it's a consequence Jeff Bezos wouldn't have to do that they're going after these these very i think the whole policy is demagoguing to go after these people that they say pay less of a tax rate than they're made does and they have billions of dollars i get the i get why but this is not the right way to do it also 90 95 percent of investments in startups fail and so you're going to disincentivize investments in those startups but hmm two very different characters in this play we're watching unfold that is the Harris walls campaign you have mark Cuban a sports team owner a television personality saying the exact same thing as a democrat congress person where they both are not supportive of these policies that Kamala Harris behind closed doors are telling mega donors she is going to implement because of the ramifications it could have on destroying small businesses and moving up into i guess middle businesses size-wise across the country under a presidency where she's essentially the queen of america so dissension the ranks i don't think so um maybe a push for her to come up with something that's well number one not stolen from donald trump and number two actually services the american people instead of continuing to destroy it there you could see where rocana and mar cuban kind of meet in the middle not like an eiffel tower or anything weird like that just on policy one of the newest addition to the trump team campaign related tim merta who's back a 2016 campaign veteran has been doing a lot of media and you know we've reached out for a couple of new dogs you know we're still hoping to have chairman wotley lore trump eric pepco um caroline levitt and all the great guests that we normally have on the show cycle back through as we get closer and closer to the election however i have reached out for cori lewand dasky who we're going to hear after tim merta and see if we can't get him on the show i got a ping back this morning and they said if you ping us back right after the debate next week we'd be more than happy to try and have cori join you guys on the show so we're looking forward to that and in addition to cori like i already mentioned him and tim are back on the campaign trail for the trump team and well absolutely fantastic additions here's tim merta on news nation last night talking about president trump's plan to cut the corporate tax rate for only companies that produce their products in the united states and how that incentive could definitely help not just fix the economy but make america grady and let's check it out lake with the united states have the strongest economy in the world before covid struck the world and it was because of donald trump's policies we now see the complete reversal of those policies kamala harris says that she'll let the trump tax cuts expire he will not he's adding more tax cuts on top of that if this race boils down i am so glad we were having this conversation to be honest with you if this race boils down if this race boils down to who americans trust to make life more affordable for them for for everyday americans if that's the conversation that we have donald trump wins this race in a walk let's let's look at the trump that's talking to she's talking about that went that we're talking about cutting the corporate rate to 15 only for companies that keep jobs in the united states and produce their products in the united states is a way to grow jobs in this country kamala harris would raise the business tax rates that's a great way to grow jobs in other countries yes these are this election is it certainly is you can't make much of an argument there and you know when you talk about the things that donald trump wants to do it's to hold these companies that are outsourcing their jobs outsourcing their manufacturing plants and outsourcing american greatness to do it cheaper in other countries so you're either going to get taxed or tariff into oblivion or you're just going to bend the knee and move back to the united states or expand here instead of build these mega plants and third world shitholes and then send crappier made products back into the united states and call them part of american manufacturing excellence so i had mentioned corin lou dowski he's up next kind of given a little bit more of a broader stroke about how donald trump is and always will be the answer to get this country back on the right track outside of kamala harris let's check it out michael is very simple if you care about your economy you better vote for donald trump we've seen a by-nomics has done to this economy into individual families our prices are higher for our food and our fuel and everything in between if you care about the safety and security of your family donald trump's going to finish the board of wall where kamala harris called it a vanity project and if you care about the safety of your family making sure that your children are being shot on the streets and this violent crime what i will call michael in invasion from within there's only one person who's going to restore law and order to our streets and that's donald trump kamala harris wants to let the criminals out of jail on cash free bail donald trump says we're going to prosecute the gangbangers and the hoodlums and the thugs that are in this country so first let's close our border let's give you more economic security and prosperity let's make a safer country for everybody hmm i like it definitely sounds like members of the trump campaign are a little bit better connected than those that are considered surrogates for the harris waltz one getting ready to jump in with the center for renewing america's kingsley wilson in just a sec but before i do why would i waste an opportunity to let us hear how much regret cnn has retrospectively of course every time they give the back rama swami a little airtime to talk about president trumpets here you brought up some claims about kamala harris i