Jesus Christ, the Healer (Part 3)
And I need thee, oh, I need thee. Tell him every hour, every hour I need thee. Come on, Jesus. Oh, bless me now, my Savior. And I come to thee. Come on, sing it with me, Church, and I need thee. Oh, I need thee. Tell him every hour, every hour I need thee. Do you need a blessing? Oh, bless me now, my Savior. And I come, come on, Church, to thee. Somebody open your mouth and tell them I need, and I need thee. The old, I need thee. I don't know about you, Church, but every hour I need thee. Oh, bless me now, my Savior. I come to thee. I want to take you into the Word of God this morning. Jesus Christ, the heal of part three. Father God, as we prepare to go into the Word of God and teach this morning, we pray for the anointing of the Holy Ghost to be made manifest. We pray for wisdom. We pray for knowledge. We pray for understanding. We pray for insight. We pray for revelation. We pray that faith would come alive in the hearts of your people, for with the heart man believes. Lord, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. You made us a promise that all things are possible to those who believe. Minister to your people this morning. Jesus, you said, if we have faith the size of a grain of mustard seed, nothing should be impossible unto us. Have your way this morning. In Jesus' name, somebody say amen. Repeat these words. Jesus Christ, the healer. Now I want to take my time and take you into a whole lot of scriptures, amen. Matthew chapter 4 verse 23 and 24. Notice what it says. And Jesus went about all Galilee. And what did he do? Teaching. Someone opened him out and said teaching. He was a teacher. Teaching in their synagogues. Teaching. The word teach has to do with explaining. Come on, somebody. Teaching in their synagogues and preaching. Preaching has to do with exhortation. You heralding the word out. Come on, somebody. You're just proclaiming it. Are you listening to me? And Jesus went about all Galilee. Teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom. And notice it didn't stop with teaching and preaching. He went beyond that. Come on, somebody. Are you listening to me? He went beyond just teaching and preaching into demonstrating. And he went about all Galilee. Teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom. And healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. Come on, somebody. Are you listening to this? Jesus wasn't just a preacher. He was not just a teacher. He didn't just talk about it. He didn't just say what God can do. Are you listening to me? Or there's a whole lot of talk about what God can do. Come on, somebody. But I'm living in a generation. Talk is cheap. I'm living in a generation who needs to see the power of God. Are you going to help me this morning? I said, I'm living in a generation who needs to see the power of God. Demonstrated right before their very eyes. Can somebody say amen? Elijah the prophet in 1 Kings 17 and 18. Elijah the prophet, one of the most powerful prophets of all time. That's the only prophet in the whole Bible that the Holy Spirit took on a man's name. The spirit of Elijah. Are you all still here? The only prophet in the Bible had such an amazing, unique ministry that the Holy Ghost took on his name. To the point that when John the Baptist was about to be conceived when the angel appeared to Zacharias in the temple. When he was doing what he's supposed to performing his priestly duties. The angel said to Zacharias Elizabeth is about to conceive a prophet by the name of John. And he shall go forth in the power and spirit of Elijah. Can somebody say amen? That's a mantle. That's an anointing. That is a manifestation of the Holy Ghost. Malachi prophesied that in the last days God is going to release the spirit of Elijah on a whole generation. Come on somebody say amen. You listen to me. So John the Baptist and Elijah operated in the mental and in the spirit of Elijah the prophet. Are you all still here? So Jesus didn't just teach. He demonstrated the power of God. The apostle Paul. Well, Andrea go to 1 Corinthians chapter 2 for me please. 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verse 4 and 5. I want you to see what the apostle Paul had to say about this. The apostle Paul, one of the greatest preachers of all time. He said and my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom. We got a whole lot of that in the pulpit today. Come on somebody. That's why there ain't no deliverance taking place. That's why there ain't no miracles taking place. Because it's just a man made gospel and God is not obligated to back nothing out that didn't come from him. Come on somebody. Are you listening to me? The apostle Paul said in my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom but in demonstration. Can someone open your mouth and say demonstration? Can someone say it loud demonstration? He said my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom but in demonstration of the spirit and of power. Are you all still here? So the apostle Paul, Paul said my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words. I ain't got time to impress nobody. I ain't got time to quote words that's longer than this building. It means zero. The devil said they're alive. He ain't afraid of intelligence. He's afraid of the anointing carnable shutter. I said the devil ain't afraid of that stuff. I see people got more doctors on the back of their name and praise God for education. I ain't against it. I got a limit of it myself. But when you're facing a demon in Africa, that education means zero. But when you're caught, I feel something coming up in here. But when you're called on the name of Jesus, at the name of Jesus, every need, so power. And every tongue must confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God. When we open our mouth and begin to preach at the crusade in Uganda, Africa. Men and women who are demon-possessed, they begin to collapse on the ground and crawl like a snake. Because when Jesus shows up, the devil got to manifest. When Jesus shows up, he got to come out. Yes! So Paul said in my speech, in my preaching, was not with enticing words. A man's wisdom, but in demonstration. In demonstration of the spirit and of power. Can someone say power, someone say power. There's a reason, there's a reason for the demonstration that comes in verse 5. Verse 5, he says that your faith, put your finger on somebody