want to finish that discussion she said she didn't favor a ban on fracking now the reality is she was one of the strongest proponents of that ban so much so that when she was in california she sued the obama administration overgranting fracking permits she didn't just favor the abolition of private health insurance she was a co-sponsor of the bill with bernie sanders as a u_s_ senator for medicare for all for americans the reality is when you think about the green new deal she was the chief proponent not just as a co-sponsor of the legislation but going further and saying she would end the filibuster in the senate to ram that through so the reality is she can say what she wants to say now those are actions she has taken is someone allowed to evolve of course they are but she deserves to explain exactly why she's changed those positions yet exactly what her position is if it's not a ban on fracking what exactly is it what exactly is her health care plan if she no longer favors abolishing private health insurance which just four short years ago when she ran for president she did and that's the kind of scrutiny that's been missing i think donald trump has received plenty of scrutiny and i give credit to him for sitting for hostile interviews that come with her is has not very clear as day i mean she's just going to continue to run and hide it and at some point come on her is just going to have to be held to account you know uh... are we going to let her get away with this will she be able to get away with it if she has let's just say a disastrous performance next week in the debate um this has never been a strong point for her obviously when you look at the amount of bodies that donald trump has stacked on the political trash heap of oblivion well i wouldn't bet against them and you know people are just getting sick and tired of it uh even this week joe biden today from the white house said in the statement that like okay maybe i shouldn't have called the inflation reduction act the inflation reduction act maybe i just should have called it the green new deal because that's what it did and it actually made inflation worse like what does she run on now that is successful remember she was the tie-breaking vote there so for as scary as it sounds and sometimes it's scary no better than to use i guess fictional character references then CNN scot Jennings let's hear it i don't know i mean uh he was underestimated badly in several of these states by a lot of polling in 2016 and 2020 including in some CNN polling i might add i agree with kate it's an incredibly close race either of these candidates could win any of these states were talking about and i also agree with john that the ticket to victory for the middle and for some of these uh male voters that they're competing for is really to talk about the economy i had to chuckle a little bit today listening to her talk about her tax policy i mean she's like see joe biden's tax policy is only going to kill you as much as you know jason voorhees but i'm more like mike mier see isn't that better no it's not better they're both scary as hell and either way you're going to be dead and so i i think she's going to have to come up with something a little better than i'm going to raise your taxes a little less than joe biden is if she wants to do econ that's the cap on the capital gains specifically on the main tax policy there at least as of now has been no difference between the two so there you have it i mean uh is she going to be jason voorhees or michael mierz or freddy crueger i mean we're still i think a little too far out from october to be decorating for fall but hey that's just me no flannels out here yet on the west coast is we're in the midst of a triple digit heat wave major sana ana here over the course of last week man i felt sorry for my little guys out there playing sports just absolutely broiling temperatures and you know it's weird whether it's the bylaws or standards that they have for club sports or stuff that you know their governance falls outside of like high school here in california because number one they're younger and number two they're they're not high school affiliated they were canceling shit all over the county this week because like i said every time it was time to go to practice ninety seven ninety eight one oh one full pads full gear out there for three hours both of them every day this week and uh yeah it's just it's just been nuts of a heat wave you know up around 80 degrees at night high 90s to low 100s during the day which is like you know more like fall weather in arizona um than it is for southern california but here we are and uh we're gonna wrap our segment right now listen you decide is Kamala Harris's basement campaign to this point helping or hurting her i think it's hurting i think it's going to be widely exposed in the debate next week and they might have to uh i don't know call out to the bullpen and bring in Elizabeth Warren because they're going to need to have a powwow and rethink their strategy but we'll leave it at that for now as we're getting ready to jump in with the center for renewing america's kingsley wilson but before we do that another check-in with one of our partners friends i want to take a minute and talk to you about cigars whether you're on the golf course fishing on the lake or doing some yard work around the house our friend alan has got you covered he's launched the that's my patriot cigars dot com a premium smoke for freedom loving patriots all right joining us next on the show today she is the digital media and strategic comms director at the center for renewing america she is also the national committee woman for the d_c_ young republicans welcoming back the fiery but mostly peaceful always lovely kingsley wilson thanks for joining us on the show yeah thanks for having me great to join you so i don't want to call you lifesaver but here we are and uh... we got some stuff to talk about uh outside of the normal issues we'll get into that but i do want to touch on a couple other things that i didn't have the opportunity to talk with you know or won't have the opportunity to talk with some of our guests today first off you know two months kingsley sixty days until election day early voting or i mean we're within days of it i mean i see some ballots getting delayed because thankfully rfk junior is getting removed from the ballots in michigan probably in north carolina but the fact of the matter is people are going to be making that decision right after the first presidential debate which is next tuesday you know when you talk about distractions and there was a lot of stuff coming out of the d_o_j_ this week the j_s_ six case the judge um... the one where chan ruling where he's now pushing president trump sentencing back outside of i guess next week or the week after until after thanksgiving now we are seeing a lot of distractions here one of the ones and i don't want to call it a distraction because it's another tragedy but it's not what the mainstream media painted to be and that is a school shooting um law enforcement the department of justice the f_b_i_ all at least in some context at least the atlanta f_b_i_ field office new about the situation there are numerous reports that i don't have any have been confirmed or having that said maybe even the school was given a heads up but yet we see just another case of you know our broken health system i think mental health system just letting people fall through the cracks and giving the democrats an opportunity to grandstand on an absolute tragedy something that one hundred percent like all migrant crimes same thing in a lot of these school shootings could be one hundred percent prevented but they want to go after the second amendment and they want to go after banning guns it's not really that i think it's something else that's a lot darker and i kind of want to get your take on it yeah i'm hundred percent and you know this is something that is obviously a tragedy um and something that you know no student who goes to school should ever have to face or deal with um but we are really seeing a kind of trend of law enforcement particularly national law enforcement right f_b_i_ dropping the ball i feel like every single time there is a mass shooting our horrific event we find out or come to learn that the f_b_i_ was somehow aware of the suspect and that is unacceptable and that pattern of behavior i think is really just kind of frustrating to the american public because we are the ones who are funding this organization and these you know agents to to target january six peaceful protesters and you know grandmas who stand outside abortion centers but not to actually follow up on real people who are real threats like this young kid in georgia um he should have been someone that they were continually continually monitoring um but instead you know they're probably reading our twitter dms or you know just following us on our different discord channels or whatever it is um and that's unacceptable and we can't stand for that we need a government agencies and institutions that are efficient and that do their jobs well and right now we have a total bloated bureaucracy that is just incompetent and unable to get the job done and to keep the american people safe and you have to wonder as an american taxpayer if government fails to provide you safety what are you paying your taxes for right and i think americans are really starting to feel that and i think it's going to show when they go to no november polls and they vote for president trump we want a government that is going to be slashing all of that wasteful spending and putting american taxpayers money back in their pocket and keeping their kids safe i also have to say just some breaking news on that story i'm seeing now um that law enforcement speaking to cnn revealed that the shooter was actually in a discord channel um that expressed grievances over the lack of trans acceptance so this might have been another situation very similar to the national transgender shooter and i think what we are seeing in addition to you know you talk about the mental health crisis earlier uh in your question there i think we are also seeing how this radical gender ideology is a true sickness and is festering within our community particularly among young people and it is leading to violence this is something that we need to make sure we are paying attention to um we have people walking around who are mentally ill and the radical left is telling them to embrace their illness right to generally mutilate themselves to take chemical castration pills that will alter their chemical biology um and brain chemistry right so this is dangerous stuff and we need to be aware of it and we need to be shutting it down and pushing back against the transgender movement because it is increasingly becoming a violent movement no it certainly is i mean and then you look at the rates how they've increased over the course of the just last half decade i mean i believe since 2021 the official stats have now you know over a 50 percent suicide rate you have also 96 or 97 percent uh you know of the regret rate where they wished that they hadn't gone through this they weren't old enough to make these decisions they were pushed they were coached they were obviously we like to use the term groomed for this and then when you look at those numbers of of like cataclysmic failures in a lot of instances like you just pointed out it's leading to violence and you know it's just a shame to see more people have to perish because the radical progresses and i think i'm starting to put a pattern here together to where all of these cases are and are you know a lot of these cases are involving trans people that are committing these crimes they're also being you know having incursions with law enforcement