and say that your faith. Watch this, so that your faith may not be in the wisdom of man. Because the wisdom of man can't produce results. The wisdom of man can't heal cancer. The wisdom of man can't open the eyes of the blind. The wisdom of man cannot open the eyes of the death. The wisdom of man cannot cause the cripples to get up and walk. But when you preach the word of God, the Bible says in Ecclesiastes where the word of the King is, power, someone shall power, power, power, power, power, power. Someone shall power, someone shall power, someone shall power, someone shall power. Where the word of the King is, there is power, there is demonstration, there is anointing, there is results. I don't know about you church, but I'm looking for results. If he did it in the Bible, he have to do it now. He is still the same. I laugh at people when they say, "Is it not amazing?" He work all the miracles and overseas in Africa, but he don't work at me in America. I wish, God, are you serving? You ain't talking about my God. Because God ain't no international. God ain't no immigrant. He owns the whole thing. They talk as though God is an immigrant. He does it in Uganda, but we don't see it here. What preacher you've been listening to? Hello, somebody. We're preaching the gospel in Leno, Arkansas. The power of God was moving. Mighty miracles begin to break out into a place. A young 12-year-old child. Grab a mama and rant it all to say, "I need to get saved." I thought, "Now, what did you do? What did you do?" I said, "The power of God was moving." There was an elderly woman completely blind in her right eye. She said, "Pastor Sean, the miracles that's happening in this place. I just need you to put your hand on me, and God's gone do it." I said, "You believe?" She said, "Lay hands on me, Pastor." In the name of Jesus, we command you to say, and then someone say, "Say." Now, you're going to help me preach this morning. I said, "Say." In the name of Jesus, when I move my hand, she covered up her left eye. She screamed. She said, "Pastor, I can see somebody shout and help me praise him this morning. Somebody praise him." I ain't talking to him, but you can. I'm talking to the right chair in America. He is the same God. What is his requirement? He said, "All you have to do is believe because of you believe all things. Somebody shout all things. Somebody shout all things. Somebody shout all things are possible to those who believe. I don't care what the doctor's report is. Who's report? Do you believe? I believe the report of the Lord. He was wounded. And you're going to help me preach this morning. Great, that happened. He was wounded. I said he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him. And with his stripes. Because somebody said with his stripes. With his stripes. With his stripes. We are healed. Sound yes, sound yes, sound yes, sound yes, sound yes, sound yes, sound yes. He was nailed and crucified on the cross of Calvary. His blood was shed that my sins may be forgiven. But in Pilate's call, when Pilate ordered, that he be whipped. Every whip and every stripe on his back was so that you and I can be healed. Someone shout by his stripes. By his stripes. By his stripes. Diabetes. Got to go. My green headaches. Got to go. Cancerous tumors. Got to go. Paralysed legs. Got to go. Heart blood pressure. Low blood pressure. Heart disease. Loops. Kidney failure. My God. We got a report. Just a few years ago. A few people. That was watching our broadcast. That was on dialysis. They wrote back. I feel like standing in a chair, Michael. They said, pass this on. I got good news. My doctor is confused. My kid needs. That wasn't working. My kid needs. Is now working. I'm not on dialysis. I'm living a normal life. I can go to the bathroom. I'm here somebody to say Jesus Christ, the healer. Jesus Christ. The city yesterday. The same today. And the same forever. He's a miracle worker. What do you need him to do? He's a way maker. What do you need him to do? Do you need him to heal your body? Do you need him to provide? Do you need him to open the door? Do you need him to make a way? When it seems to be no way, he is real. And he is alive. They hug him high. They stretch him wide. They crucify him. They buried him in a borrowed tomb. But on the third day. On the third day. Help me, Sammy. On the third day. On the third day. He arose from the dead. And said, someone shout out all power. All power. All power. Shout out power. All power is given unto me in heaven and on earth. And where does Christ live? The Apostle Paul said, he lives in me. In this little, softly body lies all power in heaven and on earth. In that vanilla body lies all power in heaven and on earth. That's why Paul said, Christ in you. The hope of glory. I'm loaded. I'm carrying power. Not of myself. The Bible says that the excellency of the power may be of God. And none of us is not me, Larry. But it's Jesus. Someone shout it's Jesus. Someone shout it's Jesus. It's Jesus living on the inside. The Apostle Paul said, we are booms. Of his booms. We are flesh. Of his flesh. When only hands on the sick, it's not I. But it's Christ, the resurrected son of God who defeated death hell and the grave. And they overcame him. And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb. And by the word of that testimony. Son, yes, son, yes, son, yes, son, yes, son, yes. I feel somebody. I feel someone's faith is coming alive. Somebody tuning in that need a miracle. If you need a miracle, you're watching the right preacher. Because this preacher going to lift Jesus high. Because Jesus said, if I be lifted up. Be lifted up from this earth. I'll draw men. I'll draw men. I'll draw men. I'll draw men. Shut off. Shut off. Shut off. Shut off. Shut off. Shut off. I dare you to believe God. I dare you to take God out his word. Can I preach like a feeling? God is not a man that he's alive. Not a son of man that he should have to repent. If God said it, he's going to make it good. If he's spoken, he's going to bring it to pass. Man shall not live by prayer and loom. But by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Lord, the Bible says in Psalms 119, forever O Lord. Thy word is settled with your somebody. Until him is settled. It's settled. It's settled by his strength. I am healed. It's settled. My God shall supply all your needs according to his riches and glory. It is settled. Sound yes. Sound yes.