and i think it's such a touchy subject and the radical left has made it that way i don't think supervisors i don't think people above supervisors are saying that they can go after this because they're afraid of losing their jobs they're afraid of getting sued and i think because they want to remain pc and let these you know kids just be kids even though it's in the worst situations imaginable we're seeing the results here and obviously it's not like there's a shooter at every school but there are people that are having these you know issues in every community and and who knows the more it becomes commonplace the more you might see it happen and then at some time sooner or later it's going to affect you know somebody that you know and at that point it's going to be just absolutely horrible right and i absolutely think too you know big pharma is in a sense very responsible for this kind of epidemic of you know mental health crises that we're seeing the transgender movement just destroying young people and destroying lives you point out the suicide rate it's shocking to me that medical professionals are not raising the alarm over this issue and i think that's why a lot of people have been encouraged to see rfk and trump start to talk about this kind of stuff on that campaign trail right the medical industry is directly incentivized to make people sicker that's their business model right that ensures you're a forever patient a forever customer of theirs and that you will always be needing various prescriptions and for transgender people in particular i think they have been most exploited by the medical industries are people who have in many instances a mental health issue or you know a serious um body dysmorphic issue and they're not being treated instead they're just being fed pills that make them more confused and more unstable i can't even imagine you know how destabilizing it must be to be a young person and to be fed you know foreign hormones that your body is not producing on its own that are from you know an outside manufactured fabricated artificial source i mean that must be just poisoned to your body yet it is being pushed on our young people and that has to stop so that's why i'm encouraged to see something like rfk you know support president trump number one but also really kind of make this a national conversation because america's health is declining across the board when you look at mental health when you look at obesity um terminal illnesses we have probably more money and resources with any country in the entire world and yep some of the sickest people um so this is something that we need to fix no it's certainly it's the truth and then i mean it's becoming more commonplace also with the families that are involved here you see a dad that had had some run ins with the law the mother that had had some runs of law albeit different obviously substance abuse in the home as well and it just seemed like it was a recipe for disaster and here we are there's four more people dead and another national tragedy obviously a tragedy in the peach state of course but you know it's something that is like again i i reference back to the migrant crimes 100 percent preventable but the democrats the radical progressive left they have made it so hard to just kind of invoke any kind of intervention in in this what's going on with the trans community right now in this whole movement to just uh do such horrible things to kids it's spiraled out of control and again people are losing their lives over it so it's a shame and you want to know i am going to keep it within the doj and law enforcement because we saw just i believe it was yesterday america garland chris for ray and and lisa monico one of the proprietors of russia gate 1.0 came out to introduce i believe this is the three quill now we're at russia gate 3.0 and they're talking about big time internet censorship and repression heading into a presidential election now just two months away i mean i know across all of our social media platforms we have gone down like three quarters of everything when it comes to engagements algorithms you name it we actually experience an issue and i don't know how many other people have but apple podcast refreshed our explicit content tab on our podcast which means everyone who had subscribed to our show organically over the last six years that doesn't have the tab clicked for explicit content now no longer subscribes to our free podcast so you know we've seen a dip in the numbers and i mentioned it to my cohost i mentioned to a couple other people up on capital hill on the trump campaign like what are you going to do at 60 days before the election and i get it but i mean it is ramped up probably worse than i i even saw it in 2020 because in 2020 they would just nuke your account they'll be like okay this is a pain in the ass boom they're gone and then you don't have to worry about them anymore now they're leaving everybody's account out there but they're just ramping it down as you might as well not have one so as you see this stuff ramping up and again our rights just being absolutely trampled by the deep state how do you feel you know in a place where our country is right now that this is just something that has become commonplace and needs to change absolutely needs to change and you know as you point out i think we've seen this play both before right i was on the trump campaign in 2020 and i remember you know when they censored the hunter by laptops where the new york post had their account locked for i think it was six days you weren't able to post a link to their story on facebook and then of course after the election it came out that a lot of voters had they seen that story might have changed their vote and not supported by them had they known that his family was engaged in the international kind of griff that they were all part of doing to pad their own pockets and to sell out the american people so i think there has always been information warfare and it is always pointed at conservatives and at republicans right it's funny we hear these people you know whether it's social media execs or people in government talk about combating disinformation misinformation but it seems that it's always one-sided right and i think the american people have started to notice that particularly as we ramp up to november and it's something that needs to be combated when we do win the presidency and take office in january because all of these platforms have become the public square and we have to ensure that the american people are able to deliver their political opinions freely and express their ideas we cannot allow you know this country to descend into third world tyranny and we've already kind of seen whispers of that in europe right we are seeing people being arrested being prosecuted for simply free speech for refusing to affirm a transgender person's correct pronouns for instance that is the most tyrannical despotic thing that could happen in a western nation and we are at risk of it happening here if we don't stay vigilant and stay alerted and i think you know some conservatives have been kind of wooed by people like mark zucker bird saying you know i regret what i did in 2020 or censoring the vaccine was rolling i'm sorry you know it's a bit of a half-hearted apology to me because just a month ago mark zucker bird was the one who was censoring the assassination attempt photo that went viral of president trump um in that field in butler pennsylvania he was censoring that on meadows platforms so you know i think that we have to be aware that these people aren't necessarily our friends and even if they do you know lend us a hand every now and then um or admit wrongdoing we have to make sure that we are going after big tech and quashing them because they are behemoths that have too much power and they're unaccountable to the people you know it's an excellent point and you know i want to stick exactly in that thread you talked about what's going on in europe and seeing some of the i mean even law enforcement you put out a negative social media post uh you you had mentioned uh let's just say in reference to the trans community something else that's picked up a lot of steam over the course of the last couple years was if you're anti-unmitigated immigration into your country and the eraser of like the history of whatever made of france or england or germany grade again then you're also getting arrested then you're also getting fine and you know i don't usually talk about things like the jobs report with ukings even you come on like something so itemized like that but i see you know a really big discrepancy in the last couple jobs report coming out to where american citizens aren't getting the jobs they're actually going to all the illegals that are coming in this country so when you talk about the by inheritance administration's ultimate plan to essentially grant amnesty which would open up the door to chain migration and bring in three times more uh many illegals that have come in illegally over the course of the last three years in a very short amount of time americans are already losing their job therefore another attack on the middle class uh a sec of this country that is essentially the backbone but out of 12 the last 16 years has just been under unrelentless attacks and i kind of want to get your take on that yeah 100 percent you know i think in our crazy kind of information age a lot can get lost in this mainstream media cycle especially as we approach november there's been just a ton of news you know the cycle is changing every hour but this jobs report i think is definitely really worth paying attention to you know as you point out native born workers lost 1.3 million jobs in august just in one month alone while foreign born workers gained 630 000 jobs so we are seeing a huge discrepancy here and we're seeing really kind of the prioritization of the Biden administration right they are putting illegals before american citizens and foreign born workers before foundational american citizens and that is i think reprehensible i mean imagine if you are a generational american who has been here and you have four decades helped build this country paid taxes contributed to the economy helped you know ensure that you have a safe and thriving community and you can trace your ancestry back and you appreciate our founding and our constitution imagine if you are that type of american citizen and then we have a newcomer right as they're calling them now who comes across the southern border illegally or even legally and displaces you and your job that is i think one of the most offensive elements of the Biden-Harris regime they are actively encouraging people to come across the border illegally and then they are gifting them american jobs health care housing free phones in some instance i mean this is a slap in the face to the american people and to our founding as well right when the founders wrote the constitution they talked about posterity they wanted to create a country that would be enjoyed by their future generations and instead what we are seeing is a kind of regime approach of putting um GDP before people and we are just taking from all over the globe regardless of you know ideology faith on criminal records uh terrorist affiliation we're taking people from all over the globe just to boost our bottom line and we are hurting our communities and our people in the process you look at a place like Aurora Colorado right that is now being overrun with venice slaland gangs i mean this is truly horrific what we are seeing happen in our communities and i think it speaks to why president trump has really shifted the establishment sort of conservative movement into a movement of working-class people who are fed up with politicians on both sides of the isle right who have sold them out and who has refused to fight for their interest and who have put you know a globalist agenda above the domestic issues that regular people are facing every single day um so i think that you know these numbers well i hate to see them might help us in november because i think that the american people are truly waking up to just how catastrophic the biden harris administration has been for this economy um and for working-class people no it's the truth and then you know how i want to rap with you today kingley is you know you guys are doing great work over there at the center for new america we got a lot of great friends rust obviously has been on the show before wade and jeff clark will be coming back in a very short amount of time to share with our listenership parts and segments and interviews that i always enjoy because of the long forbiness we get to you know kind of really dive into the issues instead of just asking a couple itemized questions and having to blow through them in two three minutes tell us about some of the stuff you guys got going on there now and just continue to i try to get it out of all our guests encourage our listenership to do a little bit more like just heading to the ballot box on november 5th or uh in early voting is not going to be enough in this election cycle and especially with what's at stake yeah thank you um definitely follow all of our accounts we're um center for renewing america our website is america renewing.com um we're gonna be putting out you know a lot of stuff about the save act as congress returns it's important you know that congress doesn't before they go on vacation again in october it's important that they actually pass them important bills and secure our elections um and make sure that president trump is going to be able to have confidence in the result come november so the save act is going to be a huge part of that um we're going to be pushing that um definitely this month i think congress comes back on monday um so we you know working on all of that stuff um but yeah we're just going to continue to make sure that the america first vision is the one that dominates the republican party right we are done with a chamber of commerce um establishment politicians that they don't fight for you on the campaign trail but then when they get into dc they stab you in the back it is important that america first patriots are in the ring are fighting in the swamp um and we certainly are proud to be doing that no only the babies are crying right now i don't want to hear the removing center left i don't want to hear that we're moving more laughter right listen here's the deal america first has evolved the the successes that president trump had during his first term have so much more of an opportunity with the more diverse team and a broader message to not only make things better here but to make the world safe and secure again i think people have to take a little bit of a perspective out when they're you know taking pot shots of the campaign or president trump out in the campaign tale if we didn't have such a solid base and i mean everybody outside of like lis cheney adam kinsiger and mike pence and chris christy are on this train every other republican is literally in here with us like the relationship between donald trump and brian camp even if it's just for public it's fixed and we were able to bring in people like tucker karlson and elan musk obviously tosy gabbard and rfk jr we need those people to be able to explain to america that donald trump is not running to be the king of the country he's not running to be the you know the master of the universe he's running to be the president of the united states of everyone he wants tax cuts for the wealthy he wants tax cuts for the middle class he wants tax cuts for the poor he wants the borders secure for everyone the streets safe for everyone education good again kids healthy again and the world to be safer a lot of people don't understand you know they play around in this political arena and they think that you know their opinion is valued more than what's really going on the next war major war that we have on this planet will be a nuclear one at that point i mean we always say you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube but it's like literally never going back in the tube because the tube is going to be you know the bottom of the nuclear winter so we don't want to see that we want to see america first do great we want to see this movement that we all have been a part of it and i think we've all grown through it you know uh immigration looked a lot different in 2015 about building the wall than it does now the largest deportation operation and a you know a complete reforming of the immigration system that it did now because the world has changed we've seen as you mentioned kingly europe go to complete crap and donald trump he wants to bring those plausible solutions if it's not for everybody i think they sometimes need to look in the mirror you didn't need to today because you brought the absolute fire listen we've got the center live linked in the show description today we're always glad that you can come in even on short notice but we want everybody who's not already following on social media to be able to check out as well so where can we find you um please follow me i'm kingly wilson on basically every single platform we'll keep it consistent um so yeah try to cut out a lot of good content and uh then definitely follow a center for knowing america we're fighting here in d_c trying to you know make sure the america first movement beats this long and listen no one's sticking up for our trad catholics our pro lifers and our j six grannies more than you and everybody over at the center and this is the person that's doing the digital media and strategic comms she's also the national committee woman for the d_c young republicans miss
